Summary
Tommy's known who his soulmates are for a long, long time. He's known about Tubbo since the L'manburg revolution, and Ranboo since he got exiled - the doodles and notes that would appear on his skin weren't subtle. But he didn't tell them, because, let's be honest, having attachments is dangerous. Being open about his two soulmates would only put them in danger, so he keeps it a secret. It doesn't matter that being apart from them hurts him, as long as they're safe, right?

“Hey.”
Somewhere far off a voice calls out, but Tommy can't pinpoint where exactly. All he knows is that it’s loud, so loud, and all he wants to do is go back into the comfort of his sleep.
“Hey,” the voice says again, “Are you alive?”
Don’t they know Tommy is tired? Today is supposed to be his day off from royal duties. Most of everything falls on his brothers anyway, and the King. Make them do whatever it is Tommy has to do.
Something pokes at Tommy’s side, and his eyebrows twitch with dull irritation.
“You moved. Move more,” the voice says, and then Tommy is poked again. Can’t this person just leave him alone? He doesn’t want to wake up.
“Please. I don’t want to bury a human. I had to bury a fox not too long ago and it made me sad.”
OR: Tommy goes into the forest to clear his head with only himself and becomes blinded by fog. After a terrible noise and a great fall, he meets an unlikely friend.

Techno’s head snaps up. What he sees is even more of a shock than the bodies littering the area around him.
A kid. One that looked to be around eight years old, lanky in height and hunched over as his eyes scanned the scene in some sort of nervous-guilt. A notebook jutting out of the pocket of his trousers. A silver gun shaking in his hands.
A literal child with a gun.
A child who, Techno assumes, shot five people through their foreheads with pinpoint accuracy.
A child who saved The Blood God.
