Amity Blight is tired of all the dinner dates her mother kept setting her up with. So she thought of a brilliant plan, something so flawless she was sure would work-fake date a person her parents would not approve and hopefully get them off her back.
The hairs on her arm stood as Amity went over her plan once more in her head; There was no one else she could count on in her circle. So logically, she had to search for someone outside of it.
Maybe she should have thought this over for the thirty-eighth time.

Summary
Luz is a half angel, born to an Angel Mother and a Human Father, and being raised in the Human Realm. When her chaotic attempts at good deeds and helping people land her in trouble one too many times, she is sent away to a camp for troubled youths, in hopes of finding the right way to help people while surrounded by those who might need her most. However, she instead chases a little owl thief into the Demon Realm and meets the mysterious Owl Lady. As an Angel surrounded by Demons, can Luz finally achieve her potential and awaken her powers? Or will the Demon Realm turn her into something unlike anything the realms have ever seen?

Summary
Amity Blight just wanted to be a normal human girl, not the daughter of the richest couple in Connecticut, weighed down by her Mother’s expectations. Chasing after an owl that stole one of her only outlets from that life leads her to the Boiling Isles, where she’s pretty sure she’s forever lost her chance to be normal, but she supposes she can handle being weird instead.

Summary
When Luz has to take a health class as part of her Demonics education at Hexside, things get awkward as she realizes that no matter how good her education was in the Human Realm, witch sex ed is gonna be weird. Things only go from bad to worse when her girlfriend, Amity, asks if they can "study anatomy" together. Afraid to look like an idiot in front of Amity by exposing her ignorance or misinterpreting her study date invitation, Luz realizes she needs help.
