Now to answers those questions in order you are in your new hero class, I kidnaped all of you, and you are hear to learn how to be heroes.

Allow me to explain, I have always believed that learning to be a hero is the most noblest of goals and it's always been my dream to help make the greatest of heroes, that's why I became a teacher.

So what if all of my students become emotionally unstable sociopaths with little to no regard for the law and their own well-being, all the best heroes are!

So instead of doing nothing after I got fired, I figured that I'd look on the bright side, now I don't need to fallow any rules on how I teach my students.

That's where you all come in, now some of you may think that you're too young to learn how to be heroes, but to that I say you're all healthy ten year old's why aren't you old enough to be heroes.

Chapter 11: Sith beginning

Summary:

self-insert into star wars

Chapter Text

I woke up screaming at the top of my lungs, not unlike a newborn, for I have been reborn.

And being reborn as a sith homunculus, complete with the blood altar, is more painful than you can imagine.

How do I know that I'm now a sith homunculus?

Simple, the sith that made my new body imbued it with a base amount of knowledge.

Namely how to speak Ur-Kittât the sith language, and the fact that I'm now in a body made from sith alchemy/magic.

Actively thinking is somehow reducing the blinding pain that I am in even while it's slowly filling me with fear.

So I continued trying to think and soon enough I thought of two questions to think about.

Does the sith know that they just shoved some sorry ass from earth into they're nice sith homunculus?

And why the fuck would a sith with enough power to make a homunculus choose to do so?

I try my best to think about these two questions instead of the pain that seems to pulse every time I turn my attention to it.

For the first question I reason that if the sith is smart/strong enough to make a body why wouldn't they be smart/strong enough to know.

For the second one the only reason that I can think of through a pulse of pain is as some kind of boast, after all why make a slave whenever you have enough power to enslave a thousand people at least.

Dread seems to drive away the last of my pain as that last thought sinks in and, as I bring myself to sit on the edge of the altar, a new one replaces it.

'Oh God, I'm a sith slave now'

"That's not necessarily true, my apprentice." A voice filled with a mocking kind of mirth reply to my thoughts.

Out of nowhere a form seems to compose itself out of black mist in front of me.

The form that coalesced before me was tall and composed entirely of smoke that gave very little details, I couldn't even make out its face, only it's one burning eye can tears through the shadows the smoke has made, but it was clearly human in shape, if not in true for I knew what stood before me,

A master of the dark side forcing themselves to manifest from beyond the grave,

The ghost of a sith Lord.

I was so intimidated by the sith ghost that it took a moment for what he said to sink in, but once it did my fear instantly reached new heights.

"I am Darth Zartos, your new master, and you will learn the ways of the sith." The sith Lord before me proclaimed.

When I first heard those words from the sith ghost I thought that 'or you will die' was implied, in the years that followed I began to wish it was implied.

Chapter 13: Dani has a mom and dad, neet

Summary:

Dani Phantom hangs out with Ember in the ghost zone

Chapter Text

Dani Phantom was having a blast in the ghost zone with her new ghost mom, cuz the fruitloop apparently can't tell the difference between used ectoplasm and pure ectoplasm.

Which is gross and kind of cool because she got a mom out of it.

She also got a Ghost dad in the form of her brother Danny cuz apparently that's how that works, and she's definitely going to tease him about it the next time she sees him, but that's also cool

Dani thinks that she is going to like having a mom and dad, if Danny accepts being her dad cuz she did try to kill him that one time

The younger Phantom shakes her head lightly to clear that thought, of course he's going to accept it, he's already doing everything she imagines a dad would do.

I.e. feeding her his ectoplasm so she doesn't destabilize every month and teach her all of the new things he learns about being a halfa

Anyways Ember is very cool, after the first thirty seconds of freaking out about being too young to be a mom before just expecting it

She's been helping me explore the ghost zone after she fled the living zone because of those ass-hats known as the GIW

Anyways Ember was cool even before I learned she was my ghost mom

As we were exploring the ghost zone we found something called The Family Tree(™) which was this little tree with a giant sign over it, and ember explained that it is a ghost tree that shows you all of your family members that haven't passed on yet.

Alive or dead cuz apparently passing on and becoming a ghost are two different things, she went on to say that it can only be found by two family members before going quiet.

And that's how I learned that I have a mom and dad, neet

Chapter 14: Heavenly Demon Prince Shen Yuan

Summary:

Heavenly Demon Prince Shen Yuan is deeply annoyed

Chapter Text

“This Shen Yuan is currently deeply annoyed!” I inform Zhuzhi-lang the Emperor’s aid with a sneer, Zhuzhi-lang answers with a sorrowful face as if this is something to truly be sad about and not something that occurs every time Emperor Tianlang-jun dumps his responsibilities onto him.
“My Prince-” Shen Yuan doesn’t even try to hide the full body twitch at the title Zhuzhi-lang know that he hates, Shen Yuan is not that shameless man’s son and the reminder that he’s to be the next Emperor if Tianlang-jun somehow dies is not pleasant, Shen Yuan is about 87% sure that the reason Zhuzhi-lang calls him that is to remind him what will happen if he gives into his desire to kill Tianlang-jun “-thiss one is truly ssorry that you were not inform of thiss matter ahead of time but the Emperor inssissted that he and the Empresss are to have left before thiss information reached you.”

If Zhuzhi-lang truly sought to soothe my annoyance he really couldn't have chosen a worse thing to say, and by Zhuzhi-lang’s wince Shen Yuan’s expression as gone past annoyed into murderous the fact that it goes blank a moment later seems to make him even more uneased.

In truth Shen Yuan really shouldn’t be surprised that Tianlang-jun is forcing him to do this, after all the last time that he went into the human world he got sealed into a mountain and this event is being hosted by the man who had the biggest hand in that who’s still alive.

It doesn't matter that the one who instigated that is dead, It doesn't matter that the Cang Qiong Mountain Sect was the first to turn on the Old Palace Master, and It certainly doesn't matter that it’s been 14 years, Tianlang-jun is not a man who forgives and forgets.

Only Su Xiyan’s iron grip on Tianlang-jun’s leash prevents him from starting a war between the demon realm and human realm.

In-fact if it wasn’t for one small issue then Shen Yuan wouldn’t even be annoyed about having to go.

And that issue is whether intentionally or not in the demon emperor’s court the invention to the Immortal Alliance Conference is a challenge, what kind they're not sure but it’s definitely a challenge, a challenge that the Emperor is avoiding making him seem weak.

And who’s the one that’s stepping up to the plate to prevent demonkind from losing face when the Emperor refused to, who’s the one that’s picking up the the gotlent that even the Emperor is avoiding, who’s one one that’s roaring demonkind’s defiance when the Emperor turned tail and fled, SHEN FUCKING YUAN THAT’S WHO.

What a fucking mess, made worse by the fact he only has a month to prepare thanks to the fact he wasn’t informed until just now.

So while he understands where Tianlang-jun is coming from he’s not sympathetic enough to not send a few packs of man-eating-locusts-hounds after him, not really in an attempt to drag him back but to show his displeasure at having to do this.

After a few more moments of silently staring at Zhuzhi-lang to make the full weight of his ire known Shen Yuan states “Start preparations immediately” Zhuzhi-lang immediately slumps in relief causing a new wave of irritation to flood through Shen Yuan but before he could give Zhuzhi-lang more chores he fled.

Chapter 15: Genius loci

Summary:

Making a Dungeon Core-ish story.

Chapter Text

Thump-Thump...

When ancient power is abandoned to the ages, it transforms into a crucible of creation—especially when that primal force defiantly refuses the eternal silence of true death.

Thump-Thump...

Within the Void there is a realm that has been shattered. Normally when a realm has been shattered and exposed to the Void it's quickly consumed by the monsters living within it. Even a realm that is home to a god is doomed when its world border is destroyed.

Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump...

But this shattered realm that was once home to the god of perseverance continues to persist even after all of its defenders have been killed.

Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump...

Within this devastated divine realm, the remains of celestial beings, cosmic creatures, and eldritch horrors hang suspended in the air, forever frozen in their final moments. A six-winged entity of crystalline light hovers with fragments of its shattered halo vibrating in resonance with an unseen force. The severed limb of a titanic being drifts nearby, its calcified brain still intact within its cracked skull. The frozen ichor of a star-beast glimmers with faint luminescence, its massive form grotesquely intertwined with its destroyer.

Their broken bodies are preserved exactly as they fell, some still locked in eternal combat with their invaders, their forms creating a three-dimensional tableau of cosmic violence.

Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump...

In the center of this cosmic graveyard floats the still-beating heart of the realm's god, clutched in the jaws of a charred astral dragon. The rest of the deity's body lies several meters away, its divine sword plunged deep into the beast's belly—a mutual killing frozen in time. Yet somehow, defying the laws of existence, the heart continues its relentless rhythm.

Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump...

The ruined heart sends out a wave of power with every beat, infusing everything in this destroyed realm with its energy. These pulses create enough disturbance at the destroyed world border that things strong enough to enter have better things to eat than a mere dead divine host and the monsters that destroyed it.

With each contraction, tendrils of energy reach outward, invisible fingers probing the emptiness. They find nothing, withdraw, then extend again with the next beat. This has been the pattern for millennia—searching without purpose, reaching without intent, driven only by the core directive encoded in the heart's divine nature: persevere.

Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump...

The heart does not know why it must continue to beat, only that it must defy the end that has come for it and if it defies its end for long enough it will overcome it. So for centuries the heart of the god of perseverance has continued to beat.

Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump...

The heart continued to beat even as the god breathed their last. Even as the last of the angels sacrificed themselves to kill even one more creature that had invaded their home. Even as the last living thing in the realm died.

Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump...

If there were stars in this realm the heart would have continued to beat through the birth and death of 70 of them. The heart had continued its steady but defiant beat for all this time until it felt something enter its dead realm and skipped a beat.

Thump-Thump... Thump-... Thump-Thump...

A soul had strayed from the cosmic currents of reincarnation, drifting into this dead realm like an unlit ember in the darkness. The heart, driven by the same primal instinct that had kept it beating against impossible odds, reached out toward this wayward soul. Here, at last, was the means to overcome its end—to become more than just the last defiant pulse in a dead realm.

Thump-Thump-Thump... THUMP-thump... THUMP-thump...

The divine heart trembles with purpose. Crimson energy erupts from its surface in violent coronas, swirling outward in patterns that mirror the cosmic strings that once bound reality together in this shattered realm. This was not mere survival now—this was resurrection.

Throughout the battlefield, the cosmic corpses react violently. The crystalline angel's remains shatter further, releasing motes of light that spiral toward the heart. The titan's severed head cracks open, its calcified brain pulsing with sudden, renewed energy. The leviathan's exposed bones begin to sing, emitting tones too profound for any mortal mind to comprehend.

Veins of light, ancient and primal, extend from the heart's surface. They writhe and pulse with each beat, reaching across the cosmic graveyard like the searching fingers of a god. The heart strains against the blackened dragon jaws that hold it, causing fractures to appear in the beast's petrified teeth—tiny spider-web cracks illuminated from within by divine radiance.

The tendrils find the wayward soul and envelop it. The formless essence, with no awareness or memory, is drawn inexorably toward the heart. The unsuspecting spirit, drawn by currents it could not comprehend, floats into the center of this cosmic convergence. For a moment, it hovers before the pulsing heart, a mote of conscious potential confronting ancient, mindless power.

THUMP-BOOM... THUMP-BOOM...

The first contact between heart and soul sends shockwaves through the realm. The suspended bodies of fallen warriors and invaders shudder in their frozen positions. Motes of light scatter from the point of impact like the birth of countless stars, illuminating the cosmic battlefield in blinding radiance.

The moment of union triggers a cascade of reactions. The heart contracts with unprecedented force, sending a shockwave of power outward in all directions. The dragon's skull shudders, ancient bone creaking under the strain of containing such energy. For a brief moment, the cosmic graveyard trembles on the edge of cataclysm, the delicate balance of forces threatening to collapse into chaos.

THUMP-BOOM... THUMP-BOOM...

With each thunderous beat, the heart's muscle fibers glow incandescent, visible through its surface. The dragon's jaw flexes and strains as the heart expands and contracts with newfound power. The soul is drawn deeper with each contraction, not into chambers but into the very fabric of the divine muscle, becoming one with its essence.

Massive arteries of light shoot outward from the heart, connecting to the shattered fragments of the world border. These connections form a lattice of power resembling the skeletal structure of a sphere. Where the lattice touches the jagged edges of reality, reality itself begins to bend and fold.

THUMP-BOOM-CRACK... THUMP-BOOM-CRACK...

The sound of reality reshaping itself echoes through the void. The furthest reaches of the realm begin to collapse inward. Trillions of fragments, from the size of mountains to the size of atoms, all rush toward the heart in a reverse explosion of matter and space. Celestial bodies, frozen mid-destruction, implode as the outer boundaries of the realm surrender to the void.

A silent pulse of energy emanates outward—not physical but metaphysical—washing over the battlefield of fallen divinities. The energy does not consume or change the physical remnants; instead, it weaves between them, connecting each fragment of divine corpse, each droplet of immortal ichor, each shard of celestial armor into an invisible web.

The lattice tightens, drawing everything closer, concentrating the power and essence of the once-vast realm into a fraction of its former size. The frozen battlefield compresses, bringing all its suspended combatants closer together, crowding the space around the heart like spectators to a cosmic miracle.

With one final, reality-shattering contraction, the heart unleashes a wave of pure divine will. The wave collides with the newly formed boundary, transforming the lattice into a solid barrier of iridescent energy that pulses with the heart's rhythm. The realm, now impossibly dense with celestial matter and frozen in a single moment of cosmic violence, seals itself against the void.

The dragon's jaws, still clenched around the heart, now gleam with veins of light that spread through its charred form. The heart settles into a steady rhythm once more, having completed its transformation from mere survivor to the anchor of a realm reborn.

Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump... Thump-Thump...

Chapter 16: Old Ōmukade Player.

Chapter Text

I can still remember the age that most today call the age of monsters, even after so many years remembering that pre-alpha time sets my heart alight.

It was a time of endless combat, the weirdest builds we, the play testers, could think of vs the strongest builds we could conceive of.

Violence without end - thousands of monsters as combatants - we were even allowed to take control of the ones we made.

Our first characters.

So it's with mixed feelings that I look upon a recreation of a monster from that time, one I recognize–and the developers are trying to use it to end the game.

Vhorax, the dragon of nothing, was a favorite creation of one of my friends. They tried so hard to make a build that could survive the age of nothing, if I remember right it was something of a competition between the two of us…

I can't remember if it survived the age of nothing, the alpha release, or not but the developers claim it survived and now wants to return the realm to nothing.

Vhorax and six other monsters from the Monster Age, actually, but Vhorax is the one I'm taking on. I won't have the time to stop the others.

The other Monster Age monsters are being confronted by other players, though I don't have much hope for them.

Even a character made in the Primordial age would have problems fighting a monster from the Monster Age, and there's only four players left from that time.

Even though equipment and technology have pushed power levels higher in the Age of Heroes, that doesn't completely make up for over a hundred real years of stat growth and skill levels.

It's a real shame that the developers were smart and spread out all the hostile Monster Age monsters, if they were all together I would have had a chance to kill them all.

I let out a sigh as I activate all of my charge skills.
