Wally is, by all means, not normal. At first glance, he’s just a regular sixteen year old teenager, but actually, he’s twenty-one. Not that it’s abnormal or anything. You’ll see why later.

Right now, he’s currently in Malie City in the Aloha region, maybe trying to relax?

Nope, not the case at all, his new partner is actually on a mission, tasked to find and return the ultra beasts back to their home worlds. As well as close any ultra wormholes from spawning.

However, Wally is not an official Plumber so he can go do his own things for a while, but he does help out. Zurker, (the name of his partner) is currently at Mount Hokulani to find any Ultra Beasts in the area. He's also there waiting for Wally to discuss plans to find and detain the Aether Foundation as through investigation, they realised that it was the foundation who was responsible for opening the ultra wormholes. Right now however, he's just trying to relax as much as possible.

"Wally, are you ok my friend? You have been a bit on edge lately."

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine Roto, it's just *sigh*, I never wanted to put on the watch in the first place, my life became a complete mess from that day onwards and now there are ultra beasts appearing, I'm just stressed out now." Wally sighed as he took a bite from his malasada.

"Well, can't argue with that. Still, you should take care of yourself, don't worry too much."

"Maybe..." Wally silently replied as he continued to eat his malasada while walking through the streets as Roto zipped right back into the omnitrix as Wally hid it under his sleeve.

"Well, this place is great!"

"I know right? Thanks lady for inviting us to this trip."

"It's nothing, now let's explore shall we?" In another part of Ula'ula Island, was a trio of trainers known for defeating Team Galactic.

The first of these was Diamond, aged twenty-one. He acts as Platinum's bodyguard alongside his friend Pearl, he is also the stooge of the comedy duo. His dexholder title is 'Empathizer'. Next we have Pearl, also aged twenty-one. He acts as Platinum's bodyguard alongside his friend Diamond, he is also the straight man of the comedy duo. His dexholder title is 'Deteminer'. Finally, we have Platinum, also aged twenty-one. She is the person that Diamond and Pearl were 'tasked' to protect at the start of their journey, she is very knowledgeable and is pretty much a walking encyclopedia for pokemon. Her dexholder title is 'Understander'.

Some time ago, Diamond confessed to Platinum that he had feelings for her and asked Platinum whether she would like to go on a date with her. And sure enough, she said yes.

Now, the two are in a formal relationship and could not have been better.

Pearl even congratulates the two on the position and is already planning to be Diamond’s wingman.

Right now, the trio walked around Ula’ula Island, looking and admiring for quite some time. Until the trio spotted a familiar face when they were walking through the streets.

As Diamond was eating his malasada, he noticed a peculiar figure walking through the streets. “Hey, is that? Pearl, that’s Wally isn’t it?”

“Huh, now that you mentioned it, he does look like him.”

Just then Wally looked into the direction at the Sinnoh trio and waved his hand as he called out,

“Hey! Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, over here!” Wally called out to the trio.

“Huh, guess it was him.” Diamond thought silently to himself.

The trio alongside Wally went to bench and sat down to talk.

“So, what brings you here to Aloha?” Wally asked.

“Oh, my sister said that she’s in Aloha, trying to find a cure for the piplup that she accidentally poisoned.”

“Hmm, is your sister’s name Moon?”

“Wait, how did you know?!”

“Oh, I met her and Sun a week ago.”

Diamond questioned, “Who’s Sun?”

“He’s a dexholder, alongside Moon.” Wally replied.

“We have more juniors now?” Pearl inquired

“Yes, yes you guys do.”

The trio and Wally chatted for a bit, mainly discussing topics on pokemon battles or about training tips. And sometimes even talking about their own adventures and catching up with what they’ve missed.

“And that’s why we don’t talk about Blue when she’s mad.” Pearl said.

“Huh, remind me never to anger her.” Wally replied

“That reminds me, recently, from Hoenn to Aloha, there have been sightings of unidentified pokemon which they all bear a symbol on their bodies. People have said that these pokemon could talk and often rescued them from disasters. Even though, news reporter Mr Harangue despise them.” Platinum proceeded to show pictures of the ‘pokemon’ from witnesses using her phone.

“Come to think of it, there are also pokemon with similar symbols on their bodies who also did similar things, like that one time where a gallade with the exact same symbol just saved us out of the blue when Team Galactic cornered us.” Pearl added on.

Wally, trying to be as calm as possible, asked them a question, “W-well, how did you know s-some of them in the first place?”

“Seniors Gold, Silver and Crystal told us about a ‘rocky, blue electrical humanoid’ pokemon who fought alongside with them against Team Rocket when they were seventeen. At first we didn’t believe them but once we saw one of those-um, things, we instantly did.” Diamond replied.

“W-well, I guess that settles it. By the way, Diamond and Pearl, how about doing a manzai for us? I haven’t seen one in quite some time.”

“Oh! Sure.”

“Speaking of Pokemon…”

“Speaking of–WHAT IS THE DISTORTION WORLD IS THAT?!” Diamond yelled like he never yelled before as he pointed at the direction. Pearl, Platinum and Wally looked at the distance, as their eyes are now wide with horror.

There were two unknown pokemon charging towards them

…

No seriously.

“Everybody, RUN! Get out of the area!” Wally screamed at the trio and hopefully catch the attention of anyone near the area to prevent whatever those things are attacking

The thing made its way into Malie City, and begin to wreck havoc. Once the smoke and dust settled, everyone took a good look at the creature.

It appears to be s a large, vaguely humanoid pokemon with a bodily construction that resembles a cross between a space shuttle and a bamboo shoot. It has a small, white head with a tiny mouth and a skinny neck with three segments. On top of its head is a gray structure resembling a hat with long, flowing hair underneath. The hair reaches midway down its body and is rimmed with bright blue. The "hat" has two small blue dots and four white spikes arranged in an X-shape. These spikes resemble decorative hair sticks. On the very top of its hat is a long gray horn similar to a drill bit. It has large, disembodied gray arms that resemble bamboo stalks. At the end of each arm is a ring of bright blue, fin-like projections and a collection of eight smaller, black bamboo shoots. Each smaller stalk has a bright blue ring with a small line extending back up the stalk.

Its main body is conical and resembles a dress with four overlapping layers. The shortest and outermost layer is the shortest and appears metallic, while the inner layers are each a lighter shade of green, progressively longer, and seem to be cloth or plant material. Underneath all the layers is a white body with a light gray crisscross pattern covering it and a bright blue ring along the base. Below the dress is what appears to be a collection of eight black bamboo stalks. On the bottom of each stalk is a bright blue ring with a small line extending back up the stalk.

‘That’s a celesteela!’ Wally thought to himself.

“What pokemon is that? I’ve never read about those before.”

“Now’s not the time Platinum, we need to take it down before it causes any more damage!” Wally, grabbing a pokeball, released his Magnezone to attack the UB.

Celesteela right now, is mindlessly destroying Malie Town. All of its inhabitants are now trying to run away from the beast, Meanwhile, Wally hopped on to his Magnezone and got close to the ultra beast.

“Magnezone, close in and use Discharge!” Magnezone complied, releasing a wave of electricity into the ultra beast. The celesteela cried in pain as it tried to swat the floating magnet, only to barely miss.

On another side of town, the Sinnoh trio were watching when suddenly–

*BOOM*

Another ultra beast made its appearance. Its main body is primarily spherical with a large, yellow mouth in the center. The top and bottom of the mouth are lined with two rows of teeth; the front row is yellow, while the rear row is black. In the second row of the upper jaw, two teeth curve out of the mouth similar to tusks. The inside of its mouth is a bright blue and its throat is lined with small spikes; its large black tongue is also lined with small spikes. Additional tongues resembling long arms with pincers protrude from its lower jaw even when its mouth is closed. Just above its mouth are two glowing, blue eyes with a yellow, diamond-shaped marking between them. Above each eye is a single, bat-like wing with yellow along the upper edge. There are other small bat-like wings down the sides of its body as well. On the underside of its body are three, fin-like projections that curve up towards its mouth.

Its body is supported by a pair of thick legs, which have yellow zigzag markings across the knees and three claws each. On top of its body is a small, conical head with a second, smaller pair of glowing blue eyes. Four short horns with yellow tips form a ring around its head. On either side of its head is a larger, slightly curved horn also tipped in yellow. There is also a pair of arms on top of its body. Each arm has a hand with three yellow claws. A row of small spikes trails down its back and along its tail. The tail itself extends from the center of its back and resembles a medieval mace.

It’s a Guzzlord, and it’s devouring everything and anything in its path.

“What is that?!” Pearl yelled in horror.

“Don’t know, but whatever it is we must stop it.” Platinum grabbed a pokeball, releasing Empoleon.

“Right Lady!” Diamond and Pearl both grabbed a pokeball, releasing Tru and Chimler respectively.

“Empoleon, Flash Cannon!”

“Chimler, Close Combat!”

“Tru, earthquake!”

The three Sinnoh starters fired off their attacks towards the beast. It screeched a deafening roar at them once the attacks collided. It proceeded to smack the holders, when suddenly, “Dhelmise, use Anchor Shot!” An anhcor shot out, intercepting the attack.

“Hi! It looks like you need some help, we’ll help out!” Acerola commented.

“Magnezone, Reflect quick!” Back to the battlefield against Celesteela, Wally was able to distract the ultra beast by landing consecutive attacks and hopefully damage it. Magnezone landed some good hits…

*POW*

…but Celesteela hits harder.

“Gah! Magnezone are you ok?”

“Magne!”

“Great, we can’t let Celesteela damage the town any further, we should–oh crap.” One of Celesteela’s stalks was directly headed for Wally, seemingly crushing the two for good.

Just then, a Zing Zap appeared from no where and landed a critical hit onto the beast’s stalk. Causing it to recoil in pain! “Hey, you seem to be needing some help, mind if I join in?”

Wally looked to where the reply came from, turns out, it was Sophecles. One of the trial captains of Ula’ula Island.

“Sure! I have some issues trying to subdue the it.”

“Ok!”

The fights lasted for quite a while, both ultra beasts are beginning to weaken. However, same goes for the pokemon on the trainer’s sides.

Just then–

“Type: Null, use Multi-Attack!” A blonde-haried boy riding unknown pokemon attacked Celesteela, Wally moved out of the way, allowing the pokemon to finish it in one blow.

“One ultra beast down…” Professor Kukui muttered.

“It’s amazing how effortlessly he defeated one of them.” Molayne agreed.

“Why are you acting so carefree? There’s still one left.” The blonde boy shouted out as the sinnoh trio, Acerola and Sophecles are chasing after the guzzlord.

“Brother!”

“Lillie?!”

“Ah, I knew it…”

“Lillie look out!” Gladion ran towards Lillie as Guzzlord lunged towards her. Just as Guzzlord was about to make contact, Type:Null’s mask cracked, revealing Silvally and was defeat the guzzlord and was able to save Lillie from the beast.

“He took that ultra beast with one hit…!” Exclaimed Kukui and Molayne. Gladion

“Yes, brother. Type:Null even evolved to protect me, we finally meet again. I’ve missed you so much.” Lillie somberly said, trying to hold back her tears.

“When did you leave? Why did you leave in the first place?” Gladion, like a concerned older brother questioned.

“Mother finally tried to use Nebby. Then, three months ago… Just you, who took Type:Null… I left with Nebby because I also wanted to put a stop to Mother’s Plan.”

At this point, everyone (except Wally) was confused but they soon started to put the pieces together.

“W-wait a moment, Lillie and Gladion are siblings?!” Professor Kukui, Acerola and Burnet yelled out. Lillie answered ‘yes’ while Gladion just nodded.

“Your mom’s plan… Tried to use Nebby… In other words… That means…!”

“You two are…” The couple spoke in shock.

“Lusamine the Aether Foundation’s president…
…Is our mother.” Gladion answered.

Before Gladion could continue, the ground suddenly trembled causing everyone to lose their balance.

“Um, everyone, I know that the truth is astonishing, but we need to move, now!” Wally yelled out as he and everyone else ran away from the trembling ground. The ground soon burst in a giant stream of dust and debris, noticing this, Wally quickly put on the mask of his respirator suit.

Before anyone could see what caused the earthquake, a red light flashed briefly in the midst of the dust cloud.

‘Wait, no it couldn’t be!’

Once the dust settled, everyone took a good look at the thing that caused the tremor.

It has a large, segmented purple and gray body and a red head with a horn on its forehead. It has four legs and six small arms with two clawed fingers on them. It was also huge, VERY huge, almost the same size as the two previous ultra beasts.

Finally, it seems to wear a red spiked collar with strange symbol on it. Once it sets its eyes on the trainers, it–

“GROOOOOOAAARRR!!”

The ‘ultra beast’ ran towards the group of trainers with its jaws wide open.

“Another Ultra Beast?! Shit! Silvally, use Multi-Attack once more!” Gladion commanded the synthetic pokemon at the ‘ultra beast’. While the ‘ultra beast’ stumbled back a bit, it didn’t seem fazed by the atack and just continued forwards.

“Arceus dammit, Flygon use Dragon Claw!” Wally threw a pokemon in the air and the Mystic pokemon materialised. Wally climbed on it as It charged up green energy in its claws and struck the beast.

“Don’t just stand there, we need to help him!” Wally shouted.

“Right!”

The trainers quickly released their pokemon in an effort to stop the beast.

It lasted for a while, but the ‘ultra beast’ doesn’t seem to bacl down despite sustaining damage. Meanwhile, the trainer’s pokemon are not healthy or have already fainted and the jaws of this new ultra beast.

Just as things couldn’t get any worse, the beast used its tail and smacked Wally and Flygon into the distance!

“Wally no!” Diamond yelled out.

“Don’t worry, I’ll be ok!!” Wally shouted as he was sent flying into the distance.

Not to far from the battlefield, Wally was slightly worse for wear and his Flygon fainted from the impact.

“Well, you did what you had to do buddy, take a good rest.” Wally said as he returned Flygon.

‘Right, now to the situation at hand.’ Wally lifted his left sleeve of his respirator suit, revealing the completed omnitrix attached to his arm. Roto emerged from the omnitrix and immediately bombarded Wally like a concerned older sibling (Both figuratively and literally).

“Blimey, Wally what were you thinking? Charging in at Tyrannopede recklessly like that! You could’ve gotten crushed!”

“Yeah, I know, I just needed to distract it to protect them…” Wally sweatdropped, “But we’re not gonna talk about that now.” Wally touched the omnitrix and began to select an alien, “Right now, I really need a good, large alien like Humungousaur to take it down.”

“Bad idea, Tyrannopede’s a Kaosseffexx Ultimasauria, the natural predator of Vaxarsaurians, we’ve gone through this before.” Roto stated bluntly.

Wally paused when selecting an alien and facepalmed. “Oh…How could I forget that? You know what Roto, you’re selecting my transformation this time, you probably will have better luck than me.”

“Alright, wish me luck.” The plasma pokemon remarked as he used his appendages and began to select an alien, once he was finished, Roto slammed the omnitrix, covering the two in a bright green light.

Meanwhile back at the battefield, things aren’t looking very good. While Silvally is still battling alongside the Sinnoh trio starters, the remaining pokemon got knocked out or got trapped in a web encasement by the beast.

Speaking of the beast, it seems to be taking damage but isn’t fazed by any of the attacks, most likely because they had used most of their energy against the two ultra beasts from earlier.

“This seems like a losing battle, should we retreat or continue?”

“I don’t know missy, but it’s likely that we should try to–Lillie look out!” Pearl screamed.

Earlier on, it decided to shift its attention to the blonde’s younger sister, and fired a web-like substance at her. Lillie noticed this, but was too slow to evade the attack.

“LILLIE!!!” Gladion screeched, he directed his attention to his sister and tried to run towards the web. However, it didn’t seem that he was going to make it.

Suddenly, a bright green flash shot itself towards the web, completely obliterating it and causing Tyrannopede to stumble back.

“What th– Gah! My eyes!” The blast was so bright that everyone had to close their eyes to prevent themselves from being blinded.

”Are you alright young lady?”

“Um, yes,” Lillie asked with a bit of confusion as the dust settled so everyone could see the figure that protected her.

It has a humanoid robotic appearance with a green and white body with large cylinders on his arms near its wrists, that are full of green energy with dark green bubble-like spheres, which constantly move. It has the same energy on its hourglass-shaped chest. Its head is a pointed, armored helmet filled with the same bubbling green energy from his arms. It is also mouthless.

Finally, it bears the symbol on its green and white belt, the same one which all the ‘pokemon’ have. And it appears to be hovering a couple metres above the ground.

“Well, have no fear everyone! For I am…uhhhh” The figure responded with a bit of confusion in himself.

“Wh-what is that? Is that one of the unknown pokemon?” Pearl asked a bit of unease.

“He seems heroic, I wonder what his na–”

“ATOMIX!!!!” Diamond screamed with energy he never felt before with his eyes sparkling. Everyone just stared at the boy.

“Dia…” Pearl slapped Diamond in the face. “Right now?”

“Excuse me, but who is this ‘Atomix’?” Platinum asked with confusion.

“Atomix was a character that appeared in a special of Proteam Omega years ago.” Pearl sighed to himself as he mentally facepalmed. “He was the ‘more heroic’ character in that special, and kinda resembles…That, slightly.” Pearl pointed at the…thing.

“But really Dia, there is NO WAY that thing’s name is gonna be–”

“Uh, yes…Atomix!”

…

…

“I stand corrected.” Pearl reluctantly answered while Diamond squealed with his inner fanboy energy.

Up at the fight, Tyrranopede lead out a giant roar and charged at Atomix, but before its jaws could close in, Atomix charged a punch coating itself with glowing green energy and once it made contact, Tyrranopede was sent flying.

After it took a heavy blow, Tyrannopede recovered from the attack and instead focused on ranged attacks by shooting a web encasement towards Atomix!

“HAA-MEE-NA HAA-MEE-NA HAA-MEE-NA-HA!”

Atomix focused a ball of green energy is his hands and shot it towards Tyrannopede, obliterating the web and caused massive damage against the Kaosseffexx Ultimasauria, sending it a good distance away from the trainers.

Everyone’s eyes stared in shock seeing how Atomix easily handled the ‘ultra beast’ while Dia just beamed in pure fanboy energy.

Tyrannopede, despite suffering from immense damage, still continued to press on and continue.

“Still continuing? Well, I guess I shouldn’t hold back on my final move!”

Atomix declared as he moved his arms in a specific motion as Tyrannopede moved at fast speeds towards the prypiatosian-A.

“HAA-MEE-NA HAA-MEE-NA HAA-MEE-NA-HA!”

“Nuclear Winner!”

*BOOM!* A massive explosion occured as everyone was instantly knocked off their feet!

Before the dust settled, Atomix could see a bright red flash in the dust cloud. Just as he was about to chase after Tyrannopede, Roto popped out of the omnitrix, “No, not know old friend, our friends are in need.”

“Right”

Atomix nodded and proceeded to head back to where the rest of the trainers are.

“Is everyone alright?”

“Ah!, wer-we’re all right, but, some of our pokemon are trapped in these hard webs, we couldn’t break them.”

“No need to worry Determiner, I’ll free them with no problems!”

Atomix then proceeded to use his nuclear energy to melt all the web encasments, freeing all the pokemon that were trapped inside.

”Well, I must be off now, take care everyone!"

Atomix launched himself into the distance.

“Wait! Mister Atomix, I–” But before he could finish his sentence, Atomix was already long gone.

“Don’t worry Dia, I’m sure he’ll come back.”

“Yeah, I suppose.”

As the trio were talking, Lillie remembered that he had to show Gladion something.

“Well, that was a new alien.”

“Indeed it was.”

“I was glad that I timed out just when I’m out of view,” *Ring* “Oh, wait, hello? Oh hey Zurker! How’s it going? What! Ok, we’re on our way. Roto, let’s go.”

“What? What’s with the rush?”

“We need to head to the Altar of the Sunne, Poni Island, NOW!”
