Warning - it's an upper respiratory illness intended to be like a bad case of the man flu with features of pneumonia. It's NOT COVID but similar symptoms. I would avoid this story in case that is a trigger ❤
(Also, Frankie lives separately from his lady and kid in this? I took a lot of liberties because I don't remember the movie too well and I'm not motivated to rewatch. I also forgot Will's characterization so I made him kinda generic 🙈 I also don't know Will's GF's name or her profession [or maybe that was never mentioned in the movie] so I made that up too. To be perfectly honest, this is just an indulgent sickfic).
