He’s still kneeling, lips slick with spit and Ghost’s taste, chest heaving, eyes blown wide and glassy. He looks wrecked—and Ghost’s barely even touched him yet.
Ghost cups the back of his head, thumb brushing over the soft mohawk. “Good fuckin’ mutt,” he mutters, soaked in praise and threat alike.
A long, low whistle cuts through the moment.
“Well, aren’t you two quite the sight…”

Summary
His logical side warred with his emotions, and he wondered if others could see it in the way he crowded Soap to himself, kept a discreet hand on him whenever he could — the twitch in his gloves whenever he was forced to part from his pup. It helped that his Sergeant liked being by his side. Soap satisfied a distinct, primal part of him that he long thought he buried.
The gentle touches and lingering stares weren’t enough, but they couldn’t cross the line without some serious, damning conversations. Ghost was not pushed to the edge yet, he was tethering around the boundaries of their professional relationship, that was it. Or, at least, it was supposed to be it. No one could’ve predicted what was about to happen to them in the mission they were currently in.
Months and months of circling around each other, and it took some unknown chemicals exploding on his Sergeant for anything to happen.

Summary
Ghost is many things: an enigma who likes to keep people guessing, a force to be reckoned with in the field, and a massive sugar addict.
But, by no means is the omega sweet.
Innocently getting breakfast one unassuming morning, Soap is blindsided by his stoic lieutenant getting in his personal space, practically clinging to him. Soap plays it off as a fluke, until Ghost keeps pestering him. Sure, it's far out of character, but Soap thinks he's just reading into things too much.
When he finds out that Ghost is going into heat, Soap gets to witness just how sweet Ghost really is.
