No one had expected violence out of him, not back then. Violence against himself at first, violence against others afterwards, and finally violence against the world once he figured out how to do it.

His rage had been fostered, cared for, grown; ultimately he had been handed the Grimoire of Madijah. He had been a pawn, consumed by a fury that wasn’t even his.He raised his eyes to meet Grace Bloodline’s, and immediately felt pinned under her gaze. The situation hadn’t changed that much. Ultimately he was still fighting someone else’s battles. At least this time he was aware of it.

With every new second he realized how ridiculous he probably sounded, but he could just not...he couldn't accept his free will being robbed from him like so.
" I mean that for some reason, since we've started college, we've seen a stupid amount of BL situations happen. Like, very cliché stuff where two guys end up together. Have you not noticed? "" No? There's only you to notice this kind of thing. "

Jisung feels like he lives in a BL world, and as a firm defender of his own free-will, there's no way he'll get caught into his world's shenanigans. Fortunately, his friend Minho agrees to help him steer clear of said "BL scenarios"...or at least humour him for as long as it'll take for Jisung to start thinking rationally again -

Somehow it worked stupidly well. Seungkwan made phone calls for Vernon, who diligently woke him up before his classes when he forgot to set his alarm. He made excuses for Vernon to leave a conversation during the dance club, and Vernon covered for him when he realized Seungkwan had no idea of what they were talking about anymore.
And it suited them, so it was fine.
