    Fëanor dislikes his half-brothers. Immensely. This is a well known fact.
    Presumably, his children followed his example, and their relations with their cousins are strained, at best.
    Here is a less known fact: The House of Fëanor may not like their half-relations, but they are still family, and the House of Fëanor takes family very seriously.
