Basing the content on my other work "Of Tools and Sabers" this alternate chapter explores a different avenue of Chapter 20.
To summarize, you are an engineer for the First Order that has special "emoting" powers. Having survived the brig, you were placed in the charge of Armitage Hux. That is until Snoke gives you to Commander Ren. After the transition you wake up in a new location, not sure what is going on. (Reading chapter 19 will really set the stage - it is told from Kylo's perspective. However it isn't necessary.)
This one off chapter is very different than how I want the original story to go. I also wrote it MUCH faster since I am not trying to weave in future elements and plot lines. Depending on how the chapter is received I may add to it, working on both in tandem. Also you may see some things overlap between the two if you happen to read both.
