    Diluc is sweet. He's kind and innocent and so pure in a way that makes Kaeya want to run his sword through anyone who so much as attempts to touch him with their tainted hands.

    In a way, he pities all the bugs attracted to him, because all of this is natural to Diluc and his kind words, his sweet smiles, have no real meaning or intention behind them. No one's as special as Diluc might unintentionally make them believe.

    Still, ignorance isn't a sin Kaeya can forgive, not when it comes to Diluc. He can't, however, chop up the bugs like he wants to, so he'll settle for making sure at least Diluc understands.

    Or, Diluc is an omega, Kaeya is his alpha, and yet people still think it okay to try and lay their hands on Diluc, and while Kaeya can’t cut up everyone who dares, he certainly can make sure Diluc’s eyes never stray.
