Summary
After the tragic death of Nancy Wheeler, Mike Wheeler has been struggling to move on, drowning in grief and guilt. His family had fallen apart— His father consumed by rage, kicks Mike and Karen out, taking Holly with him. Mike feels lost, weighed down by regret, wishing he had done more to save Nancy.
But the Upside Down and its shenanigans isn't finished with them. As the party, work together trying to save Mike from his impending doom as he became Vecna's latest target. Mike is forced to relive his worst memories—Nancy’s death and his deepest fears of being weak and unworthy.

“To deny me your forgiveness would be to deny a plant sunlight, or a fish water.” Neoptolemus said gravely, and Telemachus snorted.
“There are plants that grow without need of sunlight, and fish that can exist out of water.” he said cheekily, to which Neoptolemus scoffed.

In the spring semester of their senior year, Achilles is one step away from joining the Olympic Team- a dream he has had since he was a kid. Patroclus is extremely excited for him, but is quickly becoming as equally worried, especially as Achilles begins to push himself to the extreme. The question quickly becomes not whether Achilles will make the Olympic team, but whether he'll be able to run in the meet at all.
