Before long, there are lots of feelings, and more than a bit of sex, but always in dark rooms, in hotels. At first, Yuuri doesn't care - he's not going there for the decor after all, and the sex is glorious.
Eventually, he realises he wants to get to know the man he knew first as 'V', then as Vitya, but he can't seem to do so. As he grows more desperate, he puts up an ultimatum... and then his whole world shatters.

the moment where keith is stuck between life and death, coming to terms with the fact that yea, maybe his attempts were intentional. but he's in a better situation now, and feels happy enough to want to try a shot at living
