Permissions (Updated 7 March 2025)
You may transform my fanworks without asking for permission, provided you credit me, include a link to the original work, and send me a link (e.g., use the inspired-by feature on AO3, leave a comment on the transformed work, tag me on a social media platform). Transformative works should be for fannish purposes only. Ask me about exceptions for charity. Additions and exceptions are as follows:
- Fanbinding for personal use or gifting is okay.
- Fanart/Podfic may be posted on any platform. If posting on AO3, use the inspired-by feature so they can be easily linked to the original work. Podcasts may make small edits (e.g., correcting grammar) without asking for approval.
- Remixes/Fanfic of fanfic may be posted on any platform, but they must also be posted on AO3 using the inspired-by feature.
- Translations must be posted on AO3 ONLY using the inspired-by feature.
- I do not grant permission for commercial work (e.g., printing my fics via for-profit sites, placing transformative works behind paywalls, or accepting commissions for fanart/podcasting/fanbinding/etc.).
- I do not grant permission for AI use in any way.
Note: I may not interact with remixes/fanfic of fanfic, but I am delighted by its existence.
