Miller wasn't much for parties and he preferred to avoid the cliques, so he was not one of the more popular students there. One might think that at a university on Mars, there would be more autistic students (in space!!), but if there were, Miller hadn't met many. He had a few friends from last semester's classes, but this term, their schedules were so different that they didn't notice his comings and goings.
