Summary
(Chris and Mike head back to the asylum, finding out what really happened to Josh when he had to go to the asylum)
Chris thought he knew what happened to Josh when he went away for weeks at a time.
But nothing could’ve prepared him for what he finds inside Blackwood Asylum: blood-stained walls, letters that were never sent, and the truth about the best friend he left behind.
The final letter might break him.
(The story does not fully match with the game (obviously,) but the timeline gets muddy. It's supposed to be when Mike heads up to the asylum the second time, this time with Chris.)

“No,” he choked, clutching him tighter, like he could hold the life in. Like he could force Spencer’s soul to stay with him through sheer will. “Don’t go. Don’t you fucking dare leave me. Please…”
He rocked them gently, the way someone would a child or a prayer—back and forth, back and forth—his hand pressed hard over the gaping wound that had stopped bleeding, which he knew meant something worse. His shirt was soaked. The floor beneath them was slick. The air reeked of iron and sweat and death.
“I love you,” Morgan whispered. It wasn’t brave. It wasn’t romantic. It was broken. A confession soaked in blood. “I love you, I love you, I love you—God, please let him hear me—please…”
He didn’t know who he was begging to. God had never done shit for him before. But now? Now he would’ve sold his soul just to hear Spencer mumble some half-sarcastic statistic. Just to hear that voice again.
But Spencer didn’t move.
Didn’t even flinch.

"I’m telling you—" George started, practically vibrating with frustration as he tried to make Ron understand.
"—That’s not him!" Fred finished sharply, his voice slightly cracking with how desperate he was.
Ron sighed, crossing his arms. "Look, I get you two," he said, his face twisting into something between pity and mild disgust. "You… love him... or whatever." He waved his hand awkwardly. "But have you ever thought maybe you're just finally seeing the real him?"
Fred’s eyes flashed dangerously,

“It says he—” George began, voice tight.
“—Not in the school,” Fred finished for him, the words dropping like a stone in the cramped air.
For a second, nobody moved. Fred felt it first — a cold, gnawing fear eating into his heart.
‘Where was their dragon?’Ron shifted awkwardly, glancing between them. Even he looked worried now.
“Okay, so... it actually isn’t him,” Ron said, voice small. He swallowed hard. -

"If they want you to move, then we’ll move. Simple as that," Steve said, his voice soft but firm. His face was calm, a small smile tugging at his lips, but there was something unreadable in his eyes.
Eddie's brain stuttered to a halt. He blinked up at Steve, barely registering his own voice as he croaked, "...We?"
Steve tilted his head, confusion flickering across his face before he let out a quiet snort and shook his head with a small, amused laugh. "You don’t think you’re getting rid of me that easily, do you?"
"R-right…" he managed to force out, attempting a smile that probably looked as lovesick as he felt. He just stood there, watching Steve ramble like moving in together was the most normal thing in the world. Like leaving Hawkins, leaving everything behind would be okay because they had each other.

Antinous yanked the knife out again and held it high, when suddenly a deep voice sounded close to his ear.
“Oh hell no. You’re not dumping his son into MY ocean. Keep me out of this.”

Antinous survives the Old King’s slaughter and tries to follow through on his threats to kill the prince. Poseidon drags them both into his palace where he imprisons Antinous and patches up Telemachus so he can return him safely to Ithaca before Odysseus thinks he had anything to do with this.
Meanwhile, Telemachus thinks his savior is the most beautiful being he has ever seen in his life…

"What?"
"Actions and consequences, Viktor." Jayce sounds serious. Disappointed, even, a stark contrast to the panicked, floundering man from just a minute ago. "This was dangerous. I'm not letting this one go just like that."
His voice drifts closer and closer, and Viktor almost jumps out of his skin when he feels contact on his hip bone, the palm of Jayce's hand hot, seeping through the layer of his slacks.
Viktor gulps.
Despite Jayce's warning, Viktor finds himself stuck in a compromising position while trying to fix their prototype. Jayce takes it upon himself to teach Viktor a lesson in lab safety, and the importance of discipline.
