Jason had a perfect plan, he would get Joker and Bruce in the same room and after a debate Bruce would let him kill the Joker. After that monster is dead he could go home and be with his family again. It's why he never went after the brat who took a dead kid's uniform since he knew that he would have to coexist with the brat. Now lying in bed with a slash across his neck and covered in burn marks he needs a new plan. If Bruce didn't see him as a son, fine, it's not like he was his father or anything. This time around Bruce is going to have to kill the Joker to save his son.
And there is a little birdy all alone in Titans Tower for Bruce to choose.
This time around his plan is definitely not going to backfire.
