Trailer 1: The Quirkless can't be heroes?! 

Tony Stark was dying after snapping with the Infinity Stones and finally ending the threat of Thanos for good. He was leaving the world in the hands of people he wanted to see thrive... Pepper, Rhodey, and Peter... finally Tony's soul left his body and started it's journey to the afterlife.

"So, you've finally arrived." A new voice said as Tony's soul found itself in an unfamiliar place. Tony looked around and saw another spirit that kind of looked like Nick Fury if he was white (like original comic book Nick Fury).

"Knock off Nick Fury much?" Tony quipped before the other spirit chuckled.

"Tony Stark, I am a cosmic being known as the Outsider, and you have one quest left before your soul can pass on to the afterlife." The spirit informed Tony. In the past, Tony wouldn't have taken this seriously, but over the years of being an Avenger, dealing with his successes and failures, Tony had matured quite a bit.

"What kind of mission?" Tony asked.

"In another world, super powers are known as quirks and they are very common. Only 20% of the world's population have no quirks, but this has caused a rise in both super powered crime and super powered heroics. The symbol of Iron Man has become important in your world... and I fully believe the symbol of Iron Man could mean something in this world too. I need you to find a good person to train to become this world's Iron Man." The Outsider informed him.

Meanwhile:
Takumi Sakai is a quirkless boy... who always wanted to be a hero. But there was no way any hero school would let a quirkless one into the hero course. Takumi thought of that as his martial arts teacher kicked him during a spar.
"Takumi, once again you are distracted." His martial arts teacher Kyo, told the boy. Takumi sighed.

"Yeah sorry... just thinking about my impossible dream again." Takumi replied. Kyo sighed, he wasn't sure what to say...

A few days after the semester at UA started, Takumi stumbled onto a villain attack and he was saved by Endeavor.
"Mr. Endeavor, sir... do you think a quirkless person could ever become a hero?" Takumi asked the number 2 hero curiously after the fight was over. Endeavor laughed at the notion.

"Is that your dream? Pathetic. Only those with the strongest of quirks can become heroes. If you want to try to become a hero as you are, you should give us, because a quirkless will NEVER become a hero." Endeavor told Takumi.

Days later:
Classes started at UA and Takumi was in the support corse with Mei Hatsume. As they worked on gadgets, Takumi was building a suit of armor to protect the wearer and enhance the quirk of anyone who uses it, or even defends a quirkless while the hero fights. While he worked on the armor one of the other students in the workshop was listening to an interview with Endeavor where the hero once again laughed at Takumi's dream as he mockingly spoke about the encounter. Meanwhile another student was hearing the news... and there was a hostage situation with no Pro Heroes in sight. Takumi put on the armor and ran out, but everyone was so into their work no one even noticed. The armor was as bulky as Tony Stark's Iron Man mk.1 but Takumi arrived at the scene.

"What the hell are you supposed to be?" The villain holding hostages asked before he was blasted by a prototype repulser and sent flying back. The villain soon got back up only for the bulky metal man to punch him in the gut and send him flying back.

"I'm not a fan of bullies." Takumi replied before he fired another repulser blast and the villain was knocked out. As he heard police sirens in the distance, Takumi flew away in the suit... but the suit was not build very well for flying so he ended up crash landing in front of UA.... however this did not go unnoticed by a certain spirit.

"I've made my choice." Tony said as he looked at Takumi.

Tony appeared to Takumi. "I am a Pro Hero from another world... and long story short, I need to train someone from this world to become a hero before I can pass on... I can teach you to become a hero even without a quirk, I can teach you to become Iron Man." Tony then showed Takumi some of his memories of his adventures as Iron Man, standing alongside the Avengers, and being a hero who always strived to do better. Takumi smiled.

Sometime later:
"A new vigilante has become the talk of the city... the mysterious Iron Man! No one seems to know anything about him, but it's clear he's on the our side." A news reporter said as footage played on the news of Iron Man lifting a train that had fallen out of it's tracks and flying it back to where it belonged. Then it showed Iron Man dealing with a hostage situation without harming any civilian before flying away.

"Very recently, Iron Man stopped a villain known as Whiplash from assassinating the principal of super hero school UA, and he has become quite popular amongst the people despite his status as a vigilante." The reporter said before Iron Man flew by to save people from a burning building.

Meanwhile:
Izuku Midoriya was writing notes on what Iron Man could be, as not much was known about him. Takumi accidentally walked into him as they were walking to lunch, or rather Takumi had been running.
"Oh, I'm sorry." Takumi told Midoriya.
"That's alright. I probably should have been watching where I was going instead of writing." Midoriya replied.

"I haven't seen you around. Who are you?" Midoriya's friend Ochako Uraraka asked.

"My name is Takumi Sakai from the support course. Who are you guys?" Takumi asked.

"Izuku Midoriya."
"Ochako Uraraka"
"Tenya Iida"

"One thing you always have to know about being Iron Man... is that your smarts are just as important as your suit. These things combined... that's how you win, not one or the other. No two halves can be completely separate." Tony told Takumi as he suited up and took off to the skies.

Iron Man blasted a villain before he saved a civilian from a thrown car.
"Who are you?" The civilian asked.

"I am Iron Man." Iron Man replied before he flew back into the fight.

"It's time for you to prove to the world... that with perseverance, the right resources, and maybe a little luck, that a quirkless guy can be a hero." Tony told Takumi.

"I'll show the world... any dream is possible if you never give up." Takumi replied.

Chapter Text

"My name is Takumi Sakai, and one day I'll be a great hero!" That's what I used to tell people all the time when I was a little kid. That was before I learned....

"I'm sorry Mrs. Sakai, your son is quirkless. His dreams of becoming a hero... it's impossible." The doctor had said.

That's when everything changed.
"Isn't that the quirkless loser who wanted to become a hero?" A bully asked as they pushed Takumi in the hallway.

"Oh right. He always said he'd be a great hero. What a joke!" Another bully replied as he pushed Takumi into another wall. Finally Takumi got tired of it and punched one of the bullies in the face and pressed a button on his wristband before the other one tried to jump in. The 2nd bullies punch was blocked by a shield that had appeared from the wristband before Takumi kicked the guy in the place where no man should be kicked.

"Quirks are wasted on idiots like you." Takumi told them before he walked away.

I was always the smartest one in the room... but in this society, smarts isn't as valued in becoming a hero as strength is.

I wish I could say I had someone believe I could reach my dream... but no matter if it was my mom, my martial arts teacher, my friends, and even the Pro Hero Endeavor, who is a crappy person by the way... all doubted my dream.

"Is that your dream? Pathetic. Only those with the strongest of quirks can become heroes. If you want to try to become a hero as you are, you should give up, because a quirkless will NEVER become a hero." Endeavor yelled out as he returned to laughing at Takumi.

Then my life changed all over again after I met a dead guy...
"I am a Pro Hero from another world... and long story short, I need to train someone from this world to become a hero before I can pass on... I can teach you to become a hero even without a quirk, I can teach you to become Iron Man." The spirit of Tony Stark told Takumi.

He started to teach me... that I could still be a hero... that I could still save people...
Takumi hammered some metal as Tony's spirit watched on. Tony was amazed with how quickly Takumi picked up the concept of arc reactor technology, although similarly to Rhodey, Takumi didn't need the arc reactor to keep him alive, making it to where he'd have more energy in his suit.

Soon, Tony started directing Takumi in how to properly use the Iron Man armor he had built.

I had a mentor who believed in me... and wanted me to soar... and believe me when I said that I soared...

"This just in, a train is falling off the rails... it will smash into the floor and there are no Pro Heroes to be found at the scene just yet!" A reporter announced before Iron Man flew into the scene and lifted the train, pushing it back to where it was supposed to be.

"Hey news people, make sure to get my good side." Iron Man quipped before he flew away.

And my classmates were pretty interested in it.
"Hey, Takumi! Have you heard about the Iron Man?! I'm so jealous I didn't think of armor like that first. I wonder if Iron Man would let me add some of my babies in his armor, do you think he would?" Mei Hatsume, Takumi's classmate and friend asked excitedly.

"I don't know. Maybe if you ever meet him, you can ask Iron Man one day." Takumi suggested.

"Hey, Takumi... do you think that maybe Iron Man controls his suit with some kind of quirk? That is a lot of metal to have on someone." Izuku asked as he wrote down notes on Iron Man during lunch.

"I don't know. Wouldn't you have to have some kind of magnetism quirk for that to work?" Takumi asked. Izuku wrote that down quickly as a possibility to how Iron Man came to be, much to Takumi's amusement... although Izuku started muttering to himself.

"He's doing it again." Uraraka said.

And so were the Pro Heroes
"I have no idea what to make of this Iron Man, but I can't deny that he has saved many lives." All Might told the press concerning Iron Man.

"Iron Man is a vigilante. If he ever chooses to cross my path, I will burn him down to ashes and melt his metallic exterior to where there is nothing left of him!" Endeavor said in his own interview with the press.

"You got to admire the mystery behind the new guy. I wonder if he looks like under that armor? The suspense can make a girl feel all... well you know..." Midnight told reporters as they all blushed.

And I started to fight some pretty nasty villains.
Iron Man dodged an ice blast from a villain with an ice quirk known as Blizzard before he launched a smart bomb at the villain.

Another villain known as Firebrand started to burn down buildings, challenging Endeavor to a fight but Iron Man flew into the fight instead.
"It's time to extinguish these flames, Firebrand!" Iron Man declared.

Whiplash was targeting the principal of UA when Iron Man arrived and stopped the villain from assassinating Principal Nezu.

But this is what I signed up for... I want to be a hero... I want to show the world that being quirkless doesn't make me useless...

Back in Black plays in Takumi's personal workshop at home as the radio was turned on by Ghost Tony as he and Takumi worked on upgrading the Iron Man armor.
"You're going to get me into American rock, you know that right, Mr. Stark?" I told Ghost Tony, who smiled.

"That's the plan... no self respecting Iron Man would omit AC/DC from their butt kicking playlist." Ghost Tony replied.

UA support student by day... armored vigilante by night... you know who I am...

Chapter Text

"We won, Mr. Stark. You did it, sir. You did it. I'm sorry... Tony.." The voice of Tony Stark's protege, Peter Parker, said after Tony Stark used the Infinity Stones to defeat Thanos and save the universe. Peter was then moved back by Pepper, Tony's wife who had something to say to Tony. 

"Hey." Pepper greeted. Tony tried to grunt back a reply. 

"FRIDAY.." Pepper said. 

"Life functions critical." FRIDAY, Tony's suit AI replied. It was at that moment, Pepper had to confront the reality of the situation. Tony Stark was dying... and nothing could save him. 

"Tony.... we're gonna be ok. You can rest now." Pepper assured her husband, trying to keep the smile on her face... wanting the last thing her husband would see... to be the smile he had worked so hard to protect. Soon... Tony Stark was no more... his soul was no longer in his body... it was time to pass into the next life.

Unexpectedly, Tony ended up in a place that looked like a SHIELD helicarrier. Was this what the afterlife was like? 

'How lame.' Tony thought.

"So you've finally arrived." A new voice said.

Tony looked around until he saw another spirit that looked like a white Nick Fury (like in the old comic books).

"Knock off Nick Fury, much?" Tony quipped as he saw the other spirit, who gave him an unamused glare. The glare was very similar to the one Nick Fury used to give him.

Years later:

Tony's spirit saw a lot over the years of not being able to find someone he felt could be the Iron Man of this world. He did see some interesting people however, such as All Might, rise to the forefront of Pro Heroes. 

"I'm starting to wonder why this world would even need an Iron Man." Spirit Tony said to himself, as the world latched on to the symbol of peace. If this world had someone as iconic as All Might, what was the use for an Iron Man?

Meanwhile: 

Takumi Sakai was in the development lab with Mei Hatsume and several of the other students from UA's support course. Takumi had gotten into the school on recommendation into the support program. Takumi smiled when he remembered the night he learned he was going to UA. It was the school of his dreams! He was stunned that he would be the first quirkless student ever in the history of UA! But then he sighed when he remembered that he wasn’t in the hero course. He knew the school would not give him much of an opportunity to become a hero student. He was a quirkless person after all, and hero work could be fatal for anyone. As dangerous as it was for heroes with the most powerful quirks, hero work would be downright deadly for any normal person to handle. However he was easily one of the most brilliant people in the school, rivaled only by fellow support course student, Mei Hatsume, who had made herself at home in the development lab, creating all kinds of gadgets for various types of heroes. Even though they were not very far into the semester, the two had been the clear top tier students in Power Loader's class. 

Currently, Takumi was working on a suit of armor that could enhance a hero’s quirk or defend quirkless users from harm, being able to be an offensive enhancement for heroes or a way to give normal people a chance to fight back until the Pro Heroes arrived. As Takumi worked, he was listening to a documentary about how All Might became the number one hero and the symbol of peace. 

"Daydreaming about being a hero again, Quirkless?" One of the other students teased him as he saw what Takumi was listening to. Before Takumi could say a word in reply to the student, Mei got between him and Takumi. 

"Leave him, alone? Can't you see he's hard at work on his babies right now?" Hatsume asked, Takumi had a sweat drop due to the weird wording of what she had just said, although most of the students in the development course was used to Mei Hatsume's weird habit of calling her gadgets her babies. 

"I don't see why you waste your time with Quirkless. He doesn't belong here at UA. If he took the entrance exams like the rest of us..." The student started to say before Mei cut him off. 

"His babies would have proven what a brilliant inventor he is. I mean don't you remember his jet pack, or his wristband shield, or his smart bombs that track their target?" Mei pointed out. The other student sighed, Mei had a point. If Takumi wanted to, he could have used his smart bombs to simply blow up any bullies that crossed his path, however Takumi Sakai was a nice guy who was a huge super hero nerd. If anyone would want to act as honorably as Pro Heroes, it would be Takumi. The other student went away and Mei smiled at Takumi. 

"Mei, you didn't have to do that... thanks." Takumi told her with a smile as well. Mei giggled. 

"Sure, I didn't HAVE to do it, but I'd rather not have Power Loader ban you from the lab because you decided to bomb a student or something." Mei joked, knowing full well that Takumi would never, but considering how effective his creations were it would have been tempting to say the least. Takumi chuckled. 

Later that day:

After classes for the day, Takumi found himself dodging a punch, before he countered with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Takumi's opponent managed to step back and avoid the hit before the two opponents started laughing. 

"Well, well.... you aren't as easy to hit anymore." His opponent told him. 

"I would hope not, after all this time training under you, Kyo." Takumi said as he bowed to his karate teacher, Kyo Matsuru. Kyo was Takumi's martial arts teacher since he was a child. Takumi's father supported Takumi's dream of being a hero and enrolled him into karate classes so he could know how to fight before his quirk emerged... although with him being quirkless... it seemed like Takumi’s dream of being a hero would become impossible. Regardless, karate was still something that Takumi loved, as he always had a fascination with the martial arts.

"So... I know it's been tough for you... being in the same building as people who are following your dream... but other than that, how's UA so far?" Kyo asked Takumi. Takumi smiled, but it seemed faked. 

"It's a great school... really it is... however... being, quite possibly the only quirkless student in the whole campus really sucks. The other students seem determined to tear me down. I haven't met any student in the hero course so I don't know how they are, but really the only people who have been on my side since school started was Power Loader and another student named Mei Hatsume. Hatsume has never judged me due to being quirkless, but instead likes to see what gadgets I'm working on. Although she can be a bit unhinged with her work sometimes." Takumi explained with a legitimate chuckle as he remembered how it took little to no time for Mei to blow something up in the lab the first week of school. 

Kyo smiled. "And here I was about to ask if you ran into any cute hero girls yet." Kyo teased. Takumi chuckled, but knew it was a question Kyo would have legitimately asked. Just then, Takumi's phone went off. Takumi checked his phone and saw it was a text message from his mom, reminding him not to be too late coming home.

"Looks like my mom is summoning me back home. I'll see you tomorrow, Kyo." Takumi told his teacher. Kyo smiled and nodded. 

"Yeah. Looking forward to it." Kyo told his student. After that, Takumi walked to the restroom to change out of his gi and back into his normal clothes. Then, after that was done, he left Kyo’s dojo and started to walk home.

As he walked in the direction of his house, Takumi's mind imagined what it would be like to have a powerful quirk. He then imagined what it would be like to have a shot at becoming a hero. He became less aware of his surroundings which allowed someone to suddenly grab him. 

"Nobody move, or this kid gets fried!" An electricity based villain threatened as Takumi was yanked from his thoughts. 

Takumi realized the position he was in and he tossed the villain over him and slammed him into the ground. 

*Get off me!" Takumi said as he tossed the villain. The villain glared at the teen and began to electrify him in response to what had just happened. 

"Try that again, kid. Go ahead and try that again!" The villain taunted as people backed away from the situation in fear. Despite being electrocuted, Takumi looked at the villain in defiance. The villain laughed. 

"Got some fight in ya, why don't you use your quirk to save yourself then?" The villain taunted before he tossed Takumi into the street where he was almost slammed into a car, but the villain caught him again with his lightning, intending on playing with the teen some more. Seeing as no quirk had been used, the villain started to laugh joyfully. 

"I see... you must not HAVE a quirk! You're just a useless quirkless bastard. That's rich! To think I found such a rare waste of space and I get to take out the trash of the world. Goodbye, Quirkless... May your uselessness be amusing in the next life!" The villain said before a large fireball slammed into him. ‘A fire quirk?!’ Takumi thought. The villain suddenly looked terrified. 

"Endeavor!" The villain yelled. Endeavor looked impatient, as he felt that this was all beneath him . He then sent his flames to one of his arms before charging at the villain. Takumi, who had been released from the villain' s attack after the Number 2 hero's arrival looked at the situation in awe. While not a fan of Endeavor in general (being more of an All Might fan much like Izuku Midoriya), Takumi felt thrilled about the fact that he got to see a Pro Hero in action. 

"Flash Fire Fist." Endeavor said before he used one of his signature attacks to one shot the electric villain. People cheered before Endeavor walked over to Takumi with an annoyed glare on his face. 

"Kid, why did you not use your quirk to defend yourself?" Endeavor asked Takumi. Takumi sighed. 

"I don't have a quirk, sir. I'm quirkless." Takumi answered. Endeavor scoffed... this all made sense now. Suddenly, Takumi felt the urge to ask Endeavor an important question. 

"Mr. Endeavor, sir... do you think a quirkless person could ever become a hero?" Takumi asked the number 2 hero curiously after the fight was over. Endeavor laughed at the notion. 

"Is that your dream? Pathetic. Only those with the strongest of quirks can become heroes. If you want to try to become a hero as you are, you should give up, because a quirkless person will NEVER become a hero." Endeavor told Takumi. Takumi sighed, he should have expected as much. 

"If you want to become a hero, don't even bother trying. You'll just be in the way of the heroes who actually have a chance to make names for themselves. The world has no room for quirkless people to make fools of themselves." Endeavor told Takumi before he left to fight more crime. 

Spirit Tony winced as he watched the scene go down. 

"Talk about crushing a person's dreams." Spirit Tony said as Takumi continued on his way home. Spirit Tony sighed... wishing he could do something for the kid, but knowing that finding a good candidate to become this world's Iron Man took priority before anything else. 

Apparently, 'quirkless idiot tries to fight villain then gets saved by Endeavor' became quite a news story as when Takumi made it home, his mom was hugging him and telling him to be more careful and not to get himself killed and a whole lot else Takumi could not understand due to her crying.  

Soon enough, Takumi was allowed to go to his room where he layed down... frustrated. 

'I should be greatful, even though I have no quirk I was accepted into UA as a support course student... not a lot of people can say they are going to UA even without a quirk. And yet...' Takumi thought before he remembered when he was young and he was with his dad, helping him invent stuff. 

"One day, I'll be a great hero for sure. Whenever I awaken my quirk I'll go out there and save the world!" Kid Takumi declared in excitement. Takumi's dad laughed in amusement. 

"Tell you what... whenever that happens, you and I are going to develop your super hero costume together. It would be an amazing way to get some father-son bonding time when you get to UA as a hero student." Takumi's dad told his son before ruffling his hair. Takumi chuckled. 

"You have yourself a deal." Takumi replied with a smile.

'Ever since I found out I was stuck without a quirk... I have always felt like I've failed you... that I failed that promise we made that day... that...' Takumi stopped his thoughts when it became too painful for him to remember, and he fell asleep... wanting to escape the shame he felt. 

The next day:

Takumi arrived at UA to find Mei Hatsume waiting for him. She had a worried expression on her face.

"Are you okay, did the shocks hurt, should you be going to school right now? Was Endeavor a cool guy or was he a jerk?" Mei asked. Takumi sighed as the person who might be his only friend in all of UA spoke very quickly. 

"I'm fine, the shocks did hurt but I'm good now, I'm fine enough to come to class today, and Endeavor was a grade A jerk." Takumi answered before he and Mei started to walk inside of the school. 

"Hey, it's Quirkless... gonna get yourself killed one of these days!" One of Takumi and Mei's classmates yelled as they walked into the school. 

"That's enough of that... what's your name again?" Mei asked. The student was stunned. 

"Daisuke. And how can you remember Quirkless' name but not mine?" The student replied.

"Takumi and I are friends. Takumi is the exception to the rule, but I don't remember of the names of most people I meet in this school... like that angry guy over there complaining about some Deku guy... I have no idea who he is." Mei pointed out. As people looked to see a pissed off looking kid. 

Later:

Takumi was back in the workshop working on his armor... he had made a device for shrinking the armor pieces so he could store it in a wristband. As he worked, he was listening to a news channel for news on Pro Heroes. (I know this is messing the timeline a bit... but this is taking place during the day Deku and the others first got their costumes and met All Might at training ground beta). 

"There has been reports of a hostage situation, and no Pro Hero has arrived." A news reporter said. Takumi looked at his armor and shrunk the pieces down before putting them in his wristband. 

"Power Loader, sir... May I use the restroom?" Takumi asked. Power Loader nodded, and Takumi ran out as fast as he could. 

'If you want to be a hero, don't even bother trying.' Takumi heard Endeavor's voice say as he ran out of UA and used his armor...

"To hell with what you think, Endeavor.... I'll be a hero... no matter what," Takumi declared before he had his armor find the radio station he had been listening to at the lab. 

“Hostages has been taken here on Horikoshi Street and with no Pro Heroes in sight, it seems like the police may have to handle this one by themselves.” The news reporter said.

‘Horikoshi street, eh.... I got to get there fast!’ Takumi thought as he started to run in the armor. The armor, despite being a bulky device, allowed Takumi to run at superhuman speeds! This allowed Takumi to make it onto the scene of the crime before a Pro Hero could arrive. 

“Stop right there. Surrender now, or I’ll make you!” Takumi threatened the villain. 

“What the heck are you supposed to be?" The villain holding people hostage asked. 

"A hero!" Takumi answered as he fired  a prototype repulsor at the villain. The villain was shocked and he growled in pain before he shot a fireball at Takumi, but the armor negated the attack. Takumi activated a missile launched in his armor and fired it at the villain. The missile exploded when it got to the villain, and left him on the ground... defeated but not dead. 

"Is everyone ok here?" Takumi asked. The hostages nodded. Takumi smiled before using his prototype thrusters to fly away from the scene... but the thrusters weren't well developed and as he flew near UA, his armor came apart and he fell in front of the school. Takumi groaned at the pain he felt after crash landing at the front of UA. 

Spirit Tony saw this and he smiled. He had made his choice. 

"Ok... you are really going to need to refine that armor design before you try flying again, kid." Spirit Tony told Takumi as he appeared to him and freaked the kid out. 

"Crap I'm caught!" Takumi said as Spirit Tony started to laugh. 

"Only by a ghost, kid. And not one that says boo, or intends to haunt you... much." Spirit Tony quipped. Takumi blinked, trying to take in what he was seeing. 

"A ghost? Who are you?" Takumi asked, instantly believing what he was hearing because he just saw the ghost come out of nowhere. 

"I am a Pro Hero from another world... and long story short, I need to train someone from this world to become a hero before I can pass on... I can teach you to become a hero even without a quirk, I can teach you to become Iron Man." The spirit of Tony Stark told Takumi. Takumi looked at him in confusion. 

"Who the hell is Iron Man?" Takumi asked. Spirit Tony smiled. 

"Let me show you." Spirit Tony said before he put a hand on Takumi's head and showed the boy some of his memories. Takumi saw crazy things like how Tony was captured and build a similar armor to the one he recently wore now. He saw Tony go from irresponsible to hero... to a hero that sacrificed his life to save the universe itself from a mad man named Thanos. 

"Hey, Sakai.... I know what Endeavor told you recently weighed badly on your mind.... but if you wanted fresh air... you could have just said so... and why is your project on the ground?" Power Loader asked as he appeared behind Takumi, scaring the boy.

"I wanted to work on it outside." Takumi lied quickly. Power Loader sighed. 

"You clearly haven't been making much progress since you got out here since you forgot your tools in the lab." Power Loader told him. 

That night: 

Takumi started to draw up schematics of his new Iron Man armor with help from Spirit Tony in his workshop at his house. He saw Tony’s memories... he knew that if he could make an armor similar to what Tony once used, he could possibly become a hero... this was his chance, and he didn’t want to mess it up.

Chapter Text

If there was one thing Spirit Tony didn't anticipate when he took Takumi Sakai under his wing... it wasn't how brilliant he was. In a matter of seconds, based on description only, without Spirit Tony ever needing to tell him what he used to make the thing, Takumi was able to replicate a small arc reactor that would fit into the Iron Man armor they were building. In fact, Spirit Tony soon realized that he chose someone similar to Peter Parker in some ways... brilliant kids who would not normally have the resources to reach their full potential.... however with Takumi being at UA's Support course, and being that support course students are allowed to bring whatever equipment they can carry with them home to work on assignments at home (assuming the equipment part wasn't too big like a giant forge or something), building the armor and testing certain aspects of it was going pretty smoothly. As the days passes, Takumi continued working on his first armor as a quirk enhancer for strength based heroes, and took out a lot of the weapons, instead leaving those to be compatible for the Iron Man armor. 

"Ok kid, let's try out the flight thrusters, 10% capacity." Spirit Tony told Takumi as they were working from home after a day of school at UA. 

"You sure that'll be safe here?" Takumi asked. Spirit Tony nodded. 

"It'll be fine. It's just ten percent." Spirit Tony replied, not remembering the time he made his very same mistake as a living human in his world. 

"Alright.... three, two, one." Takumi said before he activated the thrusters at 10% and flipped so fast that he slammed into the room of his workshop. Spirit Tony then remembered when this happened to him and he got a fire extinguisher and doused him.

"Mr. Stark, I know that working on this armor could be a fire hazard.... but could you not..." Takumi didn't get to finish his statement before Tony doused him again. 

"Now I see why Dummy thought that was funny." Spirit Tony said. 

The next night: 
The armor was finished and it was now nighttime as Takumi put on the Iron Man armor. It was all grey since it had not been painted yet, and Takumi felt excited to give it a test drive. 

"Did you put JARVIS 2.0 in the suit?" Spirit Tony asked. 

"I have been implemented into the Iron Man armor, and I am ready to serve Master Sakai to the best of my ability." JARVIS 2.0 answered. 

"Just Takumi is fine, thanks JARVIS. Now... let's do a test flight." Takumi said and then Iron Man took off flying into the air. Takumi was amazed that he could be up so high... and he flew higher, and higher, and higher, higher, and even higher. 

"How's it feel, kid?" Spirit Tony asked, surprising Takumi. 

"AAH! HOW ARE YOU UP.... oh yeah, you're a ghost.... why am I surprised you are up here?" Takumi asked, making Spirit Tony chuckle. 

"Okay, champ, let's land this thing and start getting you used to the weapons on this thing." Spirit Tony said. 

Days passed as Takumi trained with the armor. He got used to his repulsers, missile launchers, flares, plasma shot (a hadoken style charge attack from the repulsers), smart bombs, and finally the unibeam attack. It was time for Takumi Sakai to begin his journey as Iron Man... after he got the armor painted. 

The next day:
"This is a sense scrambler. I designed this so that a non combat based hero could use this weapon as a means of non lethal takedown. Basically if one fires this weapon at a villain, their senses will go out of whack as their body starts to begin thinking it is sick. Any symptoms of illness ends after 20 minutes of being hit by it, giving the police some time to get a villain into custody before they can even think about using their quirk to escape." Takumi presented as he presented a non Iron Man related project to the class.

"Excellent. The schematics and science behind it seems sound. I approve this to be your next gadget assignment." Power Loader told Takumi. Mei had a big smile on her face as she clearly had questions. 

"What kinds of sickness does it trigger? How severe can it get? Is there anyway you'll be able to lengthen or shorten the amount of time for the sickness to take affect?' Mei asked. 

"Symptoms can include, bad fevers, super dizziness, extreme fatigue... it depends on how the sense disruption waves interact with the individual body of the villain. I wanted to try and find a way I could control what sickness the device causes, but I REALLY don't think it's moral to have the device tested so much that it makes a whole town sick before I get the intended result. We're a hero school, not Plagues R Us." Takumi explained and quipped. 

"And I don't think anyone wants to be a Plagues R Us kid." Spirit Tony added inside of Takumi's mind. 

'Since when could you speak telepathically in my mind?' Takumi mentally asked Spirit Tony. 

'Since now that I tried it. Oh, Peter would be so jealous that I'm basically a Force ghost.' Spirit Tony replied. 

"Who else has a schematic to present to the class?" Power Loader asked. Before Daisuke could get up, All Might burst into the room. 

"I AM HERE, RUSHING INTO THE ROOM LIKE A PRO HERO LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO INSPIRE!" All Might proclaimed loudly. 

"Whoa, it's All Might!" Daisuke said in awe. 

"The Symbol of Peace is in a classroom for support students?" A female student said in awe. 

"Whoa... I never thought the day would come where I could meet All Might! Could I have your autograph?" Takumi asked All Might with practical stars in his eyes. 

'His fan boy look of awe rivals that of Young Midoriya's!' All Might thought in surprise. 

"Of course. What is your name?" All Might asked. 

"Takumi Sakai" Takumi answered. (although if this were actually in japanese it would be Sakai Takumi, as the family name goes first in Japan~ Sage)

All Might recognized the name. "You are UA's very first quirkless student, accepted under recommendation into the support course. I am sure you will do wonderfully here and inspire many quirkless people with your inventions." All Might encouraged Takumi. 

'He'll be right about one thing. You will inspire people with your machines... just not in the way he thinks you will.' Spirit Tony commented. 

"I'll do the very best I can." Takumi replied to both All Might and Spirit Tony. Daisuke laughed at the thought. 
"The quirkless loser who wanted to be a hero and failed to because he's a powerless nobody... inspiring people? Give me a break, you don't have to pity him, All Might." Daisuke called out. Mei glared at Daisuke and Power Loader frowned. 

'This boy... his eyes... he's just like Young Midoriya... except there was no pro with a transferable quirk to give him a chance... I'm sorry for the loss of your dream, Young Sakai.' All Might thought. 

"If you truly believe that one cannot make a difference simply because they are quirkless, then you truly are mistaken. Sure, he may not be a Pro Hero due to that limitation... but he can save many lives inventing for heroes... and anyone who helps keep Pro Heroes safe are unsung heroes that help guide heroes like me into the paths of heroism. Without our supports... our quirks would most likely damage our equipment or even ourselves. It is because of you all... that we even stand a chance against evil. Not having a strong body doesn't automatically negate a strong mind and it's ability to save many lives." All Might told Daisuke, shutting him up as All Might gave Takumi his autograph. 

Later: 
Takumi went home after school to put All Might's autograph in his room and he grabbed his new wristband... it was red and gold. 
"Hey, Mom. I'm going to go to the library to study something for school-" Takumi told his mom as she was filling out some paperwork for her work. Mrs. Sakai nodded and Takumi walked out of the house. He pressed the hidden button on his wristband which read his fingerprint and the Iron Man activation sequence started. Soon enough Takumi was in his completed Iron Man armor. 

"Time for the story of Iron Man to start." Iron Man said as he started to fly in the air. 

Iron Man flew above Musutafu City and as people looked up at him with curiosity, Iron Man accidentally flew into a building. 
"Ok... that was embarrassing." Iron Man said. 

"Sir, you are not as accustomed to flying in these spaces as Mr. Stark used to be in his world. You'll need to focus more before you can truly relax while in flight." JARVIS informed Takumi. 

"Thanks for the tip, JARVIS." Iron Man said as he took off flying again, looking for crime to stop. 

"Happy to be of help, sir." JARVIS 2.0 answered. Suddenly Iron Man heard people screaming. It seemed like a train was about to fall off its elevated tracks onto the streets below... crushing a lot of innocent people.

(Iron Man Armored Adventures theme plays)
Iron Man flew to the scene as fast as he could and he caught the train before it could fall further down toward the street. Much to Takumi's amazement, the Iron Man armor allowed him to easily lift the train and return it to the tracks much like a hero with a strength quirk. The news reporters gathered in excitement as they witnessed the scene. 

"Hey, make sure to get my good side." Iron Man quipped to the reporters after he returned the train back to where it was supposed to be and flew away. 

"Just who was that mysterious man who saved these people? Is he a new Pro Hero, or a vigilante? What is his story?" A news reporter asked as she was in awe of what she had just saw. 

As Iron Man flew he saw some small time bank robbers try to get away. 
"Oh no they don't." Iron Man told himself as he flew after them and shot repulser blast at them to quickly end their heist, then he flew away, seeing that the bank robbers were easily defeated. 

Iron Man flew across the sky even faster. The rush Takumi felt was unlike anything he had ever felt before. 
'It's amazing isn't it, kid? Taking off into the sky. It makes you believe you can do anything.' Spirit Tony spoke in Takumi's mind. 

'It really does feel that way, Mr. Stark.' Takumi thought as he continued to fly. 

Meanwhile:
Izuku Midoriya was walking around the city with his friends Ochako Uraraka and Tenya Iida. It had been a few days since Izuku and Ochako beat Iida and Bakugo in a training exercise and Izuku was trying to get some material so his mom could fix the masked hood of his costume that got torn in his fight against Bakugo. 

Suddenly a building exploded and a villain leaped out of the building laughing. 
"I am Firebrand! There is no hero, not even All Might,or that copycat Endeavor, and ESPECIALLY not Kamui Woods, who can stop me." The villain announced with pride before he got knocked back by some kind of energy blast and a red and gold figure landed after it flew in the air. 

"Time to extinguish your flames, Firebrand." The figure quipped. Firebrand looked at the new figure. 

"Who the hell are you?" Firebrand asked. 

Takumi smiled under his 'mask'?. 
"I am Iron Man." Firebrand growled. 

"Never heard of you." Firebrand said. 

"You can say I'm new here." Iron Man replied before Firebrand unleashed a burst of fire at Iron Man, who took off into the air and avoided the flames. 

"JARVIS, scan for people inside." Iron Man ordered. 

"Sir, I doubt the villain will let you..." JARVIS 2.0 started to argue. 

"Just do it." Iron Man replied. Firebrand leaped at Iron Man to bring him back down before Iron Man shot out a Plasma Shot attack. 

"Plasma Shot." Iron Man said as the Hadoken style attack hit Firebrand and knocked him back down to the ground. 

"Sir, good news... there is only one person left in the building. Bad news... it's an infant." JARVIS 2.0 informed Iron Man. 

"IT'S A WHAT?!" Iron Man yelled in shock. 

"We got to get in there." Izuku told his friends before a police officer stopped them. 

"I'm sorry, I can't let anyone past this point." The officer said before a woman near Izuku yelled, "BUT MY BABY IS STILL IN THERE!" 

Firebrand laughed as Iron Man flew into the building to save the baby. 
"I'm not done with you, yet, Rookie!" Firebrand yelled as he leaped after the armored hero.

"JARVIS, keep scanning for the baby. This needs to be a quick rescue." Iron Man told the AI. 

"Yes, sir." JARVIS replied. 

Iron Man flew, happy that his armor gave him some protection against the flames. 

Firebrand chased after him and when he got near Iron Man, Firebrand fired a fireball at him. Iron Man dodged it and fired some repulser blast back at him. 

"Deploy smart bombs" Iron Man commanded. Suddenly small explosives were fired from the armor.... all tracking down Firebrand. 
"What's this? Explosives near a fire guy... are you crazy... WAIT ARE THEY MOVING?!" Firebrand yelled as he realized they were coming straight at him. Firebrand tried to leap out of fhe way, but the smart bombs turned after him. 

"Low explosion settings... no need to make the blast too big... his quirk being turned against him will quite literally be painful." Iron Man said, making sure the bombs wouldn't make things worse. With Firebrand off his trail, Iron Man punched a hole into the floor above him and flew towards the room where the baby was. The smart bombs then away ached themselves onto Firebrand and his quirk caused the bombs to explode faster... it was a small but powerful blast that made Firebrand fly out of the window and land onto the ground below. Shortly after, Iron Man used and repulser blast to escape the burning building with the baby in his arms. The baby was safe but it qas crying. Upon spotting the panicking mother, Iron Man landed near the woman. 

"Ma'am." Iron Man said as he handed the baby to her. 

"Who are you?" The woman asked gratefully. 

"Iron Man." He replied. Firebrand got back up. 

"I WILL NOT BE HUMILATED BY SOME NEWBIE HERO OR VIGILANTE OR WHATEVER YOU ARE!" Firebrand yelled. 

"Transfer power to chest plate... it's time to end this." Iron Man told JARVIS before he turned around and unleashed what would become his signature move. 

"Unibeam!" Iron Man said before a powerful blast came out from the chest of the Iron Man armor, finishing the fight with Firebrand. People started to clap and to cheer for Iron Man. 

"Thank you." Iron Man told the people before he flew away. 

Izuku Midoriya was stunned by what he saw. He really hoped that this Iron Man was simply a new Pro Hero rather than a vigilante, as he felt... hope from the appearance of this Iron Man person for some reason. When some Pro Heroes arrived, everyone started asking "Where were you earlier?" 

'Not bad for your first villain fight, kid. Not bad at all.' Spirit Tony congratulated Takumi. 

'Thanks, Mr. Stark. Although I know that villains won't always be as simple to deal with as him... this was quite a first day in my journey to being a hero.' Takumi replied. 

"JARVIS... celebration music to fly to, please." Spirit Tony said out loud.

"Celebration music playing." JARVIS replied as Back in Black by AC/DC started to play in the Iron Man armor. 

"American rock, huh? Nice." Takumi replied, not having heard much of AC/DC before, but found himself hooked upon hearing the first guitar riff. 

"I may be haunting you here in Japan... but I'm still an American and I always jam to AC/DC... the epic guitar is good for your health." Spirit Tony replied. 

Meanwhile:
Toshinori Yagi, the alter ego of All Might, was at his home watching the news when coverage of the new vigilante known as Iron Man appeared. A regular member of Kamui Woods' rouges gallery, Firebrand had been defeated by Iron Man. This caught Toshinori's attention... sure Firebrand was small time compared to what he had gone up against time and time again as All Might... but it was no small feat for someone like a new Pro Hero... and yet this Iron Man handled him so easily. 

'If this Iron Man is a good guy... maybe I can find a way to get him into UA... if he's a selfish guy... only trying to glorify himself and make Pro Heroes look bad... then I'll put an end to the activities of this Iron Man myself.' Toshinori thought as he wondered what kind of quirk, if any, could this Iron Man have the managed to defeat Firebrand so easily. 

End of Episode 2. 

Author note: For the sake of the timeline, the bulk of this season takes place in the unseen days between when Deku and Uraraka beat Iida and Bakugo in their first costumed training match and the attack on the USJ in canon.

Chapter Text

It was the day after Iron Man debuted himself in Musutafu, and it seemed everyone was talking about him in the halls at UA before classes started.

"I was nearby the area where the train fell off the tracks. I was trying to think of a manly way to use my quirk and save the day when that Iron Man dude came in and put the train back where it belonged. It was so manly." Eijiro Kirishima told his Class 1-A classmates. 

"Uraraka, Iida, and I saw him take down Firebrand and save a baby. I wonder if his quirk has anything to do with the energy that comes out of his armor." Izuku Midoriya added

"This Iron Man is a vigilante, and despite his heroism, what he's doing is illegal. As much as I would love to see him continue on, I cannot condone it with the situation being as it is now." Tenya Iida added.

"Perhaps something stopped him from being able to become a hero. He could have a sickness that the armor heals, or maybe he's quirkless... which makes what he does all the more dangerous." Fumikage Tokoyami suggested. Suddenly Midoriya felt a sudden sorrow... If Iron Man had been someone like him... a quirkless man who wanted to become a hero so badly... was vigilantism the only place one could turn to if they didn't have someone like All Might in their corner?

"Takumi! Did you see the news? Have you heard about the Iron Man?! I'm so jealous I didn't think of armor like that first. I wonder if Iron Man would let me add some of my babies in his armor, do you think he would?" Mei Hatsume, Takumi's classmate and friend asked excitedly. 

"Yeah I saw the news and I heard of Iron Man from that. And I don't know. Maybe if you ever meet him, you can ask Iron Man one day." Takumi suggested.

'Well, sounds like everyone is talking about you, kid.' Spirit Tony told Takumi. 

'It was only my first day... how am I already this famous as Iron Man?' Takumi thought in surprise. 

'This is a kind of 15 minutes of fame type deal. Once you really prove yourself again and again... that's when the real conversations start to begin.' Spirit Tony replied.

Later: 

Takumi was working on his sense scrambler gun as he heard people talking about Iron Man across the internet. Takumi was amazed at the genuine excitement his debut made throughout the city and even some Pro Heroes had started to comment on the first day of Iron Man's existence. 

"Dude, the Iron Man armor totally craps on that bulky mess Quirkless built during the last assignment." Daisuke commented, trying to piss off Takumi. Takumi shrugged. 

"His armor is meant to give him a edge in battle clearly, while mine is a more defensive armor type, and besides, I'm working on streamlining it." Takumi replied, trying not to smirk about the fact that the first armor was basically the first Iron Man armor... a prototype Iron Man armor in a way, as many of the same systems that had worked in the first armor was in the current Iron Man armor. Daisuke rolled his eyes. 

"Whatever, Quirkless. The point is that the Iron Man armor is way better than yours." Daisuke said. Takumi nodded in agreement, surprising Daisuke, as he thought Takumi would be far more defensive than he ended up being. 

"Daisuke, don't you have an assignment to do. You should stop wasting all your time trying to be a bully to Sakai." A female student told Daisuke. 

"Hana, you can't be serious?! Letting a quirkless waste of space know what his place is... that isn't a waste of time." Daisuke replied. 

"Daisuke... just get back to work before I kick you out of the lab." Power Loader told Daisuke in annoyance. Daisuke glared at Takumi. 

'I don't care if he's the first quirkless student in the history of this school, a quirkless person doesn't belong at UA.' Daisuke thought.

Later: 

It was time for lunch and Takumi was excited to find out what Lunch Rush cooked for today's lunch. Izuku Midoriya was writing theories about Iron Man could be, as not much was known about him. Takumi accidentally walked into him as they were walking to lunch, or rather Takumi had been running, so he accidentally knocked Izuku over.

"Oh, I'm sorry." Takumi told Midoriya as he helped him up.

"That's alright. I probably should have been watching where I was going instead of writing." Midoriya replied. 

"I haven't seen you around. Who are you?" Midoriya's friend Ochako Uraraka asked. 

"My name is Takumi Sakai from the support course. Who are you guys?" Takumi asked. 

"Izuku Midoriya."

"Ochako Uraraka"

"Tenya Iida"

"We're training to be Pro Heroes one day." Midoriya told Takumi. Takumi fought the urge to sigh... so the time finally came for him to meet some kids who were living his dreams. 

"Uh hey... Sakai... are you ok?" Midoriya asked as Takumi realized he was way more open about his mixed feelings with his expression than he intended to be. 

"Yeah, I'm fine.... just... really happy for you all. I'm quirkless so I'm still having some trouble feeling like I actually belong in any course here in UA... even if it's just the support course." Takumi answered. It wasn't lost on Midoriya that Takumi had said 'just the support course' as if he weren't happy about his current placement in the school, but Midoriya figured it would be a sensitive topic and opted not to explore that for the time being. 

"You... you're the first quirkless student in the history of UA. You are a record breaker! It is an honor to meet one such as you, who will no doubt overcome the odds with brilliance and determination." Iida said encouragingly as he practically karate chopped the air. Takumi wasn't expecting any praise from his fellow UA students, so he was unprepared for Iida's enthusiasm to meet him. 

"Do you have someone to sit with at lunch?" Uraraka asked politely. That's when Takumi remembered that he would have been sitting alone since Mei had been so caught up in her work that she opted to skip lunch... again... although Lunch Rush would probably send a plate her way, knowing how the happy go lucky Pro Hero chef would not allow any student to miss a meal. 

"Nope. My normal lunch partner got distracted at the development lab again, so it's just me... Ol' Quirkless that no one wants to sit with." Takumi replied awkwardly before Midoriya had a sad look on his face. 

"Well, sit with us." Midoriya said. Takumi nodded.... he might as well. 

A bit later:

It didn't take too long for Takumi Sakai and Izuku Midoriya to become friends... you get them talking about Pro Heroes and the two started going into deep quirk analysis as Izuku showed Takumi his notes and Takumi showed Izuku his holographic quirk analysis notes. 

"Now there's two Midoriyas!!!!!" Iida told Uraraka jokingly, unsure how to feel about it. 

"What happens if you get them talking about All Might?" Tsuyu Asui, another one of Midoriya's normal lunch friends, asked curiously. Suddenly the two nerds disappeared and returned in All Might costumes and blonde All Might wigs. Midoriya was wearing a cosplay of All Might's current costume while Takumi was wearing a cosplay of his Silver Age costume. The two fanboys yelled out with all their might, "I AM HERE!" Only for the real All Might to burst in, as if he were summoned by the sheer fanboy energy, wearing his modern costume and he stood next to the two. 

"And another... one... two... three!" All Might counted. 

"I AM HERE!" The three 'All Mights' yelled in unison. 

'Is it possible to die again after you're a ghost out of sheer embarrassment?' Spirit Tony asked in Takumi's head, but Takumi ignored the question. 

"Great... the nerds are multiplying." Katsuki Bakugo commented. Uraraka meanwhile, smiled. 

'Looks like he'll fit in with us just fine.' Uraraka thought.

Meanwhile 

Tomura Shigaraki was in the process of planning an attack on UA to kill All Might. Shigaraki sighed. 

"There is practically no weakness to UA's defense" Shigaraki said as he tried to think of a way in. 

"Perhaps if we make a weakness ourselves... I could assassinate a staff member in UA... someone like Principal Nezu... UA would have to let it's security measures down to scout potential replacements for such a high ranking staff member." One of the villains he was working with suggested. Shigaraki looked at him with interest. 

"What an interesting plan. What do you call yourself?" Shigaraki asked. 

"I am Whiplash... and I have killed many a Pro Hero in the past... and I've been looking for something to do."

Hours later:

Takumi found a place to hide away from UA after school ended and pressed the button on his wristband to activate the suit up sequence to become Iron Man. 

"Time for Iron Man's second day of heroics." Takumi said as the Iron Man armor suit up started.

"Hello, Takumi. I hope it has been a good day for you." JARVIS 2.0 greeted the boy. 

"It's been great, JARVIS. And it's about to get even better. Let's go!" Takumi replied just before Iron Man began to take flight again. As Iron Man started his patrol around the city people looked up at him in awe. 

"It's that Iron Man guy!" Someone said while pointing into the air as Iron Man flew by. People tried to get their cell phones to get a photo of Iron Man as he flew by. 

'It's only my second day around... I wonder if this is how All Might felt when he first became a Pro.' Takumi thought. Suddenly, as Iron Man flew near UA, he saw a figure watching the school. Was he scoping it out? Curiously, Iron Man flew over to the man. 

"Excuse me, sir... do you have a permit to look into activities at UA or do I have to take you down for unlawfully spying on a high school?" Iron Man asked sarcastically. The man turned to look at the flying red and gold vigilante. 

"Ah, you must be that new guy, Iron Man, people keep raving about. Just because you took down one of Kamui Woods' villains, doesn't give you the right to get a big head over it." The man replied before he activated his own armor and grabbed some glowing red whips. 

"Um, Midnight called... she wants her special glowy toys back." Iron Man quipped. The man growled before he swung one of his whips, but Iron Man flew backwards a bit to avoid the attack, when suddenly he felt something cut through the armor. 

"What the.... but the whip missed!" Iron Man said in surprise. 

"They call me Whiplash... and I have a mission that has nothing to do with you." The man said as he swung the other whip. This time Iron Man flew under where the whip would have hit him, this time nothing cut through the armor. 

"Please tell me you have something more than Midnight's stolen glow toys to attack me with." Iron Man said with cockiness. Whiplash smiled. 

"The whips are all I ever need." Whiplash replied when suddenly, much to Iron Man's surprise he found himself wrapped in one of Whiplash's whips.... the whip had seemingly charged at him like it was a snake that had been tossed at him and it wrapped around him. The whips were electrified and Takumi could feel the shocks of the whip that wrapped around him. 

"Warning: Armor integrity failing." JARVIS 2.0 told Takumi. 

"Deploy Smart Bombs." Iron Man commanded. The Iron Man armor deployed smart bombs and they flew at Whiplash, Whiplash looked surprised and they blew up on him. Iron Man then activated a type of force field in his armor to get the whip off of him. 

"Ok, now I'm ticked off." Iron Man said before he realized... Whiplash got away... but he left one of his special whips. Iron Man looked at the UA campus... he was glad some extracurricular activities were going on at the school currently... because he would be needing to use the development lab.

A bit later:

Takumi went to the development lab and, much to his horror, Mei was in the lab working on her gadgets. 

"Mei... do you ever spend time AWAY from the lab?" Takumi asked in concern. Mei looked at Takumi with a confident smile. 

"Only when I need to go home. My babies need me in order to make them big and strong and usable to heroes." Mei replied. Takumi gave Mei a weird look due to her strange choice of wording, but before he could make a comment on it, Mei Hatsume was once again absorbed into her work. 

'She's a real workaholic.' Spirit Tony commented. Takumi went to his development and designing desk and started to study the whip. The whip had no target location function so there was no way it could have wrapped around him so suddenly.... unless it was a part of Whiplash's quirk... too bad the fight didn't last very long before Whiplash disappeared since that didn't give Takumi a lot of information to go on. What exactly was the nature of Whiplash's quirk? 

'I don't know... I think you have been given SOME indication of what his quirk would be... think about the random cut you got in the armor after you dodged Whiplash's first attack.' Spirit Tony told Takumi before Takumi sighed and did what Tony said. Suddenly, the whip started to float in the air and it flew away from Takumi and out of the lab. Mei looked at Takumi in amazement as it flew away and Takumi started to chase it. The whip was flying and it crashed out of a window and toward a building, Takumi ran as fast as he could to find a place to hide and Mei tried to run after Takumi, but luckily Takumi had a head start and was able to hide himself and become Iron Man again. 

Iron Man took off into the air in the direction the whip flew to to find Whiplash again. 

"Damn.... I led you right to me." Whiplash said. 

"Yeah, kind of a clumsy mistake." Iron Man replied before Whiplash grabbed a gun and shot at Iron Man, but the bullet couldn't even damage the armor. 

"Really... a normal gun?" Iron Man said, clearly not impressed.

"Close range it is then." Whiplash replied before he grabbed his two whips again. He swung them both at Iron Man and Iron Man flew higher, avoiding the attack and he fired back some repulsor blast. Whiplash dodged the blast and leaped into the air, higher than what was humanly possible and revealed a sniper gun... he was aiming it at someone who was exiting UA. The red light shined on... Principal Nezu! 

"NO!" Iron Man yelled as Whiplash was about to pull the trigger and he knocked the gun away from Whiplash by firing a repulsor blast at it. The gun misfired and hit no one, but it was clear the Pro Heroes would not take kindly to shooting near school property. 

"DAMN YOU IRON MAN! YOU RUINED EVERYTHING!" Whiplash yelled before he sent a giant burst of wind at Iron Man. The burst of wind sent Iron Man flying into a rooftop under him and was also slicing up the armor. 

'HOW WAS I SO STUPID! OF COURSE HE HAD A WIND QUIRK... THAT'S HOW HE STILL CUT MY ARMOR ON HIS FIRST ATTACK EVEN THOUGH HIS WHIP MISSED!' Iron Man thought. 

"Sir, I'm going to turn on armor repair mode... just know that you will not have your full energy capacity for offense until the armor repairs is done." JARVIS 2.0 informed Iron Man. 

"Yeah... looks like I'll have to do this with a handicap." Iron Man replied as Whiplash tried to fly away using his wind quirk. 

"Iron Man, stand down! You are not authorized to fight crime." The hero Eraser Head said as he arrived at the rooftop Iron Man landed on. 

"I can't do that. For some reason that guy I was fighting, Whiplash, is after your boss, Nezu... I can't let him kill the principal of UA High." Iron Man replied before he took off in flight after Whiplash. Eraser Head tried to wrap Iron Man in his scarf but Iron Man was already gone. 

"Midnight, the Whiplash character and Iron Man are heading toward you." Eraser Head told his co worker.

Meanwhile: 

Whiplash growled when he saw Iron Man pursuing him. 

"I can't shake off this damn rookie." Whiplash growled as he got his whips and swung them both. 

"Wind Slice: Giant X slash!" Whiplash yelled, but Iron Man spun and rolled away from the attack and continued going forward. 

"HOLY CRUD I JUST DID A BARREL ROLL!" Iron Man yelled before he fired a missile at Whiplash. Whiplash was nailed by the missile and he was knocked off course. Whiplash soon recovered and continued to fly away from Iron Man. Iron Man continued to chase Whiplash. 

"All Might, Whiplash and Iron Man have changed course. They are heading towards you and Nezu." Midnight informed the number 1 hero. 

"Principal Nezu has nothing to worry about... because I AM HERE!" All Might declared. Whiplash then saw All Might and growled before he chuckled. 

"If I kill All Might now, then I will have done my job and accomplished the true goal of the League of Villains." Whiplash said, although Iron Man was able to hear him. 

"So, is that the name of the organization that hired you?" Iron Man asked. Whiplash swore. 

"You know too much now, Iron Man! First, I'll kill All Might... then I'll kill you." Whiplash said before he flew at All Might. 

"Armor repairs complete." JARVIS 2.0 informed Takumi. 

"Full flight speed." Iron Man commanded and then Iron Man flew so fast that he appeared in front of All Might and Nezu faster than any of them could have seen. It was as if Iron Man had teleported in front of them. 

"WHAT?!" Whiplash yelled before he was punched in the face by Iron Man.  Whiplash slammed into the ground and he started to cough up blood. 

"Whoa... did I do that?" Iron Man asked. 

"Negative. Whiplash is suffering the effects of overusing his quirk, although you did damage him quite a bit with that powerful punch." JARVIS 2.0 explained. 

"What is this all about?" All Might asked. 

"This guy was trying to assassinate Nezu." Iron Man replied. 

"I may have overused my quirk, but I'm sure you have overused yours too Iron Man. Whatever you did to repair that armor...." Whiplash said with a cocky chuckle. 

"That's the thing, Whipping boy, I haven't been using any quirk at any point during this fight." Iron Man revealed. Whiplash looked at Iron Man in shock before Whiplash took his whips and wrapped them around Iron Man. All Might went to move into the fray before he was cut off by a "NO... This is all a part of my plan." 

The whips started to electrify Iron Man again, but Takumi smiled through the pain. Whiplash wasn't going to move, which was perfect as Iron Man charged energy into his arc reactor. 

"You are so into this... shock and wrap thing.... that you have no idea... what's coming.... Unibeam!" Iron Man said as he fired the Unibeam at Whiplash. Whiplash let go of his whips and tried to dodge, but he couldn't move fast enough without his quirk to enhance his movements and he was nailed by the Unibeam. Iron Man tossed the whips off of himself and raised his arm in the air. 

"Unfortunately, we can't let you go, Iron Man. You are a vigilante and you need to be brought..." Nezu started to say before Iron Man started to fly away. But before he took off he looked at All Might. 

"Sadly, this world doesn't want to allow me a chance but one day, All Might, I want to be just like you. A hero who can inspire people." Iron Man told him before he flew away. 

"Aren't you going after him, he's a vigilante!" Nezu asked, but All Might was thinking about the fact that Iron Man hadn't been using a quirk. 

'Don't tell me, the reason he wasn't using his quirk... is because Iron Man... is someone that doesn't have one.' All Might thought before he remembered Midoriya and how he wanted to be a hero despite not having a quirk. Could this Iron Man be a call to arms for those who had been rejected by the current society... those cast aside because they weren't born with a special power... could this Iron Man become... a hero who could give hope to the ones society currently look down upon? People like his old self.... and the Izuku Midoriya of the past?

"He may be a vigilante... but... I have reason to believe, that if given a proper chance, he wouldn't have to be." All Might told Nezu, who gave it some thought. 

Iron Man flew past Midnight and was heading toward Eraser Head, who had been trying to keep him from getting away. Eraser Head looked at Iron Man, trying to cancel the armored guy's quirk... only for nothing to happen. 

'Could it be.... Iron Man, has no quirk?' Eraser Head asked. Iron Man successfully flew past Eraser Head and went back into the main city to look for crime to stop. 

Meanwhile:

Kyo watched the news and saw that there had been an attempt on Nezu's life. 

"Isn't that the principal of UA?" Kyo thought out loud, worried about the idea of his martial arts student getting hurt in the crossfire. 

"But once again, the new vigilante Iron Man stepped in and put a stop to the villain known as Whiplash." A reporter said. 

"Iron Man, huh. That's a pretty cool name." Kyo commented. 

Meanwhile:

Endeavor looked at the news report with interest and growled. It seemed this Iron Man was becoming quite popular in such a short period of time. Endeavor remembered how it had taken a lot of time for his popularity to rise in the face of All Might's rise to number 1. And today, Endeavor had just finished a battle against a villain. He also had fought a villain last night, but both stories had been ignored in favor of the stories concerning the new player in the game... the mysterious rookie Iron Man. Endeavor's ego couldn't take it as he yelled loudly. 

"DAMN YOU, IRON MAN!"

Meanwhile:

Mei Hatsume listened to the news about Iron Man's second fight against a villain and smiled. 

"Oh man, I wish I could have seen that fight go down. His babies must be the coolest!" Mei said in excitement. 

Meanwhile:

'That was quite a scrap kid. I thought that I should start couching you through these for the next time.' Spirit Tony suggested. Iron Man shook his head. 

'You had to learn how to do this alone. I'll need your help to keep up my training and get the armor repaired.. at least for a while... but when it comes to actually being Iron Man... I can't be the same kind of Iron Man you were. I need to find my own method to being Iron Man, just like you did.' Takumi thought. Spirit Tony smiled... he could respect the guts this kid had. 

'I'll let you get back to your patrol then... Iron Man.' Spirit Tony said. 

Much later:

Tomura Shigaraki was FURIOUS! 

"DAMN THAT WHIPLASH! HOW COULD HE HAVE GOTTEN SO CAUGHT UP ON THIS IRON MAN?!" Shigaraki yelled. 

A female laughter filled the air. 

"You thought primitive chaos would get you a way into UA? No, the Pro Heroes wouldn't fall for something like that, and you must admit... if this Iron Man bested both Firebrand and Whiplash, then he must be a surprisingly powerful opponent." The female then said. 

"What is your point?" Kurogiri, Shigaraki's second in command asked.

"If you want a shot at UA... or rather All Might... you need to plan better. Plan around All Might's schedule. The problem is that the only way to do that is if you have eyes on the inside and with my talents, you will have just that." The female replied. Shigaraki laughed, pleased with what he heard. 

"And why would you betray UA?" Shigaraki asked. 

"I have no love for the world of heroes.... not after.... a loss I suffered." The girl replied. Shigaraki nodded. 

"Good... in any case, until the time comes to strike against All Might, we have a new secondary target on our hands.... Iron Man!" Shigaraki declared.

Takumi: Just when I thought I was starting to get the hang of this hero stuff... a new villain shows up to put my armor and my skills to the test... but why did he have to make it feel like I crash landed in the North Pole while I'm at it! OH HEY, IS THAT INGENIUM! 

Spirit Tony: Next time... A team up of Metallic heroes, the spirit of a hero. I'm going to live up to Mr. Stark's legacy and make Iron Man a true hero. Go beyond.... PLUS ULTRA!

Chapter Text

If Iron Man hadn't been the subject of conversation before, he was now after he had saved Principal Nezu. Takumi woke up early and started to watch the news for any Pro Hero news, but today, the news reporters were focusing on HIM.

"A new vigilante has become the talk of the city... the mysterious Iron Man! No one seems to know anything about him, but it's clear he's on the our side." A news reporter said as footage played on the news of Iron Man lifting a train that had fallen out of it's tracks and flying it back to where it belonged. Then it showed Iron Man dealing with a hostage situation without harming any civilian before flying away, during the time Iron Man kept patrolling after defeating Whiplash.

"Very recently, Iron Man stopped a villain known as Whiplash from assassinating the principal of super hero school UA. Heroic acts like that explains how he has become quite popular amongst the people despite his status as a vigilante." The reporter said as she showed a picture of Iron Man. Then the news showed some footage of people cheering for Iron Man on the streets as he flew by them. The news then showed footage of people making Iron Man cosplay suits and kids playing 'Iron Man'.

"Now, we have asked a few Pro Heroes about their current opinions regarding Iron Man. Let's roll the footage!" The reporter said.

The footage switched to some kind of press conference after Whiplash's attempt to kill Nezu and All Might.

"What do you all think of Iron Man?" One of the reporters yelled loudly. 

"I have no idea what to make of this Iron Man, but I can't deny that he has saved many lives." All Might told the press concerning Iron Man. 

"You got to admire the mystery behind the new guy. I wonder how he looks like under that armor? The suspense can make a girl feel all... well you know..." Midnight told reporters as they all blushed.

"I haven't decided if I consider Iron Man a potential ally or an enemy, but it doesn't change the fact that what he's doing is illegal." Eraser Head said quickly before he walked away. Soon after walking away from the press, he fell asleep in a sleeping bag.

"And we even had a few words from the number 2 hero Endeavor." The reporter said before they showed footage of an interview between one reporter and Endeavor. Takumi groaned upon seeing him. 

"And what do you think of the new vigilante, Iron Man?" The reporter asked.

"Iron Man is a vigilante. If he ever chooses to cross my path, I will burn him down to ashes and melt his metallic exterior to where there is nothing left of him!" Endeavor answered, looking at the camera like he was expecting Iron Man to be watching the tv. It was like Endeavor was challenging him. Takumi rolled his eyes.

"Isn't that the same jerk who tried to tell you to give up on your dream to be a hero?" Spirit Tony asked as he appeared, sitting on the couch next to Takumi. Takumi, having gotten used to having a ghost come and go as he pleased looked at Tony and nodded as he ate his breakfast.

"So, it's Sunday, your one day off from UA... why did you wake up so early?" Spirit Tony asked curiously. Takumi simply responded by showing Tony his wristband that hid the Iron Man armor. He didn't want to talk with his mouth full, but luckily Tony nodded in understanding of what he was getting at. Takumi swallowed the food in his mouth before looking around to make sure his mom was not around to hear what he was going to say next. 

"The more I fight crime, the more Iron Man starts to have a presence in people's minds... I figure eventually someone at UA will figure out who I am... I mean the school pays ALL MIGHT of all people to be a teacher, finding out the identity of a teenage vigilante might not be the hardest thing for the staff of that school to do. Even so, I think if I can continue to prove myself to the people... become a people's champion... if and when someone at UA ever finds out, it'll be the support of the people that maybe get's me a chance to transfer into the hero course instead of getting jail time." Takumi explained. Spirit Tony nodded. 

"I have to ask... why do you want to be a hero anyway?" Spirit Tony asked curiously. Takumi sighed. 

"Like a lot of the students at UA, I was also inspired by All Might... the way he'd rescue people with a smile and expect nothing back in return. He was the type of guy who'd be a hero even if it hadn't become a paid profession... and something about that... it made me have hope. I always believed that we would always make it through, and I wanted to give someone else that same hope... then when I learned I'd be quirkless... people started treating me differently. You're not as respectable in this society without a quirk of some kind. But it didn't stop my desire to give people hope. There are heroes out there laying down their lives everyday, and I got no right to do any less than them... so quirkless or not... I knew I had to do my part and fight too, all in the hopes of giving people hope that everything would be okay." Takumi explained. Spirit Tony nodded. 

"Jeez I chose someone who is a mix between Peter and Steve... what are the odds?" Spirit Tony asked. Takumi looked at Tony with an interest. 

"Peter Parker and Steve Rogers from your memories? Spider-Man and Captain America?" Takumi asked. Spirit Tony nodded. 

"Like Peter, you are brilliant and have a lot of potential to grow, although you are a lot less clumsy than him. And then there's Steve... he was always the kind of guy who would fight for the right reasons... he always felt like he needed to do something good for the world, even if it wasn't technically his job." Spirit Tony explained. Takumi smiled.

"Maybe it's not my job at this moment, but with some luck, it could be." Takumi replied as he finished his food and walked out of the house... it was time for Iron Man to start his patrol. Suddenly Takumi's phone buzzed... it was Kyo reminding him that he had a martial arts class in the morning today... so. Now, it was time for Iron Man to fly to the dojo to make sure Takumi isn't extremely late! Spirit Tony laughed at the situation.

Meanwhile:

Over the years Tensei Iida and his team had dealt with some pretty bad villains... unfortunately one of them, Enzo Takahata, escaped from prison. 

"Ingenium, sir. We got a call on our hotline... it seems Blizzard had been last scene in Musutafu City." One of the employees at Idaten informed Tensei. Tensei then had a panicked look on his face... that was the city where UA was at... the city where his brother Tenya went to school. 

"I need members of your team with both speed and fire based quirks. We are going to Musutafu to investigate if Blizzard is there." Tensei, otherwise known as Ingenium replied, determined to make sure no one got hurt. 

A bit later with Takumi: 

Takumi and Kyo were sparring and Takumi blocked one of Kyo's punched and quickly countered with a punch of his own.

"So you follow Pro Hero news right?" Kyo asked Takumi curiously. Takumi nodded as he dodged a kick from Kyo and then stepped close to try to punch him, but his punch was blocked. Kyo then decided to end the match and the two bowed. 

"So what do you think of this Iron Man guy who just showed up out of no where." Kyo asked. Takumi pretended to think of the matter before he responded.

"I think he's a guy trying to do his best to fight evil, even though he's not doing it legally, which could be problematic to the government." Takumi replied. 

"Do you think there would be a reason why he would fight crime illegally?" Kyo asked. Takumi shrugged. 

"I have no idea. Why so interested?" Takumi asked. Kyo sighed as he had a worried look on his face. 

"While most of the news stations around here was covering stories about Iron Man, others were talking about the fact that Enzo Takahata had recently escaped from prison. Enzo Takahata... he's... he's someone I knew a long time ago... before he ended up becoming the super villain known as Blizzard... and let's just say... that the reason the last big battle between Ingenium and Blizzard happened is because Ingenium was saving me from Enzo." Kyo explained. Takumi looked at Kyo in concern. 

"You think you could be targeted again." Takumi said, getting the picture. 

"It's not a could be... it's the fact that I will be." Kyo told Takumi. Takumi looked at Kyo in shock.

"Then what in the hell are you doing here? Why aren't you trying to get police protection right now?" Takumi asked. Kyo shook his head. 

"The cops would only be killed... and Enzo was captured last time by Ingenium way before I ever opened the dojo. There’s no way he'd know I'm here." Kyo told Takumi. 

"Why would Blizzard be after you to begin with?" Takumi asked. 

"The story is a complicated...” Kyo started to say before he got a phone call. As Kyo answered it, Takumi snuck an ear piece in his ear and had JARVIS 2.0 hack the call so he could listen in. 

"Hello again, Kyo. Since I couldn't seem to find you anywhere, I decided to get the next best thing... say hello to your father, Aiko." A guy who Takumi assumed was Blizzard said on the phone before a little girl's voice was heard on the phone. 

"Hi, dad." She said, although she sounded terrified. Takumi felt enraged... a CHILD was brought into this.

"You let her go, or else..." Kyo threatened before Blizzard cut him off. 

"Or else what? You know you can no longer beat me... not ever sense I underwent those underground forced quirk experiments." Blizzard said. When Kyo turned around, he was surprised to see Takumi had left.

Meanwhile:

After having JARVIS hack Kyo's phone, he traced where the caller was calling from... a warehouse... and now Iron Man was on the way. 

"Kid, with a villain name like Blizzard, you'll have to switch out some of your weapons." Spirit Tony told Takumi. 

"Good idea... Iron Man armor, modulation mode... Fireheart configuration." Takumi ordered. After a few moments JARVIS replied. 

"All heat based weapons ready... modulation complete." 

Meanwhile:

Ingenium and his team was searching the city for Blizzard, when Ingenium remembered that Blizzard had a huge grudge against his former classmate... a man named Kyo. Before Ingenium could think further about this fact, Iron Man flew past him, going at an insanely high speed. Despite the rational side of his mind telling him to leave it alone and focus on finding Blizzard, Tensei saw enough news broadcast to realize that wherever Iron Man goes, trouble follows. 

"Team... I have a hunch that I'm going to investigate." Ingenium told his teammates. 

Meanwhile:

As Blizzard looked at Kyo's young daughter Aiko, he sighed. Aiko looked a lot like her mother. The woman he loved more than anyone else in the world. 

"Mr. Blizzard, why do you look so sad?" Aiko asked the villain. Blizzard growled, trying to scare the kid, but she didn't look scared in the slightest. 

"Mind your own business, kid." Blizzard told her. Aiko, being in the 4th grade, was not one to 'mind her own business'. 

"You took me from school, so your business got me here." Aiko replied with a sassy smile. Blizzard growled again, this time in frustration. Of course Aiko wold have the brassness of her father and the wit of her mother, Etsuko. 

"You told my dad that if he didn't come fight you, you would hurt me... If you win... will you kill my daddy?" Aiko asked. Blizzard was about to proudly say yes when the practical clone of Etsuko looked so depressed that he didn't have the heart to say it. 

Suddenly, Iron Man burst in and flew towards Blizzard, charging into him and sending the villain flying back. 

"Aiko, it's going to be okay now. I'm going to take down the bad guy and save you." Iron Man told the little girl who looked at him in awe. 

"Iron Man" Aiko cheered. Blizzard got back up and glared at the new opponent in front of him. 

"I was expecting either Kyo or Ingenium... not some wanna be hero inside of a metal toy!" Blizzard told Iron Man. Iron Man chuckled.

"I expected someone taller." Iron Man quipped. Blizzard sent an ice attack toward Iron Man, but the armored vigilante took to the air and fired his repulsor blast at him. In the Fireheart configuration, the repulsor becomes a heat repulsor... creating blast that was perfect for countering ice quirks. 

"Heat weapons? Nice, but did you think you were the first to think of something like that?"  Blizzard taunted before he started a snow storm in the building. Suddenly someone pushed past the storm and landed a powerful kick on Blizzard. 

"Ingenium." Blizzard growled as he hit the floor and started to get back on his feet. Ingenium then noticed Aiko. 

"Hey, new guy... you think you can keep Blizzard busy while I save the girl?" Ingenium asked. 

"Go for it. I got this guy." Iron Man replied. Ingenium grabbed Aiko and then ran out of the warehouse. Blizzard yelled out in anger. 

"You and Ingenium will suffer for that!" Blizzard declared as he created and then launched a giant ice pillar at Iron Man. The pillar hit Iron Man in the chest and sent him flying back into a wall. 

"Stay down, Iron Man." Blizzard said before Iron Man retaliated by firing missiles at the villain. 

Suddenly a new voice entered the fray.

"Enzo, that is enough. Stop this violence." Kyo's voice said as he entered the warehouse. 

"Finally you arrive... and here I though you sent Iron Man and Ingenium to do your work for you!" Blizzard replied with a chuckle. Both Iron Man and Blizzard stood up. 

"You're fight is still with me. Leave that man out of this!" Iron Man shouted. Blizzard growled. 

"That MAN is the reason for my suffering. Have you ever been in love, Iron Man? A long time ago, Kyo and I were classmates going to the same high school and that's when we met Etsuko... she was magnificent. Her water quirk allowed her to control water both as a liquid and as ice, and the art she did using her quirk... her smile... her hope for the future. Kyo and I... we both loved her so deeply... but I was quirkless and in this world where quirkless people are looked down upon, her father would have never allowed me to go near his daughter! Her father wanted her to raise children who had really strong quirks... strong enough to become Pro Heroes." Blizzard started to explain as Ingenium reentered the warehouse. 

"Do you know what's it's like... to be quirkless? To be so powerless? Do you know how it feels to have the world go and beat you over the head with the fact that you are an ordinary nobody? Do you know how it feels to hear the demanding taunts to the point where it feels like society itself wants to choke you to death? Then we have Kyo... his fire quirk happened to be remarkably similar to Endeavor's... only he could encase his own body in fire like some kind of human torch. Kyo would easily be able to get the blessing of Etsuko's father to date her... to love her." Blizzard continued. Kyo looked down on the ground in pain. 

"Kyo was my best friend... and he wanted to become a Pro Hero. Kyo and I went to the same dojo together to train in karate. Both of us were trying so hard to impress Etsuko. Then, one day... Etsuko gets captured by a villain simply known as Orochi. Despite being quirkless, I went to save her. I fought Orochi with my passion for Etsuko as my guiding force... but I lost and Orochi moved his labs so no one else would find us. Orochi did such terrible experiments... to force quirks onto the quirkless... you see... he had only a snake charming quirk, and he wanted something with more power. His martial arts skill was unrivaled, so it made him a dangerous killer. And he was a brilliant, but mad scientist. He was hurting Etsuko... to force my DNA to copy her quirk." Blizzard yelled. Takumi's eyes widened under his helmet and Ingenium gasped in shock. 

"Kyo found Orochi's lab and he defeated him... but before he was knocked out Orochi claimed he had killed me, so he didn't bother to look for me... only Etsuko... and he saved her... and Orochi's self destruct on the building activated. I was left for dead! I tried to return to Etsuko to find that she was in love with Kyo. I revealed myself to them!  I pleaded with Etsuko to choose me over him... but she was too far gone... too far in her love for a man who didn't even bother to search for his best friend. Kyo, ever the pretender, tried to apologize to me, so I tried to attack him but Etsuko got in my way. I ran away to find my path and found that once people learned I was an experiment of Orochi, people despised me more than ever. So finally... I snapped and turned against the world. It wanted a monster and then it got me... Blizzard... an experiment so botched up I could only make ice and not control water in it's liquid state... but ice has very handy methods for killing." Blizzard explained. 

"I never lied to you, Enzo. I was truly sorry for not seeking you out... every day it haunts me that I could have saved you. I am not worthy of my quirk and I never use it any more. I claim to the world that I am quirkless and I get those looks of disgust from people every day. I never knew you had it so bad until I was living as a quirkless person! Even now... I have never broken my vow... I have never used my quirk and I have never stopped caring for you, Enzo." Kyo told his former friend truthfully, but Blizzard didn't believe it. 

"LIAR!" Blizzard yelled as he tried to freeze Kyo solid. 

"NO!" Iron Man yelled as he flew quickly and was the one who was frozen instead. 

"IRON MAN!" Ingenium yelled. He then radioed his team. 

"Team, I am sending you my coordinates... I need as much help as I can get over here." Ingenium said before he charged at Blizzard. Blizzard was kicked by Ingenium again but Blizzard countered by freezing his engines. 

Kyo was stunned. He looked at Iron Man... frozen there. 

"Why... why would you try to save me... I'm not worth it." Kyo asked when Aiko walked back into the warehouse. 

"No! Aiko... go back with your mother!" Kyo yelled but Aiko ignored him and touched the ice that encased Iron Man and it began to melt. 

"The metal man saved me... I ran away from mom to see if you were ok, Dad... I can't let the metal man stay like this." Aiko told her father. Etsuko ran into the warehouse to get her daughter back.

"Aiko, I need you to..." Etsuko started to say when she saw her daughter unfreezing Iron Man. Then she saw Blizzard stand back up. 

"Your engines are blocked Ingenium! This time you can't stop me." Blizzard told his old foe before a pillar of ice blocked Blizzard's next attack, a stabbing via a sword he made of ice as he got up from the ground earlier. The pillar that blocked Blizzard’s blade saved Ingenium... but Blizzard was stunned who did it. 

"Etsuko!" Blizzard said with terrible pain in his voice.

"Enzo... please... stop this." Etsuko pleaded with her old friend, but Blizzard rushed at Etsuko. 

"NO!" Kyo yelled as Blizzard grabbed her and took off with her. 

"Damn it! My engines!" Ingenium said as he tried to rush after them. That's when Ingenium's sidekicks arrived. 

"Ingenium, sir... we arrived too late. We're sorry." One of Ingenium's team members told him. Finally Iron Man was thawed out of the ice.

"JARVIS, activate cold relief protocol." Iron Man said and the armor started to warm Takumi up. 

'I kind of feel bad for that Enzo guy... but he still needs to be stopped.' Ghost Tony told him. 

'I agree. Still.... I know how he feels about being stepped on because of being a quirkless person.’ Takumi thought as he remembered a time when some bullies in his school had nearly murdered him with their quirks as a kid... simply because they felt like they could. 

"Sir, should we apprehend the vigilante?" One of Ingenium's teammates asked him. 

"No. We’re going to need Iron Man's assistance to help us get that Etsuko lady back to safety." Ingenium replied. 

"I really need to invest in making tracers for when the bad guy gets away." Iron Man told himself before he looked at Kyo. 

"Sir... do you know where Blizzard might have taken your wife?" Iron Man asked. Kyo thought about it and then he remembered something. 

"I have a few ideas but there is one that I am super sure of. When we were younger, Etsuko used to go to a dance school... Enzo would go there just to watch her in her element... I think Enzo would take her there. It was called Dorimumeka dance studio." Kyo told him. Iron Man looked at Ingenium. 

"Will you be able to get there as you are now?" Iron Man asked. One of his teammates unfroze his engines. 

"Yeah. You go on ahead... I have a feeling that this time... you will be the main factor that brings down Blizzard. I'll see you in a bit." Ingenium told Iron Man. Iron Man nodded and he exited the warehouse and took off into the air. 

"JARVIS, I need you to look up a location." Iron Man told his AI. 

"One step ahead of you, sir. The coordinates have been set." JARVIS replied. 

"You're the best." Iron Man replied and he started to fly towards the dance studio.

Meanwhile:

Blizzard indeed took Etsuko to the dance studio... the thing was it had been closed down over the years...  but Etsuko could not help but be nostalgic about the memories she still had at the place. She sighed and then looked at Blizzard. 

"Enzo, what are we doing here?" Etsuko asked.

"Reminiscing on old times. I remember when I used to come to watch you practice and support you. I remember the strong love I had for you. I never forget that Etsuko. If I had a quirk beforehand, I could have beaten Orochi and we could have been together! But now we have a chance to try again. Run away with me, Etsuko. We can flee from this country and I can change my identity, no one in Japan will ever hear from Blizzard again." Blizzard told her. Etsuko shook her head. 

"Enzo.... you killed too many people in the past for you to say that you can just stop. I'm sure you didn't mention it to Iron Man, but before Ingenium stopped you the last two times you came out of jail, you were killing people who all had any resemblance to Kyo. Too many have lost their loved ones by your hand to make me believe you can just give up the superiority you finally feel as Blizzard." Etsuko replied. Blizzard sighed. 

"You don't know what's it's like to be powerless. With so many people with quirks out there and companies only looking for people with quirks, the quirkless have less job opportunities, less support from the government, and as you saw in my life as we grew up together, less of a social standing with others. You always had a quirk that people could admire and you always used it in the most artistic of ways. You had the power to make anyone love you with just your works alone... so you can't tell me that you'd give up any superiority as a natural born quirk bearer." Blizzard shot back. Etsuko looked down to the ground. Enzo was right about one thing.... she didn't know how hard it was for someone with no quirk to live in this world obsessed with the opportunities that genetics now allowed for. 

"You're right about one thing... I don't know the pain you went through as a quirkless person and I never did anything to help you through it." Etsuko told Blizzard, who shook his head. 

"You showed me kindness... you gave me hope. Here you were.... a person with a beautiful quirk spending so much of her time with me... you made me believe I was worth something. You did plenty to help just by being you, Etsuko." Blizzard told her. 

"Which is why if you really loved her, you'd let her go to her family so she can be happy." A new voice said as it echoed through the dance hall. 

"Who's there?" Blizzard yelled before Iron Man revealed himself to the two. 

"You... you here to shoot missiles at me again?" Blizzard asked. 

"Not if you let me talk to you. If you can refrain from trying to kill me... I'll refrain from beating you up." Iron Man replied. Blizzard looked at Iron Man in confusion. 

"You're a hero, aren't you... and I'm a killer... why wouldn't you beat me up?" Blizzard asked, not quite sure if he should trust Iron Man just yet. 

"Because, I want to convince you to turn yourself in... I could ask Ingenium to do what he can to get you some professional help... you have a lot of trauma... and sometimes being a hero isn't just punching your problems away. Sometimes being a real hero means extending a hand to someone who is in real need of help, even if they don’t want to admit that they do." Iron Man replied. Blizzard growled. 

"Funny, a mighty hero like you saying that. What quirk do you have... control of metal? Flight? It's rich to hear someone who thinks they are better than me try to help me like I'm a chump." Blizzard replied.

"Iron Man is being quite serious with you." Ingenium said as he walked in behind Iron Man. 

"I don't need help... I need Etsuko!" Blizzard yelled. 

"And you'd tear her away from her family, her friends, her daughter.... all for that? I don't know what it's like to be in love but before he died,my Dad told me that love is not selfish... love is about caring for the other person as much or even more than you care for yourself." Iron Man replied. 

"And of course the Pro Hero..."

"I'm NOT a Pro Hero..." Iron Man said as he took a risk and took off his helmet. Blizzard was shocked to see that Iron Man... was a teenage boy. 

"Takumi!" Etsuko said in shock. 

"I'm a quirkless kid... bullied by the world... told by Endeavor himself to give up on my dreams of ever being a hero. I'm not allowed in the hero course at UA because I'm quirkless! Every day I see someone look at me like I'm trash, I have a neighbor who laughs at me every day, telling me I should jump off a roof and die because a quirkless person can't amount to anything! I don't know what it's like to be in love but I know exactly what it's like to be stepped on, laughed at... you... are like me if I ever gave in to my own despair... but a hero... he does what's right simply because that's what it is... and for me to be a hero, I have to go outside the law because no one gave me any other options... but you... here and now you have a choice... you can surrender and get help... I can even visit you if you'd like.. on days when school isn't keeping me busy... or you can selfishly try to take Etsuko... knowing that if you succeed, you doom a precious child to the same world of hatred you had.... because a formerly quirkless murderer stole her mom." Takumi told Blizzard. Blizzard looked at Takumi, stunned. Ingenium was also shocked that the vigilante that had been the talk of the city had been a teenage quirkless boy fighting for his dream in the only way he had left. Blizzard looked at Takumi... and looked at Etsuko before he yelled in agony. But then... Blizzaed extended his hands. 

"I'll go with you... your words... no matter what people say about you... you are a true hero, Iron Man. But... if I am to get professional help... I have a requirement for you too." Blizzard told Takumi. 

"Name it." Takumi said. 

"Convince those old farts at UA that you deserve to be given a chance... fight to become a Pro Hero... and become a symbol of hope. They'll never let you become the Sumbol of Peace since you need to have a quirk for that... but become a symbol for all... for those with quirks... and for the quirkless that the Symbol of Peace excludes." Blizzard told Takumi. Takumi nodded. 

"That's the goal. You got it." Takumi replied before he put his helmet back on. Iron Man turned to Ingenium. 

"You saw my face... you gonna try to turn me in?" Iron Man asked. Ingenium shook his head. 

"No... you have a mission to complete... and our new society has stepped on quirkless people enough as it is. I may have seen your face but I still don't know your name... so I don't know who you are officially." Ingenium replied with a smile. 

"Thank you... Ingenium." Iron Man told the Pro Hero. 

"You'll always have my support, Iron Man." Ingenium replied. The two then walked out of the dance studio. 

"Etsuko... I'm going to take you home. The police won't like me here." Iron Man told her. Etsuko nodded and as the police arrived, Iron Man flew away with Etsuko to take her home.

Iron Man dropped Etsuko home where a worried Kyo and Aiko were. Iron Man escorted her in and Kyo hugged her. 

"Thank you, Iron Man. Thank you so much." Kyo told him. Iron Man nodded. 

"Takumi..." Etsuko called as Iron Man started to walk away. Kyo was stunned. 

"Takumi?" 

Iron Man took off his helmet and faced them. 

"Yes ma'am?" Takumi asked. 

"Your father.... would be very proud of you." Etsuko told him. Kyo looked in amazement at him. Kyo nodded.

"Your secret is safe with us. We’re family." Kyo told him. Takumi nodded. 

"Always." Takumi replied as he put his helmet back on and walked out of the house. He gave the family a thumbs up before he flew away. 

That night:

A press conference was called about the arrest of Blizzard. 

"Ingenium, is it true that you got Blizzard to surrender and are giving him professional help for traumatic incidents in his past?" A reporter asked. 

"Most of what you said is true... but it was Iron Man that got Blizzard to surrender. It was a desperate situation so I, a Pro Hero, teamed up with a vigilante... and I realized from this vigilante that the way people are treated are not equal. Those with quirks like me... we are respected... given great opportunities... Enzo Takahata... and what he became, all of that happened because we as a society have failed to give quirkless people, like him hope. He was experimented on and people continued to treat him badly until he snapped... as a society that claims we are inspired by All Might... we have to do better. Iron Man.... is not a vigilante by choice... but the way we handle things as a society.... we have pushed people like Iron Man away from the opportunities they deserve... we have allowed the quirkless and the under privileged to believe they are worthless...  however, what I say next may be controversial... Iron Man has convinced me that we need to let the quirkless become equals... let them be heroes, world leaders, because once upon a time all people were quirkless... and we all were still able to be heroes in our own ways. I am doing a call of action on Iron Man's behalf... UA, Shiketsu, Ketsubatsu, and anyone who will listen... open your ears to the dreamers without quirks... all they need is a chance... a spark.... a hope... and they can be as powerful as any Pro Hero. Iron Man... and those he inspires... deserves a chance to become heroes... because only people like Iron Man can save people like Enzo Takahata." Ingenium said. 

"Are you saying Iron Man is quirkless?" A reporter asked, but Ingenium was already gone.

Meanwhile:

Izuku Midoriya watched the press conference with his mom, Inko... and Izuku was moved to tears.

"Izuku... are you okay?" Inko asked. Izuku nodded. 

"It's just... I believe it now more than ever... I can be a hero." Izuku replied. 

Tenya Iida watched the press conference because he was proud of his brother but he was shocked at what he had to say. 

"Could it be that Iron Man truly had no choice but to become a vigilante in order to follow his dream? If that is true... I will use my voice and fight the injustice that forces people like Iron Man away from the chance of being a hero." Tenya said. 

Ochako Uraraka watched and felt surprised. 

"There are people suffering all around me... being pushed aside... maybe one day... I'll inspire them as a hero too." Ochako said.

Shoto Todoroki watched the press conference and felt touched by it somehow. Endeavor rolled his eyes and shut off the tv. 

"Quirkless people as heroes... what a pathetic notion." Endeavor said as he walked away. 

''Is it truly pathetic.... when it's clear the Iron Man is becoming a symbol of change?' Shoto thought. 

All Might was watching out for the city as he heard the press conference... and he was convinced... he was going to find out who Iron Man is... then get him into the hero course at UA.

"Young man... when I find you, I'll have two things to say to you... I AM HERE... and YOU CAN BE A HERO!" All Might said. 

As Iron Man flew across the night sky... Enzo, who was in a police car looked up and saw the armored hero. 

'How strange... the power that boy has. I'm going back to jail... but for the first time since I met Etsuko... I actually feel... hope.' Enzo thought as he smiled. 

On social media, the quirkless community started to tell their stories and a hashtag got started... #WeareIronMan . 

'You don't know it yet, kid... but you are already bringing great change to the world. To the people... you are becoming a true hero... and your journey just got started.' Spirit Tony thought.

Takumi: HOLY CRAP... the quirkless community are making Iron Man t shirts now! 

Spirit Tony: Not bad for a non official merchandise line. Oh wait... we are off topic for the preview. 

Takumi: Oh right! Pro Heroes from all across Japan start to arrive in Musutafu City because the start of the UA Sports Festival is getting closer... and HUH? All Might wants to ask me about who I think Iron Man could be?

Spirit Tony: Is this an opportunity or a trap?

Takumi: Next time: Pro Heroes arrive.... Who is Iron Man? I'd better be careful or else All Might just might figure out who I am. Go beyond, PLUS ULTRA!

Chapter Text

Takumi hated Mondays... it symbolized the start of what would be a long week.
"Kid, you should know that there is going to be a lot more Pro Heroes in the city now." Spirit Tony told Takumi after he got ready to head to school. Takumi looked at the ghost with a bit of a nervous expression.

"That's going to make things a bit harder. There's going to be a lot more eyes looking for Iron Man and I'm sure some of them did not appreciate Ingenium sticking his neck out for me." Takumi told Ghost Tony.

"I wouldn't worry about Pro Heroes coming after you. Check your phone." Spirit Tony replied. As Takumi got his phone and went to Google, he was surprised to see that Iron Man was very popular... a symbol amongst the quirkless community and those who felt dissatisfied by some of the Pro Heroes... mainly Endeavor, which Takumi found ironic as someone who Endeavor had torn down personally.

"The Pro Heroes rely on their reputations with the people. The more popular they are, the more they are paid... and with you being such a beloved figure of Musutafu, no Pro Hero would want to put themselves against you. You are too notable right now, and the people would probably turn against the Pros if they touched you." Spirit Tony pointed out. Takumi was surprised as people were making their own Iron Man shirts and other unofficial merch to show their support of the vigilante.

"You even got yourself some fans from other parts of the world. JARVIS, show him that super attractive, for people Takumi's age anyway, island girl's page." Spirit Tony told the AI that normally resides in the Iron Man suit. Suddenly Takumi's phone switched itself to the social media page of one Melissa Shield, who was quite clear about her support of Iron Man and the idea of having a hero to symbolize the quirkless community.

"Wait you put JARVIS in my phone? When did you do that?" Takumi asked Spirit Tony when he was stunned by seeing his phone do what Tony said.

"I can be made compatible to any tech you deem necessary, Takumi. My namesake JARVIS 1.0 once had compatibility to Mr. Stark's whole house in his old world." JARVIS informed Takumi. Takumi accidentally liked a post Melissa put on her page of her in an Iron Man shirt. Spirit Tony smiled.

"So you like them blonde?" Spirit Tony teased. Takumi facepalmed.

"I am SO not having this conversation with a dead guy." Takumi said as he got out of the app.

"Is that why you don't even consider the pinkette Mei Hatsume?" JARVIS asked innocently... or as innocently as an AI co created by Tony Stark could get. Takumi groaned... sure he considered Mei to be a beautiful girl but he never thought about it past that.

"What about that Uraraka girl you eat lunch with? As your mentor in all things Iron Man, I am also obligated to be your ghostly wingman. It would help if I knew your type." Spirit Tony teased before Takumi put in his headphones to ignore the ghost and focus on eating breakfast. His face was as red as his Iron Man armor and Spirit Tony laughed.

"Yeah... he's easier to tease than even Peter or Steve." Spirit Tony said before he disappeared.

Meanwhile:
Toshinori Yagi was doing research on Iron Man. He hadn't been active very long, so there wasn't a lot of information to be found on the internet. But every news article about him showed that Iron Man didn't find any crime to be too big or too small to handle. Heck, one blog posted an article about a time his daughter lost her ballon but Iron Man flew and got the ballon back for her during one of his patrols, a minor task that many of the more ego driven Pro Heroes would see as beneath them. While no one seemed to have any definitive proof of who Iron Man could be, the recent press conference with Ingenium concerning the arrest of Blizzard, and subsequent push to get the former villain some professional help, sparked lots of theories that Iron Man could be quirkless, as it was explained by Ingenium that it was basic rules of society that forced Iron Man into going the route of a vigilante. Was he wealthy? Clearly the armor he wore would be very expensive to manufacture. Toshinori figured that the only three ways the armor could have been made is if the creator had been wealthy, the armor was a sanctioned product of a government approved support company, or the creator of the armor could have been using the vast resources of any of the biggest hero schools in Japan.

'Could any of the students here in our support course have the smarts to build something as advanced as the Iron Man armor?' Toshinori thought. He wondered if Izuku Midoriya would have any ideas on the matter.

A short while later:
When Takumi walked inside of UA, Izuku Midoriya ran toward him.
"Sakai! I am glad to see you!" Izuku told him. Takumi chuckled at his friend's enthusiasm. 

"What's up, Green?" Takumi asked.

"I was thinking about the possible quirks Iron Man could have... assuming he has one, as Ingenium seemed to imply that he could be quirkless, but if he DOES have a quirk do you think it could be that he has some control over magnetism? That would help him control his armor." Izuku asked. Takumi thought about it for a sec... would a magnetism quirk be helpful in handling the armor?

"It's a possibility. Although, I think that if he did have a magnetism quirk and used it to control his armor, it would probably limit the amount of time Iron Man could use his armor. If a quirk is overused it often ends in bad situations for the quirk's user." Takumi pointed out.

"Depending on the type of quirk. I have a classmate in my class named Toru Hagakure and her invisibility quirk is not one she can turn off, as such she never gets any negative effects from using it." Midoriya pointed out.

"Quirks like that are a rarity. I mean how does Hagakure manage to escape that bullcrap rule of not being allowed to use your quirk in public?" Takumi asked. Midoriya took a moment to ponder that... how DID she not constantly get fined by the police for not having an 'off switch' to her quirk?

Meanwhile:
Charles Xavier flew into Musutafu from New York City, alongside him was former students, now Pro Heroes and teachers Logan and Scott, otherwise known as Wolverine and Cyclops. (Because we all know I had to throw more Marvel elements into this weird alternate version of MHA)

"Seeing the UA Sports Festival will be interesting." Scott told his former teacher and classmate.

"UA isn't very connected with Xavier's School of Future Heroes (renamed due to the quirk heavy nature of this world), so why are we even bothering looking into this anyway?" Logan asked, not as interested in this sports festival thing.

"Even if the various hero schools of the world are technically competitors, each school teaches a new generation of heroes to maintain the peace we won after All Might defeated All for One and after we defeated Magneto... I think we should all have an interest in the various students of the world because one day they will be the protectors of the planet, and if anything like the battles with Magneto happens again, we need to know that any future hero, regardless of which school they attend are fully prepared for the challenges of being a Pro Hero." Xavier explained. Logan nodded, he was never one to verbally admit it, but Professor X, as his current and former students liked to call him, had a pretty good point.

Selkie walked around Musutafu along with many of his sailors.
"It's nice to have a short break from the sea." One of his sailors commented. Selkie smiled, understanding what the sailor meant.

"After we check into our hotel rooms, anyone who has family here in Musutafu should go and see them." Selkie told his crew.

"Yes sir!" They told him.

"Umm, Captain... what if we have a run in with Iron Man?" Sirius, Selkie's right hand woman asked. Selkie sighed.

"Normally I'd say we'd try and apprehend the vigilante and be done with it.... but ever since Ingenium all but voiced his support for Iron Man, the hero community had split in two upon the topic of him. If we were to try to catch Iron Man now, not only would the people likely turn against us, but we could cause a whole Super Hero Civil War, especially with the reveal that somehow it's our very laws and standards in society that pushed him to become a vigilante... and if the theories are true and Iron Man IS quirkless, while still performing at the level he has been...those in support of him will look at us like we're dream killers... remember that Endeavor is still taking flack for laughing at that quirkless boy he saved after it went viral." Selkie replied. Sirius sighed, realizing that for now... their hands are tied.

Endeavor realized he was still very early... the UA Sports Festival would not begin for some time... but the time was still near. If only he could get his son Shoto Todoroki to use his left side... and maybe catch the vigilante Iron Man. If anything, he was glad to be back home after a long time fighting villains outside of Musutafu.

Meanwhile:
"Soon the UA Sports Festival will start. Every student in UA will be participating, but this is mostly an exhibition of the Hero Students. However support students are allowed to use any support items they wish throughout the games to let Support companies see your work. If they like what they see from you, they might be able to recruit you. But this could also be your chance to transfer into the hero course if you do well enough and feel the urge to join the heroes. No matter what your goal is, the UA Sports Festival will be the primary way you can show it to the world. So we're going to spend pretty much all of this week in the development lab." Power Loader informed his students.

'Could this be my shot in making a case to allow quirkless people to become heroes? Could this the shot I have to open the door to becoming a hero?' Takumi thought.

'I've seen a few of these over my years of being a ghost in this world. If you want to drop the bomb on people that you are Iron Man, it'll be best if you hold onto that until the final round... if you make it that far.' Spirit Tony replied in Takumi's mind.

'Then I'll have to start 'recreating' parts of the Iron Man armor... starting with making some prototype repulsors.' Takumi thought.

Takumi put on his headphones and looked at his phone.
'Mr. Stark... jam music, please.' Takumi requested.

'Jam music.... on.' Spirit Tony replied.

Takumi started to draw up schematics for his 'proto repulsors' as well as flight boosters. He also made note to add shorter range smart bombs in his arsenal... if anything, he could say he's been inspired by the effectiveness of Iron Man and is trying to reverse engineer his tech as his excuse to why he is making very amateurish, yet still very impressive versions of Iron Man's weapons.

Meanwhile:
Hitoshi Chikyu was not afraid of the increased number of Pro Heroes in Musutafu, in fact he had been planning to deal with them during this time anyway. A member of Endeavor's rouges gallery... Hitoshi as Avalanche had made quite a few waves in what was left of the villain community after All Might had basically turned the villain community to a dangerous but minor inconvenience.

"It'll be time to shake things up for the Pros pretty soon." Hitoshi told himself as he smiled, looking at his villain costume, ready to take on the world. But he knew... it would best to wait until nighttime

Later:
Mei Hatsume looked over to see what Takumi was building and she smiled.
'He's basing his designs after Iron Man, huh? Looks like my babies will have some competition when the Sports Festival comes around.' Mei thought cheerfully. She wasn't scared... if anything, she thought this could likely increase their chances of getting hired together by the same support companies.

Chapter Text

After school that day:
Takumi was still stunned that he was going to receive a chance to become a Pro Hero by UA. Although one of the conditions of his transfer into the hero course was to inform his mother of the fact that he's Iron Man... and he wasn't looking forward to THAT conversation.
'How would I even start that conversation? Hey, Mom... I know you work a lot so you don't get to see me often so I've been spending my free time after school being a quirkless vigilante flying around in a metal suit. Yeah... that's going to be REAL fun.' Takumi thought.

'Well, you'd have had to tell her at some point. There's no way you could have hid this from your Mom forever, kid.' Spirit Tony pointed out from inside of Takumi's mind.

Before Takumi could respond, Midoriya ran up to him. "Sakai, wait up!" It didn't take too long for Midoriya to catch up with him.

"Today was a crazy day of school, huh?" Midoriya asked somewhat nervously. Midoriya was part of the reason why All Might learned who he was, so Midoriya wanted to be sure that Takumi wasn't too upset with him. Luckily, Takumi wasn't upset in the slightest, as he was still amazed that he was being given a chance to make Iron Man truly mean something.

"Yeah, I get into a fight with Big Bang Attack, then Dectective Midoriya cracked the case and found out who I am. Crazy is an understatement." Takumi replied with a chuckle. Midoriya looked at Takumi with concern.

"Kaachan didn't hurt you, did he?" Midoriya asked. Takumi shook his head.

"Nah, but I think I hurt his pride a little. He wasn't expecting a quirkless guy to be able to fight back. I'm sure he'll be gunning for me when the sports festival comes around." Takumi replied before he chuckled. Despite being the only quirkless participant, he felt excited about the idea of showing everyone what he's made of.

"Deku, Sakai!" A voice called out to them. Both of them turned to see it was Ochako Uraraka and Tenya Iida. Takumi's phone then went off and Takumi saw that he had several text messages from Mei Hatsume, mostly being about how Power Loader and her had both been worried about him. Mei also told him to make sure to see Recovery Girl if he got hurt.

"Uraraka, Iida." Midoriya greeted them as Takumi nodded at the two. Both Uraraka and Iida looked at Takumi with concern on their faces.

"Did you get into too much trouble with the principal?" Uraraka asked. Takumi shook his head.

"No. Because Bakugo was the aggressor, he got in more trouble than me... although he did give me a stern talking to about using weapons in the cafeteria." Takumi replied.

"Mr. Aizawa wasn't very happy with Bakugo either. When he got back into class... long story short, I think he had taken more hits to his pride after Mr. Aizawa was done with him." Iida added as Uraraka giggled.

"It was quite the verbal beat down." Uraraka confirmed. Suddenly, a police officer walked over to them.

"Mr. Sakai. I'm sorry for interrupting your conversation with your friends, but I brought some paperwork that you need to sign. The document is part of your deal with All Might and Principal Nezu." The police officer told Takumi. Uraraka and Iida looked shocked.

"A deal with All Might and Principal Nezu that involves the police?! What the heck happened??" Uraraka and Iida asked in unison. Takumi smiled.

"Everything will make sense tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow, I've been invited by All Might to be a 'guest' for Class 1-A's training tomorrow." Takumi informed them as he grabbed the paper from the police officer and signed it.

Flashback:
"So if I'm joining the Hero course, does that means my days patrolling the city are over now?" Takumi asked All Might and Nezu. Midoriya looked at the them in curiosity of how this would all play out.

'This is the biggest question of them all, isn't it?' Midoriya thought.

"When we started pondering that at first the answer was going to be yes... At least until you get your provisional license... However, with the lives you've saved and how you became quite a strong presence in the city in such a short time, we decided on a fitting compromise. The Musutafu police department is willing to make a whole new legal type of written document that allows you to continue your city activities as Iron Man.  One of the conditions they have is that if you go to patrol the city, you have to have a Pro Hero with you. You can start your patrol without one, but you must meet up with a Pro and convince them to let you accompany them. As you are a student, we don't want you getting too hurt out there." Principal Nezu answered. Takumi was stunned. This was amazing news.

"Thank you so much. Really, this city means so much to me. Thank you for letting me continue to fight for it." Takumi told Nezu humbly.

The present:
"We will make sure every Pro Hero in Japan is informed of this, as this document will be important." The police officer told him as Takumi handed it back.

"Yes, thank you." Takumi replied. The police officer then walked away and left Takumi and friends to their own devices. Now Uraraka and Iida looked even more confused.

"Whatever deal you have with Principal Nezu and All Might must be an important one if Pro Heroes from across Japan needs to know." Uraraka pointed out. Now she was really itching to know what this is all about. Takumi chuckled.

"Like I said, it'll all make sense tomorrow." Takumi assured her. He then sighed as he remembered what he needed to do when he got home.

"Now, I gotta jet home. There's something I promised All Might, I'd inform my mom of as soon as possible." Takumi told his friends and they nodded. After waving goodbye to his friends, Takumi walked out of the school and when he was sure no one could see him, activated his Iron Man armor. He was going to fly straight home and speak with his Mom.

Later:
"You've been doing WHAT?!" Mrs. Sakai yelled in shock. Takumi nervously chuckled.

"I've been spending a lot of my time after school being the vigilante known as Iron Man... but it's okay... I..." Takumi started to say before his mother cut him off.

"Son, being a vigilante is dangerous. What if you are arrested? You have no quirk! Now All Might and your principal knows! Are you going to jail?" Mrs. Sakai asked.

"No! Mom... the people of this city... they, in this short time of me being active, have come to look up to Iron Man. They see him as a symbol... especially for people like me... quirkless. Haven't you seen the hashtags all over the net? #WeareIronMan... Mom, Iron Man is becoming a symbol and it became a symbol that even All Might believed in... as well as Principal Nezu... that's why, under a new set of rules, they are letting me to continue to fight crime here in the city... legally... and I'm going to be transferring into the hero course at UA starting tomorrow. Mom... UA wants to support me in becoming the first quirkless Pro Hero... a hero whose intelligence allows him to rival that of even All Might one day." Takumi explained. Mrs. Sakai had proud tears in her eyes.

"Tell me everything, how did this happen? When did this start?" Mrs. Sakai asked. Takumi sighed.

"It's a long story..." Takumi began as he started to explain how he became Iron Man.

Meanwhile:
Izuku Midoriya had a lot on his mind. He had figured out who Iron Man was... and it turned out to be his new friend who joined him at lunch, speculating the nature of Iron Man's quirk. Sure, he understood why Takumi played along. He had to throw off the trail leading back to him... but when he saw Takumi in the principal's office, he fully expected to feel a bit angry at him for lying, but instead he understood. He and Takumi were very similar individuals... both born quirkless, both made to feel hopeless about their dreams ever coming true. While UA now accepted quirkless students, the hero course highly favored people with powerful quirks, and both had to confront what that meant for their futures. Both had their mom raising them alone, although in Takumi's case it was because his dad was killed saving him from an eighteen wheeler. Both saved by pro heroes and both mentored by great heroes in order to become heroes themselves. The thing was... Izuku felt that the success of Takumi as Iron Man mattered to him. All Might made him believe anyone could become a hero, especially after he transferred One for All to him... but it seemed Takumi Sakai would be the one who could prove it.
'He and I... are like reflections of each other... our lives so similar, yet our paths to getting where we want to go will also be very different. It's a lot easier to face the challenges meant to enhance your quirk when you have a quirk to enhance... he's going to have to really put his mind to the test to keep up... but he reminds me of that Peter guy and that Steve guy from the memories the ghost showed me... if he has that same kind of spirit... I fully believe Sakai can make it through... he has to... because he already represents so much.' Izuku thought as he looked at his social media page... where he added his own #WeareIronMan following the press conference with Ingenium.

'One day... I'll mean something too. I've got to keep training to fully get One for All under my control.' Midoriya thought.

Meanwhile:
Mrs. Sakai didn't want to admit it to her son, but she had wished that he had given up on becoming a hero, not because she wasn't supportive or anything, but she couldn't help wanting her son to stay away from dangerous situations. Still, she knew that she'd never be able to stop him... Takumi was a stubborn guy, just like his dad was. Even with her motherly side wishing Takumi had just thrown in the towel on the matter of becoming a hero, she also couldn't help but be proud of him for pursuing his goals and making his dreams possible. After Takumi explained everything, which even involved Mrs. Sakai meeting Spirit Tony, Mrs. Sakai took a second to ponder everything. Her son was Iron Man... and now All Might himself was on Iron Man's side... clearly UA believed in Takumi's dream based on how fast Iron Man gained a loyal following. The symbol of a quirkless man fighting against the odds and using his intelligence as the main reason why he would win... it was a pretty inspiring symbol already.

"Son, promise me one thing... Promise me that when you start training to become a hero at UA, not to be discouraged by how much easier things will be for your classmates than you. As it is now, no one is given any reason to believe that a quirkless person can become a hero. The closest thing we have to a quirkless hero is that vigilante named Knuckleduster, who probably wouldn't be able to handle the kinds of villains that someone like All Might would have to contend with... but you... you can with your smarts and Mr. Stark's help. You'll need to keep making your armor stronger in order to keep up with your classmates and you'll be forced to think things through in a different way than any of your classmates... but just because your path is going to be harder than the others, doesn't mean it's impossible. Remember to keep that in mind as you chase your dream. You'll need to work harder than anyone else. Are you ready for that kind of commitment?" Mrs. Sakai asked, wondering if this attempted reality check would shake his resolve... Or if he knew the challenge ahead and simply did not care as long as he gave it his best. Takumi smiled.

"Well, Dad always said people loves an underdog story." Takumi replied confidently. Mrs. Sakai smiled. He really was his father's son. Suddenly Takumi's phone started to ring. He grabbed it to find the caller was one Izuku Midoriya... Otherwise known as 'The Green' on his phone. Mrs. Sakai nodded so Takumi could answer it and walked out of the room to prepare a meal for herself and Takumi.

"What's up, Green?" Takumi asked Midoriya.

"I just called to wish you luck for tomorrow... since you'll be a student of Class 1-A tomorrow and who knows what crazy training they'll have in store for us. Not to mention the fact that you'll have to reveal to the class who you are." Midoriya answered. One of the conditions for joining the hero course was that Takumi had to reveal to Class 1-A that he is Iron Man... he wasn't too worried about that part but he was concerned it might cause a dent in the friendship between him and the rules obsessed Tenya Iida.

"Green... Thank you. I'm glad you called to wish me good luck. I just hope Iida is still willing to be my friend after this is all over." Takumi replied. Midoriya sighed.

"Well in any case, us people who were born quirkless has to stick together." Midoriya said before he realized what he had just causally dropped and he yelled in horror as All Might wasn't going to be happy about the fact that he let the truth about his situation slip.

"Wait... You were quirkless? Then how did you get your quirk? Was it some kind of forced quirk transplant experiment like what happened with Blizzard?" Takumi asked. Midoriya was stunned... He had no idea that Blizzard's quirk had not been a natural thing. It looked like Midoriya wasn't the only one letting info bombs leak, although Midoriya suspected that Takumi did that on purpose so he wouldn't feel too bad about accidentally telling him a secret he wasn't supposed to tell.

"Look... I'll tell you everything, but you have to promise me that you won't tell anyone. Don't even tell All Might that you know!" Midoriya replied.

"Deal." Takumi replied.

"You and I... We're similar. Mostly raised by our mothers after our fathers were no longer in the picture, although for completely different reasons. Both of us were inspired by All Might ever since we were kids and we both had the dream of becoming a Pro Hero, only for that dream to seem impossible since we both ended up being quirkless. Both of us were treated differently after that. However where my story starts to become really different from yours... Is that when I needed to get saved by a Pro, I was saved by All Might. At first, All Might told me to keep my goals realistic since there was no one to ever prove a quirkless person can become a Pro Hero. But after the Sludge Villain that had captured me ended up getting Kaachan, I tried to save him. Oh, you may not know who Kaachan is, everyone else just calls him Bakugo. Anyway, I tried to save him, despite not having a quirk and All Might ended up becoming inspired by what I did and he saved us both. As I started to walk home, All Might found me and told me that the quirk he has is a transferable quirk. He told me that I could become a hero and he trained me to recieve his quirk. Now I have his quirk, One for All, and All Might is training me like how Mr. Stark is training you." Midoriya explained. Takumi was fascinated by the fact that a transferable quirk existed. It challenged the very notion of what people knew about quirks.

"Wow... I knew we had some similarities, Green... but I had no idea that we were practically the same person, but not really, up to the point where we were saved by a Pro Hero. How is your body even adjusting to suddenly having a powerful quirk?" Takumi asked.

"I still can't control the power of One for All, but I have been able to figure out ways to use it without shattering my bones in one shot. I still have a long way to go if I want to use it without any damage though." Midoriya answered. Takumi sighed. He wished he could find someway to get the rundown of this One for All quirk from All Might so he could help come up with ideas to help Midoriya out but he knew that Midoriya would have to figure it out by himself.

"Anyway, now you know why your success means a lot to me. If you, someone who is still quirkless can still be able to chase this dream and overcome... It proves to other people like us that we can hold on to our dreams. More than anything I want to see a quirkless hero prove to the world that people like us CAN be heroes. So... I guess the real reason I called you was to assure you that what you are doing really matters. And I will support you in your path to becoming a hero." Midoriya explained. Takumi smiled.

"And you got my support too. Let's show the world what we got, Midoriya." Takumi said.

Meanwhile:
Night was starting to come over Musutafu and former Brotherhood of Evil Mutants member Hitoshi Chikyu, otherwise known as Avalanche smiled as he put on his gear. He made sure to study what hotels would be most filled with Pro Heroes, especially ones who had come early to either get their tickets to or help set up for the upcoming UA Sports Festival.

"It's time to end some Pro Heroes." Avalanche said confidently. He smiled as he thought about the only people he hated more than Endeavor... one of the most famous hero teams in all of America... The X-Men! And if Charles Xavier kept up his usual routine, he'd be here to watch the Sports Festival when it was time.
"Now... Let's cause some havoc!" Avalanche told himself.

A short while later:
Iron Man was flying through the night, trying to think of a way to let Mei Hatsume, his one friend in the support course, know that he is getting transferred into the hero course. Although it wasn't the idea of telling her how it happened that worried him... It was how to make sure she didn't try to take his armor and change everything around later. Hatsume was a great inventor and all, but Takumi knew that she'd most likely turn him into a walking commercial advertising her inventions.

"Takumi, I'm getting reports of an earthquake like phenomenon causing buildings to collapse, mostly in hotel buildings where notable Pro Heroes are staying. Should we go and take a look at what's going on?" JARVIS asked.

"Yeah. Let's go and see what we can find out. We'll also help anyone needs help." Iron Man replied as he took off towards the coordinates JARVIS was now showing in his helmet's HUD.

When Iron Man got to the scene, he noticed an angry looking guy sniffing the air, as if he were picking up some kind of scent. Iron Man recognized him as the feral hero Wolverine and he landed next to him, Wolverine looked at him and nearly growled.

"What the hell are you supposed to be? Are you that robot guy Japan has been going crazy about?" Wolverine asked. Iron Man nodded.

"I'm Iron Man, and under a special deal I have going on with the police department here in this city, I am able to fight crime as long as I am assisting a Pro Hero." Iron Man replied. Wolverine groaned.

'Just what I needed... a damn tag along.' Wolverine thought.

"Look kid, I don't need any help here. I can stop this Avalanche guy on my own." Wolverine replied. Iron Man looked around at the destruction and the fact that Pro Heroes were working together to rescue people.

"The damage done to this part of the city suggest otherwise. This city is my home, and I won't let you or any other hero, even if they were All Might himself, tell me that I can't fight to save it." Iron Man replied. Wolverine smirked, even amongst Pro Heroes, not many had the courage to talk back to him.

"I'm following the scent of Avalanche. Cyclops, one of the other X-Men is helping Charles Xavier get people to a safe place. If you wanna be useful, then follow me so we can take Avalanche out and stop him from making another mess like this. I just hope you can bite half as well as you can bark." Wolverine replied before he took off running towards Avalanche's scent. Iron Man took off flying behind him.

As the two tracked down Avalanche, they noticed that lots of the damaged buildings were hotel buildings.

"JARVIS, get every list of employees and guest that were staying at these hotels, they all need to have something in common and I need you to find it." Iron Man told his AI. JARVIS started to analyze the data as Iron Man continued to follow Wolverine.

"Sir, as it turns out, the one commonality between every hotel building targeted by the one known as Avalanche is that various Pro Heroes were booked to stay in those locations, most likely to watch or help prepare for the UA Sports Festival." JARVIS informed Iron Man. Iron Man then called out to Wolverine.

"Hey, grouchy! I got some new info, every location Avalanche has hit are hotels whose guest have also included some Pro Heroes recently." Iron Man informed the X-Man. Wolverine growled.

"So... that bub thinks he can just target all the Pros huh? Then we'd better hurry and catch up with him." Wolverine replied as he started to pick up the pace as Iron Man continued to follow him. Soon enough they caught up to Avalanche, who was quite surprised to see Wolverine.

"Well, well, look what we have here.  I knew Charles and some of his X-Men would be here, but I didn't think you would care enough to attend the UA Sports Festival." Avalanche told Wolverine, who unsheathed his claws and charged at him but Avalanche sent a seismic blast at Wolverine. As Wolverine leaped out of the way, the blast made a nearby car explode. Iron Man then shot repulsor blast shots at him. One of the repulsor beams hit Avalanche in the face and the villain growled.

"Time to shake things up!" Avalanche declared but before Avalanche could do anything Wolverine was on him. Wolverine slashed at Avalanche and the metal claws cut the villain but before Wolverine could press on with his attack Avalanche repelled Wolverine away with a seismic blast. Avalanche was about to blast Wolverine again with another blast when a missile sent him flying back.

"I think you're forgetting something... he's not the only one here to capture you." Iron Man pointed out. Avalanche growled.

"And here I use to think the Iron Man was just an urban myth. You really should have just stayed away... After you shot me with that blast to the face earlier, I'm not exactly planning on going easy on you." Avalanche declared before he fired a powerful blast of seismic energy at Iron Man. Iron Man flew into the air to avoid it as Wolverine got back up. Iron Man released some smart bombs and threw them toward Avalanche.

"You think you're little toys are going to be able to hurt me?" Avalanche taunted as he blasted the bombs as they flew towards him, not knowing that Iron Man had set them to max power. The explosions combined to a large area overtaking Avalanche's position and sending him flying back. That's when Wolverine leaped into action, his claws extended and he slashed wildly at Avalanche.

"Berserker Barrage!" Wolverine yelled as he unleashed his powerful combo at Avalanche. Angry, Avalanced leaped away to get some distance from Wolverine and blasted a car... the car was flying toward Wolverine. Iron Man flew quickly and got him out of the way before the car could hit the hero.

Iron Man then started to charge a powerful plasma shot and he fired the Hadoken like projectile at the villain.

"Plasma shot!" Iron Man said as the powerful ball of repulsor energy flew quickly toward the villain. The villain tried to leap out of the way but he moved too late, getting nailed by the plasma shot! Avalanche flew back but this time he flipped and, using the shockwaves his quirk generates, (think like the blast from Shocker's gauntlets) he started to practically glide back toward the two heroes.

"Hey Iron Man, rumor has it you're  a quirkless brat... now I'll show you why quirkless bastards could never really become heroes!" Avalanche taunted him. Takumi glared at Avalanche from under his helmet and he started charging his Unibeam attack to end this once and for all. Wolverine saw the light coming from Iron Man's chest plate and realized what was going to on.

"I DARE you to say that again after I'm done with you!" Iron Man said as Avalanche continued to glide toward him, and right when Avalanche got to point blank range did he realize what Iron Man was doing.

"No, I GOT TOO CLOSE!" Avalanche yelled before ...

"UNIBEAM!" Iron Man yelled as the giant blast erupted from his chest plate and hit Avalanche straight on. The force of the blast sent Avalanche straight up and once Iron Man ended the attack, Avalanche fell down to  the ground as if he had been a speeding comet. He was unconscious as soon as he hit the ground. That's when the police arrived. "Freeze! Oh wait... It's Wolverine... and it looks like Iron Man is with him." One of the officers said. Iron Man made his way over to the police.

"Hey, is there anyone back to the hotel buildings in need of saving?" Iron Man asked, wanting to be as useful as possible in this situation. The police officer shook his head.

"The thing about at hotels filled with Pro Heroes is that everyone in there knows how to save people...  and all of them sprung into action. All that was left was getting the criminal, which it looks like you and Wolverine had covered." The officer explained. Wolverine nodded at Iron Man.

"You didn't do too bad, kid. Avalanche is in police custody now. We no longer have much reason to be here." Wolverine told Iron Man, who nodded. Iron Man started to fly into the air, and he waved a quick goodbye to Wolverine before flying away. Wolverine shook his head at the thoughts in his head.

"Quirkless, huh? Either this kid is a genius... or he's an idiot for stepping into a world that doesn't suit him. Either way... Kid's got guts." Wolverine told himself as Iron Man was flying away.

Later:
Tomura Shigaraki was irritated when he saw the news that night. There was a new name that kept taking the news by storm night after night that it felt like they spoke of him almost as much as they spoke of guys like Endeavor or Hawks or... All Might.

"Shigaraki, what troubles you?" Kurogiri asked. Shigaraki sighed.

"This Iron Man in such a short time has made quite a name for himself. He's becoming someone people look up to... just like that annoying All Might." Shigaraki explained.

"Do you believe Iron Man will interfere with our plans for UA like he did during Whiplash's assassination attempt on Nezu?" Kurogiri asked. Shigaraki sighed again.

"It's possible... which is why I feel like I should pick up some extra insurance. Firebrand, Whiplash, and Avalanche... I'm sure they'll be quite eager to have another shot at that armored fool." Shigaraki said.

Meanwhile:
Takumi was in his room thinking of the day he'd have tomorrow... he was joining Class 1-A. Then he remembered that he forgot to tell Mei! Takumi sighed.
"I'll tell her at some point." Takumi replied as he opened his social media pages. People were talking about how Iron Man teamed up with Pro Hero, Wolverine to take down Avalanche who was knocking down buildings while other Pro Heroes ran rescue opts. Every one of the heroes were receiving lots of praise, including Iron Man himself, for their actions during the crisis.

'If you, someone who is still quirkless can still be able to chase this dream and overcome... It proves to other people like us that we can hold on to our dreams. More than anything I want to see a quirkless hero prove to the world that people like us CAN be heroes.' Midoriya had said to Takumi earlier in the day. Takumi remembered this when he saw many people say on their social media that they have a quirkless child who says they want to be Iron Man when they grow up...

"We can hold on to our dreams, huh? Yeah.... yeah we can." Takumi replied before he went to bed.

Takumi: Umm... I don't even know what to say to that... anyway... next time I join Class 1-A and a whole bunch of media people try to get into the school!

Spirit Tony: Jeez these hallways can get pretty crowded.

Takumi: Wait... we're choosing a Class Rep too? I just barely got here! How am I supposed to have a valid vote here?!

Takumi: Next time... Welcome to Class 1-A! Go Beyond... PLUS ULTRA!

Author note: So due to needing to change up the timeline a little bit, some lines may change when compared to the base MHA manga chapters/episodes... that said, this is Takumi's first chapter in Class 1-A... and get ready for a lot of new bonus content that will come as Takumi makes bonds with his new classmates!  

Takumi had no idea what he was expecting when he arrived to school the next morning after fighting Avalanche, but it wasn't an army of reporters standing outside of UA, questioning the students about All Might's new role as a teacher.

"Hey, you! Can you tell us what it's like to work so closely with All Might?" A female reporter asked Takumi as he was walking towards a nervous Izuku Midoriya.

"Unfortunately I wouldn't know too much about that. Until recently I've been in the support course but All Might has been very inspirational as he has come down to the support labs a few times to remind us that our work will one day help heroes everywhere maintain justice." Takumi replied before he walked away from the reporters and towards the nervous Izuku.

"Hey, Green... you okay? You look like you're about to pee your pants." Takumi told Midoriya.

"Y-yeah... this... this is just really overwhelming." Midoriya replied.

"You'll have to get used to it, Midoriya. Pro Heroes will have the media hounding them all the time." Takumi pointed out, knowing that the only reason he ever truly managed to escape the media was his armor's ability to fly.

"Are you one of All Might's students? Tell us... what's the Symbol of Peace like in person?" The same female reporter asked Ochako Uraraka.

"Um... what's he like? Well... uh... he's super... muscle-y. Yeah!" Uraraka replied as she flexed to imitate All Might.

"How is he faring as a teacher; what are you learning?" The reporter asked Tenya Iida.

"His leadership and wisdom remind me on a daily basis that I attend the world's most prestigious educational institution. Of course, he's the personification of honor and integrity that one would expect, but he's also not afraid to show his students a more humorous side. It's truly a unique opportunity to be under the direct tutelage of the pro we all admire." Iida replied.

'That kid sure said a mouthful.' Spirit Tony told Takumi mentally.

'Yeah no kidding.' Takumi replied.

"Hey, kid. Are you in All Might's class? Oh, hold on. Aren't you that Sludge Villain kid?" The reporter asked when she recognized Bakugo. That's when Takumi remembered seeing on the news that Bakugo had been captured by a sludge villain and a quirkless kid had tried to save him, but luckily they were both saved by All Might. Of course, Takumi knew the real secret behind that day... it was on that day that All Might had chosen Midoriya to become the next user of his quirk, One for All.

"Walk away." Bakugo growled as he hated being reminded of that day.

"Please, sir. Can you get All Might for us? Also you look like a mess, what's your deal?" The reporter asked Shota Aizawa, Class 1-A main teacher.

"All Might's not on campus today. Now get outta here, you've disturbed my students enough already." Aizawa replied, also doing the shoo motion with his hand to demonstrate that they were no longer welcome here at the moment. The reporter gasped.

"But my viewers wanna know how he's adjusting to life as a teacher!" The reporter yelled as the crowd of reporters behind her also went into an uproar as Aizawa walked away from them.

"I feel like I've seen that guy somewhere before. But where?" A male reporter near the front of the crowd said as Aizawa walked away.

"I don't know, but he's a bit scruffy for a hero." The female reporter replied.

'How does All Might ever get anything done with this media circus stepping on his cape?' Aizawa thought as he and some students walked towards UA campus. The female reporter then had a determined look on her face.

"All right. If you won't bring All Might out, I'll get in myself!" The reporter declared.

"No, hold on!" Another reporter tried to warn her as the alarms blared and metal doors rose up to block the reporter's path. The reporter shrieked in fear as she had to step away from the entrance or risk being crushed by the first trap.

'Jeez it's a good thing I somehow never triggered that whenever I flew here.' Takumi thought, wondering how he managed to get into the school grounds just fine as Iron Man when the security is as state of the art as it is. He was just extremely lucky.

'It's designed to stop anyone without a student ID or special passes... whenever you got into UA airspace, it read you as a student. If you didn't deactivate the armor whenever you landed here, I have no doubt that All Might would have figured out who you were sooner, even without Green's help.' Spirit Tony explained.

A bit later:
"Class... before we begin today I have a special announcement. As of today, by request of Principal Nezu, we now have a new student here in Class 1-A. This is Takumi Sakai, former student of the support course, now a hero student just like all of you." Aizawa announced as Takumi walked into the class room. Bakugo glared at him in shock and rage.

"WHAT'S A QUIRKLESS NOBODY LIKE HIM DOING HERE?! HE DOESN'T BELONG HERE!" Bakugo yelled.

"As much as I'd hate to agree with Bakugo, I don't see how a student who is quirkless can be expected to get through the hero courses." Momo Yaoyorozu added. Uraraka and Iida looked at Takumi in concern but Midoriya looked very confident in what was happening.

"I assure you... when I reveal my secret to all of you later today, all will make complete sense." Takumi assured them... as he remembered how All Might told him that Class 1-A would engage in some special training today. He was given that information back when he was told he would be transferred over. One of All Might's conditions would be that he needed to reveal himself to the class at some point during the day or just before the bus ride to the training sight. Of course.... with Spirit Tony being a mentor... it was clear as day to Midoriya what Takumi was going to do.

"Well in any case. We added an extra desk for you near the back. Seat 21 will now be occupied by Takumi Sakai." Aizawa said as Takumi made his way to his seat. Bakugo glared at him and Takumi glared back at Bakugo as Takumi walked to his seat.

"Now that that's done, I want to say that you all did decent work on that training exercise a few days ago. I saw the video feeds and went over each of your team's combat training results. Bakugo, you're talented. So don't sulk like a child about your loss, okay?" Aizawa said and Bakugo sighed, not wanting to be reminded of losing to Midoriya and Uraraka in the last big training exercise.

"Yeah whatever." Bakugo replied, not even bothering to directly look at Aizawa.

"And Midoriya." Aizawa continued, making Midoriya have a nervous look on his face.

"I see the only way you won the match was by messing up your arm again. Work harder. And don't give me the excuse that you don't have control over your quirk. That line's already getting old." Aizawa lectured as Midoriya put his head down in shame.

"You can't keep breaking your body while training here. But your quirk will be really useful if you can get a handle on it." Aizawa acknowledged, and Midoriya looked up at him with a happy expression on his face.

"So show a little urgency, huh?" Aizawa encouraged.

"Right!" Midoriya replied with determination. Takumi smiled.

'So you beat Bakugo sometime before we really met, huh? I wish I could have seen the look on that elitist's face when he realized he lost.' Takumi thought.

"Let's get down to business. Our first task will decide your future." Aizawa announced. All of the students looked up at him with a mix of fear and shock.

'I just got here! What could already be happening?' Takumi thought.

'Is it another quirk test?' The other students thought.

"You all need to pick a class representative." Aizawa told them. The students looked relieved... except for Takumi.

'Oh, good. Just normal school stuff!' The students, except for Takumi thought.

'I HARDLY KNOW ANYONE HERE! HOW CAN I HELP CHOOSE A CLASS REP FOR A CLASS I BARELY JOINED A FEW SECONDS AGO?!' Takumi thought.

'Yeah, sorry bud... I don't have an answer for you there.' Spirit Tony replied.

"Pick me, guys! I wanna be class rep!" Eijiro Kirishima yelled.

"I'll take it!" Denki Kaminari added with his hand raised.

"Yeah, you're gonna need me." Kyoka Jiro replied with her own hand raised.

"Someone with style would be best." Yuga Aoyama added enthusiastically as he raised his hand.

"I'm like, totally the right pick!" Mina Ashido yelled as she got up from her seat and waved her arms around in excitement. Then Minoru Mineta started saying his thing as Takumi layed his head down on the desk.

'Of all the days to join a class, it had to be on the one day where actually knowing your classmates would actually come in handy.' Takumi thought, as he wondered what the support course thought of his absence in their class... and his transfer into the hero course.

'Daisuke is probably betting with his friends how long it will take me to transfer back into the support course.... with an extra betting pool being on if I die before I could ever get out.' Takumi thought. Suddenly, a loud yell cut through the noise and even took Takumi out of his thoughts.

"SILENCE, EVERYONE, PLEASE!" Iida yelled. Sure enough, everyone was quiet as they looked at him, including Takumi.

"The class representative's duty is to lead others. That's not something just anyone can do. You must first have the trust of every student in the classroom. Therefore, the most logical way to fill this position is democratically. We will hold an election to choose our leader!" Iida said as he raised his hand high in the air.

"It's pretty obvious you want us to vote for you." Takumi and the other students said in unison.

"Is this really the best idea?" Kaminari asked.

"We've only known each other for a few days, and now we've got a new student that most of us doesn't know at all. How do we know who we can trust?" Tsu asked.

"Besides, everyone'll just vote for themselves." Kirishima pointed out.

"It's possible, but there is an underlying hole in that argument.... me. I'm the 21st student in this classroom... the new guy... and I don't know a lot of you... and I wouldn't vote for myself since that would be a wasted vote anyway considering the fact that no one this room would be crazy enough to vote for a guy who just became a part of the class just a few minutes ago. I'm a swing vote... and I know that some students will probably be a swing vote as well, whether they have some self doubts or they legitimately think someone else could lead the class better. All of this depends on the swing votes, and it couldn't hurt to try the election idea." Takumi pointed out.

"Look, do what you want. Just decide before my nap's over." Aizawa cut in before he fell on the ground to fall asleep.

"Thank you for your trust." Iida replied, as it seemed like Class 1-A was now open to trying the idea now that there was some unexpectedness to this whole thing after all.

A short while later:
The election results were in and the winner was Izuku Midoriya with 4 votes and Momo Yaoyorozu was Vice President of the class with 2 votes.
"How did I get four votes?" Midoriya asked in shock.

Bakugo then stood from his seat. "Okay, you idiots, who voted for him?"

"What, did you honestly think anyone was gonna vote for you?" asked Hanta Sero as he looked up at the standing Bakugo.

"What did you just say?" Bakugo asked as Takumi smiled at seeing Bakugo once again lose to Midoriya. He noticed Uraraka was whistling and Takumi realized that Uraraka was one of the other people that gave Midoriya one of his votes.

'I'm not even surprised you voted for Green.' Spirit Tony said.

'Maybe I'll just keep my vote to myself.' Uraraka thought as she continued to whistle. Iida meanwhile looked a bit upset that he wasn't the one voted for.

"Zero votes..." Iida whispered to himself.

"I feared this might happen, but I can't argue with the system I chose!" Iida continued.

"So you voted for someone else, huh?" Yaoyorozu asked.

"But you knew it was best to vote yourself, right? What were you trying to prove here, Iida?" Rikido Sato added.

Soon, Midoriya and Yaoyorozu were standing in front of the whole class and Midoriya was shaking.
"All right, the class rep is Midoriya, and our deputy is Yaoyorozu." Aizawa stated.

"Really? Uh. It's not a mistake?" Midoriya asked. Yaoyorozu sighed.

"How'd this happen?" She asked.

"Hey, Green... 4 people voted for you because those 4 fully believed you could lead the class well. It's okay to be nervous, but you gotta work on your confidence. You got this." Takumi assured him.

"Yeah, this might not be so bad." Tsu added.

"Yeah, I can get behind Midoriya, I guess." Kirishima replied with a smile, glad that the choice had been a student who cared for others.

"Yaoyorozu was totally on top of it when it came to our training results." Kaminari added in support of the deputy.

Later:
It was lunchtime and Takumi was sitting with his normal lunch group. As they ate, Uraraka sighed.

"It's always so crowded in here!" Uraraka stated.

"That's because students in the support, management, and hero courses all share the same cafeteria." Iida explained. Takumi chuckled.

"That's the entire reason I met you guys before I even became a student of Class 1-A." Takumi pointed out. Before anyone could comment further, Takumi heard a familiar voice.

"SAKAI!" It was the voice of Daisuke, and he clearly was NOT happy as he marched over to the table. Takumi sighed.

"What do you want?" Takumi asked with some annoyance in his tone.

"How the HELL did some quirkless nobody like you make it into the hero course?" Daisuke asked. Takumi smiled.

"That's the million dollar question isn't it? You'll find out when the sports festival comes around." Takumi replied with a smile on his face. Daisuke did NOT take kindly to that answer, but before he could try something, one of his friends were dragging him back to their normal lunch table.

"Are these people always so rude to you?" Iida asked. Takumi shrugged.

"You hear one quirkless insult, you hear them all. I don't pay much attention to it any more." Takumi replied. Midoriya sighed.

"I'm sorry to change the subject but I'm kinda worried about the class rep thing. I don't think I'm qualified." Midoriya told his friends.

"Sure you are." Uraraka said.
"You'll be great." Iida added.
"I think you'll do fine. You just need to have some more faith in yourself." Takumi stated.

"I agree with Sakai. Your courage and quick thinking under stress will help make you a worthy leader. Not to mention the strength you've demonstrated. Those are the reasons I voted for you, at least." Iida explained.

"You were one of the four?" Midoriya asked. Before anyone could answer, Uraraka looked at Iida and asked, "Didn't you wanna be rep really badly?"

"I mean you do look the part, 'Cause of the glasses." She added. This surprised both Takumi and Midoriya.

'That's not exactly how we should be choosing our rep.' Takumi and Midoriya thought at the same time. After Iida took a sip of his drink he explained himself.

"Wanting a job and being suited to it are quite different things. Observing the Iida family's hero agency has taught me that much." Iida replied.

"Agency?" Takumi and the others asked.

"Your family runs a hero agency? Does that mean that your family are... Pro Heroes?" Takumi asked.

"Uh..." Iida nervously replied.

"Y'know, I have been wondering something about you. Admit it, Iida. You're filthy rich!" Uraraka added with an excited smile. Iida looked even more surprised than before.

"Uh... I was afraid people would treat me differently if they knew about my family." Iida replied, not looking at them. Takumi, Midoriya, and Uraraka all stared at him with anticipation... wide eyed as they wondered what Iida would say next. Iida sighed.

"You see, the Iidas have been Pro Heroes for generations. It runs in our blood." Iida revealed to them.

"What? That's awesome!" Takumi, Midoriya, and Uraraka said in unison.

"Are the three of you familiar with the Turbo Hero, Ingenium?" Iida asked. Instantly, Takumi remembered his previous battle against Blizzard and how Ingenium had decided to trust him even after having the perfect opportunity to arrest him... after all, Ingenium had seen his face after Takumi took his helmet off to plead to whatever humanity was left in Blizzard to stop hurting people before he finally created more damaged people, looking for some kind of vengeance.

"Ingenium is an amazing Pro Hero with an engine quirk that allows him to go very fast." Takumi started.

"He's also super popular as has 65 sidekicks working alongside him at his Tokyo agency!" Midoriya added.

"And he was also one of the first heroes to advocate for Iron Man, and it started a chain of events where now Iron Man is becoming a symbol to the quirkless." Takumi added.

"Don't tell me..." Midoriya started to say.

"He's my elder brother!" Iida revealed with his hands on his hips and a proud smile on his face. Clearly he had admired his brother, and after meeting him, Takumi could see why. Ingenium was an amazing Pro Hero.

"You're family's famous!" Uraraka cheered.

"I can't believe it!" Midoriya added with the same level of excitement.

"This is really cool!" Takumi added, surprised by how small the world could be. How did he not realize he had been speaking to Ingenium's younger brother the whole time?

"Ingenium is an unmatched commander who honors the hero code. As the second oldest Iida son, I strive to be just like him." Iida said. He then closed his eyes as he spoke his mind once again about the situation at hand.

"However, I think it might be a bit soon for me to be in a real leadership role." Iida stated before he looked at Midoriya.

"You, for example, you figured out what the judges were looking for in the practical exam. A rep needs that sort of insight." Iida explained before noticing that his three friends were still looking at him in awe, mostly because they had seen Iida smile, which was not something any of them had seen before.

"That's the first time I've seen you smile, Tenya! You should do it more." Uraraka commented. Iida looked at her in surprise.

"What are you talking about? I smile all the time." Iida replied with confusion. Takumi chuckled.

'So... Iida wants to be like Ingenium just as bad as Midoriya wants to be like All Might and like how I want to be like Mr. Stark... after he matured during his years as Iron Man.' Takumi thought.

'Yeah... I... I'll admit I wouldn't have made a good role model if I was still like how I was when I thought I was dying so I decided to party and get drunk in the Iron Man suit... that's fair.' Spirit Tony said.

"Hey, yeah, so about that practical exam..." Midoriya started to say before an alarm bell rang.

"What the heck?" Takumi said.

"Warming, level three security breach" The UA PA system said.

"No way." One of the other UA students said in surprise.

"All students please evacuate the building in an orderly fashion." The PA system continued. Iida looked at an older student near by.

"What's a 'Level 3 security breach'?" Iida asked the student.

"It means that someone's managed to get past the school's barriers! This hasn't happened in my three years here. We should get going!" The older student explained before he rushed away from the lunch table.

"You heard that guy, let's get outta here then." Takumi said before he and the others started to rush toward the cafeteria exit.

Unfortunately for the students, due to the massive hysteria about the security breach, the hallway was crowded and no one was getting through the exit since everyone was pushing and shoving each other to even reach it.

"Ow. This is a total mob." Uraraka said as she and the others were being squeezed by a large crowd of people all fighting to get to the exit.

"Everyone was quick to react. As I'd expect from UA students." Iida replied.

"Quick, sure.... orderly... not even close. This is more of a blind panic creating a human stampede than fast reactions making for a quick evacuation." Takumi said as he was knocked into Uraraka.

"Sorry." He told her.

"It's ok... everyone is pushing everyone else around." Uraraka replied. Suddenly Midoriya was being pushed further back.

"Oh no!" Midoriya said.

"Godspeed, Midoriya!/Oh no, Deku!/ Crap, we're losing Green!" Iida, Uraraka, and Takumi said respectively at the same time. As Iida made it close to a window, he looked out of it to see what was going on.

"Who in the world could've trespassed onto campus grounds?" Iida asked.

"JARVIS... access whatever security footage you can and tell me who broke in." Takumi said as the AI then exited his wristband and then quickly returned.

"The cause of the security breach is the media people who were causing quite a ruckus in the morning, Takumi." JARVIS replied as he returned to Takumi's wristband. Uraraka and Iida were surprised at Takumi's use of an AI.

"Whoa... you created an AI back in the development lab?" Uraraka asked.

"Yeah... comes in handy when you need to keep in track of multiple projects." Takumi replied.

"I see the media people your AI mentioned." Iida told Takumi.

Meanwhile:
"All you have to do is give us All Might! He's here somewhere!" The female reporter from earlier demanded as Aizawa and another Pro Hero, Present Mic were handling the situation at hand.

"We said it's his day off." Present Mic reminded them.

"Just give us one good comment on record and then we'll leave." Another reporter said.

"I know how you people work, give you an inch and you'll want a mile." Aizawa said. Present Mic leaned closer to Aizawa to say something softly to him.

"They are trespassing. That means they're kinda like villains. Why don't we just beat 'em up?" Present Mic asked Aizawa.

"Don't you even think about it. Unless you want name dragged through the mud. Let's wait for the cops." Aizawa replied. Present Mic groaned but understood that Aizawa was right.

Meanwhile with the students again:
"I was afraid it was some kind of attack on the school, but there's no need to worry, everyone!" Iida said before he was shoved into the window. Suddenly Takumi was pushed into a wall as well.

'Damn it... this is starting to be a really annoying situation.' Takumi thought.

"EVERYONE STOP FREAKIN' OUT!" Kirishima yelled but no one was listening to him either.

"Kirishima! Kirishima! The current's too strong!" Kaminari said as they were being pushed along by the human stampede.

'Are Sakai, Uraraka, and I the only ones here who realizes everything's fine? There's no reason to be panicking.' Iida thought as he saw the chaos unfold. Uraraka yelped.

"Uraraka!" Takumi yelled.

"Tenya, Takumi, help me!" Uraraka called to her friends.

"Quick... you got to tell me... Uraraka... what's her quirk? I think I have a plan to end this." Takumi told her.

"She can make anyone or anything float in the air." Iida replied.

"With her float and your engine quirk combined, you should be able to fly to the front of the hallway and get everyone to calm down." Takumi told him.

"I'll get to Uraraka as soon as I can then."
Iida said. He extended his hand to Uraraka when he got near her.

"Touch my hand! Make me float above everyone else!" Iida instructed. Uraraka nodded before she extended her hand. At first she couldn't reach but Iida leaned more toward her and the two did a low five as she activated her quirk on him. As Iida started to float, he remembered the next part of Takumi's plan... to get to the front of the crowd. He picked up his pants legs before activating his quirk.

"Engine boost, go!" Iida said as he quirk activated as he was spinning like he was Sonic the Hedgehog.

"Maybe I should have thought this out differently." Takumi said wondering if Iida would be ok before he slammed into the wall at the front of the crowd.

'This is it. Be concise, clear, and confident. Make an impact!' Iida thought as he grabbed onto a pipe above him so he could keep his balance on the exit sign he was standing on.

"LISTEN UP, EVERYTHING IS OKAY!" Iida yelled, getting everyone's attention.

"IT'S JUST THE MEDIA OUTSIDE. THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. EVERYTHING'S FINE! WE'RE UA STUDENTS. WE NEED TO REMAIN CALM AND PROVE THAT WE'RE THE BEST OF THE BEST." Iida yelled and the students were starting to calm down, looking at him in awe. Then sirens could be heard arriving at the school.

"Look, the police are here." A female student said.

"Thank goodness" The male student next to her said.

Meanwhile:
"That's a wrap. Get these vultures out of our station!" Present Mic said enthusiastically as the cops arrived.

Later:
Class 1-A was back in it's class room and everyone save for Midoriya and Yaoyorozu were in their seats.

"It's time, class rep. Let's begin." Yaoyorozu told Midoriya. Midoriya was shaking in front of the class.

"Um, okay, so we need to figure out who the other class officers will be. But first, there's something that I wanna say. I've thought a lot about this. And I think Tenya Iida should be our class rep!" Midoriya announced, surprising Iida.

"He was able to capture everyone's attention and get us in line. So I believe that he should be the one leading our class from now on!" Midoriya continued with a proud smile on his face as he knew he was doing the right thing.

"But... that plan wasn't even mine." Iida started to say before Takumi cut him off.

"I revolved that plan around you because you can get people in line. Remember it was you that thought to do the election style pick earlier... despite it not working out for you then, we did follow your lead when we did decide to choose our rep that way. You are honorable and you care deeply about making sure order is maintained... It may have been my plan but it would have only worked with a personality with a strong natural drive for leadership... like yours." Takumi explained.

'Although you could have just had JARVIS get into the PA system. Then you could have made the announcement through him.' Spirit Tony teased.

'I didn't think of that! Hindsight is 20/20 and besides... you got to admit that Iida and Uraraka did a great job.' Takumi replied. And Spirit Tony did agree with that statement.

"Yeah, you know what? If Midoriya vouches for him, I'm good. Plus, he was a big help. He totally manned up and took charge, right?" Kirishima said with a smile in support for the new class rep.

"Yep! Oh! Did you notice he looked like the dude on the emergency exit signs when he was on the wall earlier?" Kaminari added.

"This is a waste of time." Aizawa suddenly spoke up, scaring Midoriya.

"I don't care who the rep is, just hurry up." Aizawa told his students before he layed down on the ground. Iida then stood up from his desk.

"If Midoriya is nominating me for this job... then I humbly accept. I pledge to carry out the duties of class rep to the best of my abilities!" Iida replied with an arm raised in the air.

"Sounds good, Emergency Exit!" Kirishima replied with a smile.

"Do your best, Sonic! We're behind you." Takumi added.

"The Sonic Speed Emergency Exit Iida! Don't let us down, man!" Kaminari replied happily as Uraraka smiled from her desk.

"Hello, I got two more votes than him." Yaoyorozu silently whined next to Midoriya.

Meanwhile:
Principal Nezu, Pro Hero Thirteen, Nurse Recovery Girl, and another Pro Hero Midnight all investigated some kind of hole in the wall that allowed the media to get into UA grounds.
"How were ordinary members of the press able to bypass our security systems? Someone else must have been behind this. Some villain actually managed to infiltrate our school." Nezu said in a worried tone of voice.... as the hole was where the barriers used to be.

"But was this purely a show of power or a declaration of war?" Nezu asked as he grew more worried about the recent events surrounding villains lately... especially since Whiplash had tried to assassinate him.

Meanwhile back with Class 1-A:
"Today's training will be a little different. You'll have three instructors. Me, All Might, and another faculty member will be keeping tabs on you." Aizawa explained now that the students were all back in their seats.

'Three pros? Is it because of the break in?' Midoriya thought.

'I wonder why they need three pros to watch us.' Takumi thought. Sero then raised his hand.

"Sir! What kinda training is this?" He asked. Aizawa then picked up a card and raised it into the air.

"Rescue. You'll be dealing with natural disasters, shipwrecks, stuff like that." Aizawa answered. The students all started to talk amongst themselves in excitement.

"Disasters, huh? Sounds like we're in for a big workout." Kaminari said with a smile on his face.

'This should be interesting. This'll be perfect to see what kinds of situations I need to better adjust the Iron Man armor to handle." Takumi thought.

"Totally!" Ashido replied excitedly.

"Real hero stuff." Kirishima said. Uraraka looked at Takumi in concern.

'You have no quirk... how will you be able to handle this?' Uraraka thought.

"This is what separates the men from the boys. I'm shaking with excitement!" Kirishima said happily.

"Finally, I'll get to show off how good I am in water. Ribbit." Tsu added.

"Guys, I'm not finished yet." Aizawa said. The students gasped.

"What you wear in this exercise is up to you. I know you're excited about costumes..." Aizawa said as he pressed a button and the student costumes storage shelve came out of the wall.

"But keep in mind that you haven't gotten used to them yet, and they might limit your abilities. This special training's at an off-campus facility, so we'll be taking a bus to get there. That's all. Start getting ready." Aizawa instructed as he walked away from the classrooms

A bit later:
'You remember how we planned this right?' Spirit Tony asked Takumi.

'Yeah I remember.' Takumi replied as he was hiding before he pressed the button on his wristband that did a DNA check and then the Iron Man armor started to be equipped on Takumi.

"JARVIS... play entrance music." Takumi ordered.

"Where's quirkless?" Bakugo asked.

"Maybe he got cold feet." Kaminari replied as suddenly Shoot to Trill by AC/DC could be heard in the distance.

Shoot to Thrill AC/DC

"Anyone else notice that music is getting closer?" Yaoyorozu asked as the music was getting louder and louder.

"DID YOU THINK I GOT COLD FEET? I TOLD YOU I HAD A SECRET DIDN'T I?" Iron Man yelled from above them as he landed next to Midoriya.

"IT'S IRON MAN!" Kirishima said in shock. The face place in his helmet opened to reveal the face of a smirking Takumi Sakai.

"I am Iron Man.... and I'm the first quirkless student in the hero course. Nice to official meet you as my real self, Class 1-A." Takumi told his class with a wink.

"SAKAI IS IRON MAN?!?!?! AND IRON MAN IS IN OUR CLASS NOW?!" The students except for Midoriya yelled. Midoriya smiled and gave Iron Man a thumbs up as his faceplate reclosed.

"Welcome to Class 1-A... Iron Man." Midoriya replied.

Takumi chuckled.

Takumi: Now I'm off to do my first training exercise with Class 1-A when... hey wait a minute... Firebrand, Whiplash, and Avalanche... what are these guys doing here? And are these more villains?!

Spirit Tony: It's time to stop being a student and go back to being a hero for a bit.

Takumi: Next time... To defend a class... Fight Iron Man fight! Go beyond.... PLUS ULTRA!

Chapter Text

To say everyone needed to take a moment to gather their thoughts on the fact that their new classmate was the famous former vigilante, Iron Man was an understatement. Momo Yaoyurozu and Shoto Todoroki looked very surprised by the reveal. Tsuyu Asui seemed to take it in stride, figuring that it made sense after previously seeing Takumi fight Bakugo. Denki Kaminari and Eijiro Kirishima seemed to be fan boying and, much to Takumi's surprise, Tenya Iida seemed to be taking the news well.

'I now understand why Tensei said that vigilantism was Iron Man's only option to becoming a hero. Being a quirkless hero under normal circumstances, would be next to impossible! No hero school in the world would think such a thing would be possible. But, I suppose Sakai was no ordinary person. He fought because he believed it was right and expected nothing in return for his efforts. The only thing he might have expected was hatred for doing what he did due to his status as a vigilante. He never truly expected to see people stand with him as a symbol of quirkless empowerment.' Iida thought.

Katsuki Bakugo, meanwhile, was FURIOUS! He hated the idea of being less than a quirkless person. He hated the idea of a quirkless guy standing side by side with him as a Pro Hero! And now he had to deal with Iron Man, a guy wanting to prove something he believed had no merit. Quirkless people were inferior to people like him, and he felt like they should have simply accepted that fact of life.

Ochako Uraraka felt like she had discovered the secret of life and the universe beyond. Now it made sense why principal Nezu would allow a quirkless guy a chance to become a hero... his mind provided the means to strike back.

"Hey, Green, don't you have a costume? Why are you in your normal PE uniform?" Iron Man asked Midoriya. Uraraka looked at Midoriya, also very curious about the reason he was not wearing his costume.

"After the previous combat training, it was kinda trashed. I'm still waiting on the support company to fix it up" Midoriya answered. Suddenly a whistle was blown and Iida was now ready to address the class.

"Gather around, Class 1-A! Using your student numbers, form two neat lines so we can load the bus efficiently." Iida instructed before he blew on his whistle again.

"Iida's kicking it into high gear as our class rep, huh?" Midoriya asked his friends. Both Takumi and Uraraka nodded. However, as soon as they got into the bus, it was clear that the seating arrangements did not allow for Iida's seating plan to work. As a result of this, everyone just sat down wherever. And Iron Man was sitting next to Uraraka.

"The bus's open layout ruined my boarding strategy." Iida whined.

"Iida, you really need to chill." Mina replied.

"If we're pointing out the obvious, then there's something I wanna say... about you, actually." Tsu said as she looked at Midoriya.

"About me? What is it, Asui?" Midoriya asked nervously.

"I told you to call me 'Tsu'. I think Sakai is the only one who keeps remembering when I say that during our lunch period. " Tsu reminded Midoriya,

"Oh. Yeah, right." Midoriya said with some embarrassment at the fact that he had forgotten.... again.

"That power of yours. Isn't it a lot like All Might's?" Tsu asked. Midoriya felt more nervous than ever.

"What? Really? You think so, huh?" Midoriya asked.

"Similar quirks aren't as uncommon between unrelated people as one might think. Sure, generally speaking, whenever one of both of your parents have a quirk, you may more than likely inherit that quirk or something similar to it in nature, however there is only so much variation that even mutated DNA such as what is found within people with quirks can provide. The supposed uniqueness of quirks are becoming less and less present with each passing generation and that's the reason why you could have guys like my martial arts teacher Kyo, and the villain known as Firebrand running around with similar fire style quirks despite not being related in the slightest." Iron Man pointed out before Midoriya could say more. Midoriya was grateful for the out Iron Man had just provided him.

"That makes sense. After all, All Might doesn't hurt himself. That makes a huge difference. Still, I bet it's cool to have a simple augmenting type quirk. You can do lots of flashy stuff with it." Kirishima said before he extended his arm then used his quirk to harden it.

"My Hardening's super strong and can destroy bad guys in a fight, but it doesn't look all that impressive." Kirishima said.

"Oh, no way. I think it's really awesome looking. You're definitely pro material with a quirk like that." Midoriya replied as everyone looked at Kirishima's arm.

"You really think so? Seems like it'd be easier to be a popular hero if I had somethin' flashier." Kirishima replied.

"Take it from someone who doesn't have a quirk, I'd love to have been born with a quirk like yours any day. It would look pretty flashy if someone is firing a shot of whatever quirk they have at you, and then you use your quirk to harden your body and pretty much make the attack explode or whatever. The coolest thing would be the fact that you'd be able to stand tall, like it didn't even faze you... Not even a scratch on you. Man that would be so awesome." Iron Man replied. Kirishima looked a little embarrassed about previously complaining about the supposed lack of flashiness of his quirk when he had a classmate who never even had the chance to experience what it was like to have a quirk of his own.

"Sakai... Man I must have sounded like an unmanly loser just now. I mean here you are without a quirk, with a suit of armor. You managed to make it look all flashy and amazing and manly! Not only that, but it was able to compete with some pretty tough customers. No wonder you became pretty popular with the people of Musutafu. I don't really have much of an excuse not to make it big now." Kirishima said with an awkward chuckle before Iron Man chuckled too.

"Yeah okay, none of that. You didn't seem unmanly at all. In fact, I get what you are saying. People tend to gravitate towards flashy things and all, but all I was trying to say is that your quirk has potential to be as eye opening as everyone else's. You just need to be more creative about it than me or Green." Iron Man replied.

"Well, my Navel Laser's got the perfect combination of panache and strength." Aoyama bragged with pride. Mina put a hand on his shoulder.

"But it's way lame if it gives you a stomachache, sweetie." Mina pointed out. Aoyama looked at Mina in embarrassment, as this was a pretty good point and he didn't have any good counter arguments to that.

"What's Aoyama's Navel Laser like?" Iron Man asked curiously.

"I would describe it as being pretty similar to your Unibeam attack. Only the energy comes from Aoyama himself rather than your armor." Midoriya answered, although he was starting to wonder if the Unibeam would be more powerful than the Naval Laser.

"On that note, if any of our classmates have pro quirks, it's Todoroki and Bakugo." Kirishima pointed out. Todoroki stayed quiet, as if uninterested in the conversation at hand while Bakugo looked over in the direction of Midoriya and the others.

"Sure, but Bakugo's always angry, so he'll never be that popular." Tsu pointed out bluntly, much to Midoriya and Kirishima's horror.

"Uh... What'd you say? I'll kick your ass!" Bakugo yelled as he glared at Tsu and stood from his seat.

"Ya see?" Tsu added. Iron Man laughed.

"Yeah, you just proved Tsu's point, Boom Boom Boy." Iron Man pointed out.

"Y'know we basically just met you. So it's kinda telling that we all know your personality is flaming crap mixed with garbage." Kaminari teased, making Bakugo even angrier than before.

"You're gonna regret the day you applied to this school, you loser!" Bakugo yelled as he now turned his glare at Kaminari.

"Now, now, TNT, why don't you settle down before you blow a fuse." Iron Man taunted.

"AT LEAST I HAVE A QUIRK YOU POWERLESS NOBODY, WHAT DO YOU HAVE?" Bakugo yelled. Iron Man chuckled instead of getting angry before he answered.

"I have the smarts to build a suit of armor that allows me to have superhuman strength and speed. I can fly, shoot repulsor blast from my hands, I am loaded with different weapons that could probably make the explosions made by your quirk seem like sparks of disappointment, and best of all... I'm battle tested. I actually beat super villains in the field, have you?" Iron Man asked. Bakugo could say nothing and he silently growled.

"I didn't think so." Iron Man replied, Takumi having a proud smirk under his helmet. Uraraka giggled with a smile at Iron Man silencing Bakugo. Yaoyorozu tapped Uraraka, making her look back to her.

"This is such a disgusting conversation." Yaoyorozu whispered to Uraraka.

"Yeah, but it's kind of fun listening to them fight." Uraraka whispered back.

"Not only does Sakai's armor look super manly, it has proven itself to be manly enough to put him with us in the hero course. Now that's a popular new pro in the making." Kirishima said, hyping up Iron Man who gave him a thumbs up in thanks.

"Yeah whatever." Bakugo replied as Aizawa turned to look at his students.

"Hey, hey, we're here. Stop messing around." Aizawa told his students.

"Yes, sir." His students replied, except for Bakugo who just said ,"Whatever" again.

A bit later:
When Class 1-A got to the entrance of the building that was to be their training ground, a hero Iron Man recognized as Thirteen greeted them.
"Hello, everyone, I've been waiting for you!" She told them. The students gasped, all of them having star struck looks in their eyes... Iron Man's faceplate opened to reveal that Takumi was just as star struck as the rest of the class.

"It's the Space Hero, Thirteen! The chivalrous pro who's rescued a ton of people from disasters across the world!" Midoriya said in awe. Takumi's faceplate reclosed, and he looked to see Midoriya and Uraraka's cheerful faces.

"Thirteen is one of my favorite heroes!" Uraraka cheered.

"I can't wait to show you what's inside!" Thirteen told the students.

"This is gonna be awesome!" The students of Class 1-A said in unison. As the students of Class 1-A walked inside of the building, they were amazed at what they were seeing.

'If only we had a training facility like this back at the Avengers Facility... man that would have been amazing.' Spirit Tony told Takumi mentally, also in awe at the facility.

"Holy crap!" Kirishima said.

"Each section is designed to simulate a particular natural disaster... this space is basically an all in one buffet of disasters that we get to train in! How amazing!" Iron Man replied.

"And it looks like some kind of amusement park!" Kirishima added.

"As former vigilante Iron Man has pointed out, each section simulates a different disaster. We have a shipwreck, a landslide, a fire, a windstorm, et cetera. I created this training facility to prepare you to deal with different types of disasters. I call it the Unforeseen Simulation Joint. But, you can call it, USJ!" Thirteen explained.

'Just like Universal Studios Japan.' All of Class 1-A students thought in unison.

'I spent way too much time around Cap... I thought he was trying to rhyme with USA.' Spirit Tony admitted. Aizawa then started walking towards Thirteen.

"Hey, shouldn't All Might be here already? Lemme guess, he booked an interview, instead." Aizawa asked. Thirteen walked closer to Aizawa and started to speak softly.

"Actually, it's something else." Iron Man's armor picked up Thirteen saying. JARVIS, without Takumi's instruction, started to zero in on Thirteen and Aizawa's conversation. Takumi felt a bit bad for doing this, but if there was one thing that seeing Tony's previous life as Iron Man taught him, it was that you can never be too sure who to trust... lest the SHIELDs of the world turn out to actually be HYDRA.

"Apparently he did too much hero work on the way to school this morning and used up all his power. He's resting in the teacher's lounge." Thirteen informed Aizawa. JARVIS stopped listening in as Takumi fought the urge to sigh.

'I've been haunting this world long enough to know that when One for All is transferred between users, the former user only has a small amount of time left that they can use the quirk before it's powers leave the old user and fully transfer into the new one. And it seems like All Might's time is almost up.' Spirit Tony informed Takumi.

'It's going to be weird... imagining a world without All Might to save people with a smile... it's sad.' Takumi replied. Spirit Tony sighed.

'I know Peter would probably say the same about me in my world... but I left in peace knowing that, as Peter matures and really settles into being Spider-Man, the world will be safer. It's the same thing here... All Might is leaving the world in Midoriya's hands, but Midoriya isn't alone. I'm also leaving this world in your hands too, y'know. One day, I'll have to go to the afterlife, and my finished era... will really end... and yours, Midoriya's, and Peter's in my world will begin.' Spirit Tony retorted.

"Before we begin, let me just say one thing. Well, maybe two things. Possibly three, four, or five." Thirteen said loud enough for the students to bear, snapping Takumi out of his thoughts.

"We get it!" The students told her. Thirteen raised one of her hands in front of the visor on her helmet.

"Listen carefully. I'm sure you're aware that I have a powerful quirk. It's called Black Hole. I can use it to suck up anything and turn it into dust." Thirteen started.

"Yeah, you've used Black Hole to save people from all kinds of disasters, haven't you?" Midoriya asked as Uraraka enthusiastically nodded.

"That's true, but my quirk could also very easily be used to kill." Thirteen pointed out. Iron Man, Midoriya, Uraraka, and Iida gasped. Not because that was a new revelation for them or anything, but because they had never thought of someone using Black Hole to kill as a possibility. At least, not with someone as good hearted as Thirteen using it.

"Some of you also have powers that can be dangerous. Even the one who doesn't have powers, has created something that could be extremely dangerous. In our super human society, all quirks are certified and stringently regulated, so we often overlook how unsafe they can actually be. Please don't forget that if you lose focus or make the wrong move, your powers can be deadly. Even if you're trying to do something virtuous like rescue someone. Thanks to Aizawa's fitness test, and pardoned illegal field experience on the account of Iron Man, you have a solid idea of your quirk or armor's potential. And because of All Might's combat training or again, pardoned illegal field experience, you likely experienced how dangerous your powers can be when used against other people. Carry those lessons over to this class. Today, you're going to learn to use your quirks or armor to save people's lives. You won't be using your powers to attack enemies or each other, only to help. After all, that's what being a hero is all about. Ensuring the safety of others." Thirteen told the students.

'I've been more of a fighter than a rescuer during my days in the city... although I've done rescues before.. it's been nothing like the scenarios presented here in the USJ... time for Iron Man to do a little rescue work.' Takumi thought. Thirteen bowed.

"That's all I have to say. Thank you so much for listening." She told the students. The students promptly cheered.

"Right. Now that that's over..." Aizawa started to say when it looked like lighting was affecting the lights around the USJ. The students gasped as everything seemingly deactivated.

'Takumi, something has just gone very wrong.' JARVIS informed Takumi. Suddenly a black portal opened and Shigaraki made his way out of the portal.

"Stay together and don't move." Aizawa told his students.

"Thirteen, protect the students!" Aizawa commanded.

"Whoa what is that thing?" Kirishima asked.

"It seems to be some kind of villain's quirk." JARVIS replied from the Iron Man armor, allowing the audio to be heard from outside the armor.

"Your AI is joking, right?" Uraraka asked Iron Man.

"No. JARVIS is right." Iron Man replied as villains started to walk into the USJ. Three of them, Iron Man recognized.

"IRON MAN! FIREBRAND, AVALANCHE, AND I HAVE COME JUST FOR YOU!" Whiplash yelled as he pointed at the armored teen. Iron Man started to step forward.

"STAY BACK!" Aizawa yelled as he put on a visor of his own.

"Mr. Aizawa those are real villains... three of them are villains, I fought. Let me help you!" Iron Man told him. The others gasped.

"The only real heroes I see are Thirteen, Eraser Head, and Iron Man, whose vigilante importance seems to have made him successfully transfer into this class. Perplexing. According to the schedule we retrieved from UA, All Might should be here as well." Kurogiri told Shigaraki.

"So you scumbags used the press as a cover and sneaked onto campus." Aizawa said as the army of villains silently marched towards them.

"While Firebrand, Avalanche, and Whiplash came here for the possibility of taking out Iron Man, I have a different goal in mind... so where is he? I went through the trouble of bringing so many friends who're eager to meet him. They want All Might. The great Symbol of Peace. I can't believe he's not here. Maybe if I kill a few kids, he'll come out to play." Shigaraki taunted. Aizawa's wraps flew as he got ready to fight.

"These guys are real villains? No way! How could so many of 'em get into a UA facility this secure?" Kirishima asked. Yaoyorozu walked forward, wondering the same thing.

"Yeah, Thirteen. Why aren't the alarms going off?" Yaoyorozu asked.

"Good question." Thirteen replied.

"JARVIS, get into UA's security systems... find out if the whole campus is under attack or just us." Iron Man ordered his AI.

"Sir, under the circumstances, if you send me outside of the armor and you get into a situation where you need the armor to respond to voice command..." JARVIS started to say.

"Just do it!" Iron Man replied. Just then, JARVIS left from the armor and began to hack into UA's systems. Luckily, it didn't take JARVIS too long and he returned.

"Sir, I can say that this is the only facility facing a villain attack. Although it seems like the security of this facility is being disabled by a quirk of some kind. I was not able to alert the main campus of your dilemma as a result of it." JARVIS reported, but once again, had the audio also play outside the armor so the class could hear.

"That confirms one thing... they carefully chose this isolated facility as an entry point at a time when a class was being taught. They're fools for trespassing here, but they've thought this out. Whatever their plan, they must have a concrete objective in mind. But what is it?" Shoto Todoroki replied. The students gasped... except for Iron Man.

"Thirteen, get them outta here and alert the main campus. Actually, if they've got the ability to block our sensors, then they might be jamming our regular communications, too." Aizawa told the other Pro Hero as he walked in toward her.

"Kaminari, try using your quirk to contact the school." Aizawa instructed.

"Yes, sir." Kaminari replied.

"What're you gonna do? You can't fight them on your own! There's too many of 'em. Even if you can nullify their quirks, you're fighting style's not suited for this. Your power works best in stealth and one on one fights. That's not gonna help with a group." Midoriya pointed out.

"You can't be a pro if you only have one trick." Aizawa pointed out. Midoriya looked at him in awe before Aizawa started to walk down the stairs towards the villains.

"I'll leave it to you, Thirteen." Aizawa told his colleague before he leaped into action.

"Shooting squad. Take your aim." A guy with Gun fingers ordered.

"Didn't our intel say it was just going to be All Might and Thirteen out here? Who's that?" One of the other villains asked.

"Don't recognize him, but if he thinks he can take us down easy, he's dead." Another villain replied.

"Let's gun him down." The shooting squad said in unison. Aizawa then activated his quirk and the guy with gun fingers couldn't fire his bullets.

"Uh! My quirk."

"Where're my bullets?" Another villain asked. Then Aizawa wrapped his long scarf around the villains and slammed them into each other. Two villains that were nearby gasped in shock.

"Idiots! That's Eraser Head! A pro! He can cancel your quirks just by looking at you." A villain told the others.

"Cancellation? Bet you can't erase the quirk of a heteromorphic-type like me, can you?" A heteromorphic villain said as he charged at Aizawa and leaped into the air. He tried to punch Aizawa in the face but Aizawa easily dodged.

"Yeah. You're right." Aizawa confirmed casually before he punched the villain in the face so hard the villain went flying back. He then sent his scarf after the villain.

"But a villain like you is only dangerous if you can reach me." Aizawa pointed out before someone tried to punch him from behind, but Aizawa dodged and countered by kicking the man toward the ground.

"Good thing I've taken measures to make sure that never happens." Aizawa said as he dropped the heteromorphic villain on top of the villains he had defeated earlier.

"Now, which one of you gutter punks is next?" Aizawa asked. No villain moved immediately, and Firebrand, Whiplash, and Avalanche didn't care enough about Aizawa to make a move towards him.... they only had one opponent in mind.

"Come out and play, Iron Man. Your teachers won't stop us from reaching you!" Firebrand taunted.

Meanwhile:
Shigaraki was feeling pretty annoyed by Eraser Head and his impressive showing of skill.
"There he goes, trying to intimidate us. He is strong, and since he's hiding behind those goggles, you can't tell whose quirk he's erasing. He's making it hard for us to work together or rely on each other's powers." Shigaraki said as Aizawa leaped into the air and kicked a villain in the face.

"How annoying. The worst thing about dealing with pros is when they live up to all their hype." Shigaraki said.

Class 1-A was running toward the exit of the USJ, and both Iron Man and Midoriya was stunned by how well Aizawa was doing.

'Midoriya may have been right about the inherent flaws of his usual style if it were to be used to face off against crowds... but clearly Mr. Aizawa has also put some thought into how he needs to mix things up when fighting against a group.' Takumi thought.

"Sakai, Midoriya... this is no time to be analyzing. We have to go!" Iida told them.

"Damn." Iron Man said, conflicted, but he knew if he didn't go with the rest of the class, Aizawa wouldn't hesitate to possibly boot him out of the hero course. Iron Man flew after his class and Midoriya ran to catch up with the rest of his classmates. However, as Class 1-A got to the entrance of the USJ, Kurogiri warped himself as well as Firebrand, Whiplash, and Avalanche in front of them.

"Now, now... we can't have you leave the party so soon, Iron Man. For us, you're the guest of honor." Firebrand taunted.

"There will be no escape for any of you." Kurogiri added.

'Damn. I blinked and the guy who seems like the most trouble got away.' Aizawa thought as he kicked a villain in the face. Aizawa tried to fall back towards his students but more villains cut him off.

"It's a pleasure to meet you. We are the League of Villains. I know it's impolite, but we decided to invite ourselves in to this haven of justice to say hello. And besides, isn't this a fitting place for All Might, the Symbol of Peace, to take his last breath? I believe he was supposed to be here today, and yet I see no sign of him. There must've been some sort of change in plans we could not have foreseen. All, well, in the end, I suppose it doesn't matter. I still have a role to play." Kurogiri said before he got hit by a repulsor blast.

"Yeah... it's called the guy who seriously needs to shut up!" Iron Man quipped before he stepped in front of Class 1-A.

"Firebrand, Whiplash, Avalanche... you three wanted me... well here I am." Iron Man told them.

"Insolent brat!" Kurogiri growled.

"You wanna talk insolence... take a good long look in the mirror!" Iron Man replied.

Then Kirishima and Bakugo leaped at Kurogiri and attacked him with their quirks. Meanwhile, Iron Man turned to the three villains he fought in the past.

"Well, the 'I got my butt kicked by Iron Man' reunion is officially on." Iron Man told the other three. Avalanche sent a seismic blast at Iron Man, who jumped and flew out of the way of it.

"Follow me, guys!" Iron Man told the three villains, flying away to keep them away from Class 1-A.

"After him!" The trio yelled in unison and chased after Iron Man.

"What are you thinking? You can't handle them by yourself!" Yaoyorozu yelled as Iron Man flew away with his previous foes chasing him.

'Damn it!' Thirteen thought before she focused again on Bakugo, Kirishima, and Kurogiri.

"You two, get out of the way, right now!" Thirteen ordered them.

"I'll scatter you across this facility to meet your comrades, and your deaths! Three of the strongest villains are already after Iron Man and while the other villains may not be as individually strong and power... their numbers will lead to your deaths." Kurogiri told Class 1-A as he enveloped the class in his quirk, warping many of the students throughout the USJ.

When Iron Man landed, he noticed he was now surrounded by villains.
"Great... a bunch of randos decided to join the fight." Iron Man said.

"JARVIS.... modulate all weapons to crowd control mode." Iron Man ordered. The inner workings of Iron Man's armors switched modes and Takumi smiled under his helmet.

"Time to die, Iron Man!" Firebrand said as Iron Man extended his hand and shot from his new repulsor setting.

Flashback:
When Takumi and Tony were designing the Iron Man armor, one thing Tony wanted to make sure of is that the armor had multiple modes for different situations.
"Trust me, kid... there will come a time when it's not just one on one battles with villains anymore... you'll be out there in what feels like a million to one fight... and in my later years I had armor that could transform itself... even with UA's resources... you won't be ready to handle an armor like that yet. So... I'm thinking we should create an armor with multiple settings..." Spirit Tony told Takumi.

"A Jack of all trades type armor." Takumi replied. Spirit Tony nodded as they started to design multi purpose weapons.

"Freeze mode smart bomb test..." Takumi said a bit later after making smart bombs and putting them in freeze mode.. it froze it's target solid as it exploded.

"Testing crowd control setting to repulsors...." Takumi announced.

Present day:
"I thought your quirk was fire base, not super stupidity." Iron Man told Firebrand as he fired his repulsor... resulting in a multi shot repulsor blast that hit multiple targets.

"THE BLAST SPLIT INTO MULTIPLE BLAST!" A villain yelled.

"OH CRAP!" Another one yelled just before they were hit by the repulsor blast. Firebrand made a giant fire ball.

"Burn in hell, Iron Man! Giantanta Fire Ball!" Firebrand yelled as he tossed his attack at Iron Man. Iron Man used his thrusters to dash forward like a Mega Man X character and he leaped above it.

"Now for a crowd control mode weapon I've been dying to try! Machine gun arms!" Iron Man said as Machine Guns rose from it's compartments in the armor and were attached to where the gold strips were on his arms.

"Raining bullets!" Iron Man yelled as he fired the guns from his armor at them.

"IT'S LIKE THOSE GUYS WHO HAD GUN BASED QUIRKS!" A villain yelled as the army of villains ran and screamed from the barrage of bullets. Iron Man then added multi shot repulsor blast into the attack.

"Whiplash, get him!" Avalanche said as Whiplash jumped and Avalanche used seismic energy to send Whiplash higher in the air so he could attack Iron Man.

"Quick switch to standard mode!" Iron Man ordered. As Whiplash tried to swing his whips at Iron Man, Iron Man dived down before catching himself with his flight thrusters and shot two powerful extended repulsor beams at him.

"Incoming seismic blast, sir." JARVIS warned Iron Man. Iron Man then flew away from the blast, allowing Whiplash to fall to the ground with a large thud.

"Crowd control mode!" Iron Man said. The armor switched back into crowd control mode and Iron Man shot out multi shot capsules that opened and revealed one of Firebrand's least favorite weapons as they opened.

"SMART BOMBS!!!!" Firebrand yelled.

"Multi Type Smart Bomb field!" Iron Man said as the bombs tracked and hunted down their targets... some of them made huge explosions, other burst in an electrical fury, some froze their targets solid... in the end... the fight was over.

"H-how can you do this? Didn't you struggle against us last time?" An electrified Avalanche asked as he struggled to say conscious. Takumi smiled under his helmet.

"If I went into this mode last time I could have risked hurting civilians... this is crowd control mode... and the gloves were off. I have some advice for you, Firebrand, and Whiplash... you ever feel like doing evil stuff again? Then know you'll have to deal with me.... and you can't beat me... I'm the Armored Avenger: Iron Man!" Iron Man declared as he flew away and started flying to find his classmates.

Meanwhile:
Izuku Midoriya, Minoru Mineta, and Tsuyu Asui had managed to defeat the villains that had surrounded them and escape from the shipwreck zone. Now unfortunately... they were being horrified by the big guy known as Nomu brutalizing Mr. Aizawa after he had defeated the large crowd of villains.
"You can erase people's powers. That's irritating, but it's nothing impressive. When faced with true devastating power, you might as well be a Quirkless child." Shigaraki taunted Aizawa. Suddenly... some music was heard... getting closer...

"What is that music?" Shigaraki asked.

(Shoot to Thrill by AC/DC plays)
Suddenly,  two laser type projectiles caught Nomu by surprise, forcing it to let go of Aizawa and it was sent flying back! Shoot to Trill got even louder before Iron Man landed on the ground in front of Aizawa. He readied all of his weapons at Nomu.

"Make your move you roided out horror movie monster reject." Iron Man dared.

Midoriya, Tsu, and Mineta were shocked by this.
"That quirkless idiot is going to get himself killed!" Mineta said.

"Sakai... get out of here! That guy... he's as strong as All Might. He was snapping my bones like twigs... he's too dangerous for a student to handle." Aizawa said, but before Iron Man could respond... before Nomu could move, Kurogiri returned by Shigaraki's side.

"Tomura Shigaraki." Kurogiri said. Shigaraki looked at Kurogiri.

"Kurogiri, did you manage to kill Thirteen?" Shigaraki asked.

"The rescue hero is out of commission. But there were students I was unable to disperse and one of them got outside of the facility." Kurogiri answered. Iron Man, Aizawa, and Shigaraki was in shock.

"Huh?" Shigaraki asked, stunned that someone got passed Kurogiri. Shigaraki started to growl and breath harder as he started to scratch his neck. Then, as his agitation grew, he started to scratch with both hands, very aggressively, as if he had been affected by poison ivy or some other type of irritant.

"Kurogiri.... You fool... if you weren't our warp gate, I'd tear apart every last atom in your body." Shigaraki growled before he suddenly calmed down.

"There's no way we can win if dozens of pros show up to stop us. It's game over. Back to the title screen. And I was looking forward to finishing this today. Damn it. Let's go home." Shigaraki told Kurogiri.

"Got some tv show you're dying to get back to, Handful?" Iron Man taunted. Shigaraki growled before he calmed down again.

"Before we leave, let's make sure the Symbol of Peace is broken. Let's wreck his pride... and let's wreck yours too, Iron Man." Shigaraki said before he suddenly went towards Midoriya, Tsu, and Mineta. Iron Man flew as fast as he could to block them as Shigaraki tried to grab hold of Tsu and disintegrate her. Shigaraki laughed.

"So you got in my way... then I guess the Iron Man dies first!" Shigaraki declared as he was about to touch the armored hero student, but Iron Man blasted Shigaraki back with a repulsor blast.

"You guys, okay?" Iron Man asked them.

"That was amazing!" Midoriya commented.

"Sir... by all rights... as amazing as that was it shouldn't have worked... Shigaraki would have touched you before you fired your blast." JARVIS told Iron Man. That's when Shigaraki growled.

"You really are so cool!" Shigaraki acknowledged as Aizawa... Eraser Head... glared at Shigaraki... erasing his quirk.

"Eraser Head. Nomu... grab on to that guy again so I can kill Iron Man or the little frog girl." Shigaraki ordered, but then Midoriya jumped into the air, toward Shigaraki.

"SMASH!" He yelled as he released a powerful smash punch... however when the dust cleared... Shigaraki was gone and Nomu stood before Midoriya.

"Where did he come from? An attack as powerful as Midoriya's.... it was more powerful than a normal repulsor beam shot... so... why didn't that attack hurt him... was it because he knew it was coming... was this guy the reason these nobodies were so confident they could kill All Might?!" Iron Man asked in shock.

"You're pretty powerful. This 'smash' of yours...  Are you one of All Might's disciples? Doesn't matter. I'm done with you now." Shigaraki declared. Nomu went to grab Midoriya, giving Shigaraki a chance to grab Tsu and Mineta. Iron Man charged his unibeam.

"DIRECT ALL POWER LEFT IN THE ARMOR TO THE ARC REACTOR! ULTIMATE UNIBEAM!" Iron Man yelled as his unibeam hit Shigaraki and Nomu. The attack badly wounded Shigaraki before Nomu covered him and the attack simply sent Nomu flying back. Iron Man then splashed into the water.

"All power used up in armor. The arc reactor will need some time to recharge the armor... converting armor back to wristband form now." JARVIS said but Takumi could hardly hear him as he felt all this tiredness slam over him.

"I hope... that worked... because I got nothing left in the armor currently." Takumi told his friends as he started to equip his faux prototype weapons he had used to fight Bakugo in the cafeteria with his emergency use wristband activation code.

"Even quirkless... you fought villains on your own and did that to those guys... you really are amazing, Sakai." Tsu commented. Takumi smiled.

"Thanks, Tsu... but if I'm going to keep calling you Tsu, just call me Takumi." Takumi replied, still not used to everyone insistence on using family names instead of given names.

"YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID, QUIRKLESS BRAT!" Shigaraki yelled before the doors of the USJ bursted open and a loud thud was heard in the middle of the USJ. Walking away from the middle and towards Nomu and the others, everyone watched as the Symbol of Peace arrived.... All Might!

"That's a relief." Takumi said.

"Have no fear, students. I am here!" All Might declared. Mineta cried tears of joy.

"LOOK, WE'RE SAVED!" Mineta yelled.

"Ribbit." Tsu replied in awe.

"He's here... All Might..." Midoriya said. All Might threw the jacket of his business type suit to the side and glared at the villains.

"Ah... looks like our game's getting a 'continue'." Shigaraki said, no longer worried about getting revenge on Takumi... but now solely focused on All Might.

So, this is a relatively new story and as of posting this, there hasn't been a lot of readers just yet... but even stories like the Naruto/Avatar series, Spider-Man: The Defenders, Kingdom Hearts Advent, and the Miyagi-Do Karate series (all currently on Wattpad only as of the time of posting this here) has had slow starts, but large sudden spikes of popularity... and if/when this gets a reader base, I wanted to have these questions prepared.

I couldn't shake the feeling that something had gone wrong here when Aizawa and Thirteen didn't answer my calls. So I hurried over, running into Young Iida along the way. He told me of the villainy at work here." All Might explained as he gritted his teeth. He continued to walk towards Shigaraki and Nomu.

'I can't believe all of this went down while I was resting. I hate to think how frightened these children must be. And how hard my colleagues had to fight in order to protect them. The only thing I can do now is reassure them that things will be okay. That's my duty as the Symbol of Peace.' All Might thought before he defiantly stomped suddenly.

"Have no fear, students." All Might said before ripping his blue tie off of him.

"Because I am here!" He added.

'With my armor depowered due to that last Ultimate Unibeam attack, I'm sure glad All Might showed up. Not sure how far I'd get fighting that Nomu guy with weaker versions of my repulsors and smart bombs.' Takumi thought.

"He's here... All Might... and he's not smiling." Midoriya said, knowing that All Might must have been pretty angry at the thought of villains messing with kids. Shigaraki ignored the pain he felt after getting hit by Iron Man's Ultimate Unibeam and stood up straighter.

"After all this waiting... the heroic peace of trash shows up." Shigaraki said, almost relieved that All Might was here... hoping that he could see All Might's death. As All Might glared at Shigaraki and Nomu, the remaining random villains began to talk amongst themselves.

"Holy crap. It's All Might. I've never seen the guy in person before." One of the remaining villains said.

"I didn't expect him to be so huge." A bull looking villain replied, also shocked at the appearance of the number one hero.

"Hey. This is no time to talk, you idiots. If we strike now, we can kill him." A cocky villain said before he was suddenly swatted aside by what felt like some unseen force. The villains near him was frozen in fear as they too were easily swatted away like flies. All easily defeated by All Might moving faster than any of them could see. In his arms, All Might now carried the bloodied Aizawa.

"So, you finally made it." Aizawa groaned.

"Aizawa, you should rest. Save your strength." All Might told him. Aizawa groaned in pain.

"I was saved by your quirkless guy you advocated for... maybe... you were actually right... he has some potential, this... Iron Man." Aizawa informed All Might, as it had been All Might who had let Aizawa know that he wanted to transfer Takumi into 1-A after learning he is Iron Man.

"Speaking of Young Sakai." All Might said as he looked at Takumi, Midoriya, Tsu, and Mineta and he launched himself toward them, carrying them away from Shigaraki and Nomu. And he even knocked off that weird hand thing on Shigaraki's face.

"Uh... what the heck?" Mineta asked as his mind didn't even have time to process that he was moved from the water so fast.

"Everybody, back to the entrance. And take Aizawa with you. He doesn't have much time." All Might ordered.

"Yes sir." Mineta replied.
"Rabbit." Tsu added.
"Roger that." Takumi added.

"You saved us, All Might." Midoriya said in awe as his classmates started to try to help Aizawa.

"No, no, no. It wasn't supposed to go this way. He's still fast, Father. Somehow he managed to hit me." Shigaraki complained before he grabbed the hand mask thing and put it back on his face. Then he sighed.

"Of course a government hero relies on violence. I wasn't prepared. I couldn't even see him when he moved. But he's not as fast as I thought he would be. Not as fast as he used to be. I guess it's true after all." Shigaraki said before he let out a short joyful laugh. He then looked at All Might with a sadistic smile on his face.

"All Might really is getting weaker." Shigaraki said. Midoriya and Takumi now looked very worried. Midoriya looked up at All Might.

"All Might, you can't! That brain villain took both all of the power in Sakai's Iron Man armor and One for..." Midoriya tried to warn his mentor but then remembered he wasn't supposed to mention what his quirk really was.

"I-I smashed him and didn't break my arm this time but he wasn't fazed at all. He's too strong!" Midoriya warned All Might who extended an arm toward him to reassure him.

"Young Midoriya!" All Might said before he turned to Midoriya and the others and gave them a peace sign with his fingers and a big smile.

"I got this."

"Green... we have no choice but to put our faith in All Might's ability to win. Let's go." Takumi replied, hoping that All Might would be ok. All Might turned his attention back to Shigaraki and charged at him.

"Carolina..." All Might said.
"Nomu." Shigaraki said. Nomu then got between All Might and Shigaraki.

"Smash." All Might finished as he did a two strike attack. However nothing happened to Nomu. Nomu then tried to grab All Might who ducked under his arms.

"Guess he wasn't wrong when he said it had no effect on you." All Might noted before he punched Nomu in the gut. Nomu tried to strike All Might who stepped back to avoid the hit.

"Let's try this!" All Might said before he punched Nomu in the face. Then he punched Nomu in the face again with his other arm. Nomu tried to grab All Might again, but the hero leaped back to get some distance between himself and the monster.

"Doesn't even matter where I punch you, does it?" All Might asked as he skidded to a halt. Nomu pursued him and All Might punched him in the gut again.

"That's because Nomu here has shock absorption, All Might. The only way you're going to hurt him is to slowly gouge out his flesh. Of course, I don't think he'll sit back and let you do that. You've finally met your match." Shigaraki bragged. All Might then ducked under a swipe from Nomu.

"Ha! Thanks for telling me how to beat him!" All Might replied as he went behind Nomu and grabbed him.

"All I have to do is wear him down, and then it's on to you!" All Might declared as he suplexed Nomu. The sheer force of the attack caused a shockwave!

"Hey, hey now." Shigaraki replied.

Takumi and his group was watching the battle as they walked toward the USJ entrance with Aizawa in tow.
"Are you guys seeing this? That suplex looked like a huge explosion! All Might's on a whole 'nother level!" Mineta said.

"And yet he still has to look at his notes when he's teaching us." Tsu replied. Takumi chuckled. He didn't know about that, this was, after all, his first day in Class 1-A... his first VERY LONG day too.

'From this battle, it's clear we need to focus on upgrading your armor. You did good here, but that Nomu thing wasn't even scratched by the Ultimate Unibeam.' Spirit Tony said in Takumi's mind.

"Get that guy! Punch him right in the balls!" Mineta cheered for All Might.

"Maybe we were worried about these bad guys for nothing. All Might's unstoppable." Tsu said.

'Normally I would agree... but Midoriya and I both know it's not the case. You already told me that All Might has a time limit to his power... and Thirteen told Aizawa earlier than All Might used his power earlier to the point he had to rest in the teacher's lounge. I hope I'm wrong... because if I'm right about the my fears that All Might is already at his limit... we could be in some serious trouble.' Takumi told Spirit Tony.

'We should have built a second suit for emergencies.... I underestimated how dangerous this world could be. I'm sorry, kid.' Spirit Tony replied.

"Oh come on, what kind of cheap move was that?" All Might questioned as he started to bleed... Nomu stabbed him while he was being suplexed. Nomu tightened his fingers into All Might, making him bleed more.

"Nice. You were trying to bury him in the concrete so he couldn't move around anymore. Sorry, that won't work. Nomu's as strong as you are. That won't stop him." Shigaraki bragged. All Might grunted and Shigaraki chuckled.

"Nice work, Kurogiri. We've got him just where we want him now." Shigaraki said as Kurogiri was using his quirk to hold All Might there. Nomu tightened his hold on All Might even further.

'Crap! This monster found my weak spot.' All Might thought as he tried to get up.

'Damn. Gotta stop him, despite his power.' All Might thought.

"If this is your best, then you picked the wrong place to attack. You should just give up now." All Might told the villains. Shigaraki started to pant and scratched his neck again.

"Kurogiri." Shigaraki said.

"Normally I wouldn't want blood and viscera flooding the insides of my warp gates, but I'll make an exception for a hero as great as you." Kurogiri spoke as he started to make All Might sink into his warp gate.

"Since you're too fast to see with the human eye, Nomu had to restrain you. And once he's pulled your body halfway through, I'll squeeze the gate shut. I'm going to enjoy tearing you to pieces." Kurogiri said.

'Mr. Stark... what was it you told Peter back during the New York ferry incident?' Takumi asked.

'Kid... don't!' Spirit Tony replied.

'If I'm nothing without the suit then I shouldn't have it!' Takumi replied as he activated his proto flight thrusters and flew towards All Might and Nomu.

"Takumi, wait!" Tsu yelled. Midoriya handed Aizawa to Tsu and followed behind.

"WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING?" Mineta yelled. As Midoriya and Takumi got close, Midoriya leaped forward to save All Might, only for Kurogiri's face to get in the way.

"How fooli-" Kurogiri was going to say before he was blasted by Takumi proto repulsors. Then Kurogiri was taken down by Bakugo.

"GET THE HELL OUT OF MY WAY, LOSERS!" Bakugo yelled. Then Nomu was frozen solid. Takumi looked and saw Shoto Todoroki was there too.

"One of your poorly trained thugs told me you're here because you think you can kill All Might." Todoroki said. Thanks to this All Might was able to loosen Nomu's grip and he flipped and landed toward the kids. Midoriya gasped.

"Are you okay?" Midoriya asked. Kirishima then jumped in the fray as he tried to attack Shigaraki who dodged out of the way. Kirishima then jumped back and groaned.

"Damn! That was gonna be cool!" Kirishima complained.

"Guess I found your body that time, ya smoky bastard." Bakugo told Kurogiri.

"The Symbol of Peace will not be defeated by delinquents like you." Todoroki told the villains.

"Even without the armor... I'm still Iron Man... and I WON'T let you hurt All Might." Takumi declared.

"Kacchan! Everyone!" Midoriya said in awe. Everyone then turned their eyes to Shigaraki. Who in turn looked at Kurogiri.

"Kurogiri. How could you let this brat get the best of you?" Shigaraki asked as he looked around.

"You've gotten us into a real jam here." Shigaraki told him. Bakugo smiled.

"Heh. You got careless, you dumb villain. It wasn't hard to figure you out. Only certain parts of you turn into that smoking warp gate. You used that most to hide your actual body as a kind of distraction, thinking that made you safe! That's why we missed." Bakugo explained as Takumi remembered that Bakugo and Kirishima did indeed try to attack Kurogiri before Iron Man lured away Firebrand, Whiplash, and Avalanche.

"But if you didn't have a body, you wouldn't be wearing this neck armor, right? You're not immune to physical attacks if they're well aimed." Bakugo pointed out. Kurogiri grunted as he tried to get Bakugo off of him, but Bakugo released a small explosion into his neck armor, making the villain groan in pain.

"Don't move!" Bakugo said as he kneeled to get his face to Kurogiri's.

"You try anything funny and I'll blow your ass up right now, you got it? They'll be cleanin' you up for weeks." Bakugo warned him.

"Well/Oh, that doesn't sound very heroic." Takumi and Kirishima said at the same time.

'They escaped uninjured and captured my two strongest men. Kids these days really are amazing. Even the quirkless ones are stepping up. They make the League of Villains look like amateurs. Can't have that.' Shigaraki thought.

"Nomu." Shigaraki said. Nomu screeched as he passed through the warp gate and ended up on the other side. His arm and leg that was frozen ripped off on entry to the other side. But he still moved, shocking Takumi, Midoriya, and Todoroki.

"How the hell is that thing moving right now?" Takumi asked.

"Yeah he's all messed up. How is this possible?" Midoriya added.

"Stay back, everybody!" All Might ordered as Nomu broke the remaining ice off himself and grew a new arm and leg.

"HOLY CRAP THAT THING REGREW IT'S LIMBS!" Takumi yelled in surprise.

"What is this? I thought you said his power was shock absorption." All Might told Shigaraki.

"I didn't say that was his only quirk. He also has super regeneration. Nomu has been modified to take you on even at 100% of your power. He's basically a highly efficient punching bag that hits back." Shigaraki replied.

Takumi and the others got ready to fight.
"JARVIS... please tell me we got some usable power on the armor again." Takumi told his AI.

"The arc reactor has already recharged the Iron Man armor back up to 78% of it's capabilities." JARVIS informed Takumi.

"Like that's going to stop us from freeing our method of escape." Shigaraki taunted. The students all looked confused.

"Get him, Nomu." Shigaraki ordered and Nomu burst forward with great speed that rivaled that of All Might.

"He's fast." All Might said in shock. Takumi activated his Iron Man armor and flew as fast as he could. A strong gust of wind bursted when Nomu's punch hit something. All Might was able to save Bakugo.

"Damn it... why would you take that blow for me?" All Might asked as the group followed the path on the ground left by a guy who was launched into a wall.... Iron Man.

"SAKAI!" Midoriya yelled. Iron Man stood up and chuckled.

"Your always so slow, Big Bang Attack?" Iron Man quipped. Bakugo looked down to the ground.

"I DIDN'T NEED YOU TO HELP SAVE ME!" Bakugo yelled.

"That armor really is impressive... to handle a blow like that from Nomu... Nomu... after we kill All Might, we will then kill the Iron Man... he'll become FAR too dangerous if we let him live." Shigaraki ordered.

"He's just a kid... these are all just kids... and you didn't hold back?!" All Might asked in a righteous fury.

"I didn't have much choice. The explosion one was threatening my companion... and the armored fool got in my way multiple times to save his classmates. Besides, these kids are no angels. The plain-looking one? He tried to kill me with a maxed out punch. And back to the quirkless fool... he sacrificed all of the energy in his armor and nearly killed me as well. What kind of 'hero' does something like that?" Shigaraki argued.

"You think you can get away with being as violent as you want if you say it's for the sake of others." Shigaraki continued and All Might growled.

"Well, you know what, All Might? That pisses me off. Why do people get to decide that some violent acts are heroic and others are villainous? Casting judgement as to what is 'good and what's 'evil.' You think you're the Symbol of Peace? Ha. You're just another government sponsored instrument of violence. And violence always breeds more violence. I'll make sure the world understands that once you're dead." Shigaraki said.

"You're nothing but a lunatic. Criminals like you, you always try and make your actions sound noble. But admit it, you're only doing this because you like it. Isn't that right?" All Might challenged. Shigaraki glared at All Might.

'He's got me figured out.' Shigaraki thought.

"We've got them outnumbered." Todoroki said. Midoriya nodded.

"And Kacchan found the mist guy's weakness." Midoriya replied.

"My armor has most of it's power back, so I'm ready for a scrap." Iron Man added.

"These dudes may act really tough, but we can take 'em down now with All Might's help. Let's do this." Kirishima added.

"Don't attack." All Might ordered them. The students gasped in shock.

"Get out of here." All Might added.

"You would have been in trouble earlier if it weren't for me, remember? You need our help." Todoroki argued.

"I thank you for your assistance, but this is different. It's gonna be all right. Just sit back and watch a pro at work." All Might replied.

"But you're too hurt. You're bleeding. And you're almost out of ti-" Midoriya pointed out. All Might then gave the students a thumbs up.

'Damn it all!' Takumi thought.

"Nomu. Kurogiri. Kill him. I'll deal with the children." Shigaraki ordered his men.

'I'm afraid that I barely have a minute left in this form. My power's declining faster than I thought it would.' All Might thought.

"Let's clear this level and go home." Shigaraki told his men before he ran forward.

'Even so, I have to stop these villains' All Might thought as Iron Man flew over and landed next to Kirishima.

"Heads up, we're fightin' after all." Kirishima said.

'Because I am...the world's Symbol of Peace and Justice!' All Might thought as he felt the power of One for All surge within him. Takumi, Shigaraki, and Midoriya were all stunned by this new feeling of power coming from All Might. He burst forward, past Shigaraki, who was now frozen in his state of shock and he and Nomu clashed their first together. Their clash caused a shockwave that blew everyone away. Shigaraki grunted.

"Weren't you listening? One of his powers is shock absorption." Shigaraki pointed out.

"Yeah? What about it?" All Might replied as he and Nomu clashed their fist together again and again, before it basically became a Dragon Ball Z clash of fist.

"Incredible... that force is even blowing me back in my armor." Iron Man said as he slid back.

"He's gonna fight that brain guy head on?" Midoriya asked in shock. Todoroki's eyes widened at the strength of All Might and Nomu.

"Whoa, they're... so fast!" Kirishima said. Kurogiri tried to advance to help Nomu defeat All Might, but the force of their clash was pushing him back.

"No! I can't get near them!" Kurogiri said. All Might and Nomu kept exchanging blows faster than anyone ever thought possible.

"He said your quirk was only shock absorption, not nullification. That means there's a limit to what you can take, right?" All Might asked as he was forcing Nomu back bit by bit with his blows. Nomu then landed a blow on his bleeding side and All Might groaned but redoubled his efforts and kept forcing Nomu back.

"So you were made to fight me, big guy. If you can really withstand me firing at 100% of my power... then I'll have to go beyond that and force you to surrender." All Might declared as he started to punch Nomu even faster. Now, Nomu couldn't keep up with All Might and blow after blow, All Might's attacks started to land on Nomu.

"He's giving it his all... even though he's injured." Midoriya said in awe.

"Somehow, All Might surpassed his own power... and is beating Nomu more and more." Iron Man added as All Might punched Nomu so hard that he went flying. All Might leaped after him.

"A real hero..." All Might started before the two started fighting in the air.

"Will always find a way for justice to be served!" All Might declared as they slammed to the ground. All Might kicked Nomu off of him and jumped onto him like he were a snow board as Nomu slid on the ground. Then, they were in the air again and All Might grabbed Nomu's arm and tossed him to the ground, yelling with conviction as he did so. As Nomu tried to rise up, All Might landed next to him.

"Now for a lesson. You may have heard these words before, but I'll teach you what they really mean. Go beyond! Plus Ultra!" All Might declared as he punched Nomu so hard he flew across the whole USJ building and into the sky!

"Amazing. Truly amazing." Iron Man said in awe.

"That was like a finishing move in a video game. He beat the shock absorption right out of him. I've never seen that kind of brute strength!" Kirishima said in amazement.

"Imagine having power like that. He must've been punching that monster so fast, he couldn't regenerate." Bakugo added in awe as well.

"He really is the best." Todoroki added.

'That's how you get to be a pro.' Bakugo thought.

'He did it' Midoriya thought.

"I really have gotten weaker. Back in my heyday, five hits woulda been enough to knock that guy out. But today it took more than 300 mighty blows." All Might announced. All Might's body started to smoke.

'Time's up. Gotta end this fast.' All Might thought. He turned his attention to Shigaraki and Kurogiri.

"You've been bested, villains." All Might told them as Shigaraki and Kurogiri looked at All Might, infuriated by their loss.

"Surrender. We all want to get this over with quickly." All Might said.

"He cheated." Shigaraki whispered to himself in anger.

Chapter Text

Takumi and the others turned their attention to Shigaraki and Kurogiri.
"Oh, come on. What's going on here? He's just as strong as he's always been. Damn it. Don't tell me I was lied to." Shigaraki complained softly as he started to scratch his neck again.

"What's wrong? Not attacking me? Didn't you say you were going to clear this level earlier? Well, come and get me, if you dare." All Might challenged Shigaraki. Shigaraki backed away from All Might, fearful of him.

"Man, this is.... intense." Bakugo said.

"For once, I totally agree with you." Iron Man replied.

"It is as expected. There's no reason for us to fight now. He'll handle this." Todoroki stated. Midoriya gasped.

"Come on, Midoriya. We should regroup with the other guys. The last thing we wanna do is get taken hostage or get in his way." Kirishima told his friend.

'This isn't right. He can't beat them. He's bluffing. It's almost hidden by the dust, but I can see it. The steam coming off his body is the same as when he's about to transform. He's out of time.' Midoriya thought.

'Crap. I can't fight them. That Nomu guy took too much out of me. I'm pretty sure that if I make one more move, I'll forced to go back to my weak form. I can't keep this up much longer. I just have to stall until they get here.' All Might thought. He then grunted.

"What? Are you scared?" All Might asked. Shigaraki and Kurogiri stayed frozen where they were.

'It's a good thing those villains don't notice the steam coming from All Might's body. They are hesitant to try fighting him as a result. But make no mistake... All Might has run out of time in his hero form today.' Spirit Tony told Takumi mentally. Shigaraki panted and started to scratch his neck with both his normal hands again.

"If only Nomu was here... he'd rush you right now, pound you into the ground with out giving it a second thought." Shigaraki replied.

"Tomura Shigaraki! Please, do not fret. Look at him. He has definitely weakened. Nomu's attacks were successful. He's on his own." Kurogiri pointed out, making Shigaraki stop scratching his neck and he calmed back down.

"The children appear to be frozen in fear. And, look, our underlings are recovering. We likely still have a few minutes before their reinforcements arrive. If you and I work together, we can do this. We haven't missed our chance to kill All Might." Kurogiri rallied.

"Yeah. Yeah, you're right. This is it. We have no choice. We have to do it now. I mean, the big end-boss is right here." Shigaraki replied with renewed confidence. The villain underlings Aizawa beat started to get up and surround the teens.

"I think All Might can hold his own against those two main guys. Let's make sure these dudes don't hurt anybody else." Kirishima said as his arms hardened. Todoroki looked at Iron Man and Midoriya.

"Will you two be joining us?" Todoroki asked.

'Green and I are the only ones who know what kind of trouble All Might is in. All Might has already went past his limit. There is no way he can win by himself now.' Iron Man thought. Shigaraki then started to charge at All Might.

'So this is it.' All Might thought.

"Consider this revenge for what you did to Nomu!" Shigaraki yelled as blood fell on the ground from the wound Iron Man left on him earlier.

'Holy shit... this is bad.' All Might thought when Iron Man flew into view and shot repulsor rays at him, knocking him back. Kurogiri then also went after All Might but Midoriya jumped into the fray. His One for All powered leap broke his legs and he aimed for Kurogiri's neck armor.

"Whoa, Sakai... Midoriya." Kirishima said.

"Don't you dare touch All Might, you stupid villain!" Midoriya yelled. Shigaraki yelled in frustration.

"DAMN YOU BRATS!" Shigaraki then got his hand in a warp gate made from Kurogiri to disintegrate Midoriya, only for it to be shot twice... one by another repulsor blast via Iron Man and the other by a bullet... the other Pro Heroes have arrived!

"Sorry everyone! I know we're a bit late. But I got the teacher's over here as fast as I could." Principal Nezu announced as he and the other Pros walked in the building.

"YOUR CLASS REP HAS RETURNED. I'VE FULFILLED MY DUTY. AND I'VE BROUGHT REINFORCEMENTS!" Iida yelled. Iron Man chuckled where he was.

"Not bad, Sonic... not bad at all." Iron Man said as he went to tend to Midoriya. The villains tried attacking the group of Pro Heroes, but Present Mic used his voice quirk to disable a large number of them. Another Pro made clones of himself that charged into the battlefield and easily took down many more of the weaker minions.

"Our priority is to protect all of our students!" Nezu said as he sat on Vlad King's shoulder and pointed.

"Yes sir." Some pros replied before charging into battle.

"Aw man. It was bad enough when Iron Man started getting involved again... now the Pros are here. It's game over. For real. Let's go home and try this when we can..." Shigaraki started to say before he started getting blasted by repulsor blast and bullets.

"We need someone who can capture 'em from a distance." Snipe said.

"I'm on it." Thirteen grunted.

"Huh?" Snipe asked in shock. Shigaraki groaned on the ground.

"Let' s go." Kurogiri said as he started to warp Shigaraki away from there but then he started to feel something interupt him.

"This is.. Black Hole!" Kurogiri said in horror.

Aizawa started to erase quirks and rejoined the battle.

"Aizawa... with your wounds shouldn't you stay out of this battle?" Vlad King asked. Aizawa grunted.

"I can still fight thanks to a quirkless student... it flies in the face of everything I believed about heroes and their need for quirks... I have some issues to work out." Aizawa replied as he punched a guy in the face. Vlad smirked.

"So, if he was able to save a Pro, I guess Ingenium wasn't all hot air about this Iron Man's potential." Vlad replied.

Meanwhile:
As Kurogiri fought to continue warping away, Shigaraki looked at All Might.
"I may have failed to kill you this time, but your days are numbered. All Might. Symbol of Peace. I am going to kill you." Shigaraki declared as Kurogiri successfully warped him and Shigaraki away.

Iron Man looked around and saw that the Pros had defeated all of the weaker villains again and Midoriya groaned in pain. Iron Man's faceplate opened as he kneeled to pick up Midoriya.

"Try not to move around too much, Green. You hear me, bro?" Takumi said.

"Yeah.. I hear you." Midoriya replied.

"I couldn't do it... even you were able to do more than me... I wasn't as to help All Might at all " Midoriya said.

"That' s bullcrap./That's absolutely not true." Iron Man and All Might said at the same time. As the smoke enveloped him and All Might was back in his weaker form.

"Crap... I shouldn't have let you see me like this Young Sa..." All Might was about to say when Iron Man cut him off.

"It' s ok... I won't tell anyone this is your civilian self... now let's get back to Green, please." Takumi replied. Toshinori nodded.

"Young Midoriya. You bought me a few vital seconds. If not for that. I'd be dead now." Toshinori pointed out.

"Yeah. You see, you did good." Takumi added.

"Young Midoriya. You've saved me once again. And Young Sakai... thank you for saving Young Midoriya." Toshinori told the two.

"Thank you... All Might." Takumi and Midoriya said in unison as the two started to get emotional.

'You did good kid. This was crazier than your normal battles but you did well.' Spirit Tony told Takumi mentally.

'Thanks Mr. Stark. For making me the Iron Man of this world... and for everything since then... and for the future we have ahead of us.' Takumi replied.

'Yeah, kid. And yeah, we are going to build an emergency suit in case you ever need to use the Ultimate Unibeam again.' Spirit Tony said. Midoriya started to cry joyful tears as Takumi held his friend.

"I'm taking him to Recovery Girl's office now." Takumi said as his faceplate closed and he started to fly out the hole Nomu made when be flew out of the USJ. Midoriya yelled as he was not expecing to take flight.

A bit later:
Iron Man put Midoriya down onto a bed in Recovery Girl's office and his armor went back into wristband form.

Meanwhile with Class 1-A:
While Class 1-A talked about where they were fighting and what they had been fighting against... an anonymous message was sent to every Class 1-A student's phone, titled... curious. They hit the message and it sent them to a video of Iron Man fighting all by himself against the villains and Firebrand, Whiplash, and Avalanche. They were all amazed that he was able to defeat them so handily, by himself without a quirk.

"Whoa... so crazy." Uraraka said.

"I had no idea a quirkless fighter could be so powerful." Momo said.

"Sakai was great in the battle against the main guys too." Mineta pointed out and Tsu nodded.

At the end of the video, there was a message that said, 'I'll be watching you more closely..... M'.

"Who the heck is M?" The police detective that was there asked as he got the same video.

Meanwhile:
"Well I guess I won't scold you for him being back here since it wasn't your fault. But are you sure you want to discuss this with another student here?" Recovery Girl asked.

"It's all right... Young Sakai has already seen me like this and his lack of surprise means that either his ghostly mentor knew about me in his years of watching this world or he was informed by Young Midoriya... which I told him not to tell anyone about, but it's beside the point at the moment. Any way, I'm not sure, but I think I shortened my time limit again with that fight." Toshinori told Recovery Girl. Midoriya and Takumi gasped.

"I hope I can at least still hold the form for an hour." Toshinori said.

"I'm so sorry." Midoriya told Toshinori. Toshinori started to sit up from his bed.

"Well, no use worrying. These things happen." Toshinori said when Detective Tsukauchi walked into the office.

"Excuse me. Hi, All Might. Been a while. And you, young man, must be Iron Man... as your classmates said you brought the green haired kid here." Tsukauchi said. Takumi nodded.

"What the hell! I didn't know that you were investigating." Toshinori said. Suddenly Midoriya sat up in his bed.

"Whoa, All Might. It's okay he's seeing you like this?" Midoriya asked.

"Oh, yeah, it's fine. Just like Young Sakai here, this guy's all right." Toshinori responded.

"Naomasa Tsukauchi, my best friend on the police force. He's legit. I trust him." Toshinori introduced as Tsukauchi walked over to the two One for All users. As he walked towards them, Tsukauchi chuckled.

"That's quite an introduction. Sorry to cut to the chase, but we could really use any information you might have." Tsukauchi said.

"Hold on. Before all that. Tell me all the students are okay. And Aizawa... er Erasure Head, and Thirteen." Toshinori replied.

"Not counting this boy, the only student injuries were scrapes. And both of the teacher's are in stable condition right now. Relax." Tsukauchi assured him. Takumi and Midoriya sighed in relief.

"That's good to hear." Toshinori said.

"If you heroes hadn't risked your lives, the students would never have made it. You three saved that entire class today." Tsukauchi pointed out.

"You're not seeing the whole picture, Tsukauchi. Those students also risked their lives. They fought as hard as us." Toshinori responded. Takumi and Midoriya looked at Toshinori in awe.

"Thank you, All Might." Takumi and Midoriya said.

"I don't think there's ever been a group of first years who experienced a real fight like this so early in their training. They not only survived, they learned what it means to be a pro. Those villains made a mistake attacking them. This class is strong. They're filled with courage and drive. Mark my words. They'll become great heroes." Toshinori added.

Tsukauchi smiled.
"Yeah... someone sent footage showing proof that they will become great... although... it was pretty ominous." Tsukauchi replied as he opened his phone and tossed it to Takumi.

"You've caught someone's eye. I don't know who M is... but be careful." Tsukauchi warned him. Takumi watched the video and was surprised that someone had been there, recording the whole thing. He was even more surprised that they had been recording him. And that message from M... whoever that was. Takumi passed the phone to Toshinori, who watched the video along with Midoriya. Toshinori sighed.

"Whoever that M guy is. He's making a mistake... this class will not be overcome by the likes of evil. I can assure you of that." Toshinori encouraged.

"Green... I know you'll get a lot better at using your quirk and I'll upgrade my armor... we'll get stronger together." Takumi said. Midoriya nodded.

"Right... bro." Midoriya replied.

Later that night:
Takumi and Midoriya walked out of Recovery Girl's office as Midoriya was cleared to go home.
"Crazy first day, huh?" Midoriya said. Takumi laughed.

"Understatment of the century. Green." Takumi replied. Then they found Uraraka and Iida, who were waiting for them.

"Deku, Sakai, you're here!" Uraraka said in relief from seeing her friends.

"You two." Takumi replied with a smile and the four of them walked home together.

A bit later:
"Mom... I'm okay... you and Kyo can let go now." Takumi said as his mom and older brother figure kept hugging him. Ever since they heard of the villains' attack on the USJ, they had worried sick about Takumi.
"You know how they are, Takumi. But we were all scared and worried about you." Etsuko told him.

Aiko walked over to Takumi after they let go.

"So, you won, right?" Aiko asked. Takumi smiled and nodded.

"Yeah... we won." Takumi replied. Aiko smiled as she gave him a drawing of him suited up in his armor. At the top of the drawing was a title of sorts... it said 'The Invincible Iron Man'... which also left Takumi stunned that a little kid in elementary school spelled 'Invincible' correctly.

'That sounds cool. I like that title.' Spirit Tony said. Takumi chuckled. Mrs. Sakai sighed.

"Son... it's time I gave you something I've been holding onto for a long time." Mrs. Sakai told Takumi. Takumi looked at her in confusion and she walked to her room. It didn't take long before she came out with some kind of ring.

"Before his death, your father was doing research on these rings. He believed they could be some form of ancient technology and his research on them... he hoped the power in these rings could possibly find a cure for cancer." Mrs. Sakai explained. Takumi looked at her in shock.

"The ring has powers?" Takumi asked. Mrs. Sakai shook her head.

"Not in it's current state. It needs to be activated before it can have powers and the legends say that only a certain bloodline could activate the rings anyway." Mrs. Sakai answered. Takumi grabbed the ring and slipped it onto his ring finger as a momento of his dad.

"What is this ring anyway?" Kyo asked. Mrs. Sakai sighed.

"It's called a Makluan Ring." Mrs. Sakai replied.

Meanwhile:
"Do we move in on the child?" A guy in a ninja outfit asked a man in armor.

"No. Not yet. The child does not know fully of his father's research. I am sure that after today, his foolish mother will give him the ring... and that boy with his heroic attitude will try to continue his father's research to cure cancer. And then he'll realize he needs to unite the rings... once that happens... then we deal with the child, and his foolish alter ego, Iron Man." The man in armor said.

"Understood... Lord Mandarin." The ninja replied.

Omake 1: Class 1-A plays Among Us (inspired by marsmignon on TikTok because his MHA skits are awesome)

Kirishima: Guys I think Aizawa is sus... he's been on that vent for ages!

Takumi: Except he didn't vent... I can hear him snoring at the front of the classroom.

Kirishima: Falling asleep while playing a game like this is so not manly.

Bakugo: I think that NERD is sus.

Takumi and Uraraka: YOU ALWAYS THINK HE'S SUS!

Tsu: Besides, I saw him scan at medbay. He's good.

Bakugo: I will come back to this later.

Later in the game:
'I am speed.... I must embrace my villainy if I am to win this game! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!' Iida thought before he killed Bakugo, who raged at being KILLED. Bakugo was promptly muted in the chat.

However, he didn't notice that Takumi saw him on cams. Takumi had his character run back to the starting point of the map. When he got there he pressed the emergency button.

Takumi: I KNOW WHO THE IMPOSTER IS!

Midoriya: Who?

Uraraka: OH MY GOSH, THEY KILLED BAKUGO!

Todoroki: :)

Takumi: If I didn't see Iida kill Bakugo on cams, Todoroki would be sus.

Todoroki: What is sus again?

Iida: I DID NO SUCH THING. I WAS ABOUT TO REPORT THE BODY. IT IS NOT WITHIN THE RULES FOR CREW MEMBERS TO KILL EACH OTHER! *Chops air*

Takumi: Bro... YOU WERE CAUGHT IN 4K!

*Midoriya, Takumi, Kirishima, and Kaminari vote for Iida.*

Iida: IN THE NAME OF VILLAINY I DEMAND YOU STOP!

Iida: Oh... that was a mistake wa...

Iida was the imposter.... 1 imposter remaining.

Kaminari: WAIT WHO SET THE GAME UP WITH 2 IMPOSTERS?!

Uraraka: That was Tsu's idea.

Takumi: I wonder who the second one is.

Meanwhile:
A man was laughing in his office.
"You should not have fallen asleep while playing this game, Aizawa... why... BECAUSE I AM HERE!" All Might said before he had his character kill Aizawa's character.

Omake 2: Bakugo in trouble
"CODE GREEN!" Bakugo yelled as he ran inside the Class 1-A classroom.

"Code Green, the heck is a code green?" Takumi asked, a bit worried as he had never seen Bakugo seem so worried before.

"I accidentally broke one of that nerd's All Might figures... and now that he has a quirk...." Bakugo started to explain as the whole class started to step away from Bakugo, including Aizawa.

"HEY, YOU BASTARDS, WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO MAKE ME AN EASY TARGET?!" Bakugo yelled but before anyone could respond...

"SMASH!" Midoriya came into the room and uppercutted Bakugo with an One for All enhanced punch. Suddenly, there was some kind of wave effect and a voice came out of nowhere.

"GAME!" That's when everyone noticed Midoriya's arm was not broken and suddenly the whole class room changed.

"THE WINNER IS.... DEKU!" And suddenly a symbol of an angry Bakugo forced to clap appeared in one of the walls of the class room, which had somehow become a giant victory screen.

"What the heck just happened?" Takumi asked.

"THERE IS NO YELLING IN THE CLASSROOM!" Iida yelled as he started chopping the air at whoever the random voice was.

Omake 3: Mei Hatsume needs to have a talk.
"HEY AUTHOR... I KNOW I WAS NOT A MAJOR CHARACTER IN THE ORIGINAL MHA... NOR WAS I SUPPOSED TO BE MAJOR CHARACTER IN THIS STORY.... BUT YOU DIDN'T EVEN LET ME HAVE A REACTION TO IRON MAN'S ARMOR!!!"

I blink. "You're supposed to find out next season..."

"THAT'S TOO LONG! I NEED TO LOAD THAT THING UP WITH MY BABIES! WHERE IS THAT ARMOR... WHERE IS IT?!"

I start to panic. "HEY... HATSUME IS GETTING GADGET CRAZY!"

Takumi arrived as Iron Man and got me out of there.

"SAGE, COME BACK! GIVE ME THAT ARMOR!!!!"

Power Loader then started chasing Mei around.

Last Omake of this bonus: Do the worm!
Aizawa didn't bother to walk to class today as he was in his sleeping bag. Little did he know the whole entire class were all in sleeping bags crawling along the floor after him! Their sleeping bags were decorated with googly eyes and a cheesy smile thanks to Mina. EVEN All Might was there in an All Might themed sleeping bag.

Principal Nezu walked by and he froze upon seeing them.
"What are you all doing?" Nezu asked.
Aizawa turned to see his class and All Might imitating him and he was actually shocked.

"WE ARE HERE, living life as a worm in an attempt to understand the mind of Aizawa, sir." All Might replied.

"I'm the coolest worm here.... you extras." Bakugo said.

"Can your sleeping bag do this?" Takumi asked as his sleeping bag started playing The Worm by Audioslave.

"Yeah, I think Young Sakai had just won the contest for coolest worm." All Might said. Aizawa sighed in exasperation.

"What did I do to deserve this?" Aizawa asked.

Bonus 2 will be a canon (to this story anyway) side story to this story starring a character that hasn't yet appeared in this story....

Author note: Unlike the previous bonus, this is actually canon to the IM: MHA universe

"Now for a news story from Japan, a training facility known as the USJ, owned by the hero school UA, was attacked earlier today by a group called the League of Villains. Students from the Hero Course, Class 1-A was supposed to be doing rescue training with Pro Heroes, All Might, Eraser Head, and Thirteen, however on the way to class, All Might stopped other crimes, making him run late for the class. On an interesting note, Class 1-A is now said to include the famous former vigilante Iron Man, who gained mass popularity around the world. He had even gained support from Ingenium and his fans, and this popularity has propelled him to become an official student of UA. The students were forced to fight for their lives, and thanks in part to the student's bravery, including that of Iron Man, and the Pro Heroes experience and skill, these pros include All Might, Eraser Head, Thirteen, Snipe, and more, drove back the villains. No student was too badly injured beyond the healing capabilities of the school nurse, Recovery Girl. Erasure Head and Thirteen are also going to recover and All Might, luckily is safe." A news reporter said on the tv Melissa and David Shield were watching.

"Uncle Might is ok. Still... just imagine... Uncle Might fighting alongside Iron Man." Melissa said in awe. David chuckled.

"You really do admire that guy, don't you?" David asked. Melissa smiled.

"I'm happy with the life I'm living... training to become a scientist and all. But sometimes even I wonder if there was something I could have done to live out my original dream of being a hero. Now... I see an answer. People like me... like him... quirkless... we can be heroes. It's hard NOT to be inspired by him... what he stands for." Melissa replied. David chuckled. He felt the same way when he thought of a different hero. He felt inspired to be better, whenever he thought of his best friend, Toshinori Yagi... the number 1 hero All Might.

David remembered that the UA Sports Festival was coming around soon. He hadn't watched it in years... but with All Might being a teacher at the school... and Iron Man being a student.

"You know... I could call our cable company and ask them to hook us up with some Japanese tv channels." David suggested. Melissa looked at her dad in confusion.

"Why do we need Japanese tv channels?" Melissa asked. David smiled.

"How would you like to watch the UA Sports Festival with me this year? With your Uncle Might as a teacher and Iron Man being one of the students, it should make for an interesting watch." David replied. Melissa smiled.

"Knowing us, we'll be working in our labs a lot... you'd better make sure we have some space on the DVR, because this is not a festival I think either of us wants to miss." Melissa said.

David nodded in agreement then went back to drawing some schematics for a project. Melissa smiled as she started thinking of some designs of her own.... of weapons she would probably incorporate into Iron Man's armor, if she had designed it. She went to her room and looked at a picture from a newspaper she had on her desk... it was a picture of Iron Man when he saved some little girl's balloon from floating away.

"It's a well designed look.... but I think, if I were to design it, like how Dad made All Might's costume... I think I'd design the look of the armor to be more like..." Melissa started to say to herself as she started to draw designs for an Iron Man armor that she hoped she could one day build for the armored hero. She then had another lightbulb go off in her head.

"As I design this, I should also design a weapon that should be compatible with the Iron Man armor... too bad the schematics on the armor would be impossible to get but... I'm sure I could figure out how to make the weapon compatible.... I think I'll call the weapon... the Proton Cannon." Melissa said as she continued to draw her take on the armor. At the same time, she imagined how the Proton Cannon would work.

She hoped that, one day, she could meet Iron Man and gift him with the Proton Cannon. She hoped that she could help him save people, like how her dad used to help All Might in the days of old.
