    sakura never really had much experience in the love department, if any, at all. so, coming to makochi and experiencing love for the first time was truly. . . a shocker. a world changer and as sakura comes to realize his feelings for furin and everyone around him. . . sakura can’t help but enjoy the feeling.

    even if he can’t comprehend it fully or ever understand it completely, but that’s fine because makochi taught sakura that there are more ways for him to say ‘i love you’ without going out of his comfort zone.

    or sakura expresses his love in a subtle way because furin, and makochi, as a whole, have given sakura something he can never replace. and that is a place he can return to and a place to call home.
