So, the original prompt is below. I got a /bit/ carried away and my Will is not casual at all about Hannibal, and my Hannibal is much too possessive and a fighter for things to go as planned. And that's all I'll say for now ;)
Prompt: Vampire Will captures Hannibal, initially planning to kill him, but decides to keep him as a blood slave - like a sex slave but with blood, basically using him as a convenient source for snacks (okay, maybe a sex slave too, have fun with it). So just keeping him around, bound or with some kind of thrall to help keep him docile, and casually opening up a vein to drink whenever he feels like it.
Of course this means Hannibal will probably spend a lot of time weak and woozy from blood loss, but as long as he doesn't die it's not Will's problem. But y'know, bonus if he likes to fuck Hannibal when he's all woozy, especially if he's just as casual about it.
Could possibly have a sort of vampiric gang bang, Will uses Hannibal in front of some other vampires and then passes him around so they can have a turn.

Summary
Human society found out about ghouls in the 18th century. Over the past hundreds of years, ghouls have integrated into society and most have given up their murderous and grave-robbing tendencies, choosing instead to consume the flesh of those who donate their bodies to the ghouls upon their deaths. Due to their shapeshifting abilities, many ghouls have managed to go undetected among the humans. The Federal Bureau of Intelligence created a special branch to deal with the ghoul-on-ghoul and ghoul-on-human crimes. It is to this branch that Jack Crawford belongs. He requests Will Graham's assistance when eight women, all of the same height, age, and build go missing. Will's ability to empathize with ghouls and to understand them makes him an invaluable asset, but Jack requests the assistance of respected psychiatrist Dr. Hannibal Lecter to keep Will from getting too close. Unknown to all, Hannibal himself is a ghoul. Hannibal is intrigued by Will's ability and the unique opportunity it offers him to be truly known and understood. But when when Hannibal reveals himself to Will and Will rejects him, Hannibal is torn between either dragging the empath into his own world or eating him.

Summary
While fishing one morning, Will’s boat gets dragged out to sea. He is rescued by Dr. Lecter and his crew, but the dazed state of the passengers on the ship causes Will to question whether or not he truly has been saved. When Will begins to investigate, he finds that he’s been taken by a crew of sea monsters, and Hannibal insists that he too is one of them.

“And so you, what? Capture fishermen, bring them on your ship and eat them?” Will asked Hannibal.
“Typically.” Will felt terror flash through him at the open confession. “That’s what Bedelia had planned to do with you, but that was before she realized that you are special.”
“Meat to be savored?” Will scoffed, remembering Hannibal’s earlier words.
“No, Will.” Hannibal shook his head. “You are of Jurate, the Mother. Her blood flows through your veins. I could smell it the moment Bedelia bit you. That’s why you were able to break free from my song, why you were able to summon your own song.”
“I’m not one of you,” Will argued, his body shaking.
“No, you’re not,” Hannibal agreed. “You’re so much more.”

Summary
“Be still,” Holmes commanded and Richard felt himself growing limp at the suggestion. They were almost to the door when he came out of his shocked stupor and began struggling. Sherlock froze and watched him in fascination. “You are… resisting me?”
“I understand you’re handsome, and likely rich, so this may come as a surprise to you, but you can’t just tell people-” Brook lowered his voice and whispered angrily, still trying to free his arm from Sherlock’s grip, “You can’t just tell people you want to take their virginity and then start pulling them out to the street!”
The man considered this before replying, “That usually works.”

Richard Brook receives the invitation of a lifetime: Come act in one of the greatest theatres in all of Europe. Summary
This was not what Sherlock had planned to happen. This is not the what he expected to see when he opened his groggy eyes after having jumped off that building, the drug used to fake his death still coursing through his veins, fainter now than before. He expected to see his connections, for Molly and those he had trusted in the ambulance to be the first sight he saw when he came back from the dead.
