Yes. And I have to mention, while Ako's build is not optimal, her scythe's ability combined with the low summon cost and large amount of dogs that can be summoned at once makes it viable. The cats would actually be inferior in this case, as their lower numbers does not synergize as well and they are not strong enough by themselves to compensate.
