Summary
A story written in the form of one of the old Dragnet radio shows, a house burns down with the family trapped inside. When the crime scene team arrives, they find the family truly was trapped, there's three men dead in the backyard, and the father is missing. Joe and Ben investigate and find racism played a large part in the crime. In the background, the chief of detectives finally makes a move on one of his detectives with positive results.
