Chapter Text

Jake whined as his grandfather told him he needed to go visit Kim to help her stop dr.cojo from raining acid on earth, as Jake was packing his bags his grandfather told him he would be leaving at midnight so he would be there around 2 in the morning and he would be sleeping over at his friends jay’s house he said goodbye to his family and friends and kiss his sister goodnight. He jumped out the window and turn into his dragon for before he hit the ground he made it to his grandfather's friend Jay's house at two in the morning like his grandfather said, Jay, smiled at jake lead him to his room they said their goodnight and jay gave jake Kim's address he heard his bag move and walked over to it fu dog popped his head out “sup kid” “why were you in my bag!?” Jake asked annoyed but happy to see him because he didn't get a chance to say goodbye. Fu dog jumped on the bed and laugh “I couldn’t let my best friend do this alone plus if you die I’d miss you too much so I came to help, great plan right” he laughed and jake soon joined him they laughed until jay interrupted “ jake you need sleep, you have to get up early” with that he left jake stopped laughing and went to take shower.

Jake walked up to Kim's house where she was waiting outside they hugged and started walking to the Bueno nacho they get there and Ron was standing outside waiting for them with Rufus on his shoulder,jake looked over at Ron and started to blush he never thought he would say this about a man but Ron was different ‘damn he’s hot’ Jake thought to himself they reach Ron and Kim gives him a kiss ‘what the fuck!’ he thought he was pissed but he didn't show it they walked in and the manager knew right away what Kim and Ron wanted, they asked what Jake wanted and he just order nachos Ron told the waitress to get jake the same thing he ordered she nodded and got them their order. Ron shows Jake how to make and eat the naco Kim looked at the two excited boys with discuss as they ate their food. Once done they pay and walk to Kim's house Kim and Ron hold hands while Jake rages in his mind ‘that should be me holding his hand not her.’ ‘but what if he’s not into me or men at all’ jake was so in thought that he hit is face into a poll, Ron runs over to catch him before he hits the floor, they bring jake into Kim's house and put him on the couch Kim's mom take it from there. Jake woke up two hours later, he sits up and groans in pain “ugh how long have I been out” he looks over at Ron sitting on the other side, he checks his watch. “Two hours, how are you feeling,” he asked his words laced with worry “in pain but I'm fine thanks cutie”

Ron looks over at him wide-eyed and flushed, “y-your wel-welcome” He smiles and rubs the back of his neck nervously, Jake's vision started to get blurry. he looked over at Ron and he opened his mouth to say something but passes out.
Jake woke up in a dark place. he looked behind him where he found a golden gateway, he walked slowly towards it; he took one step closer and the door open slowly, he stepped back and it closed fast and hard.
Jake jumped back holding his hand to his heart breathing heavily.
After he calmed himself down he walked towards the gate, it opened more and more, he walked in and the gate closed behind him. memories flooded him, he smiled at some, and cried at other’s, it all flooded him making him happy, and sad all at once.
Then a huge picture of him and Ron smiling on their wedding day makes him cry tears of joy, but then another pops up its Kim and Ron on their wedding day with their kids, and Kim is pregnant with another, This fills jake with rage his eyes turn into fire he was then engulfed in flames, turning into his dragon form, and breathes fire that burns the picture of Ron and Kim.
He laughs as the picture burns to the floor, in a deep demon like sad yet mad voice “she must die!” Everything went white, and Jake woke up he was sweating bullets he looked around the room. ‘hospital?’ He mumbled to himself, Ron woke up from his nap to see jake awake, he smiles and walks over to him “Hey Jake how are you feeling” “Where's Kim” He asked calmly “well she's out with her dad, and her mom his talking with the doctor they said you might be in a coma but I guess you weren't” he smiled at Jake, and Jake smiled back, the silence was peaceful, and somewhat loving until Kim, and her parents walked in they all stared at each other awkwardly.
Till Kim broke the silence “Jake I'm glad to see you awake how's your head?” “better actually” he pulled a fake smile that even Kim couldn’t tell it was fake.
3 hours later, the doctor came in to check on Jake.
The doctor said that jake can go home.
After Kim's parents signed Jake out, Jake called his grandfather and told him that he was ok. and what happened when he was asleep.
you might have unlocked a new power his grandfather said, when you get back to Jay's house go to sleep after you show them your new power, Jake went back to his grandfather's friend's house, when he got there Jake showed him his new powers.
When Jake turns into his dragon form, flames were around him, his eyes were fire not on fire, but they were actually fire, fu dog and Jay watched in amazement as the fire engulfed Jake. He turns back into his human form and went upstairs to take a nap, he hears his phone ringing and looks at it to see the number, and to his surprise......

‘He turns back into his human form and went upstairs to take a nap, he hears his phone ringing and looks at it to see the number, and to his surprise...... ‘ Its Ron he smiles as he picks up the phone “Hello Ron” he said excited, “hey Jake I just wanted to see how you were doing, and also to say while you were sleeping I got into your phone and put my number in it” he laughed nervously. Jake chuckled and smiled “it's fine Ron, and I'm doing fine just tired” Jake and Ron talked until they both fell asleep on phone and forgetting to charge them. In the morning Jake and Ron met up as they planned, they walked around the park telling jokes every once in a while their hands would touch slightly making them both blush like crazy. They didn't move farther part but closer together to the point they were holding hands, Jake knew he was gay once he lost interest in rose not to Trixie, but a guy named rob they dated for awhile but he abused Jake for his powers and Jake had to dump him. Rob didn't take it lightly he hit Jake every day he became his bully but that didn't stop Jake from loving someone else it just lowered his self-esteem to almost nothing but his friends and family boosted him back up. Ron tugged at Jake's arm pulling him out of thought, Ron pointed to the swings and Jake smiled, they ran to the swings and Jake pushed Ron in the baby seat swing. Parents gave them the side eye, but they shook it off and kept having fun. They spent half the day in the park, they left the park holding hands Jake and Ron were laughing the whole way home having so much fun telling jokes. When they got to Jay's house they stopped holding hands they stared at each other and walked in more like fell in Ron told a joke that almost made Jake fall on the floor as soon as he walked in, Kim looked at them confused Jake and Ron looked at each other then back at Kim “it's a inside joke” They said at the same time it took Jake a second and he fall to the floor laughing again “inside!” he choked on his words laughing much tears came from his eyes Ron couldn't help but laugh. They moved closer to each so close to kiss but Jake got scared that Kim would find out, so he panicked, steam was coming from his mouth it was so hot it burned the ‘inside’ of his mouth. Ron looked at him confused he was about to ask if he was ok. Jake put his hands to his mouth and let the fire out so now his hand where burned thankfully he can heal very fast. Ron started laughing at Jake but Jake didn't like it his hand was hot enough to leave a burn, Jake put his hand on Ron's cheek and it burned it. Ron put his hands to his mouth and screamed Jake started laughing he leaned on the door. He forgot he unlocked it and Ron opened the door.

Jake got up and wiped his tears away he was breathing heavily and also coughing a little a bit, so he went to go get some water. Kim walked up to Ron with a smirk “so I'm guessing the joke has to do with the burn mark huh?” “Somewhat but mostly swings,” Ron said shrugging his shoulders laughing a little he followed Jake into the kitchen, Kim was confused but giggled a little and let it go she was glad the boys were getting along it won't be as awkward now. Kim went to tell Ron she's leaving, so she can get some sleep because they all have to wake at three in the morning to start planning their attacks. She told them to get some rest, so she gave Ron a peck on lips and left, Jake was not a fan of that 'bitch' he said to himself Jay watched Kim leave and wished her a good night he locked the door he walked into the kitchen with the boys, they tower over the old man he is only 4,11 so it kinda obvious they would “Ron would you like to spend the night I think it'd be great for you boys.” “But don't I have training tonight Jay,” Jake asked a little concerned he wanted to try to master his new powers quickly before the big fight. Jay nodded “how about Ron train with you I think it would fun plus Ron could learn a few things and you two could have few helping moves together so what do you say, Ron.” He wasn't asking Ron he was telling Ron either way both Ron and Jake loved the idea, Ron ram to the hotel and got some clothes for the night and for training that night the boys learned thirteen moves including helping moves Ron even learned how to do a backflip it was a fun night for the boys they learned their strengths and weaknesses. They found out they balance each other out Ron's weaknesses we're Jake's strengths and Jake's weaknesses we're Ron's strengths it sounds weird but it happens just like in a relationship or friendship, but in this case, it's complicated. After Ron went to bed Jake stayed up longer to master the new power he didn't want Ron to know about it because he didn't want to explain how he got it, it might make Ron hate him so for now until the battle it stays a secret.

Ron went back down to the dojo trying to be as quiet as he could, Ron’s eyes widen there stood Jake an 8-foot tall dragon engulfed in flames from the tip of his nose to the end of his tail even his eyes were on fire. He couldn’t believe his eyes he stood on the stairs and watched Jake train for a while; Jake was told to take a break, and he turned back into a human, Jake was a sweaty and shirtless Ron blushed at the sight of Jake he was not expecting Jake to be that…. Ripped! At this point Ron looked like a drooling tomato, Ron shook his head and went back upstairs before he was caught. ‘Holy nachos he was hot!, wait what am I saying I love Kim. Yeah, I love her!….do I really I mean I DID really like her and besides I’m straight and Jake is also probably straight.’ ”did you really forget what happened today outside the door you nearly kissed Jake! And on top of that, you held hands!! Yeah, you’re both straight my ass.” Ron screamed when he heard the voice in his head ‘what was that.’ ”I’m your conscience I’m the only thing in your head that makes sense, anyways we both know you like Jake more than a friend and even more than Kim stop denying it you’ll only confuse yourself more by lying to yourself just admit it you like him.” Ron shook his head no ‘I love Kim I tried for so long to tell her I love her and now we’re dating I love everything about Kim I barely know Jake plus what happened outside could’ve happened to anyone it was the heat of the moment and it meant nothing so mind your business’ ”your mind is my business but fine I’ll stay out of your love life but don’t come crying to me when your heart gets broken.” Ron sighed and laid back down on the sleeping bag he heard Jake open the door and Ron closed his eyes Jake tried to keep quiet to not wake Ron up. Ron peeked from under the cover to see if Jake left but instead finds Jake in his boxers, he turned into a tomato again and put his head back under the cover real fast. Jake stopped moving when he heard Ron move he looked over to see him still asleep Jake sighed and walked out the room to go shower, runs heart was beating fast like it was going to pop out of his chest he was breathing heavily.’ What’s going on with me?!’ Ron laid on his back trying to calm himself down, he heard Jake open the door Ron closed his eyes quickly hoping Jake doesn’t notice him breathing heavily….

Jake walked into the room and grabbed his towel and walked back out closing the door behind him. Ron sighed in relief, thinking that Jake didn’t notice him.
"I should actually try to go to sleep, but my heart is going a million miles an hour just thinking about Jake.” Ron sighed in annoyance, laying on his back with his eyes closed. “I need to sleep.”

He soon started to relax, slowly falling asleep, unaware that Jake never left, but had stood behind the door listening to everything Ron said.

He didn’t do it on purpose, he was about to go back in when he heard Ron talking so he decided to listen and he was shocked at what he overheard. His heart was going crazy as he became a blushing mess on the outside. He didn’t want to be loud as he did not want to wake up Ron and the others, but in his head, he was celebrating. ‘Yes! Jake one, Kim none!!’ he screamed in his head.
But his celebration was short-lived when Jake realized Ron and Kim were still a couple, ‘it's going to be hard to break them apart without getting Ron heartbroken. I really don’t care about Kim, so it doesn’t matter if she gets hurt.’ Jake thought, thinking about all the ways he could break them up, as he was taking a shower. He kept on thinking about it, not getting much sleep, as a result.

~~~~Next Day (3:00 am)~~~~

Ron was taking a shower and Jake was downstairs eating his food peacefully until there was a knock at the door. Jay opened the door and in walked Kim.
“Good morning, Jay,” she said happily.
“Good morning, Kim, ” he smiled, beckoning her to come in, closing and locking the door once she was in the house. Jay went downstairs to the hidden dojo to lock the door.
Kim sat next to Jake in silence... a very awkward silence. Jake had no intention of talking to Kim, but she wanted to talk to him.
“So Jake what did you and Ron do last night? Talk about girls? Fart a lot? You know, boy things.” she asked, laughing at the thought of that actually being the case.
Jake gave her a smile that was a mix between ‘shut up’ and ‘I don't care’.
Ron came downstairs without a shirt on and Jake did a spit take. Ron and Kim turned to look at Jake. Jake was coughing looking at them nervously he got up going over to fridge getting some orange juice out of the fridge, he drank it all and threw it out. He sat back down and continued to eat his food not saying a word. "Jake…are you ok?" Kim asked concerned Jake stayed quiet, Ron looked at Kim worried "Jake?" He asked, Jake still kept quiet. Ron and Kim looked at each other confused Jake get in used to eat his food, not giving any of them to time of day Jay walks in from the hidden dojo and calls Jake down, he gets up putting his dishes in the sink and walks down with jay. "Well that was weird wasn't?" Kim laughs a little while Ron looks down 'did jake do that because of me.' Ron giggles and runs up the stairs. Kim is left in the kitchen by herself confused.

While Jake was downstairs trying to get used to his new powers, he was listening to “Like I'm Gonna Lose You”. He was trying to concentrate but all he could think about was what happened upstairs, and how he almost lost his cool seeing Ron without a shirt. He thought it wasn’t fair Kim could see him like that all the time but he knew he had to be patient and wait for his turn.
Jay saw Jake wasn’t focused he got up and grabbed a pail of water and threw the water on Jake putting out his flames. Jake reverted back to a human and looked over at Jay confused.
"Focus Jake! No time for getting distracted," Jay laughed as he walked away from wet and upset Jake, he walked upstairs to see Kim wasn’t in the kitchen anymore he went to check the living room and she wasn’t there either. He started to fear that she was upstairs in Jake's room with Ron. As he was about to walk upstairs, he saw Kim and Ron coming from Jake’s room, as he suspected.
He told Kim to stay out of his room and then told her to come with him. Kim nodded in agreement, then she and Ron followed Jay down to the dojo.
Jake was standing there with a towel around his neck he saw Kim coming downstairs. He wanted to scream and yell that Ron was his, but he kept his cool he smiled and waved at her.
She smiled back and moved to stand next to him, placing Jake in between Kim on his left and Ron on his right. Jay was sitting in his chair and Fu Dog was on the floor next to him.
“Alright, everyone! Today we will be training in team combat!” Jay announced.
‘Shit!’ Jake whined in his head. He didn’t want to work with her, but he had to. Luckily, he'd at least get to touch Ron again, as well.
“Jake! Turn into your dragon form! You and Ron will do some of your combo moves! Kim! You will attack the boys and they will defend themselves! Got it!?" Jay instructed.
They all nodded and then Jake transformed into his dragon form, transforming without the flames. Jake winked at Ron, who blushed a little, in response.
Kim then began her attack, rushing at them. Jake got down on all fours, then Ron ran up his back and jumped off of him. Ron then raised his foot and attempted to kick Kim in the face. She dodges Ron by executing multiple flips in the air and then landed perfectly on her feet.
As Kim turned around to see if he's okay, Jake took advantage of the distraction and used his tail to grab her by the legs, trying his hardest not to use the opportunity to slam Kim into the floor.
Kim reached into her pocket and grabbed some dust, which she then sprayed at Jake's eyes. Jake roared in pain but didn't let Kim go, and instead slammed her into the ground.
Kim tried to get up but Ron pinned her down.
“Jake, are your eyes okay?” Ron asked, worried, as he tied up Kim's hands.
“I'm fine,” Jake responded, opening his eyes as his vision started to clear up. He looked over at Ron and Kim, chuckling at the sight of Ron tying her up. He waited a little bit for Ron to finish tying up Kim's feet before letting her go.
Ron and Jake look over at Jay as he graded their sparring. "Ron, Jake, the both of you need a little bit more practice," Jay said, winking at them teasingly. Ron and Jake looked at each other, blushing, for a few seconds before turning away from each other while Kim wasn't paying attention.
Then, while Ron helped Kim out of the ropes, Jake walked upstairs with Jay following him.
"I didn't say it was breaktime, Jake," Jay admonished.
Jake ignored him and splashed water on his face to help with his eyes, then turned to look at Jay, water dripping from his face, eyes bloodshot, panting heavily.
"Why are you helping me get Ron, Jay?" Jake asked with a straight face.
Jay sighed, "it's because I can feel the love that you two have."
"But he's dating Kim," Jake retorted hopelessly, "plus I think he's just confused Jay, and you making us practice together doesn’t help at all, maybe your feelings are wrong.”
“My feelings are never wrong!" Jay clapped back, "You two belong together... I know you do,” Jay finished, walking away, leaving a shocked Jake behind.
Jake looked in the mirror, ‘you might be wrong, Jay,’ he thought, looking down. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
“You ok?” a voice asked. Jake lifted his head quickly, in the direction the voice came from, discovering that it was Ron. “I-I-I’m fine, Ron, you scared me is all” Jake said, donning a fake smile and laughing awkwardly.
“I heard a little bit of what you and Jay were talking about," Ron confessed, "do you really like me Jake?”
Jake didn’t know what to say he was too shocked to even speak, “I- um...”

“No, Ron, you heard wrong. I don’t like you, I just see you as a friend, and that’s it!” Jake storms off, pushing Ron out of the way. Keeping his head low, Jake ran to his room.

Ron stood there, dumbfounded. He knew he was right, Jake did say he loved him but he wasn’t going to act on it. He wanted to let Jake say it but he knew that would be wrong to get him to say it only for Ron to turn him down. Ron knew he had to tell Jake now so they could work it out and not leave an awkward feeling between them both.

Ron sighed and ran to Jake’s room his heart racing, palms sweaty (moms spaghetti… I'll leave) Ron opens the door to Jake’s room only to be greeted with a half-naked Jake “Holy shit!” Ron exclaimed as he stood in the doorway, mouth wide open. He couldn’t take his eyes off Jake, Jake was embarrassed, he didn’t know what to do, so he just stood there. Their eyes locked the moment Ron stopped checking out Jake.

Then, finally, someone spoke up “um Ron… hello?” Jake tries to get Ron’s attention but Ron was in too deep of a trance to hear him. Jake gave up and started to walk away, eyes never leaving Ron Ron’s eyes kept following Jake and while Jake loved the attention, it was getting creepy, so he put on some clothes. Ron then snapped out of it, shaking his head and tried to remember why he came to see Jake in the first place. Ron walked in and sat on Jake’s bed. Jake’s eyes widened at the fact that Ron felt so comfortable that he could just walk in his room and sit on his bed.

“Jake, I don’t like you in that way. I love Kim, at least, I think.” Ron gets out.

“Listen, Ron, we need to focus on fighting Dr. Cojo. We haven’t even come up with a plan yet, it’s been three months. After we fight Dr. Cojo, then we'll talk, OK?” Jake walks out of his room leaving Ron speechless...

Ron shook his head trying to get out of the trance “what the hell am I doing I love Kim why am I chasing after a guy!?” He shakes his head in disappointment, “I need to get it together.” Ron walks downstairs to see Jake talking to Jay and Kim. Ron walked over to them, his approach causing Jake to look back and then he leave mid-sentence to go down to the dojo.
Jay looked at Ron questionably, which Ron responded to with an ‘i’ll explain later’ look before running after Jake. Kim stared at Ron, confused, and followed after him. Jay tried to stop her, but it was too late, she was already at the top of the stairs and listening in on their conversation.
“Jake, we need to talk about this”
“There’s nothing to talk about dude,” Jake responded, turning away from Ron and starting to walk off. But Ron grabbed his arm. “Just tell me the truth… do you love me?”
“No Ron, I don’t love you, I have a crush on you…there’s a difference… Shit!”
“I knew it!”
“No, you didn’t”
“OK fair enough but you know I'm dating Kim—”
“No shit,” Jake interrupted Ron he looks at him and smiled. “That doesn’t mean people can’t crush on others. It’s like having a celebrity crush, you know they’re married and you know you’ll never get them. So calm your tits, Ron.” Jake said, roughly removing his arm from Ron’s grasp, turning to look at Ron, a smile still on his face. “We’re still friends, fool.”
Ron nodded with a smile on his face. “Yup…idiot,” he shot back as they high fived then start laughing.
Kim smiled at the boys’ friendship. She snuck back downstairs and waited until Jake came down before tackling him. surprised at first, Jake then laughed and when Ron came down they all start play fighting using the moves they learned from Jay, big smiles on their faces they forgot about everything that happened and they become the best of friends…(NOT!)

'When will we kill her?' the voice asked, annoyed and impatient
“We won't kill her, we'll get Dr. Cojo to do it. Doesn't that sound a little better than us killing her and Ron hating me? Then Ron wouldn't hate me for killing her…then he'll be all mine.”
‘That does sound better…maybe drop her in the acid he’s going to rain down on Earth. How about that?’
“That does sound fun, but we can’t. Let’s just let it play it out. Who knows, it might go our way…or Kim survives and we don’t get Ron.”
‘That second one sounds about right.’
“Shut up.”
Jake was shaken out of thought when he felt Ron fall on top of him. He blushed as he threw Ron off of him then transformed into his dragon form with a call of “Dragon Up!”
Upon transforming, he noticed that his dragon form had a …unusual color scheme. All the red on his body was now black, his eyes were the color of fire, almost like they actually were on fire. And, in fact, if one were to look close enough they’d see a little flame in the retina. His tail had a puff at the end that was the color of burning charcoal, looking like it would ignite if it came close to a heat source hot enough. His dragon looked almost demonic. Ron and Kim looked at Jake, wide-eyed and speechless. His dragon looked beautiful, yet scary.
Kim looked at the dragon with fear. She grabbed Ron by the arm and slowly started moving him away from Jake, who noticed Kim doing this and roared in anger. This caused Kim to then held Ron tightly and run upstairs, taking him with her.

“You idiot! Look at what you did you scared Kim and she took ron away!” Jake argued with his other voice, he tried to take control away from it, the voice was fighting to keep control but he wasn’t strong enough Jake regained control of his full body and dragon down he ran upstairs to see Kim talking to Jay about what happened Ron ran over to him with a worried look on his face  “are you ok jake?” Jake nodded “I'm fine Ron, I don’t know why Kim got scared.” Jake chuckled to himself knowingly ‘ always trust me, Ron cam running back to you he was worried, Ha straight my a -.’ “shut up you, it was to close of a call! You didn’t know he would come running back what if he became scared of me.” jake’s face starts to form a frown he also begins to shake. It confused ron he starts to call and shake Jake trying to get him out of his trance.

Just- be careful next time we got lucky.” ‘ don’t you feel what's happening?’ “What are you talking about?” ‘ shut up for a second and let your body regain some if it’s feeling then you’ll thank me later ’ the voice laughed, Jake looked at the dark cloud weird but did what he was told, he let his body regain some feeling to his surprise it was Ron shaking him Jake made a weird noise that thankfully Ron couldn’t hear him, he smiled and giggled happily to get touched by Ron. He was a little upset that Ron wasn’t touching him the way it wanted to be touched. “I’m not saying thank you, fuck you.” the voice gasped sarcastically and very dramatically ‘i got you touched by Ron how dear you! ’ the voice says in a fake hurt voice, unamused jake rolled his eyes “whatever that's not the point dude” their argument continues.   

Outside Jake’s head

While Jake was arguing in his head ron was on the other side still trying to shake him awake after what feels like forever Jake finally snapped out of it or so he thought jakes eyes moved to look at ron but Ron could see he wasn’t fully there he watched jake carefully he saw him smile. Ron was about to say something but jake made this adorable squeaking noise, Ron giggled a little bit after he had giggled jake giggled Ron couldn’t help but smile at the adorable boy. Ron snapped out of his small trance and went back to shake jake awake finale jake woke up, with a worried tone “are you sure you’re ok jake you zoned out pretty long there.” Ron started to feel jakes forehead this caused jake to blush “hmm, no fever but just to be sure I think you should lie down-.” Jake chuckles and takes ron hand off his head “I’m fine I promise.” they both start laughing a little Jay and Kim watch them from afar jay watches figuring out what happened, Jay walks over to jake pulling him aside out of Ron’s grip jake lets out a little whimper like mates being ripped apart ron lets out a small whisper-like whimper he grabs jake arm stopping him from being away but he lets go as soon as he grabs him, Ron looks at his hand. Ron’s head begins to hurt he puts his head on his head walking over to the couch he sits on the couch slouching over on his hand Kim walks over to him sitting next to him rubbing his back “what’s wrong Ron, are you ok?” “y-yeah I’m ok I’m… ok..”

“what’s wrong Ron, are you ok?” “y-yeah I’m ok I’m… ok..”

Ron sighs as he gets up, but as soon as he does, he gets a pounding headache and he sits back down. Ron passes out and a second later he wakes up on an island inhabited by different species of monkeys. All of the monkeys stopped in their tracks and looked over at Ron. Ron takes a step back and chuckles a little before finally saying something. 

“Hello,”

he says. The monkeys start going wild yelling, 

“the king has returned!” 

Ron starts panicking and runs around looking for a place to hide but two gorillas jump out and grab him, dragging him to the temple of past kings. It was run down, but still beautiful. The marble pillars still shined, even with vines covering the roof. It’s caved in, but what’s left of the stone roof was a carved-out picture of the last known king. Ron struggled to get out of the grips of the gorilla’s but he failed. He was then brought into the temple and sat on a throne and a crown was placed on his head. Ron sat there confused for a moment, but he smiled, 

“Monkey Fist described a place like this... He said he found some monkey thingy here but it ended up corrupting him.”

 He said as the monkeys watched and listened closely. 

“But I ended up defeating him-” 

the monkeys went wild before Ron could finish. He jumps in his seat, putting his hands up blocking his face. He calms down and slowly puts his hands down. The monkeys all bowed down to him, thanking him for releasing them from Monkey Fist’s grasp. 

“Wait, hold up. I ..Ron stoppable.. you saved us from Monkey Fist?” 

He asks with pure shock on his face. As one of the elder monkeys walked towards him, the others moved out of the way. 

“I am Claude, the ruler of the monkeys and the key to the monkey's power. In order to have full control, you must pass my test. Monkey Fist failed... He wanted the power for evil. Wanted to hurt the people of the world and not help them. I can feel in you that you only want to help those in need.

“Their love for each other grew stronger as they hugged each other tighter. That day Jake and Ron had very vivid yet beautiful dreams of each other that neither one would ever speak a word of.”

Jay was talking with Kim in the kitchen as the boys slept, he was going over with her about what happened 

“Ron now has the powers that monkeyfist once possessed, you don’t have to worry about the powers corrupting him. I've seen in the past people who had these powers were chosen by the monkey gods themselves.” 

Kim looked confused for a moment. 

“If they were chosen then why did they corrupt monkeyfist?” 

Jay took a sip of his tea and cleared his throat 

“Monkeyfist was chosen at first but they soon regretted their decision once they saw who monkeyfist really was. A money-hungry corrupt man who wanted the powers for his own personal gain so they had the powers corrupt him. Until he could be defeated, which is the only way to get rid of the powers is through death, so when Ron killed him the monkey gods saw the good in Ron’s soul so they chose him for it. He won’t end up looking like Monkeyfist but he’ll be more agile quicker and he’ll grow a tail, along with incredible hearing and strength!” 

Kim was amazed when she looked back at Ron who had already grown his tail. She chuckled, 

“Now I see why his back was hurting” 

she said amused, pointing to his tail Jay laughed a little too loud earning a grown from ron and shush from Jake. This made both Kim and Jay laugh which woke up the boys fully. Jake got off of Ron and he cracked his back. Ron stretched while laying down, cracking every bone in his body it felt amazing. 

“That felt awesome, the best stretch of my life!” 

Jake laughed and Ron got up going into the kitchen for something to eat but stopped. 

“Do you guys want to order something to eat?”

Jay shook his head no

“I’ll cook, you guys need healthy food. If you want to fight properly go downstairs to the dojo and practice the moves I taught you and I'll have dinner ready in three hours.”

They groan hearing how long dinner was going to take but they go downstairs without a fight and practice, Jake and Ron try out their new powers and Kim is having a hard time keeping up while Jake and Ron look like they're dancing and moving in sync. Jake's dragon is having a great time watching her struggle; he laughs for three hours including breaks. Jake or Ron haven’t even sweated while Kim is out of breath and sweaty, Jake's dragon watches with pure glee as the boys bond over their power. 

“Hey, Jake let me see your dragon. I couldn't really look at it before and uhh sorry for running off Kim dragged me away.”

He chuckles nervously and Jake nodded but his dragon rolled its eyes

‘What an annoying bitch’

His dragon hissed out with a pure venom laced tongue 

“Dragon up!”

Jake transformed into his dragon stretching right after ron stares in awe of Jake he was magnificent he got lost in jake's eyes until Jake said something

“ take a picture it will last longer” 

Jake laughed, it made Ron flustered and start to stutter, Jake's dragon smiled at Ron's flustered face. The dragon let Jake have control while he watched but he whispered things to say to ron, little flirtatious things just subtle enough Kim wouldn’t pick up on, some had Ron blushing like crazy everything was going well until Jay called them up to eat Jake turn back to normal and raced ron upstairs where they sat down for dinner after washing their hands, The boys sat next to each other making their souls light up with Joy. Ron was enjoying his dinner when he felt Jake's foot interlock with his ron blushed again and looked over at Jake who looked at him in the corner of his eye. It was his fiery dragon eye that made Ron's blush even worse. He went back to eating dinner unaware of what's going on in Jake's head...

 He went back to eating dinner unaware of what was going on in Jake's head.

Jake struggled to get back into his body, he watched, Trapped in ropes and his hands chained together as his dragon flirted with Ron all night, he ended up staying the night and Ron slept in the bed with him where they talked until they fell asleep. In the morning Jake returned to his body he stared at a sleeping Ron, he was pissed his dragon had taken over but was happy with the outcome. He rubbed Ron's cheek softly with his thumb.

"You are so beautiful.. "

Jake whispered. He watched Ron sleep a little longer till he got up and went downstairs, at the dining room table was Jay and Foodog they look at him

"Jake! So glad you're up! We need to talk about some stuff."

Foodog said as he rubbed the back of his neck nervously. Jay sighed and looked down at his tea,

"how long has your dragon been talking to you, Jake? Be honest."

Jake looked down shamefully... Jay noticed.

"Jake it's nothing to be ashamed of when all our dragons talk with us sometimes but I think your dragon has gotten out of hand, your dragon is a part of you, yes, but he has attached himself so deep in your mind he can take control. You need to learn to control him better."

"Yes sir."

But Jake knew there was nothing normal about his.

"I'll give you and Ron exercises to help you better control your powers so go get Ron."

Jake ran to go get Ron when they came back down they ate and Jay called Kim to come over, he told them Fu dog will train with Kim while the boys will train with him, their souls were happy this was a perfect bonding time and Jakes dragon was oddly quiet, he wasn't zoning out so he was able to practice and concentrate better. Ron learned to turn into a monkey-human hybrid like the one Monkey Fist was trapped in, along with the ability to turn into any type of monkey he wants. Ron has the abilities of every monkey when he's human but like Jake, he has to learn to hide it around people and to only use them when necessary. During the training, Kim was watching them in the corner of her eye or when she got breaks she saw how close the boys were and thought it was a cute friendship even though her gut was telling her it wasn't just a great friendship.

~~~~~kims pov~~~

I watched the boys all day they seem so close it's adorable especially when they trip over each other, they end up flustered, stuttering, and whispering sorry, I giggle to myself and I keep watching them. Ron is hanging upside down from a bar using his monkey tail practicing to help his grip. Jake is laying under him trying to get him to lose focus. 

"Ron!! If you fall and hit my head we are going to fight!" 

"Jake I'm trying but you distracting me is not helpful!" 

Jake laughs and it causes Ron to blush how cute! Jay told Ron to get down and take a break. Ron puts his hands beside Jake's face and when he gets down I could swear I saw their lips touching but I could be wrong, I got up and went over to Ron

"You did great, Ron, I'm proud of you!"

He smiles, gets up, kisses me on the cheek, and runs upstairs to get more water for him and Jake. I hear a growl from behind and I turn down and Jake is in his dragon form meditating. I shrug and hear him growl when he exhales. I sigh in relief. Foodog called me back over and he sounded panicked so I went back to check on him but he just rushed me to practice. When Jake turned back he had dragon legs, claws, and his tail was out. He didn't seem like himself. I think Jay noticed it too but Jake stayed quiet till Ron came back.

"Whoa! Jake, that's awesome! How did you do that!? I want monkey limbs!"

Ron struggles to make his limbs turn into monkeys he struggled so hard he farted causing Jake to burst out laughing he seems to turn back into himself slowly the more Ron talks to him.

"Ok Ron stop. Focus, close your eyes and breath just relax and focus on the appendage you want to turn, don't focus on both let's say arms you'll mess up and get frustrated just focus on one thing."

Ron does what he says and ends up exciting Jake's Expectations he turns all four limbs including being able to grow his tail, Jake's eyes widen. I clap for him

"I'm so proud of you baby I knew you could do it!"

Ron jumps up and down happily, he hugs Jake and Jay brings their focus to him.

"Now! Both of you will be able to use this in combat so let's practice and get used to it."

The boys practiced till sunrise and into the evening of the next day with brakes of course, when Jay stopped them to let them rest they fell asleep together in Jake's bed sleeping the rest of the day. Jay decided to make them practice at night so they can go outside and not be bothered not only for them to practice on each other but to practice on the villains that come out at night. On one special night, Jake sees someone he never thought he'd see ever again.

~~~~Jake's pov~~~

It was her, Rose the head huntsgirl of the Huntsman clan. To think I'd never see her again but I don't even know how It slipped my mind, Huntsman has been trying to kill me for a while. No doubt he tracked me down here. Rose probably told him I wasn't around after missing school for a while. Ron and I have been killing huntsman's minions for a while, both of us are covered in blood and sweat. It's getting annoying at this point. I'm trying to go after Rose and the Huntsman to end this once and for all. 

"I got it!"

I pick up Ron flying us away and Jay follows us. 

"I got a plan. Ron, we have to get to the leader and that female huntsman, she knows me so she'll be around a lot more. We have to skip training tomorrow and we'll have to go to school, she'll be there looking for me thinking I've been going to that school. so if I go there we'll be able to kidnap her, find out where the head huntsman's lair is, and kill them both, stopping them from getting in our way."

Ron looked up at me. In my dragon form, my expression is hard to read, but Ron could tell I was hurting. He was right seeing Rose hurt me, just knowing the girl I once loved betrayed me and tried to get me killed. I sighed all I wanted to do was cry but Ron rubbed my head as I flew us to safety. It soothed me. I love when he touches me. It makes me happy... I love him so much. I just met him. Maybe it's not love but I feel the same feelings I felt for Rose but stronger, just being around him and talking to him makes me happy. I need to talk to Jay about this. I flew us around hopefully losing the clan in the process. Once I knew we were safe I flew us back to Jay's house and turned human. 

"Go home Ron I'll see you tomorrow"

'No! Don't tell him to go home, let him stay with us. I won't let you sleep until you do!'

My head started to hurt badly making me crouch down and hold my head in pain, Ron noticed and offered to stay and keep an eye on me. I was in too much pain to argue with him, he helped me to my room. The moment he touched me my headache went away and my dragon sighed softly with delight, while Jay went to go make us tea and food. Ron was busy trying to get me into my pajamas, I ran and locked myself in the bathroom. Which made DD very upset. 

'NO! YOU DAMN FOOL!' 

He made my headache worse to the point I screamed from the pain. He took over by force and unlocked the door while I held my head in pain as I floated in darkness, only the light coming from my eyes. I watched as my dragon got comforted by Ron. I tried to take control but he made my headache worse. Ron hugged my body and it felt warm. 

~~DD talking through Jake~~

"Ron, I'm sorry for locking myself in the bathroom. I just wanted to shower really quick, take care of me tonight my head hurts." 

I let out a whimper and Ron held me tighter. 

"I'll take care of you tonight, don't you worry, let's get you in some more comfortable clothes."

Ron hands me the clothes and leaves so I can get dressed.

"Damnit."

I mumbled under my breath the whole time I was in the shower and getting dressed. This isn't what I had in mind. 

~~~Jake from inside his mind~~~

"You fucker! Stop this and let me take control. We need to get this plan perfect tomorrow and you being horny for his touch is not helpful! Just give up, he has the hots for Kim and you doing this is only going to make him go away faster.”

This upset DD he made my headache a lot worse, I screamed and cried from the pain he was causing me, my eyes squeezed tightly shut until I felt a set of soft hands on my head soothing my headache Immediately. The bright yellow light was warm and cozy. I just wanted to hug it and never leave. I heard a chuckle come from the light while I was hugging it.

“Do you know where DD is?”

As I was about to respond DD switched out with me. I was face to face with Ron who had just come back upstairs from getting us food.

~~~Jake's pov~~~

“Alright Jake eat up we haven’t eaten since lunch and I know you’re hungry because I know I am, also we might as well stay up because we go to school in two hours.”

Looking over at the clock it read six-thirty. I groan and Ron just sighs. We both finished eating and Ron took his shower and we tried to get what little sleep we could get, which wasn’t much when it was time for us to leave. Kim texted Ron saying she’ll meet us at the school so I and Ron walked there talking and we agreed on something. The moment we got to the school we filled Kim in on the plan and just like I said there was Rose talking with the principal.

“Fuck..”

Ron rubbed my back and assured me it was ok. I took a deep breath and we walked up to the principal, he turned to us. 

"RON STOPPABLE AND KIM POSSIBLE WHERE HAVE YOU TWO BEEN!"

That man almost blew out my eardrums. Ron jumped and Kim flinched a little, they stuttered and chuckled nervously trying to come up with a good excuse, Kim was finally able to come up with one. 

"Well you see I had a family member pass and Ron was sick also this is jake he's new. "

I hold out my hand and he shakes it. 

"Yes Mr. Long I got a call from your grandfather Jay he's saying you'll be here for a little while until you can go back to New York. It's nice to meet you and if I was you I'd stay away from these two trouble makers." 

He laughs and hands me my class schedule. Ron and Kim look at it over, Ron's eyes widened with excitement. 

"Awesome, we have all classes together, three with Kim! And the same lunch!" 

Ron dances and so does Rufus, we get to our first class. Math, I shuddered at the thought of it. Ron and I sat together which was a horrible idea. We just talked the whole class and played on phones. Rose was in honor classes so we didn't see her much other than in the hallway. We were hoping to get this done in one day so we came up with the plan to roam the hallway scope out her classes, see where the best exit is which is in the schools gym there's a back way that leads to where Fudog and Jay are waiting there's no cameras so this should be easy. We also see if any of us can spot her going to the bathroom. If we do, we send out a code 'the principal wants to see.. ' and that's when we get her. Right on que Kim walks in. 

"Excuse me, sorry for interrupting but the principal wants to see Ron and Jake."

The teacher looks at us and let's us go, we didn't bring out bags to class so we grab them from our lockers and we ran into the girls bathroom, we saw rose washing her hands and we locked the door knowing this is going to be a long fight immediately turned into my dragon and the fight began. It was a very enclosed space but I was able to knock her out by hitting her head on the sink. Kim and Ron tied her up when I cleaned the blood off the sink and floor. They got on my back and flew to the gym as fast as possible. DD wasn't happy with Kim or Rose on our back but he knew this was more important so didn't throw a fit which I was happy about. No one was in the gym so this was quick and painless at least for us Rose. Not so much, we got her in the car we flew back in and Jay went to go and sign us out Kim's and Ron's parents had to be called they agreed to sign them out. Thankfully they let us go, when we got to Jays we didn't want her unconscious for long so in case she slipped into a coma we woke her up. She groaned then panicked for a second before remembering what happened, she looked me dead in the eyes and smirked. 

"Jakey I missed you."

"Jakey I missed you."

“Well I didn’t miss you, now tell us where the huntsman's base is and we’ll spare your life until we take huntsman’s.” 

Ron chuckles lightly and pushes Jake away trying to get him to calm down while Kim took the lead.

“Sorry about Jake he’s a little upset about you betraying him and all but he’s not completely wrong, you could hand over the information easily or we take it through torture.”

Rose looked unimpressed she even laughed a little Kim and Jake got even more upset and Jaked turned into his Dragon form, Rose was finally able to get a good look at it she was impressed by his dragon changing so much after being here for a while. Rose stared into Jake's eyes she saw the hurt she caused and knew she could use that to her advantage. 

"Oh Jake the huntsman got me under his spell he'll hurt my family if I don't bring you back, Jake…  you know I love you." 

Jake didn't fall for her trap. One good thing about DD is he can see through lies, and the fact she lied made him enraged Jake roared and it shook the house Ron held on to Jake, and Kim stood her ground. Rose looked shocked he was never able to roar like that, Rose started to panic internally but it was very visible on her face. Ron took a deep breath and turned into a human-monkey hybrid, he stood as tall as Jake and he let out a roar so did Jake this made Rose have a panic attack, she had no idea they had the power to their words she knew she was outnumbered but not overpowered. She had beaten Jake plenty of times but just seeing how strong he’s become and with his monkey friend and Rose knew no doubt that Kim had some fight in her, Rose broke down crying. She then pulled herself together after a while and looked them in the eye.

“ Alright I’ll tell you where the clan is and how to get to Huntsman but it won't be easy he’s with Dr.Cojo he’s forming his clan getting by getting all the world's villains together to destroy all of earth's heroes meaning…You three will probably have to work together with other heroes but I heard Cojo and huntsman talking about how you three are the strongest and you have the smartest man on your team, once the three of you and the other heroes are dead he can use magic to rain acid or make all the people of earth slaves. He’s even got the world's leaders wrapped around his finger so he’ll be able to do this easily. I don’t know how to defeat him so don’t ask, Huntsman normally goes back to his hideout between faith and main, ironic name with all the fire-damaged buildings. He’s in the biggest building there it looks like a hotel, the keyword to get in is lung?”

They all looked confused except Jake.

“It means Dragon, how cliche.”

Kim pulled out her knife but Jake stopped her before she could do anything; he gave her a nod and she went next to Ron, Jake towered over Rose and DD was yelling in Jake's head to kill her. Jake closed his eyes and relaxed his body. 

“Is that everything Rose?”

He opened his eyes their eyes met and she nodded she mouthed ‘I love you’ Jake closed his eyes as he breathed fire and burned her to death her screams of pain echoed throughout the basement, once everything went quiet Jake stopped tears flowed from his closed eyes DD was satisfied. Kim and Ron hugged Jake he wrapped his wings around them and he let out a blood-curdling roar of pain and sorrow. He turned back into a human so did Ron they went upstairs to get ready for tonight. Ron and Jake nod at each other they head into Jake's room while Kim heads to the guest room, Jay and Fudog dispose of what's left of Rose's body. Jake and Ron test out their powers Jake makes his hand glow a beautiful crimson red it looks like his hand is on fire with the help of DD of course and Ron makes his hand glow a beautiful golden yellow with the help of his monkey powers they held hands it was warm Jakes flame slowly grew stronger and started to spark they pulled away then look at each other worried about what just happened. 

"We could have burned down the house if we weren't careful. We'll try this again when it's just our training again." 

Jake spoke as he looked at his hand. It felt cold. Ron let out a quiet yeah as he held his hand it also felt cold. The comfortable yet awkward silence was interrupted by Kim knocking on the door. The boys rushed as they changed into their clothes and packed some extra weapons.  Jake opened the door and there stood Kim, Jay, and Fudog without saying anything. They all went into the clean dojo and trained Ron and Jake's new little power they discovered while training the night they found Rose kept activating. It would only happen in their human form so they'd stay transformed as much and as long as possible they took a long nap to rest up Jake and Ron held hands without realizing it during the nap Jay prayed with Fudog by his side he knew he couldn't go with them he could only hope they'd be ok, the sound of an alarm rang through the quiet house it was ten at night the kids scurried upstairs getting ready for the mission they came downstairs and said their goodbyes Jake turned into his dragon Ron rode on his back while Kim used her jet pack. 

"There's no going back."

“There’s no going back.”

It was pouring rain Jake and Kim were having a hard time flying, lightning almost striking Kim down due to her jetpack they decide to land farther away so they can go over plans once again. They landed next to a mostly intact building luckily for them they were able to get out of the rain; Ron gave Kim the duffle bag of clothes, she took it and went to find a place to get dressed. To say Jake was excited was an understatement. He was ecstatic; finally the day to kill his mortal enemy the Huntsman, the man who tried to sell magical creatures on the black market and use their powers to rule the world; the same man who tried to hurt his family… Jake stared outside at the pouring rain flashing back to that horrible night.. There hidden inside a volcano, a secret lab Jake wasn’t fighting for his life it was for his sister. He had never taken a life before but today wasn't the day to just knock people out he had to send a message, “don’t fuck with my family!” He roared, throwing lower level soldiers in lava. He had no time to watch as the dense lava burned the soldiers but their screams haunted him, he flew his way close enough to his sister he knew he wasn't getting to her without dealing with the head soldier so he prepared to fight her, dodging the leader of the soldiers attacks he has no idea it was Rose at this time, he didn't really care who it was he was fighting; all he cared about was getting his sister away from the Huntsman his sister was unconscious in a cage the Huntsman was using rays to take her powers away, she was starting to look dehydrated. Jake needed to get to her and fast he flapped his wings kicking up dust and small lava rocks, while she was distracted he wrapped his tail around her and swung her into the wall of the volcano thinking that was hard enough to kill her. He was able to fly past some guards knocking them into the lava. Jake wasn't immune to lava like he was fire but he knew he was safe enough to throw lava in the Huntsman's face. picking up some lava rocks he threw them at the Huntsman burning his face. Jake broke the ray and another machine hooked up to his sister. He broke the cage open, picking her up gently and flew her out of there. It took her a whole year to recover, Jake was so worried he didn't save her it put him into a depression. He didn't shower, barely ate nor did he go to school. Everything just spiraled out of control. Jake went to therapy in the magic realm but it didn't help much. He was up in room when he got at knock at the door he yell for them to come in, he turned over and watched as the door opened revealing his little sister, Jake Rand to his sister and scooped her up into a big hug crying he dropped to his knees not wanting to let her go, “ see Jake I'm all better, thank you for saving me I love you.” This made Jake cry harder his parents watched with tears in their eyes, for Jake the screams of the people he killed subsided and some of the guilt he felt went away but that feeling still lingers anytime he sees the Huntsman… Jake comes back into reality he takes a deep breath and wipes away the little bit of tears that got through. He closed his eyes and took a few more calming deep breaths. Ron was watching him the whole time he saw all the emotions Jake had on his face, the pain, heartbreak, guilt, sadness, and last happiness. He saw it all. He walked to Jake and put his hand on his back. He felt Jake jump and tense up a little from being startled but when he looked at Ron he calmed down and relaxed his body a little. Ron looked at his best bro with concern; 

“You ok dude? You went through the stages of grief for a moment.” he gave Jake a comforting smile, then leaned his head on Jake's arm. 

"Dude you're not making this easy.” Jake whispered, he looked at Ron in the window who had a small smile on his face. 

“I'm not doing anything but comforting my friend, you're the one making it weird. Though that didn't answer my question. Ron looks up at Jake and stops leaning on him but doesn't remove his hand from his back. Tell me about this plan of yours.” 

Just as Jake is about to say something Kim comes from the corner she was getting dressed in and the boys looked at her, Ron was still confused but Jake. He looked amazed she actually looked like Rose, Jake clapped his hands and went over the plan. Kim will wear a wig that looks just like Rose's hair along with a fake dragon tattoo he got Wade to make after he sent him pictures of Rose's actual tattoo. They raided the hotel where Rose was staying so they could grab everything they needed to make this as smooth as possible. Kim was dressed head to toe in Rose's huntsman gear, thanks to Wade Kim was able to get a voice changer that looked exactly like the hood. With video of Rose; Wade was able to recreate her voice so everytime Kim speaks she would sound like her, everything was coming together. 

~~~Jake’s pov~~~~

DD was starting to get restless seeing Kim look like the woman we despise was making him want to kill her more but the worst was yet to come… Jake's vision started to get blurry; it looked and felt like the world was spinning, his heart racing.. ‘Please no..’ the worst has yet… 

“Hello, how do I sound?” Kim said, sounding exactly like Rose. 

I ran to a corner and started throwing up. I couldn't handle it, seeing her dressed as Rose was one thing but.. Hearing… that thing's (venom laced his voice) voice coming out of Kim was another. I was overwhelmed with emotions, hate, I gagged at thought..love. everything poured out when I remember she's with Ron it makes it ten times more frustrating! Ron comforted him, Kim was making her way over after fixing a few things but Ron stopped her. 

“ Kim stay over there I think you dressing as.. Her (Ron tried to not mention Rose knowing it would upset Jake especially hearing her name coming from him.) is upsetting him.”

Kim backed up nodding, not saying anything to not trigger me anymore with Rose's voice. She earned my respect for that. Ron calmed me down and I took a deep breath. 

“Alright now that we have everything let me tell everyone their job's, Kim your job is to get in and gather as much information as you can. Remember only use the fighting techniques as the clan don't use your own. The Huntsmans clan has a very specific fighting technique and will figure you out so fast, you are also the Huntsmans lap dog do everything he says and I mean everything! Rose was that man's pet. Now Ron and I will run and go get Wade, Just in case we need to fix something he'll be closer; So we'll set up camp farther away from the building Kim has cameras and a speaker built into her belt so we'll be able to see and hear everything, so if anything goes wrong we'll be there in a second. Stay safe kim.” I looked her right in the eyes and she nodded. I looked over at Ron who went over and hugged kim. 

Kim pulled her mask down and gave Ron a kiss. This made Jake roll his eyes and made DD pissed. 

“Let me take over!” DD screamed at me it hurt my head a little, I shook his head no and whispered to him. “ I got this.” 

I cleared my throat loud enough to startle the couple, they looked back at me with apologetic faces they weren't sorry, I rolled my eyes. I could tell this caught them off guard I didn't show my hostility to their love before seeing the shock on Kim's eyes was priceless, on the other hand Ron's shocked face wasn't as funny he still seemed concerned, it wasn't time to unpack that so let's move on. 

“Sorry to interrupt your face sucking, but we all need to go, and the rain is slowing down and we need this cover so we can sneak pit of here, we need to hurry. Dragon up.” Jake turned into his dragon and left the house.

“Bye Kim be safe I'll see you again soon.” Ron hugged Kim and they both left the house. Ron hopped on Jake's back and they flew off. Kim ran to the hotel hideout. 

She took and deep breath and in roses voice said;

“Let's do this.” She knocked on the door and a soldier yelled from the other side. 

“Password!”

"Lung”

The soldier opened the door and bowed “leader Rose it's good to see you.”
