Summary
The dog is running to the road, Megumi is several meters behind it, sure that he’s never going to reach it in time, but, by God, he will try, and then something else happens.
There’s a flash of… beige? moving faster than anything Megumi has ever seen before. Faster than any person he’s ever seen move. In the corner of his eye, he sees the fire engine still hasn’t even stopped fucking moving, but a door is wide open, and the next thing he knows, he’s getting lapped by the fastest human on earth.
