or: The first artificial life is kept inside and raised as a war machine. Some of the scientists try to break him out and teach him humanity, and the boy is willing to prove himself! Things aren't as easy as one might think since he was raised to kill and.... he's also a couple feel taller than the average person.
Things aren't hopeless, but it sure as hell aren't won by default.

Summary
In a world where giants and human supposedly live in collaboration, but all rumours have not been cleared, Tommy is sent to a new foster home. Thinking this is going to be the death of him, he finds refuge in his long time friend. However, making friends over internet and biases leads to revelation at the worst time of his life.
Having nowhere to go, Tommy stays with another giant, and the broken family he left will learn a few things about perspective.
Note: this is set in the same universe as puzzle's fic: "But strangely, he feels at home in this place", a sort of alternate route for the story to go. if you want to go read it, I'll put the link in the notes but also: READ THE TAGS! And don't be mean to puzzle if you find something you don't like >:( There are some stuff that I definitely didn't expect, and that you won't find in this fic, but don't be weird on their account because it's in their fic. "You’d be my vice president!"
The guillotine struck. Wilbur nearly snapped, his mouth opening to gape at the comment and try to come up with a retort, but the only logical part of his brain managed to kick in at that moment.
Vice president? An inside into Las Nevadas? With being vice president, Wilbur could not only show up Quackity, but show him just how much better he is then him.
Wilbur, this time, accepts Quackity’s position. Not to be there for him, of course, but to gain an inside eye and the upper hand.
It goes a lot differently then Wilbur planned on it going.
