They were walking when the large shadow of a figure with bird-like wings flew overhead. Dream immediately recognized it and chased after his father. He flapped his own wings to go even faster, Sapnap struggling to catch up, but he didn’t care. There was his father. He finally found him, after so long.
Dream bursted through the tree line, wings bound up with joy, except… they didn’t stay there for long.
What Dream saw devastated him.
In the little clearing, was a tiny house. And in that tiny house, was his father… with three little boys.
His father had moved on.
