It's all about the happy ending for Jack & Sam!!
How they got there; fun snippets, great stories & adventures, sex & romance, and carried beyond S8 as long as Jack is still in the picture. There was enough angst in the series, and the lack of an obvious resolution left a gaping hole that these amazing fanfic writers have filled. It's been my way of keeping safe during Covid, along with rewatches of the Stargate series & movies. Let's face it-I'm a little in love with Jack (who isn't,) inspired by Sam, want to kick/kiss Daniel, and grounded by Tealc's heart, bravery and commitment. This is a pretty nice way to face these crazy times.
