Prologue
Disclaimer - (Cause fanfiction is tricky ground and I hope not to offend the creator of the original story and get sued)
This is a fanfiction, a work of fiction. It is an unofficial, non-canon alternate story based on Keitaro Takahashi's story "Jormungand". Most of the media - such as the images and video's used in this fanfiction - are from the world wide web. Thus, most of them aren't mine (because I really, really can't draw) unless mentioned. To fit the story, images are also edited by a photo editor, hair colour changer, or other several apps or programs. So they aren't mine, just edited.
Have you ever written something from the back of your head, and then realize oh sh** these were someone else's words. Yeah, that just happened to my disclaimer no less. Yeah, that just happened to me. Anyway, like 40% of this disclaimer belongs to KairuSui from quotev

P.s. I also ask that you do not copy my work and publish it onto any other website (I jump around on a lot of fanfiction websites...) "Don't you get it! I wanna leave because I'm tired of an on and off relationship where you don't even have the time for me!" Athena screamed at him.
Kasper slammed both of his palms against the wall, caging her against it. "I've known you since you were three. Do you really think I can't tell when you're lying to me?" With that he leaned in for a kiss, only for Athena to cup a shaking hand against his mouth, pushing him back.
Despite the fact her body was shaking like a leaf, Athena resisted the urge to cry, and pushed onward, pretending as if she hadn't heard Kasper call her out on her bluff. "It's been a pleasure working under you Kasper."
"Hey-"
"But I'm afraid it's time for me to leave. I've already put in a transfer application to HCLI, and it has been approved. I have been transferred to Koko's unit. Tomorrow I will be on a plane to Europe. Goodbye... Kasper..."
"There's nothing wrong with apologising. You've both made mistakes in this relationship. And the only way you can fix them now is if you admit that both of you were wrong." My father said.
My mother nodded. She sat down next to my and wrapped an arm around my shoulder, pulling me close. "He's right you know my little Kot. It may not come now. But there will be a time where you will need to decide what you value the most in life. Money? Power? Pride? Or perhaps love? I can't say for certain what you'll choose. But once you go down that route, there will be no. Coming. Back."
"I have no idea what happened between the two of you." Koko said, coming up to stand next to me. "But I do have something to ask of you. He may be my brother. But you are my friend, and we practically grew up as sisters. So don't make me choose a side. It'll be a real pain in my a**."
Her last little bit may have come off as a joke, but I know that she was completely serious. I guess this is pretty selfish of me. I'm making them all go through this, with only a half a**ed excuse that they can all see through, as my reasoning.
"Athena!" Koko called over her shoulder, "I don't care which one of you does it. But one of you does need to take the first step and talk about what's happening."
As I door slammed behind her, a single tear fell from my eyes and slammed onto the back of my hand that an iron tight hold on the ship's railing.
It honestly isn't his fault.
Kasper's taken several steps to try and get me to talk. But I'm the one being a stubborn idiot.
"I'm so sorry Kasper... But I'm doing this all for you..."
Too bad for me though.
