Chapter 1: How Did This Happen

Chapter Text

Shigaraki was in the bar with Kurogirl as usual. There was something in Shigaraki’s mind that involved a certain young man. They had met a month ago by accident. The two didn’t think that they would meet, but they did.

It didn’t go the way like it always did. Shigaraki still got angry that the young hero never takes his side in anything he says and always tells him that he is wrong.

After that day they hadn’t seen each other.

It’s not like they were friends or anything, but Shigaraki was drawn to the young hero.

Just then, there was important news on the TV that they had in the bar.

“It looks like they are already announcing it.” Giran entered the bar, but his eyes were on the TV screen that the other two in the room were watching.

“You know about this?” Shigaraki asked.

“Yes. I found some info. I didn’t think that the heroes would announce it. But I look like they aren’t going in detail.”

“What do you know?”

“There was an attack, and the students from UA were involved. Some got stuck inside some cave near the school where they were doing some training, but they were gotten out expect one.”

“Who?” Shigaraki had this feeling who it was.

“I think his hero name was Deku.”

“Midoriya Izuku,” Kurogiri called the real name of the hero.

Shigaraki’s head turned in a fist.

“I knew it. The heroes can’t save everybody.”

“There one more piece of information the news left out,” Giran said.

“What’s that?” Shigaraki waited for the man to say his peace.

“There was poison inside the cave.”

“Shigaraki, what should we do?”

“Why are you asking me that?” Shigaraki yelled.

The bartender villain knew that Shigaraki cared for the boy but wouldn’t admit it. He knew the fact that the two always ended up arguing with each other, but for some reason, they never had to fight it out. Maybe it was Shigaraki who didn’t want to. When they first met, Shigaraki wouldn’t care if he killed him, but now the villain was different.

“I’m heading out,” Shigaraki announced.

“I’ll come with you.” Kurogiri followed after the leader.

“Do what you want?”

There were police and heroes everywhere where the cave was located. The heroes had managed to get most of the students out, but they were still trying to get the last one.

“It’s all my fault that Deku is still in there.” Uraraka was blaming herself since it was Midoriya who pushed her out before he could escape the poison fog that was spreading inside the cave.

“It wasn’t your fault.” Asui comforted her friend, hoping what she said would go through to her, but even still, Uraraka was crying.

Asui gave Uraraka a chug hoping this would make her feel a little bit better.

There were cops and heroes everything, even reporters showed up though they were not allowed to take any videos or photos.

In the crowd near the heroes stood Shigaraki wearing a black hoodie, and Kurogiri was by his side. Shigaraki didn’t know what led him here. Shigaraki was mad at the heroes since they couldn’t even save a student.

“Teleport inside the cave,” Shigaraki ordered the mist villain.

So where they were not a lot of crowds, the mist villain did as he was told, and then they appeared inside the cave. It was just as they heard the heroes talking about. There was a lot of fog. The fog didn’t affect Kurogiri, but Shigaraki had a mask on so the poison wouldn’t get to him.

As they two explored the cave, they heard coughing, and Shigaraki could only think of one person. There was only one person in the cave beside them who had just entered.

Shigaraki’s legs picked up, and he ran and there he saw the young hero on the ground. Midoriya Izuku was holding covering his mouth from the poison to get to him, but it wasn’t helping. His face didn’t look like it usually did, he looked pale.

“What’s going to happen to me?” He mumbled under his breath that nobody could hear him.

That’s when the young hero felt a presence. He slowly turned around and was surprised by who he saw. It was two of the league of villains, one of them being the leader who he knew well.

Why are they here?” Midoriya could think straight anymore that his eyes slowly closed, and he fell to the ground in the cave.

Midoriya heard footsteps, but he couldn’t move to see.

Shigaraki bends down to where the boy was and held him in his arms. It didn’t look good when he touched the boy’s body. It was weak because of the poison that had gone inside him. Shigaraki picked Midoriya up in arms, he found that the young hero was very light. Shigaraki didn’t know if it was the poison that made him light like a feather, or it was just that Midoriya was light in weight.

“Kurogiril.” Shigaraki spoke.

The mist villain already knew what his leader wanted, so he opened a wrap gate, and they walked inside it.

                                                                      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They back in the hideout and Shigaraki placed the hero in his room on the bed. He called a doctor to see what he could do to the young hero.
“Lucky, you found him in time, or he might have not made it.” The doctor had removed the poison, but the boy was still weak.
“So if the heroes hadn’t come later, then he would have been gone.” Shigaraki’s hand turned into a fist, he was mad.
The heroes you believe didn’t even save you.”
The doctor left the room, and Shigaraki was alone with the sleeping figure on the bed. The leader gently took Midoridya’s hand in his and saw how cold it was. It was beginning to warm up, but still, this made the league of villain angry.
Kurogiri came into the room.
“What are you going to do when he wakes up?”He asked.
“I’ll figure that out when that happens.” Shigaraki didn’t think how the hero would react. The villain knew one thing, and that was he didn’t want to trust Midoriya to those heroes.
“I will keep him here. I can protect him way better here then those heroes can.”
It was funny how Shigaraki got to this point in life. He never thought that he could end up saving the young hero. They had encountered, but it always ended severely like the first time they met.
When they met for the first time, Shigaraki hated the power that Midoriya had since it reminded him of All Might
They started to encounter more often, but they could never agree on anything. They had different views on things. Shigaraki never thought he would see this young hero so weak.
“Tell the others not to enter my room.” Shigaraki didn’t want anybody to interrupt him while he was with Midoriya.
“Alright,” Kurogiri said.
The mist villain left the Shigaraki’s room and went back to what he did, and that was tending to the bar.
When they went to look for the young hero who Shigaraki was concern about even though he doesn’t show it. Kurogiri never thought they would end up bringing Midoriya with him.
“I wonder what is going happen from now on.” He said as he did some cleaning in the bar.
Just then, two villains entered the bar.
It was Dabi and Himiko Toga.
“I should advise you two not to enter Shigaraki Tomura’s room.”
“Why not?” Toga asked. “Is there something juicy that he is hiding?” Her eyes sparkled when she said that.
“No comment,” Kurogiri replied.
“Does that guy even have anything interesting?” Dabi looked uninterested, unlike the high school girl.
When other villains appeared, Kurogiri had to tell them the exact same thing to them that he just said Toga and Dabi about.
The news was still on the television.
“I heard from Giran that you guys went to where the heroes were.” Toga said.
“Wasn’t that brat stuck in there?” Dabi remembered hearing about the hero that always got in their way.
“He was stuck.”
“Wait a second! Dabi put two together and realized it. “Did you guys went to save him?”
Kurogiri didn’t know how to answer this.
“That’s right.” Shigaraki appeared in the bar.
“Why?Why?” Toga asked.
“Midoriya Izuku looks up at heroes, but they didn’t come to save him.”
“Are you trying to get him on our side?” Dabi asked.
“That would be interesting, but I doubt that he would. I feel no matter what I tell him that he would go against me.”
“Even so, you’re keeping him here.” Dabi didn’t understand their leader.
“I am,” Shigaraki said with a straight-forward face. “So, if anybody goes into my room without permission, I will kill you.” He warned the others.
There were no questions asked after that.
Shigaraki went back to his room, and Midoriya still was asleep.
Many things were running through Shigaraki’s head, but most of all, what kind of reaction that the young hero would make when he sees him.
                                                                     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It was the following day that Midoriya opened his green eyes, and the first thing he saw was the ceiling above. He then looked around the room and realize that he was unfamiliar with everything. Midoriya slowly got up, and later, he recalled what happened.

“Didn’t I see Shigaraki before I blacked out?” Just then, the man he was thinking about walked into the room.

Midoriya was surprised and wonder why he was here.

There were no heroes at the time he was stuck in the cave, but then he appeared.

“The heroes that you think so highly of you couldn’t even save you.”

“It’s not their fault. I choose to stay behind.” Midoriya said.

Shigaraki was annoyed with Midoriya’s words.

“How can you say such words? What if you died? You could have died if Kurogiri and I didn’t find you.”

Even though Midoriya wanted to say something to Shigaraki, the villain was right. He was barely breathing since the poison got inside his system, and he could have died.

“Thank you for saving me, but I’m fine now, and I need to go back.” Midoriya got out of the bed, but then Shigaraki blocked his way.

“Do you think I would let you leave just like that?”

“What?”

“Why did you think I saved you?”

“………….”

“I did that because heroes couldn’t do anything.”

“I can’t blame them.” Shigaraki was so mad. How could this young hero say something like that? Why was he still defending them when he almost died?

“Are you stupid?”

“I have to leave now.” Midoriya saw that Shigaraki wasn’t going to let him leave, so he active his quirk, but when he did, the hero felt the pain go through his body that he fell to the floor.

“What?” Midoriya was confused.

“I might've have saved you, but that doesn’t mean you are completely healed.”

“What?”

“The poison is still in your system, and it won’t disappear, just like that.” Shigaraki gestured with his hands.

Shigaraki bent down where Midoriya was and watched him in pain. The hero was breathing heavily because he activated his quirk.

Midoriya tried to do it against, and the pain increased.

“Are you trying to kill yourself?”

“No way. I can’t use my quirk.”

Shigaraki grabbed hold of Midoriya.

“Don’t touch me!” Midoriya glared at the man.

“I can’t do that.” Shigaraki didn’t care that the hero was throwing a tantrum. “I could kill if I wanted, but why do you think you are still alive.”

Midoriya did wonder that. The man could kill him since he was so weak.

“I can’t have you dying on me. You are too important to let go.”

“What do you mean?” Midoriya didn’t understand.

“For a sixteen-year-old. You sure are slow.” Shigaraki chuckled and took off the hands from his face.

 The villain brought his face close to Midoriya and did the unthinkable and kissed those small lips of his. This made the hero widen his eyes in surprise.

When Shigaraki released the boy from the kiss, the villain saw how red Midoriya’s cheeks were.”

“I’m guessing this is your first kiss,” Shigaraki smirked.

Chapter 2: What He Wants

Notes:

Warning for kisses!

Chapter Text

Midoriya didn't know what to do since he couldn't use his quirk. He was stuck in the villain's hideout, and he couldn't do anything, not without his powers. The young hero was helpless. He never felt so useless before.

He was in the same room every day, and the only people that he saw were Shigaraki, but sometimes Kurogiri came to see him too, but that was about it.

Midoriya couldn't even contact his friends to let them know where he was. He didn't have his phone with him since he lost it in the cave.

Midoriya got up and looked out the window, but he couldn't see anything since it was blocked, and it was all black.

The young hero never thought something like this would happen, and he couldn't reason with Shigaraki since it always ends up them arguing like that was nothing new.

The door to the room opened, and Shigaraki entered the room with a tray filled with food.

"You shouldn't be up." He said.

The villain put the tray on the table by the bed. He then went to the window where Midoriya was standing.

"I told you to stay in bed."

“Sorry,” Midoriya said.

Shigaraki walked Midoriya back to the bed.

Midoriya didn’t know how to deal with this side of the villain. He was kind, and it was different that it made the hero confused.

Midoriya ate the food that Shigaraki had got it for him. He felt weird since Shigaraki was watching him eat. It was like this every time that he came to bring him food.

When he stopped eating, the hero looked at Shigaraki.

“Since you’re keeping me here, can you do something for me.”

“If it’s something I can do,” Shigaraki said.

“Can you at least bring me a newspaper or something? I like to know what’s going on around the world outside.”

“I can do that.” Shigaraki left the room after Midoriya said that.

A sight escaped Midoriya’s lips.

I really don’t know how to deal with you.”

Shigaraki arrived at the bar, and like always, Kurogiri was there. The news on the TV was as usual.

“Kurogiri get somebody get the newspaper every day.”

“Is it for Midoriya Izuku?” He asked.

“Yea.”

Even though Shigaraki did not want Midoriya to be involved in the outside world.

“I think there is one there.” Kurogiri pointed to the newspaper on the table. “Switch was reading it earlier.”

Shigaraki grabbed the newspaper and went back to his room.

He handed the newspaper to the young hero.

Midoriya didn’t think that Shigaraki would actually do as he requested.

“How long are you going to keep me here?” Midoriya said as he flipped through the newspaper.

“You shouldn’t even ask me that. I’m not letting you out of here.”

“Are you out of your mind?” Midoriya was angry.

“You can get mad at me or even glare at me for all I care, but there I no way I am taking you back to those worthless heroes.”

Midoriya could see that the side of Shigaraki was the same.

“Why are you like this?” Midoriya asked.

“I should be asking you that.”

This was always how their argument started.

It was silent, and nobody said a word after that.

Shigaraki didn’t want to do something stupid, so he walked out of the room.

He was back to the bar, and Kurogirl looked at him, confused.

“Did you have another argument with Midoriya Izuku?” Kurogiri asked.

Shigaraki just glared at the TV screen.

Kurogiri knew something like this would happen. The two were from different sides, so it would be hard for both of them to agree on something.

Dabi walked into the bar and saw the look on Shigaraki’s face.

“Somebody looks like he’s in a bad mood.”

“Shut up!” Shigaraki yelled.

“Keeping a hero isn’t a good idea.”

Shigaraki didn’t say a word and ignore the other villain.

“He won’t like it since your keeping him like a captured princess.”

Kurogiri couldn’t deny what Dabi said was true.

“Do you agree with him?” Shigaraki turned to the mist villain.

“He is right about that. Midoriya Izuku is always kept in that room of yours. You’re not giving him any freedom.”

“I got it!”

Shigaraki got angry and slowly walked back to his room.

He didn’t know how many times he has gone back and forth from his room.

Shigaraki opened the room, but then he heard heavy breathing. He saw that Midoriya was in pain, and he was coughing a lot.

The villain ran to where Midoriya was on the bed.

“Is the poison that’s in your system acting up?”

Suddenly Midoriya closed his eyes. The young hero had fainted.

“Kurogiri, call that damn doctor!” He yelled from inside his room.

An hour later, the doctor had appeared and checked on the hero.

“Why is he still in pain?” Shigaraki asked.

“The poison must have gone deep inside his body.” The doctor explained. “I can suppress the pain, but that is all I can do for now. The poison doesn’t seem like any regular. I have to look for the medicine he needs.”

The doctor said his piece and left and told Shigaraki that he will be back when he finds the medicine that he needs to care for the boy.

                                                       ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When Midoriya wakes up that evening, he saw Shigaraki by his side.
“You’re awake now.” He said.
“I remember I was in pain,” Midoriya recalled what had happened to him.
“There is still some poison inside your system, so that is why you are in pain,” Shigaraki explained.
“Is that poison from the cave that bad?”
“Since you lost the ability to use your quirk, then it is.”
Midoriya had that sad expression on his face.
“Look, I know I haven’t been the best. I’m willing to let you out of this room, but that is all.”
“Really?” Midoriya looked surprised.
“Yes. I will take you outside even, but once you're better.”
Midoriya still didn’t know what to think of this man.
When the villain was gone, the young hero looked at the newspaper again. There wasn’t much mention of the cave incident. Midoriya thought that they would put more information about since it was a big deal that almost all the students got stuck.
“I’m sure they are worried about me.”
He thought about Uraraka and how everything happened in the cave.
Midoriya saw the way that Uraraka was scared that they would be stuck here for a while and wouldn’t be to even breathe because of the poison.
There then a sudden call from All Might saying that they could get out, but when Midoriya realizes that only one of them could get out, the young hero knew what he had to do.
There was a hole that the heroes had mention that they could go through. He made his friend go through it first, knowing well what would happen once she was out. The hole closed up, and he was left in the cave.
Midoriya didn’t mind as long as Uraraka was alright.
He wonders how long he would be kept in this villain hideout. Shigaraki made it clear that he wasn’t going back to the heroes since he sees to care for him. Midoriya didn’t even know if those feelings were real. It’s hard to trust a villain after everything that happened.
Their first meeting wasn’t the nicest since Shigaraki wanted to kill him.
Their second was even worse.
Somehow their meetings never went in the right way. They ended up fighting in the first few meetings, and then it stopped, but they ended up getting into arguments.
Midoriya then recalled the doctor that been coming here to see him because of Shigaraki. Midoriya might’ve been small at the time, but he remembers him. That doctor was the one who told him that he didn’t have a quirk.
“Why was that doctor working with the villains?” Midoriya was getting curious.
That wasn’t the only thing that was in his mind. Midoriya thought back to the cave and wondered how the poison started. Everything was fine even when the students were stuck in the cave, but then suddenly, the poison gas kicked in.
Shigaraki came hours later with food. It was dinner time. Midoriya didn’t know since he couldn’t tell since there was no light or even a clock to tell the time.
Like always, Shigaraki watched Midoriya eat.
“You're unhappy here,” Shigaraki said.
“If you know, then take me back.”
“Even if you are unhappy, I can’t do that.” He said.
Midoriya figured that would be the answer he would get from the villain.
“I may have a thing for you, but if you do anything, then I won’t care and give you some punishment.” Shigaraki sounded scary that he was scratching his neck when he said those words. “I don’t’ want to do anything that could hurt you, so please behave.”
The league of villains' leader was saying all this, but Midoriya knew that he wouldn’t be able to do as Shigaraki said. He wasn’t one of them. He was a hero, and that meant to bring them down.
Midoriya had to be careful since Shigaraki had a powerful quirk and one that could kill him anytime. With the way he was right now, there was no way he could avoid the man’s power.
“It would have been better if I had met you sooner.” Shigaraki went on. “Then, things would have been different, and you would have been by my side from the beginning.”
Midoriya felt even if they met sooner, things would be the same. The young hero always looked up to All Might, and that wouldn’t change.
“You were born Quirkless, weren’t you?” That comment made Midoriya look up in surprise.
“How?”
“I know about you, and I know that power you have wasn’t yours, to begin with. I bet that power is from All Might.”
Midoriya stayed silent. He didn’t want to say anything.
Shigaraki grinned at the boy since the villains knew what he said was true.
“I’m going to bed.” Midoriya grabbed the covers and lay down on the bed.
Midoriya then felt something grab him from behind. Shigaraki was holding him from behind.
“I like you a lot. No, I love you.”
“Are you crazy? We are both guys.”
“I don’t think gender matters when it comes to love.”
Midoriya didn’t know what to do.
Shigaraki held closer to Midoriya.
“I love you so much that I will do anything to keep you by my side.” Midoriya then felt a pair of lips kiss the back of his neck.
“Ah…” Midoriya didn’t mean it, but it came out.
“Your voice is lovely.” He said.
Shigaraki then put his hand underneath Midoriya’s shirt.
“Wh-What are you doing?” Midoriya panic for what was happening.
“Don’t be scared. I won’t do anything than this.”
Shigaraki was touching Midoriya’s body, and like he said, that was all the villain did.
Midoriya couldn’t believe he was letting this villain do this to him. He couldn’t even reject him since he was so weak. He was making weird sounds every time that Shigaraki touched any part of his body.
“S-Stop.”
“But you are enjoying it.” Shigaraki grinned.
The man then turned Midoriya over and kissed him on the lips. Midoriya felt a weird feeling. He never kissed anybody before, let alone let anybody do this to him. If the hero wasn’t so weak, he could push the villain away.
The kiss wasn’t rough like Midoriya thought would be. He felt a sense of warmth in the embrace. It felt like Shigaraki really cared for him, but still, that made Midoriya overthink.
Shigaraki put his tongue as he kissed Midoriya. This was a new experience for Midoriya that he didn’t know if this was right or wrong.
When the villain broke free from the kiss, he looked down at the boy with red cheeks.
“You are so adorable.” He then went and kissed Midoriya again.
