"I don't know who I am anymore, around them," Ponyboy exhales smoke slowly, so happy that he'd allowed Dallas to buy him different cigarettes to test and taste, happy to be out with him in their own little hideout, "I feel like I ain't a Soc anymore. Feels like I was a greaser born in the wrong body."

Summary
In an unprecedented move, the podcast Critical Missing, an award-winning true crime podcast that focuses on missing persons cases, has announced two new seasons coming out this summer and this winter, respectively.
The podcast will be covering, in two nine episode seasons, the case of Ponyboy Curtis, the youngest heir to the Curtis family fortune, his kidnapping in 1965 and his rescue in 1983. Each episode will cover the kidnapping and rescue from multiple angles, including brand new interviews with some of those closest to the case.
They have stated that a season three is on the way, but will be announced within the oncoming weeks.
A glimpse into the future of Honeyverse. Or: a questionable podcast from the future.

Summary
The moment his father walks out of the grocery store shaking his head, his hands in the pockets of his coat, Ponyboy knows that the cranberry sauce they're looking for wasn't found. He knows they should've expected this — that they wouldn't have found it at any of the big stores out here, that had Christmas food. It was a miracle that everything was still open for Christmas Eve anyway.
"What are we gonna do?" Ponyboy asks, moving over in the car as Dad opens the door and slides into the driver's seat. "Mama's gonna be real upset that we went all this way to get it and didn't find it."
Dad taps at wheel, half humming along with the radio as he thinks. "Well... I think we still have some options, my boy."
"Like what?" Ponyboy asks, wondering what kind of crazy plan his Dad was cooking up now. The moment an easy solution was off the table was the moment Dad did his best thinking. "We've been to every store they've got. What're we gonna do, go over on to Texas and look?"
Freshly home from his time at finishing school, Ponyboy and his Dad make a last minute run on Christmas Eve, 1956. Ponyboy meets the greaser Dallas Winston for the first time.

Summary
He used to think he knew the meaning of worn out — the feeling of unending grief on his shoulders weighing in on him every day, the monotony of having to go to endless parties he doesn't want to be involved in, the horrible dinners with Johnny's parents only broken up by the stiff dinners with Paul and Darry — as it turns out, no one really truly understands the meaning of that phrase until they've lived the same day for at least five years on.
Ponyboy is stuck in a time loop. It's not ideal when you're juggling your own murder, your husband's complicated history, and the want for someone else.

"Winston! You have a visit from your legal counsel!" One of the older guards barks out from the door. Dallas frowns; the assholes probably sent another public defender who was going to hem and haw.
The last three had been less than competent, and he hadn't trusted any of them. What was one more?
In 1983, Dallas meets with his legal counsel and is not expecting who he gets.

Summary
In Tulsa, Johnny Cade's body is getting colder and colder by the second — and Dallas and Ponyboy are hitching a ride out of town, to Jay Mountain to hide for as long as possible. Neither of them are prepared for the emotional fall out or how easy it is to fall in love with each other in their own Garden of Eden.

Summary
"No dress this time?" Dallas loves how Ponyboy's omega scent — never dancing on that edge of sweetness like most, muddled up in Dallas' own ever since they mated so long ago — is everywhere, loves how he recognizes it as home as he waits for Ponyboy to beckon him in. He leans against the door jamb, folding his arms, liking the way the St. Christopher glimmers on Ponyboy's bare chest. "Or you figure coming home to you naked as a bear was enough?"

Summary
The day that his Mom dies, though, isn't one where they've had a fight. It's one of the best days they've had in years: for once he got to sleep in, the eggs she made didn't have any egg shell in them, and when she dropped him off, she actually seemed pretty okay. No swearing, no suspicion, nothing but a wave.
So of course it figures that the one day they get along, Sylvia Marks would show up to work on time enough that she'd be shot in the head during a robbery. It would figure that she'd orphan Chris on the one goddamn day she really felt like his mom.
In early 1981, Christopher's mother dies. His father re-enters his life about fourteen years late.

Summary
Dallas makes his way down the hallway, looking for the right room, counting numbers until he finds it: 912. Curtis, Ponyboy M.
God. Only the rich could get away with a name like that.
1965 — Ponyboy Curtis survives the car accident that takes his parents' lives only because Dallas Winston was there. Dallas prefers not to dwell on things after – Ponyboy, however, wants to think of Dallas as more than a one off savior.
Then Johnny Cade winds up dead, and Ponyboy has to make a choice himself. A choice with more consequences than either of them were expecting.

Ponyboy doesn't like that they have maids here now, looking at the woman opposite him, her worried, slightly nervous expression. They never needed the constant presence of maids when their parents were alive, and he shakes his head. "No, I got it just fine. You got that tub I asked for?"
Ponyboy attempts some normalcy. Paul interrupts — on behalf of his husband.

"Dallas Winston is evil," Mr. Cade says, his voice clear in the throng of reporters in front of him, all of their mics pointed towards his grieving face, their cameras taking in the image of Johnny's smiling school photo, held in his mother's hands, "He took our son from us in the most barbaric way and we will not rest, God help us, until he is found! He took — he took him, and he could have taken Ponyboy Curtis to the same end!"

Summary
It's not the first rut that takes. It almost never is, as far as Dallas understands it. Very few were able to conceive so easily, and if you were, that usually spelled trouble. So when Ponyboy hadn't showed any changes, when they'd breathed a little bit of relief, he'd at least tried to be a little more careful the next time it happened.
Or: Soc AU, but Ponyboy can get pregnant. And that is a problem. (Sort of.)

Summary
Ponyboy was an alien, pulled down to Earth now, utterly unrecognizable to brothers he'd cared for so long ago.
It's not helped when he looks into the mirror, his hair long and askew, the slight stubble on his face, the bleariness to his face, the clear weight loss he's suffered, making his face more hollow than usual. There's a ferality to his reflection that he's never seen so starkly in him, a danger to him that he's never recognized before.
His eyes rake over his reflection, trying to find that boy from the photo they have plastered on newspapers with huge eyes and such innocence to him, trying to find the boy that they display on television instead of the man he is right now, the man who no longer had soft hands, who bore scars from farm work, the man who had chosen time and time and time again, Dallas Winston.
Ponyboy wakes up.
