When Ranboo finally got to Church Prime (A safe haven, apparently.) He was told the chasing down and killing was....an initiation, of sorts.
....Ranboo was starting to have second thoughts about coming here.
But the Particles were laughing, the Particles were happy and if they were happy he was too. So they'd stay, if only to meet the poor soul the Ex-President had left the country with, the one who's task is to clean up the mess he did not make. How unfortunate.

Summary
Darkwing Duck thought he was finished with the multiverse business. Of course, he and his newfound adventure family had the task at hand of searching for Dr. Waddlemeyer wherever he might have ended up, but as for visitors from other dimensions coming to theirs, Darkwing needed that like he needed a hole in the head.
But, of course, his luck just had to prove faulty once again.
When one night, disturbingly familiar faces show up in Darkwing's beloved St. Canard, what might have just been a one-time mission soon turns into a scientific catastrophe as the crew rushes to figure out the unprecedented consequences of the Ramrod's existence, and why interdimensional portals keep appearing unpredictably. What's more troubling is the visitors that Darkwing and company don't know about- the ones that immediately begin lurking and teaming up to use the situation to their advantage.
As dimensions intersect and armies of villains from all walks of life begin gathering just underneath the surface, two Darkwing Ducks have to put their similarities aside and stop what could not only be the end of the world, but the universe.
One thing is certain: It's going to get dangerous.

There was once a legend. One of the stars. Of the Universe. Of the Sun. That one day, the Goddess of Space became curious and bored. And so, she made a child. Her little star child. And how he sparkled.
Tommy was no miracle star boy, no matter the powers and who his mother was. He wasn't a deity made up of stars, he was a 13 year old thieving orphan who had no home and family. At least. Only some of that was true. And maybe a man and his fox son might remind him of the space that he shared with his mother.
