Your college finally went on break; honestly, you’re exhausted and lonely. Your parents have always controlled your lifestyle ever since they found out your IQ was so high, you never had time to make friends or go to a normal school as your parents homeschooled you till you were 13 now you’re barely 17 and you're at your senior level. You look at the first invention you ever made successfully, It was a simple mask that copied your facial expressions the only special thing about it was the voice changer and the fans in it, you hadn't touched it in a year but you know it was still intact so you took it and put it on feeling the warm breeze on your face.

You were reading a book to help you learn french better when the sound of the tv caught your attention. The television was playing some weird telenovela that you didn't want to watch right now until an advertisement was displayed on the screen. “Total drama island, huh?” You didn't need the money but you could stand to actually go out and meet people for once, surely your parents wouldn’t mind right? Wrong, you had to make up some lame ass excuse on how you could study humans better if you actually met people and had to beg a lot. It worked though so here you are in front of a camera trying to plan out a good audition to let you into the show.

*Bzzt* 

You were seen standing in your room with your mask on “ Good day Mr. Mclean, My name is Everest and this is my audition for why I should be chosen for the reality tv show: Total Drama Island. First of all, I am extremely intelligent, this mask was made by me” pointing to the item on your face “I can also be extremely manipulative due to my intelligence, I am well known in Ontario too so getting such a popular face on your show would be good for ratings, I am very strong as well as tech-savvy. I hope to be put on the show as I do not get out much and it would be a great time to do so”

*Bzzt*

You end the tape and send it over to the producers, now you can only wait.

A week later 

About a week has passed and you still have not gotten a response, you're thinking of asking your father to bargain for them to let you in when you hear a ding from your phone, checking your email you see thousands of unchecked notifications but one catches your eye ‘You've been chosen!’ it previewed, not wanting to get your hopes up too high you open the email

‘Dear miss Everest, Congrats you've been chosen as a contestant for the upcoming reality tv show Total Drama Island. You are to head to the On The Water dock at 8 AM this Friday to get picked up by our private ship which would take to you the island.

You knew it would be a matter of time, now to pack all I need for the show and make arrangements with Chris McLean.

Getting to the dock with your parents, you see the boat heading towards you and turn to your parents, “Mother, Father thank you for giving me the opportunity to do this” you say slightly bowing to show your respect.

Your mother nodded at you “You are welcome Eve, bring back good results, don't let us down or we won't let you do something like this again” your father said or more or less warned you.

The boat finally docked and you climbed aboard, watching as the silhouettes of your parents became smaller until you couldn’t see them anymore before turning around to watch the ocean wondering what precisely this show had in store for you

You’re deep in thought when someone taps you to tell you that you are close, and you stand up to see what seems to be a summer camp ‘of course, it seemed too good to be true anyway’. You arrive and get off the boat.

“Everest!, How are you?” asked Chris “I'm alright, a bit bummed about being scammed” you respond.

“Hey what’s with the mask? Self-conscious of your looks or something?” asked a punk with dyed green hair

“Dunno, what with the piercings? Rebelling against your parents or something” you respond snarkily

“Fiesty, I like that in a woman” you nearly threw up right there and then, what a disgusting mindset to have.

You walked towards a jock-looking guy and ignored the world around you until you heard music in the background. “Where’s that coming from?” yet no one heard you because they were all staring at some model that just dropped by

“This is Justin. Welcome to total drama Island” Chris said enthusiastically before telling him that he was picked based on his looks alone though Justin didn't seem to mind this fact.

‘Interesting, his eyes are oddly beautiful but he is quite handsome’. Just then a ginger-haired girl hitting her head on the docks broke you out of your train of thought.

You were about to go check on her yourselves when someone else beats you to it, you believe you heard her name being “Courtney” but you could always ask later.

“that felt… So… Good! Except for hitting my chin. This is a summer camp? That is so cool. Do you have paper Mache here? Are we having lunch soon?” she says like she hadn't just suffered a major fall but then again maybe she had a concussion from the fall.

The last contestant climbed on the dock and everyone stared in tension. In front of them was a platinum blonde, blue-eyed lady, she looked to be an estimated 6”3 in height, wore a black turtleneck and blue jeans with a very stern look on her face.

“Everyone, meet Anastasia” Chris introduced her excitedly “And you're a teen?” you heard someone ask, surprisingly she replied “Da, I am” in a calm voice.

“First things first! We need a group photo for the promos. Everyone at the end of the dock!” Chris said.

You could hear the dock creaking ever so slightly the more people walked on it, so you decided to not go anywhere near the edge and stood near a pretty blonde girl with Anastasia right behind you.

“Okay! One, two, three. Oops. Okay, forgot the lens cap! Okay, hold that pose! One! Two– oh. No, wait. Card’s full. Hang on” Chris kept on stalling.

The African girl next to you complained about how long it was taking “Okay everyone say ‘Wawanakwa!’” Chris said before the dock broke, Luckily you jump off before it did and it seemed you grabbed someone while jumping, Looking you see it was the blonde girl you were standing next to.

“Thanks! Umm” she said clearly asking for your name “Everest and you're welcome” you responded with a slight smile “I’m Lindsay, nice to meet you, Eden!” that wasn’t your name but you didn’t bother correcting her.

You heard Chris telling everyone to dry off and meet him at camp so you decided to go with your new acquaintance, you found out she likes fashion a lot, you weren’t too keen on the subject so decided to listen and learn new information from her before you reached your destination.

There were a few stumps but not enough for everyone so some stood, Then Chris began speaking “This… is camp Wawanakwa, your home for the next eight weeks. The campers sitting around you will be your cabinmates, your competition, and maybe even your friends. Ya dig? The camper who manages to stay on Total Drama Island the longest without getting voted off will win $100,000!”

everyone seemed to glow at the idea of having 100k at 16 then the delinquent made a comment about bunking next to a girl that gave off the same energy as Anastasia.

said girl looked startled at the idea and said, “They’re no co-ed, are they?” Chris quickly disposed of the idea by telling them that cabins were separated by gender.

'Well ****, guess I'm in the girl's cabin then’.

"Excuse me, Kyle? Can I have a cabin with the lake view since I’m the prettiest?” Lindsay said and looking by the expression on her face, you could tell she was serious

 ‘How odd, she seems to be below the average IQ when it comes to simple things, poor thing can't even remember peoples’ names’ you thought actually pitying the bimbo ‘well at least she’s attractive’

you then tuned out the world around you to think of how you would play, your parents won't watch the show but they’ll certainly be keeping up with everything you’re doing so you’d have to at least make the merge if you wanted to do this again.

You tuned back into real life just in time to hear Chris calling the teams “Here’s the deal. We’re gonna split you into two teams. If I call your name out, go stand over there. Gwen. Trent. Heather. Cody. Lindsay. Beth. Katie. Owen. Everest. Leshawna. Justin. And… Noah. From this moment on, you are officially known as… The Screaming Gophers!”

he tossed a banner towards Owen who started screaming about being a gopher “The rest of you over here. Geoff. Bridgette. DJ. Tyler. Sadie. Izzy. Anastasia. Courtney. Ezekiel. Duncan. Eva. And… Harold! Move, move, move, move!” He ordered, you heard one of the “twins” complain about them being on separate teams.

How annoying. ”You guys will officially be known as… The Killer Bass!” Chris tossed Harold a banner with a fish logo on it.

“All right, campers. You and your team will be on camera in all public areas during this competition.”

Confessional

“This is going to be an odd experience but I will make mother and father proud”

“All right. Any questions? Cool. Let’s find your cabins.” Chris said not letting anyone ask anything before leading us to the cabins.

“Gophers, you’re in the east cabins. Bass, you’re in the west.” Chris told us as we all went to our cabins, you went inside with Lindsay and spoke to her a bit before deciding to bunk under her, walking out of the cabin to see Lindsay crying before deciding not to talk about it and looking around for something to do.

What do you do to pass the time?

‘It would be better to finally add a lie detector to my mask, Lindsay should be fine plus I could always check on her later’. You walked into the cabin and grabbed some stuff before leaving for a random part of the island, making sure to memorize your path so you don't get lost. You lay all you needed on the ground before removing your mask and allowing your face to finally feel the breeze. 

Just as you were about to finish you heard a gasp turning around to see who decided to follow the small girl into the woods yet you saw no one, you knew better than to assume it was the wind so you finished up fast and then wore your mask and rushed back to camp.

Just in time too cause it seemed everyone was heading to the cafeteria,

“where were you, masky?” you turned to see the delinquent looking at you “None of your business delinquent” you answered before rushing to the hall.

Getting there you saw someone you assumed to be the chef. “ Listen up! I serve it three times a day And you will eat it three times a day! Grab your tray, get your food, and sit your butts down now!” you heard the two nerds complain about their diet before he quickly shut them up by scaring them

 ‘this will be fun.’ When it got to your turn, you bowed your head slightly and said “Thank you for the meal, Sir”

The chef seemed surprised but he did say you're welcome. After getting your food, you realized you hadn’t tested the new upgrade on your mask so you looked to the closest person next to you which coincidentally happened to be Lindsay.

 “Hey Linds, you doing alright?” You asked and she turned to you smiling while saying

 “Yeah but there was this huge bug in the cabin that freaked everybody out. Thankfully donna killed it, Twilight helped too!”

Your mask scanned her face and determined she was telling the truth.

“...Wait do you mean Duncan and Tyler?” you asked her but before she could respond a meat cleaver wisped behind your head and almost hit Geoff

‘ holy hell! what did he do?’ you heard him saying something about the food being good before realizing he must have insulted the chef’s cooking.

“Your first challenge begins… In one hour!” you heard Chris say and say others conspiring about what the challenge could be.

“What do you think they’ll make us do?” Katie said looking worried. “It’s our first challenge. How hard can it be?” You heard the big jock basically jinx the whole cast.

All of us are then seen standing on a hill with our swimsuits on. “Oh.Sh*t”. “I did NOT sign up for death."

Chapter Text

Standing at the edge of a high cliff was not how you expected your day to go.

“Okay, today’s challenge is three-fold. Your first task is to jump off this one-thousand-foot-high cliff, into the lake.” Chris explains ‘seems easy enough’ you hear the surfer girl say the same thing as your thoughts,

“ If you look down, you will see two target areas. The wider part area represents the part of the lake that we have stocked with psychotic, haha, man-eating sharks. Inside that area is a safe zone. That’s your target area. Which, we’re pretty sure, is shark free.” Chris explains more ‘well that makes more sense’.

"Excuse me?" Leshawna exclaims in shock but goes ignored.

” For each member of your team that jumps and actually…survives, there will be a crate of supplies waiting below. Inside each crate are supplies that you’ll need for the second part of the challenge. Building a hot tub. The team with the best one gets to have a wicked hot tub party tonight. The losers will be sending someone home.”

‘well fuck, is this even legal?’

The killer bass are up first and at first, it seems no one wants to jump reasonably, then Bridgette jumps off and lands in the safe zone.

‘Impressive’

Before anyone else can jump off, you hear the fake twins start crying again and you think it's getting to Chris. “I'm not jumping without Sadie!” Katie says and you quickly come up with a plan

‘I could volunteer myself to switch teams, it's clear their constant whining is making Chris annoyed and, to be honest, it's making me annoyed too. Then again I could volunteer someone else for the switch, someone like Tyler or someone from the other team like Ezekiel would come over to the team with ease plus it would be doing both Tyler and Lindsay a big favor.'

'I could also volunteer someone strong like Duncan or Anastasia considering how Duncan was flirting with me and heather before I doubt he would mind but Anastasia is clearly stronger than Duncan and her movement and actions show that she’s more strict as well.'

'I'd be taking a risk by picking her as I could get on her bad side or good depending on how this goes, I have never spoken to her before. Then again I could tell both of the twins to shut up so we can get on with the challenge or just not do anything and see how this goes’

'Tyler would be the most logical sense, He does look quite athletic, plus you’re sure Lindsay would be glad to have her romantic interest on the same team as her.'You walk up to Chris and tap him on the shoulder.

"Chris, if I may? could I offer someone on the other team for the swap?" Chris looked at you skeptically

 "And just who may that be?" he asked.

"Tyler, if he and you are okay with it, it would stop the twins from whining all the time plus Lindsay and Tyler seem to be budding a romance which would be great for ratings"

At the sound of ratings, Chris seemed to forget all his doubt and told Tyler that he is now on the screaming gophers, he didn't seem to mind to much and stood near Lindsay.

You watched as everyone on the killer bass jumped off the cliff, wincing when Harold landed on his crotch region.

"Excuse me, Chris. I have a medical condition." Courtney said with assertiveness

 "What condition?" Chris asks her slightly amused

 "A condition that prevents me from jumping off cliffs." Courtney replied,

"Yeah, it's called Sanity and your gonna lose it at the end of the show regardless so jump." You heard Anastasia say to Courtney and she looked pissed, to say the least.

"It’s a calculated risk. I’ve seen the other team, and I don’t think nine of them will jump." Courtney tried to reason. Key word. Tried. Cause that didn't calm Ana down in the slightest 

"You're going off of looks? and you expect me to believe that your calculations are correct?? What are you? A god???, Have you seen OUR team?!? We look like a bunch of B*itches compared to the others yet almost everyone jumped! Thats it!"

you expected a slap maybe even a punch in the face, what you didn't expect was for Ana to throw Courtney over her shoulder and jump off, you swore you could hear Courtney saying something about her lawyers. 

You looked back to your team and waited for someone to go first when suddenly Heather starts speaking“I’m sorry, there is no way I’m doing this.”

Beth asked what everyone was thinking “Why not?”

“Hello, national TV? I’ll get my hair wet!”.

“If she’s not doing it, I’m not doing it!” Lindsay said smiling at heather.

Suddenly Leshawna walks towards heather “Oh you’re doing it.” then a small argument started in which you blocked the rest out because there was a semi-racist line directed at Leshawna.

Only tuning back in when you see Leshawna throwing heather off the cliff. ‘See now the real question is how many people are gonna get thrown off of cliffs in this show?’.

“I thought this was going to be a talent contest!” Lindsay said scared

 “I’ll jump with you Linds” you offered

“Aww thanks, Eva!” you just sighed and jumped off with her screaming all the way down,

Luckily you both made it into the safe zone and climbed onto chef’s boat. Once you and Lindsay got to shore, you decided to sit on the beach since your team would either tie or lose.

You were laying down and staring at the sky when someone interrupted your peaceful alone.

You sigh frustrated you really didn’t want to interact with anyone else yet “What do you want heather?” said girl only smiled and sat down next to you

 “Me? Oh, I just wanted to talk to you! You seem much more interesting than the others here” You looked at her and scanned her, surprisingly she wasn’t lying so you decided to keep speaking to her

 “How so?” you asked

“Well apart from your mask, I saw how you easily convinced Chris to swap Katie and Tyler. You clearly knew how close Lindsay was getting to him and used it as a way to have a favor with both of them. I want us to be friends if you want of course” She offered and you thought about it

 There was something off about this girl that you could not place your finger on, your mask couldn’t seem to find it either so against your better judgment you agreed.

“Great watch out for the wave by the way” she stood up and left before you could question her.

Suddenly you’re swept by a huge wave, you’re guessing Owen jumped. You feel a hand pull you up, looking to thank your ‘savior’ only to frown when you see the green-haired delinquent that has been bothering you since you arrived,

you pull your hand away from him and mumble a small “thank you” before leaving to your team.

Although it was a tie and both teams had to push your team somehow got there first, “Remember, you guys can only use your teeth to open the crates. I came up with that one.”

Chris tells you before leaving probably to find the other team.

Izzy manages to get hers open and you convinced her to help you open yours too.

“Hey, check it out! I got wood!” Owen yells

 “I’ve got some tools here, and what looks like a pool liner.” Trent replies.

The others get to building the tub and you spot Lindsay with Heather, something doesn't sit right with you so you ask Tyler to go help Lindsay, Heather did not look impressed.

The other team arrives after 20 minutes incomplete “Finally” Harold said,

“Aren’t you missing a couple of white girls?” Leshawna asked

“Yeah, where are those oompa loompas anyway?” you agreed with her

“They’re getting a drink.” Courtney said though you didn’t need your mask to see she was lying.

“Ooh, what happened to your eye, girl?” Leshawna asked looking at the swelling eye

 “Nothing! Just allergies” Courtney replied defensively

 “It looks like a mosquito bite, I have an ointment for bites like that if you want?” You say inspecting the eye “Really? Sure!” she seemed shocked that you offered to help.

Both hot tubs are done and one looks significantly better than the other.well you know your team is going to win so you might as well head back into the cabin. When you got to your bunk you see a piece of paper folded under your pillow .’Huh, that’s odd’. You unfold it and read

 ‘Hey you might not know me now but I promise you will in due time, I never meant to catch you in the forest but I’m glad I did. And I thought Justin was the only hot person here. I don’t know why you hide your face, it wouldn’t be a stretch to say you’re the hottest girl on the island. Ps, I left you a little something under the bed xoxo <3’

You look under the bed to see a bundle of flowers, some of which are dying ‘Creepy’ You grab the flowers and throw them outside ‘I don’t want to deal with this right now’. You grab the ointment for Courtney and head outside.

You see your team partying in the hot tub and the other team looking down, Dj isn’t with them

 ‘I mean it makes sense he’s the only one that didn’t jump’ you spot Courtney speaking to the camera, and walk over to her

 “...tition, and no one is gonna stop me!”

“Hey Courtney, here’s the ointment just rub it over the bite itself and the swelling should reduce in two hours or so,” You say giving her the ointment “Oh! Thanks” And she leaves

Alternate Outcomes:

‘Make your character:’ 

This was pretty simple, you create your character, had you been AMAB the new character would’ve been a male

‘What do you do?:’

Going to find Lindsay would’ve earned you points with her, Additionally, you’d be there to stop the whole cockroach situation, saving Gwen's bed and Lindsay. Earning you a point from both Gwen and Lindsay

As you saw Upgrading your mask gives you a new power-up, Lie detector and also unlocked the secret admirer path

Walking around wouldn’t do much for you to be honest, at most you’d find an odd doll and figure out that civilization is on the other side of the island

Talking with two people would increase the affinity of whoever you spoke with

‘What do you do?’

Volunteering either yourself or someone else gives affinity points to Everest from both Sadie and Katie but if you volunteered yourself you’d have a decrease in affinity with everyone on your team

Volunteering Duncan would’ve given a +2 affinity boost meaning you’d have to deal with Duncan thinking you like him

Volunteering Ezekiel would give a +1 affinity boost though Ezekiel would avoid you until the end of the episode 

Volunteering Anastasia would give -1 affinity and she would have a small dislike towards Everest

Volunteering Tyler leads to a +1 from both Tyler and Lindsay, if you went to comfort Lindsay at the stage it would be easier to get her away from Heather

Telling the twins to shut up would lead to a decrease in affinity with both Sadie and Katie although your team would respect you a bit more for taking control of the situation

Doing nothing allows canon to go as it is

Relationships:

Lindsay: She thinks you’re great, she doesn’t understand most of the things you tell her but you got Tyler on the team for her 

Tyler: Tyler owes you one. Not really but he likes you for helping him with Lindsay

Katie and Sadie: You got them on the same team. They think you’re nice

The Screaming Gophers: They are so glad you stopped Katie and Sadie’s whining but most of them don't have an opinion of you

Heather: Heather thinks you’re useful.

The killer bass: Apart from Courtney, They don't really have an opinion of you, They are glad you helped with the twins' situation tho 

Courtney: She’s suspicious of you but thankful for the ointment none the less

???: They honestly might have fallen in love when they saw your face in the forest

(THESE RELATIONSHIPS ARE STRICTLY PLATONIC)

Chris: He likes the way you think! 

Chef: You’re the only competitor that thanked him for the food without complaining, he thinks you’re okay

Although it's the first two episodes, Everest has managed to capture the audience's attention with her appearance. Her not only helping the twins but Lindsay and Tyler makes the audience think she might just be the main hero

 Last time on Total Drama Island… Twenty-four campers arrived and learned that they’ll be spending the next eight weeks at a crusty old summer camp. The campers were faced with their first challenge, jumping off a cliff into shark-infested waters. And while most campers took the plunge, a few were forced to wear the dreaded chicken hat. At the campfire ceremony, it all came down to two campers. Courtney has experience as a C.I.T. in summer camp but refused to jump until Anastasia showed her that she doesn’t lose easily. In the end, the first camper voted off Total Drama Island was DJ, proving that looks really don't mean everything. Who will be voted off this week in the most dramatic campfire ceremony yet? Find out tonight on Total. Drama. Island!

You wake up earlier than the others and then quickly grab your bag and head to the confessional.

See, ever since you had your father call Chris to make some arrangements, he agreed to let you bring one piece of technology apart from your mask. It was a difficult decision but you decided to bring a small flash drive.

Why? Well, although you’ve never seen an actual reality TV show or TV shows in general, you knew there’d be cameras everywhere and the chances of the cameras having a port for flash drives were 70% at least, you had the upper hand and it would be foolish not to take the opportunity, Thank God your mask has the port as well.

Once you enter the confessional, you quickly go to a spot where the camera wouldn’t be able to spot you, you didn’t need Chris finding out about this one although you doubt he’d do anything.

You search for the USB port and stick your flash drive inside. Hopefully, with this, you’d be able to see the other confessionals, you don’t plan to abuse it just in a situation where the chances of you leaving are high, and maybe to dig up some secrets if it benefits your gameplay.

It’s not like you came for the money anyway, you have more than enough at home but you do want to make your parents proud, and going home early would not do that.

As you walk back to your cabin you catch Anastasia doing push-ups in her gym wear, you want to approach her but decide not to so she doesn’t ask why you were up so early.

Also just realizing that you left your mask on your pillow by accident, Now you were really glad no one else is awake. You quickly climb back in your bunk careful not to wake Izzy up, wear your mask and try to doze back to sleep.

Alas, your sleep was disrupted by a loud horn waking everyone up.’Of Course…’ You hear Leshawna hit her head before yelling at the noise

“Ow! It’s seven in the morning! Do I look like a farmer to you?” You sigh and get down from your bunk to get ready and go outside.

Everyone arrives outside standing in front of Chris “Morning! Hope you slept well.” you could see the smirk on his face.

“ Hi, Chris. You look really buff in those shorts.” Heather tries to butter him up and you feel disgusted 'suck up'

 “I know. Okay. I hope you’re all ready because your next challenge begins in exactly one minute.”

Owen complains about breakfast and you can't help but agree with him

“Oh, you’ll get breakfast, Owen. Right after you complete your twenty kilometers run around the lake!” Chris says before Eva tries to commit manslaughter and get a life sentence.

you see Anastasia walk up to her and whisper something in her ear that makes her calm down. ‘Huh so they’re close, that could be useful’

 You hear Chris start the countdown and think strategy

 ‘It’s a bit suspicious that we’re going from diving into shark infested waters to a race while it is possible Chris may be giving us a break its extremely unlikely, This is most likely a way to get us tired and to lose energy for something greater.'

He didn’t necessarily say anything about running neither did he say first team to make it wins the challenge if this even is the challenge anyway. You have to plan this carefully, you could tell some people on the team about your theory and walk but it would risk you getting voted out if you were wrong, you could also run like some people'

'it would waste a lot of energy but if your theory was wrong you wouldn’t have to worry about getting voted out, the last thing you could do is jog at a light pace it would waste some energy not as much as running plus some people on the team are obviously way slower than you meaning you won’t get last place. I need to decide carefully’

‘No reason to keep this information to myself, I should tell some of my teammates’ You found your legs moving toward Heather automatically.

the black-haired girl acknowledged you and asked if you like to run with her “Hey Eve, we should totally walk together! Y’know get to know each other and all?” you didn’t need your mask to tell she wanted to do more than getting to know each other.

“Umm, actually Heather I came to warn you about the challenge” That got the smile off her face quickly

 “Go ahead” Before you could you saw Gwen and Trent walking together and decided to call them over, coincidentally bringing Leshawna along

“What’s going on? You guys are way behind,” Trent said, you’d call more people over but that’s when you noticed almost everyone had already left.

 “I think the race is a trap” you explained

 “What do you mean a trap?” Gwen asked confused

“I mean a disguise for something bigger, don’t you think it's weird how we went from jumping into shark-infested waters to racing to the dining hall? And Chris never explicitly said the first team to reach the dining hall wins, he just said we had to get there” They all stare at you shocked

 “You have a good point but what if your theory is wrong?” Heather asked suspiciously but you just shrug

“Then Chris is a bad show host for explaining wrong, it's okay girl I believe you!” Leshawna quickly backs you up with Trent and Gwen agreeing.

You looked at Heather expecting her to agree too but she instead walked passed you all without saying anything.

You were currently walking with Leshawna with Trent and Gwen behind you in their own world, you were talking with Leshawna about your home lives and you can say you learnt a bit about her

“Wait your parents did what?!? Is that even legal?” Leshawna looked at you shocked

 “Technically yes but it’s still morally wrong, I’m glad my intelligence saved me” She looked worried

“Aren’t they gonna watch the show? Their only child is on it, surely they must be proud that you made unto international TV” you couldn’t help but laugh at the idea of your parents watching reality TV

 “Hell no! Are you kidding? They’d have a bigger chance of watching erotic movies than some reality TV show that just came out. It would be nice to know I had their support though” You spotted the dining hall and told your small friend group

 “Hey look, there are the dining hall guys!” Once you guys made it, you were surprisingly not the last one in. Just a few seconds after you made it, Harold came it panting. 

Courtney started to berate Harold for being slow making your team cheer that they won the challenge,

you could see Heather smirking at you until Chris said “Whoa there! Hold your horses, guys. That wasn’t the challenge!” You smiled ‘knew it’.

Chris then unveils a bunch of food on the table which somehow no one noticed until now.

*Confessional*

“There’s no way I'm betraying my diet just because I'm on some TV show, my parents would kill me! Plus all the food there was sleep-inducing! Something’s up”

*End*

You decided to eat a little bit and grab an apple for later and go back to your cabin to grab some books to read before everyone else was done.

When you got there you saw a note on your bunk and opened it.

  ‘Hey, me again. Did you like the flowers I gave you? They were daisies if you couldn’t tell. I want to meet you, though you might not want to meet me if you do, come out to the back of the cabin’

You looked through the window to see brown hair. Or was it black? you couldn’t tell from a distance; if you went closer, the person would probably see you.

You thought about the advantages of seeing your ‘admirer’ but ultimately decided not to go since you’re sure everyone must be done eating by now.

You quickly grabbed your books and the apple and headed back to the dining hall, only to find everyone groaning in pain, most likely from overeating.

“Okay, campers! Time for part two of your challenge!” Chris yelled through a megaphone.

You hear Gwen, Owen, and Heather voice out their complaints before Chris tells you all that the next challenge was to stay awake for as long as possible with the final person winning.

'Thank Christ I only ate a little, I'm glad I brought this apple too, it would be pretty boring staying by myself I should probably stay within a group but I don’t really know if I want to start a conversation with half the people here

'I never really spoke to Trent or Gwen, well I never spoke to anyone other than Lindsay and Leshawna…Well regardless they seemed to be close when we walked together, might as well get to know people on my team better'

You walked towards the both of them who were already engrossed in a conversation.

"Hey guys, mind if we hang out? It'll keep us awake" You said unintentionally butting into their conversation but they didn't seem to mind.

Trent smiled at you and replied "Sure and thanks for the whole trap thing by the way, we'd probably be a lot more tired if it wasn't for you!" Gwen nodded in agreement and pointed out

 "I didn't see you in the hall? Where did you go? Weren't you hungry?" You all sat down on the ground.

You pulled out your books and the apple you got from the hall and answered "oh I went into the cabins to get books to distract me from falling asleep, someone keeps leaving me notes telling me they like me or something, it's creepy" You took a bite out of the apple and looked up to see Gwen smirking at Trent who looked at someone... 'huh'

You blinked and raised an eyebrow "what?" You asked suspiciously

"Nothing! So what books are you planning to read?" Trent changed the subject.

Seeing as he didn't seem to want to talk about it, you left it alone

 "It's mostly books that have gotten movie adaptations since my parents don't give me enough screen time for a movie" You show both of the them your copy of "IT", "The shining" and "Forrest Gump" and take another bite of your Apple. 

"Wait so you've never seen an actual movie? Just the books?" Gwen asked,

You nodded and explained "My parents said that there's no reason for me to watch fictional movies as the quote on quote "Lack any information on the real world" so I just never did, it's not like they'd let me anyway, It took a while to get the books" Gwen and Trent looked at you shocked then pity then confusion

 "How'd you find out about the show then?" Gwen asked

"Oh! I was researching for my university assignment, I'm almost done and saw an online advertisement for some reality tv show and curiosity got the best of me so….what?" you looked at the two people in front of you that basically had their mouths open

"Did you just say university? As in College? Wait, how old are you?" Trent asked.

"Yeah…I'm in my last semester and I'm Seventeen like most people here…seriously why are you guys looking at me like that?" You deadpanned before Gwen yelled in shock

 "WAIT WHAT?!?" You stared at her confused,

'what did I say wrong?' Trent seemed to notice your confusion and tried to explain the reason for their shock

"Being in your last semester at seventeen is kind of shocking but it's cool you must be super smart, although I don't know why we're surprised your mask is proof of it! You made it right?" They both looked curious about your intelligence now and although it was a new experience you weren't gonna lie, it made you proud yet uncomfortable at the same time. 

The three of you spoke until Chris said that it has been twelve hours, everyone was still awake,

Owen was celebrating how easy it was "Owen's gonna fall asleep in three, two, one" He landed on the floor asleep

"How did you know that?" Gwen asked, smiling

 "His movements were getting sluggish." You shrugged

"This is the most boring thing I've ever done in my life" Gwen complained

 "It could be worse" Trent said amused

 "How?"

"You could be stuck without us to talk to!" You answered.

Trent turned to look at you "Okay I know you said your mask shuts off when you sleep but are you even tired? Even just a little bit?" You looked at Trent and shrugged

"Twelve hours is nothing for me, I've stayed awake for two whole days before!" He frowned

"That isn't healthy, you know that right?" You ignored his question and looked over to Lindsay doing a handstand.

Normally you wouldn't care after Beth joined her but when Heather called both of them over you got suspicious 'What the hell is she planning?'

Realizing how you haven't taken the chance to see Eva drop her mp3 player but Heather picks it up and hides it in her pocket, behind her, you see Anastasia glaring?

Actually no she looked more possessed than anything…you didn't wanna look anymore so you turned to the other direction to see Justin with paint on his eyes….

'Wait what?' Gwen and Trent seemed engrossed in their conversation but you couldn't shake the feeling that to stand up and do something

‘As much as Heather has pissed me off today, It shouldn’t matter what she’s doing if it doesn’t affect the team, I have to admit she does give me bad vibes though…'

'I should warn Lindsay when I get the chance. Whatever the pretty boy is doing I want no part of that, I might as well continue talking with Gwen and Trent’

*Confessional*

“Okay, so Heather’s being odd.. but I'm not going to pay attention to it, she already seemed annoyed at the fact that I figured out Chris’s plan before her."

"Talking to Gwen and Trent is nice but I can’t help but feel like I’m interrupting something intimate.. third wheel much?” You deadpan at the camera before a memory returned to you"

 “Oh yeah my flash drive! Now I can see what Heather’s really up to” You checked if it was still in its original position and left the confessional

While Gwen and Trent converse, you read your books, you get so engrossed in your book you basically jump when Chris announces that a whole day has passed.

“Congratulations, campers! You’ve made it to the twenty-four-hour mark. Time to take things up a notch! Fairy tales!” He brings out a bunch of fairytale books while Chef comes out in an embarrassingly ridiculous outfit,

Chris begins reading while Chef sprinkles around some magic powder that gets everyone yawning

‘Glad my mask is basically a gas mask’ You dropped your books and Listened intently on Chris’s story.

*Confessional*

“What? It's not my fault my parents never read me fairytales! Plus I’m invested to see if the dragon kills the town's Princess. Its good writing for a children's book”  You shrug off the fact that you clearly have parental issues

You notice Courtney running in a circle ‘Boring and stupid. That will make her more tired, whatever not my problem.’

Almost everyone’s asleep, you turn to Trent and Gwen who still seem to be in their own world until Gwen realizes they’ve unintentionally been ignoring you and apologizes.

You all talk together till a very naked Owen walks by removing any ounce of sleep from your body

“How to unsee what we’ve just seen”

“I think its best we don’t talk about it”

You’re teaching them about the stars “Where’s the Little Dipper again?”

Trent asks “See the Big Dipper? Follow the handle to that bright star, the pole star. And it’s right there” Gwen replies pointing at the stars and for the first time since the challenge started you let out a very verbal yawn making the two look at you in shock

 “You’re finally starting to feel tired?” Gwen asks letting out a chuckle making the three of you laugh

“Hey... where’d Owen go?” You look to see the chubby bastard not in sight before shrugging

You, Gwen, and Trent are standing over Justin, to you it’s obvious he painted over his eyes, to them not so much.

They keep trying to get him to blink which is stupid because he’s on our team

‘ Seriously? How is this helping the team?’ Justin suddenly blinks revealing his disguise and Eva calls him out on it

‘Great we lost one..’ You groan annoyed and done with life already

You see Duncan attempting to prank Harold and Noah and Cody cuddling…

'Wait what?’

You walk over to the two and take a picture of Noah kissing Cody’s ear before waking them up resulting in both of them screaming and running away,

‘Hah funny, good blackmail too’

“I can be a bit of a jerk when I haven’t had enough sleep, but that’s normal!”

You, Trent, Gwen, Eva, Heather, Duncan, and Anastasia are the only ones left,

‘The scores are 4 to 3, how long is this gonna go on for…I need a book or anything to distract my brain’ You see Chris come back with a coffee cup and a book you recognize well

 “Oh no” you mutter as Chris tells everyone to go shower while the seven of us remain.

He starts reading the God-awful book called ‘The History of Canada’ and that’s when you decided to be an ass 

For every single error Chris would make, you’d audibly correct him stating how he should know this since he was born in that era. It was clearly pissing him off.

 A few more minutes passed and we lost a soldier when You heard a thud and saw Trent on the ground asleep and Gwen yelled a “Nooo”

Thankfully at the same time Anastasia seemed to have fallen asleep too, you were still in the lead.

Time passed and it was just you, Duncan, and Gwen when Chris came back “Time for a bathroom break! Any takers?”

Duncan left after threatening the Camera man and Gwen turned to you

 “If we don’t win this, at least we played strong” She smiled trying to brighten the situation but you were having none of it

 “As soon as the show ends, I’m kidnapping Chris, waterboarding him with boiling hot water and using his body parts for glass making” it was an empty threat of course but Gwen and Chris stilled stared at you in shock and a bit of fear

An intern comes back and says Duncan fell asleep in the toilet making the Screaming Gophers win. Gwen passes out and You follow.

Running would make you lose most of your energy, you would make it to the hall first and spot the food on the table before anyone else. You’d also fall asleep first

This one’s pretty self-explanatory but the only pair that wouldn’t let you hang with them would be Eva and Anastasia and Heather and Beth.

 Last time on Total Drama Island, the Screaming Gophers kicked butt in the Awake-A-Thon when Duncan toke a snooze on a can and the Killer Bass took their second loss in a row, harsh.

Heather orchestrated the first Total Drama Island alliance by convincing Lindsay and Beth to join forces with her... then pocketed Eva's MP3 player and sat back to watch the fireworks, nicely played, Heather, nicely played, even though Eva could have pretty much kicked anyone's butt here, in the end, it was her temper that got her on the block. which made Anastasia decide Courtney was her new punching bag, Ouch.

Katie and Sadie constant gossip became a huge problem in the team causing the Killer bass to eliminate Sadie. she became the second camper to rock the Boat of Losers.

Who will break the rules of their new alliance? Will Gwen and Everest be able to stay awake until the end of the episode? And who will take the next humiliating walk down the Dock of Shame? Stay tuned for the most dramatic campfire ceremony yet on Total...Drama...Island.

You woke up unsurprisingly early, although you still felt like crap, You were happy your team won twice in a row but you knew the winning streak could end as fast as it came.

You walked into the mess hall and sat next to your team who cheered for you. You slumped on the table hoping there would be no challenge today when Chris walks in.

You barely pay attention to anything he said until Harold walks in with a mustache like a boss, he looked stupid.

Geoff tells him about the drawing on his face and he picks up a spoon to see his reflection “Hey, sweet stache”

“Hey, everyone, it's Gwen!” Chris says as everyone claps for Gwen as she walks to sit next to you “You alright?” You asked her

 “Mm so tired, can’t feel my face” She moans out in complaint as you chuckle.

Heather begins to talk about alliance rules with Lindsay and Beth, You couldn’t help but listen in, It’s not like she was being discreet about it.

“So, let's go over the rules one more time, number one, I am the captain of this alliance, so I get to make the rules, number two…” She leads

 “Breaking the rules can get us kicked out of the alliance?” Lindsay answers

“ Yes number three, I’m allowed to take all of your stuff without permission but you can’t touch any of mine” Beth voices out her complaint about the last rule which Heather responds by threatening to kick them out of the alliance.

“Good wanna have some fun?” they both nod as Heather mocks the other team

“Hey, fish heads, way to kick out your strongest player, why don't you just give up now?” In response, Courtney fires a spoon of slop in Heather’s direction but it hits Gwen instead

 “You missed me”.

“You alright?” You check up on Gwen who nods thanking you.

“ Listen up, your next challenge begins in ten minutes, and be prepared to bring it. Listen up, your next challenge begins in ten minutes, and be prepared to bring it.” Chris announces before leaving. 

You all arrive at a Dodgeball court. Chris explains the challenge “Today's challenge is the classic game of dodgeball”

he holds up a dodgeball “The first rule of dodgeball is…”

“Do not talk about dodgeball?” Noah makes a fight club reference earning a chuckle out of Owen

"As I was saying, if you get with the ball…" the ball hits Courtney

"Ooh! Ow!"

"You're out."

"You can't do that!" Courtney complains throwing the ball back at Chris. 

"If you catch the ball, the floor gets sent out and the catcher gets to bring in another team member out on the court."

Noah makes another sarcastic comment "Throwing balls, gee, another mentally challenging test."

and Lindsay agrees thinking he was serious, warranting confused looks from both Noah and Owen. 

Chris passes Geoff a ball and asks him to throw it to him.

"What do I do when the ball comes at me again" Lindsay says "You dodge!" immediately getting hit when the ball bounces off the one Chris was holding 

"Ooh you were supposed to dodge" Chris cringes.

"Right.." You and Tyler help her out. 

"You have one minute 'til game time, go first, you'll have to sit two people out each game." Chris announces.

You and Noah ultimately sit out the first game and you try to make conversation. 

"So…are you good at sports?" You ask sitting next to him, it seemed you annoyed him a bit as he was reading

"No. I don't plan on playing either" You look at him confused

 "That's stupid, What if we lose?" Noah drops his book and looks at you

"I'm the smartest person on this team, I am not getting voted out"

"...I'm sorry what?" You burst out laughing

 "You're joking right? Surely you must be joking because that sentence on its own is moronic, even if you were the smartest which you aren't. Who's to say that smarts would help in the show?" You mock

Noah glares at you before going back to his book. 

'...well that was the most eventful experience I've had with a person, I could probably convince him to play, or blackmail whichever one. Should I though?'

“Is that really a good idea?” You turn to Noah who seems more annoyed than before.

“I mean, don’t get me wrong, I have faith in our team but…wouldn’t it be better to secure your safety?” He doesn’t reply and you’re starting to get worried this might not work

 “Listen, Play one game with me, just one! You may think you’re safe because you’re the self-acclaimed smart guy on the team but prevention is better than cure…right?”

A pregnant silence passes between you two before he sighs and turns to you

“Fine, ONE game only” You clap and nod

 “Trust me you won’t regret it!” if he does that's not your problem

Chef Blows a whistle and the game starts.

Tyler grabs a ball and throws it but completely misses everyone

‘Oh dear’

Thankfully Owen comes in and throws a ball at Zeke, The speed was so fast it sends him flying into the wall.

Chef whistles signifying that Zeke is out.

“Time to unleash my wicked skills,” Harold says with confidence to which Leshawna challenges his so-called “wicked skills”

“Oh Bring it on string bean! Let’s see what you got!”

Harold does his karate skills, he bounces it up and it lands directly in front of Leshawna,

This doesn't impress Leshawna, Leshawna grabs the ball and smirks at Harold’s sad attempt before throwing the ball at Harold.

Resulting in Harold screaming like a little girl, as the ball hits him, he slides to the wall, hitting his head, causing Chris to close his eyes and flinch.

“Can someone remind me what i’m supposed to do with again?” Famous last words from Lindsay as she’s hit in the face by a ball from Eva.

‘ouch’ Tyler helps Lindsay sit and they start flirting

This doesn’t go unnoticed by Heather though who swiftly throws a ball at Tyler even though he's on our team “Ow!”

Courtney tries to use the moment to hit Heather but once again Owen comes to the rescue by catching the ball.

Chef blows the whistle signifying that Courtney is out.

Gwen walks unto to court only to get hit immediately and come back to us on the stand “You good?”

“Yeah, I think it's best I got out fast” She yawns.

Two players remain on each side Anastiasia and Katie on killer bass and Cody and Leshawna on Screaming Gophers, Leshawna is hit leaving Cody alone

 ‘He’s so dead’

“Easy out guys easy out!” Courtney yells to her teammates. 

Cody throws a ball at Ana but misses until the ball decides to skip physics class and turn around hitting Ana softly.

Katie throws the ball at Cody, but he ducks, Cody rubs the ball on his stomach, the ball sparkles, he throws the ball at Katie, the ball chases her, the Killer Bass look surprised hell so are you

‘What is this magic?’ , she slams into the wall, the ball hits her. Katie is out.

The Screaming Gophers win round one, We cheer. Cody and Owen high five, Cody looks proud of himself ‘Let’s hope we keep this up’  

“Alright Noah, Eve you’re up” Heather looks at us

 “Actually Heather could we play the next game? You guys are already doing so well, we don’t want to ruin the flow y’know?” You plead with her

“Fine.” Beth raises her hand and Heather allows her to play and the second round begins.

Tyler grabs two balls and spins with one of them hitting Linsday, He rushes over to help her

 “Oh my gosh my face, How’s my face?” Lindsay panics touching the bumps on her face

‘Yeesh’ Tyler tells her a white lie and while he’s distracted gets hit by a ball causing Heather to groan out in frustration.

Tyler and Lindsay both leave the courtroom resulting in Heather yelling

“Hey, hey, get back here, you are so close to being out of the alliance!” But the two lovebirds completely ignore the Queen bee. 

Owen goes full on ballistic mode as the whistle blows and Owen throws the ball roughly at Katie, Owen grabs the ball from Beth, he hits Bridgette on the back of the head.

Trent gives Owen the ball, Owen does a war cry as he throws the ball at Geoff which hits Geoff in the face. Chris adds salt and ice to the injury by replaying the hit three times. Leshawna and Owen high five at their victory

. “At Least someone is putting effort in” Heather glares at you and Noah.

“Oh, sorry” He cheers sarcastically “Woohoo! Way to throw some murder balls, go team go.”

You just smile awkwardly and shrug as Heather sighs. A little break is giving before the next game.

Geoff and Katie approach their team's side, the Killer Bass are ready,  the Screaming Gophers are ready.

Chef starts the game. Leshawna and Justin throw the ball at Duncan, but Duncan dodges the ball, Courtney ducks, Eva grabs two balls, and gives them to Courtney and Duncan, they all throw the balls at the same time, four balls hit Owen, Owen opens his eyes, the Screaming Gophers look at Owen.

‘Clever, if they all go for the same person, they won’t be able to dodge but how do they know who to go for?’ You think watching the game more intently than before.

That’s when you notice as soon as they hit Leshawna

 ‘Delinquent gives them signals with his eyes! Wow he’s smarter than I thought..though how smart exactly?’ One by one your team goes out which results in the Killer bass cheering. Giving them one point.

Chef whistles and Heather groans,

You walk up to her and whisper “Duncan’s their leader, get rid of him and they get as confused as a headless chicken” She looked pleasantly shocked at your discovery and nodded

“Where’s Tyler and Lindsay?” She looks around for the two idiots

 “I’ll go look for them, don’t worry” You reassure her as she sighs

 “Fine but hurry up!” You nod and leave to look for “Romeo and Juliet” but dumber. You eventually find both of them flirting on the beach and clear your throat to get their attention.

“Ahem, You two should head back now before Heather sees” They both turn to you

 “Oh Okay thanks Ava!” You sigh and walk back to the game court with Lindsay and Tyler behind you.

You sit next to Noah “How are we doing so far?” You ask Noah who shrugs

“Don’t Know, Sports are not my forte” You blink at him annoyed

 “We’re going next y’know?” You remind the sarcastic know it all who just nods making you sigh ‘I hope we win this’

As the last game begins, You turn to Noah who rolls his eyes and places his book down which makes you smile a bit.

Heather looks at you as if asking the silent question "You two ready?" To which you nod at her.

The game starts with You grabbing a ball and passing it to Cody who passes the ball to Leshawna, then, Leshawna passes it to Heather, she then throws it at Ana, but Ana skillfully jumps over the ball.

Balls were flying left and right. Courtney throws a ball at Cody which Hits him, putting him out but Bridgette is hit not so soon after. Beth and Cody high five, Leshawna sits out, then Gwen. Justin throws the ball, Katie throws the ball, Eva is out, Beth and Trent sit out, then Heather.

You soon join them with Noah coming in, You give him a thumbs up on the way though. 

Tyler joins in too, a few seconds later…'oh no'. Gwen throws a ball right into Courtney

 "That's for the oatmeal!" A whole lot of throwing goes down.

Until it's only Owen and Harold left, making everyone on your team cheer for Owen.

'Surely not…right?'

Owen throws the balls at full speed and Harold dodges each and every one of them.

'....Was not expecting that…'

Courtney calls a timeout and Owen walks back to us

 "Don't worry guys I've got this! As long as he doesn't catch the ball". 

Soon, they both return back to the game. "Cowabunga!" Owen throws the ball at Harold.

Harold slides to the wall, You hear a gasp, surprisingly, Harold holds the ball up in his hands, which means he caught the ball, and his team wins, Chef blows the whistle.

"The killer bass wins!" They all celebrate. And Owen has a breakdown 'Well three times in a row would be too op anyway' 

'Well I guess we need to vote someone off, the obvious vote would be Tyler or Lindsay but I could vote someone else'

'I like Tyler and Lindsay, they both seem to like me too. The pretty boy on the other hand…He feels a tad bit useless. Will it work though…?" 

You see Noah approach you. "Okay look I'm gonna make this quick. I owe you one so I'll hand in my vote for today" You couldn't be happier "We need to take out Justin. He holds no real use for the team" Noah nods and walks away. 

You're all at the campfire when Chris calls out the names of those who are safe.

 "Campers, you've already placed your votes and made your decision. One of you will be going home, and you can't come back, ever! When you hear me call out your name, come pick up a marshmallow. Owen." He tosses a Marshmallow to Owen "Cody. Gwen. Everest'' You breathe a sigh and go get your marshmallow "Trent. Heather.Leshawna. Noah. Izzy. Lindsay" You breathe out another sigh as Noah's name is called and cross your fingers "And the last marshmallow goes to…"

"Justin" you gasp "Tyler, pack your bags man, you're going home" He looks down saddened while Lindsay starts bawling. You stand up to go clear your head. Heading into the cabin to rest

The next day is thankfully a free day, you spend most of your time hanging out with everyone. You're about to head inside the confessional when you're pulled aside by a hand 

"What the- Cody!?" Said teen smiles sheepishly at you. You don't think much of it until you see him holding a letter 'Oh no' 

"Uh okay, first of all I wanna apologize, I didn't mean to sneak up on you..or see your beautiful face..I just got lost and stumbled upon you" right…

What really happened (from Cody's POV) 

After getting kicked out of the cabin, Cody saw you walking away, he was curious as to where you were going so he followed you…like anyone else would do. He lost you after a minute and got lost in the forest, that was until he heard mechanical work coming from his left. 

He rushed to the sound, not really giving much thought as to if he was heard. He expected you, what he didn't expect however was to see an angel in human form working on a mask…the one you usually wear. "Wait. Everest?!?" He gasped out loud and hid as he saw you look around before putting your mask back on 'Holy sh*t! You were stunning! Way hotter than Gwen" he wondered why you hid your face but ultimately he decided he had one goal. To go out with you.

Present time 

"Bruh" you deadpanned at the nervous Cody in front of you "I still don't get why you dragged me here" 

"Be my girlfriend! Or uh lover?" He blurted out blushing like that one racist Peter pan episode

'What. In. Saint. Patrick's. Fuck.' 

Uh oh, you're confronted with a choice about love! Be careful, as your choice could change the game for Eve forever.

'Here is an option for an easy ally, I don't really know him but this relationship could be beneficial to my game in the future' 

"Alright. I accept your proposal" Cody smiles brightly at your sentence. "But." 

"But?" 

"We must establish a few rules." You cross your arms "See I had already come to the conclusion that you were my admirer, it was either you or Justin. But from the constant oogles and oddly disturbing gifts, It could only pinpoint back to you" You explained to Cody so simply blinked 

"Was it that obvious?" "Yes. Don't interrupt me. Ever." 

"Because I knew of your odd behavior, I knew you would eventually come to tell about your undying quote on quote "love" for me, so I prepared a list of rules. If you could get me a pen and paper that would be very kind please and thank you!" Cody looked at you for a whole minute before rushing off giving you a moment of privacy.

'Well this is certainly something. A relationship with a boy I barely know. Thank God, we aren't filming today, who knows what my parents would think.' You sigh

'Okay Everest, Calm down, you're an intelligent, beautiful young lady, This might be a relationship to him but it is simply business to you. Don't get distracted.' You think to yourself just as Cody comes back. 

"Hey, I got the stuff, you okay?" He looks at you concerned but you simply ignore him and write down all the rules on the piece of paper and hand it back to him. "Read it out loud." 

"Okay…

"Good so I guess we're in a secret relationship from now on" Cody nods and you head back into your cabin to rest for the day. 

Once again you wake up before everyone else in your cabin, seeing as you have nothing else to do you make your way to the communal bathrooms. 

'I never really had the chance to watch the confessionals…Let's see what Heather's up to' Of course you didn't care as long as it didn't concern you but you were curious.

*Confessional [Heather]*

"I plan on winning this competition, with my servants- I mean alliance, My goal Is basically at arms length. Something bugs me about Everest though, Seriously that mask is really creepy" She shivers 

"And now that Lindsidiot is crying over that stupid jock boy, she's barely been listening to me! Whatever, she can go whore herself to whoever she wants. As long as we don't lose again." She stands up and leaves

You were shocked? No..not shocked, disappointed. Not only did Heather seem to harbor some sort of ill will for you even if its a little, she's also objectifying Lindsay.

'Poor Linds, she doesn't deserve such disrespect even if she is a dunce' you sigh and leave the communal bathrooms, just in time apparently too because everyone in your cabin seems to be waking up.

“Okay. This is so way beyond bad. I’m out of fake tanner already!” You heard Lindsay complain which warrants a sarcastic quip from Gwen. “Whoa, that’s tragic, Lindsay.”

“Now I have to, like, suntan. In the sun! Do you realize how shriveled and wrinkled that can make your skin? Oh, you totally do.” She cringes unintentionally insulting the goth girl 

Chris blares an alarm signaling for everyone to wake up and head to an amphitheater.

“Are we gonna see a musical? I love musicals. Especially the ones with singing and dancing. Heh.” Lindsay giggles and you just shake your head.

You see Cody wave you over and sigh before sitting next to him. Conveniently right next to Trent and Gwen too.

“Welcome to our brand new deluxe state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheater! Okay, this week’s challenge is a summer camp favorite. A talent contest!” you hear Owen cheer in the background

"Each team has eight hours to pick their three most talented campers." 

"These three will represent them in the show tonight. Sing, dance, juggle. Anything goes, as long as it’s legal." Duncan snaps his fingers.

"You’ll be judged by our resident talent scout, former DJ, VJ, and rap legend, Grand Master Chef, who will show his approval via the Chef-o-Meter.The team that loses will send one camper home tonight. Good luck.”

Heather offers to lead as to which Gwen disagrees. A small argument happens between them both but it's settled as soon Trent agrees with Heather. 

"Eve, will you be joining us?" Heather turns to you, to which you shrug.

"I mean….I guess it wouldn't hurt" 

"Great!" 

You watch as Owen burps the alphabet, the boys cheer while the rest of you are rightfully disgusted. 

“Well, you’re not going to do that in the contest, that’s disgusting.” Heather scoffs, The boys complain about how hard it is to burb the whole alphabet. They're right but it's still disgusting.

"I can also toot Beethoven" He goes to try

"No!" 

"No! no! no!"

"Owen no!" 

You all complain as the big boy leaves. Speaking of leaving Gwen leaves as well. 

You watch Heather perform baller quite elegantly and clap as she finishes. Beth and Lindsay both vote for her to be in the contest and you agree. 

Now it's your turn, you place your hands behind your back and start speaking…in Chris's voice 

"Welcome to total drama island! Last time on the show we saw absolute disaster strike both teams. And our first relationship on the show went down the drain!" Everyone stared at you and so you changed your accent again…to Lindsay this time 

"Oh Tyrone is soooo cute! Do you think he likes me? Oh I hope he does!" 

Then Heather 

"Okay listen up, I'm only gonna say this once okay? I'm here to win, none of you sorry excuses of teenagers are gonna stop me!" 

And finally Chef 

"What did I tell you roaches about sneaking into my kitchen?!? Get Outta here" 

You took a bow and everyone clapped. "Wow. I guess Eve's in! Never mock me again." Heather crosses her arms as you nod. 

Everyone surrounds you asking how you were able to get voices down to a tea. You were getting overwhelmed so you left. 

'Well what do I do now? I could go check on Gwen, or even go to the other team..then again I haven't really explored much either. Or practice lines to say for the contest. I'm not sure but maybe I could try to upgrade my mask again?'

You decided to practice on what you would say, it would give you more time to yourself anyway. 

On your way looking for an empty spot you hear two voices and decide to investigate. 

"Man, I am all for the thrill but isn't this…I don't know…a little much?" Delinquent?  

"What, scared of a little knife Duncan? Relax my dad's been training me since I was like five, and I've never been caught with a dead body before" Anastasia? 

You look around the corner and see the two setting up some kind of wheel? What?

"There's still something very ominous about you wanting to throw knives at me while blindfolded. I mean, do I have to be the target?" Duncan said, lying a large wooden plank against a tree. 

"It's either you or Harold and knowing that geek he'd probably get scared and hurt himself. If it makes you feel better, you can wear a blindfold too" Anastasia proposed carrying six knives in both hands 

"Well excuse me for never being asked to perform in a knife throwing act" Duncan sassed her as she laughed. 

"Add it to your bucket list, punk. If you don't die first that is." Ana juggles the knives in her hand 

'Knife throwing? Can they do that? Well Anastasia probably could and now knowing that scares me even more' You thought, deciding to leave when Ana wears her blindfold. 

Getting to your go-to spot, you see Katie sitting on the ground frowning. You were confused until you remembered you hadn't seen her second half since the big sleep. 

'Oh. That makes sense…. she's gonna bother me and I can't just ignore her…" You let out an audible groan causing the Malaysian girl to turn to you. 

"Hey Katie, are you doing alright?" You sit next to her patting her back as she sniffles 

"No. Everyone said they were tired of me and Sadie! We didn't even do anything and they voted her off" she sobs into your arms while you comfort her awkwardly. You aren't exactly used to random people crying on you. 

"Uh, well, Sadie wouldn't want you to cry about her right? Plus it's not like she's dead. If you keep on crying your team will vote you out the next chance they get." You tell her bluntly which makes her pause her waterworks for a second before bawling louder. 

"..." You sigh before having an idea. 

"Y'know Katie, you're my best friend. And I wouldn't want you to cry over me, so please stop." You impersonate Sadie accent causing Katie to freeze and turn to you. 

"How did you do that?" She tilts her head at you 

"Surprise? It's my talent." You chuckle awkwardly. "Could you please stop crying though? You're gonna get dehydrated and knowing how musky the water is here, I don't want you getting sick" 

"Okay, thanks for listening to me" Katie cleans her tears and stands up causing you to follow her lead. She hugs you and you pat her back not used to physical touch.

"You're right! Sadie would want me to be strong! I shouldn't be so dependent on her, thanks everest!" As she leaves you sigh.

 'Who knew listening to people's vent was so time consuming' as you were about to practice your lines, you see Beth come over to you.

"Eve we're about to start" you groan, Katie took up all your time. You follow the short farm girl back to the stage watching as Chris steps on the stage. 

"Welcome to the very first Camp Wawanakwa… Talent Contest. Where six campers will showcase their mad skills and desperately try not to humiliate themselves. First up for the Screaming Gophers… is Everest!" You step on the stage and clear your throat before you start speaking. 

"Welcome to total drama island, I'm your fabulous host, Chris Mclean!" You impersonate Chris's voice before switching. 

"Excuse you! I am a C.I.T! I trained for this, you should all be listening to me!" You see Courtney glare at you but you ignore her and switch accents again 

"Gee a talent contest in a summer camp, next thing you know we'll be roasting marshmallows in a circle around a fire" you mimic Noah's sarcastic accent. Switching one last time 

"I am grand master Chef and you will refer to me as Chef and Chef only you maggots" You yell slightly before bowing 

"Thank you" everyone cheers as Chris steps on the stage. 

"Wow, that was awesome! And you're right I am fabulous. Let's see what Chef thinks" Chef writes a Seven on a board causing you to smile. You take a seat as you watch Chris announce. 

"First up for the killer bass! Anastasia, with her target dummy, Duncan" The two walk up to the stage with the same board you saw earlier, only now it's cut into a circle with rope on each side. 

Anastasia ties Duncan to the board and hangs him on a small wooden stand. Everyone looks confused. Anastasia blindfolds him and gets out to grab six knives, making everyone gasp and murmur. 

" Is this safe?" 

" She won't actually, right?" 

"Hope Duncan gets hit in the knee" 

Anastasia sets the knives down and picks up a blindfold of her own. 

"Now everyone! Watch as I throw knives at this poor unfortunate fellow, Blindfolded!" Everyone gasps. She picks up the blindfold and covers her eyes before picking up the knife. 

"Ready, DD?" 

"Yep" 

"Chris, if you could please spin the wheel." Chris comes over and spins Duncan, you more shocked he's allowing this more than anything. 

Anastasia grabs one knife in her right hand and throws it. Hitting the board. Everyone is on the edge of their seats as she grabs another. This time using her left hand, she throws it. It hits right above Duncan's shoulder.

She grabs two more and throws them at the same time. One hits above head the other right below his crotch. You see him breathe out a sigh. 

She digs into her pocket before bringing out a slingshot and picking up the smallest knife and shoots. It barely misses his face. 

You all watch as Duncan spins and Anastasia picks up the last knife. She turns around and removes her blindfold before throwing the knife backwards. Hitting the board. 

"Thank you." She bows as everyone cheers, releasing Duncan who looked like he was about to have a heart attack. 

The stage was silent for a while before everyone cheered, Chris walked up to the stage looking shocked.

"That was…the best thing I've ever seen! Let's see what Chef thinks" Chef gives them a ten. 

"The killer bass take the lead with 3 points, let's see if lover boy Trent can bring it back" Trent walks up to the stage 

"This one goes out to someone special on camp" You see Gwen smile. 

"They say that we’ve only got summer

And I say that’s really a bummer.

But we’ll swim in the sun and have lots of fun…

It’ll just be the two of us…

Nothing to do… just hang…

So let me say only this…

Stick around… for just one kiss…" You all clap as he finishes his song. 

"Nice work! I’m liking your style, dude. And so does Grand Master Chef!" Chris pats Trent on the back as Chef gives him six points. 

"Three down and three to go and the Screaming gophers are leading. Let’s hear it for Bridgette!" Said girl walks out doing a handstand. 

'She doesn't look too well' She burps before projectiling vomit across the stage. You run to the back of the stage to escape the disgusting show. 

Chris calls for a quick break leading you to go back to the audience, you were standing as almost all the stumps smelt like vomit. 

"Welcome back. Okay. So in a strange turn of events, Bridgette’s chunk-blowing fest registered two thumbs up by Grand Master Chef. But, it’s not enough to pull ahead the Screaming Gophers, who held the lead with Trent’s love song. So, without further delay, here she is for the leaders… Heather!" Heather walks up to the stage and sits on a stool. 

"Originally, I was going to dance for you. But instead, I want to celebrate team spirit, with a collaboration." She holds out a book. 

"So, with words by Gwen, performance by me, enjoy." She clears her throat "Okay. 'So I’m trying to ignore him, but he’s just so cute. If they had custom ordered a guy to be a distraction for me here, it would have been McHottie, We just totally connect. He is pretty much the only person I can relate to here, and I know it’s a cliché, but I love guys who play guitar.' Thank you" You hear gasps in the audience

'This is just cruel.' You shake your head in distaste. You knew there was something up with that girl. 

You see Gwen leave and you think for a sec. 

'I know the show isn't over yet but I should check on Gwen. Or maybe I should ask Heather why she did it? Oh what am I saying, that act might completely destroy our score, maybe I should just stay instead'

What do you do?

'Ah what the hell. They've got Geoff, Harold, Tyler, Duncan and Courtney. I don't know who's going up but like hell I'm letting whatever Heather has planned have us go on a losing streak.' 

You stand up quickly and walk to the back of the stage, apparently just in time too because Geoff snaps his skateboard in half. 

"Whoa… that kinda wrecks the ride." He holds the two parts of his skateboard. 

"Now what?! We have to send someone out there or we’re going to lose this!" Bridgette panics

"I could help you guys" you walk up to her and Courtney, the latter glares at you. 

"And why should we trust you? You're on the other team, remember?" She sasses 

"I mean after what Heather did, I kinda wanna lose this challenge so we can vote her off." No you don't. But they both seem to believe you either way 

"Well…I guess it wouldn't hurt, what do you suggest we do?" Bridgette asks 

"I might have an idea. Geoff, give your skateboard. Courtney, get me some tape and two strings." They all look at you before listening to your orders 

You take the broken skateboard and rearrange it to make it look like roller skates. 

"Woah, sick dudette!" You felt your eye twitch a bit from the dudette comment but ignored it in favor of handing Geoff the brand new roller skates 

"Geoff, do you even know how to roller skate?" Courtney frowned 

"Eh, it can't be that different from skateboarding right?" Geoff put on the skates before going up on stage. You smiled sadistically as the two girls watched him in worry. 

Geoff starts off pretty good and you have to give him credit for that, unfortunately it seemed his luck ran out as one of the wheels to the "skates" flew off, conveniently hitting heather in the head. 

"Ah karma" you breathe a sigh of peace as you watch Geoff spiral out of control before he falls off the stage and let out a painful scream. 

"Oh shi- uh Someone get a medic!" Chris runs up to the stage. Before looking at Chef. 

"Let's see what grand master Chef thinks?" A pity vote, One. You couldn't help but smile proud of your work.

"Which means the Screaming gophers win! Wow, didn't see that one coming." 

Walking up to Geoff as he's being taking in a stretcher, his foot is well dislocated at best. 

"I'm sorry Geoff, you must've used too much pressure on it or something." You faux empathy. 

"I-its cool dudette, totally my fault." He gives you a thumbs up in pain.

You watch as his team goes to check on him before walking back to yours. Seeing Heather seething brings you immaculate amounts of pleasure. 

'Shit. I might be a sadist...nah, it Heather she deserves Hell.'

You walk back to the cabin to go rest. Knowing there's only two people who could leave tonight and frankly, you don't care about either of them. 

Until you wake up to Heather screaming with ants covered all over body. Guess Gwen got her revenge too. You take a picture of her and record her screams with your masks before going back to sleep, having the best one in a while. 

Congrats! You've unlocked Everest's first hidden personality. 

Sadistic! 

Throughout the rest of the season Eve will take a tad bit of Joy from seeing others suffer and be in pain. 

Congrats! You unlocked another hidden personality.

If Everest is put in a tight spot. They will do anything to get out it. Whether good or bad.

Mask upgrades (1 out of 5) 

Lie detector: this allows the user to detect lies through heat signals.

What do you do to pass time? 

Checking on Gwen gives you a +1 with Gwen, making you guys at least accomplices

seeing the other team would allowed you to stop the Bridgette situation from happening. Making it Anastasia wouldn't have to enter

Upgrading your Mask is probably the worst option here. While in the process of upgrading your mask. Cody, comes in, startling you making you mess up the wiring. Everest had a chance to be eliminated here as it would mess up their whole talent

Exploring the vicinity doesn't do much. At most you find, Boneh island. But that wouldn't be useful. You'd also be late and wouldn't get to see Anastasia very cool performance :(

Practicing your talent a bit more does…absolutely nothing. You get to see Anastasia threaten Duncan's ability to have kids but that's it. Everest is a professional voice actor, they don't need practice. 

What do you do?

Checking up on Gwen gives you a +1 with Gwen, +2 if you went with her before.

Talking to Heather would give you a -1 with Heather. She'd be more up in your face than before and antagonize you. Note: this was another way to get the Sadistic personality enabled 

Staying for the last act let's Everest finally do something villainous as they refused to let Heather sabotage the team. As you saw, Eve broke one of the wheels on Geoff's skate board before attaching it back with thin tape. 

Relationships: 

Geoff (6/15): He appreciates the help even if it did fuck up his foot. 

Courtney (4/15): she doesn't like you. She doesn't trust you, simple as that. 

Heather (2/15): To put it simply, she thinks you're vile, she doesn't hate you but she'd definitely wouldn't cry if you left. 

Bridgette (8/15): She like Geoff appreciates your help unlike Courtney she didn't see you laughing your ass off at Geoff's pain so she doesn't blame you. 

Anastasia (5/15): Yeah she saw you spying on her and Duncan. She's glad you didn't interrupt her as she's tired of running from the police.

Placement: 

Bridgette - 21st: after Geoff's awful accident, it was between both Him and Bridgette on who to leave. Ultimately the surfer was the one to go as none of the incidents would've happened if she hadn't done her handstand.

Eve was fairly in the background until the last few minutes of the episode. The audience was shocked to see them smile and laugh when Geoff fell and injured his foot, even more shocked when she came up to him and apologized yet blamed him for his accident. Over all, they are very confused on Everest's character.

Last time on total drama island, 

a talent contest brought out the worst in our campers.

It was awesome! 

The killer bass were struggling to find any talent except Anastasia and Courtney but that was until Bridgette nearly killed her and killed her violin.

Gwen stood up to Heather. so heather swore to make gwen's life miserable

by stealing her diary.

Then she read it in front of the entire viewing world, revealing that Gwen has a secret crush on someone at camp. The killer bass would've won if it wasn't for Everest's quick thinking on the spotlight that she used to literally break a leg. Hah! "Okay, yes I sabotaged you guys but I promise I didn't mean to! I just wanted to help, really!" You lied, you hoped she was as deceivable as her teammates but deeply regretted it when her glare deepened.

'Yes but if I told you that you might kill me.' You thought as you desperately tried to escape the situation

"No, I'm just…cold" You avert your eyes hoping that'd be enough to get her to leave but get unpleasantly surprised when a kick is delivered to your hip, making you drop to the ground. 

"Aw FUCK WHY?!?" You yell holding your now hurting hip with one hand.

"That's sweet Cody but" you were cut off by him giving you puppy dog eyes. 

"...ew, okay fine, you can come but rule 3 and 9. Get off me" He quickly backs off and takes your hand instead. You decide to start your day thinking you might be the one in the infirmary next.

"Right, right sorry, what were you doing up so early anyway?" He turns to you. 

"Also could you please take off your mask?" He pushes himself closer to you. 

"One, I came to find food. And two, jump." He flinched at the last one before nodding 

"Boundaries right forgot about those." You shush him. Spotting a herd of rabbits sleeping. Rabbit stew sounded really good right now. 

You walked up to a bush with berries and plucked them before slowly heading to the rabbits, who noticed you but also the food in your hand. A Smaller rabbit, perhaps a baby, came closer and started to eat from your hand, prompting two others to follow once they saw you meant no harm. 

Cody, who was watching, smiled at the scene, before following your lead and walking towards the rabbits and petting one. 

"Aww they're so cute." A particular one seemed really fond of him. So he picked it up. 

"Yeah…cute" and nutritious but you couldn't tell him that. You picked up the other two, who seemed quite comfortable in your arms. 

Ah man, now I feel bad but I can't handle another day of chef's cooking…what do I do?
