Chapter Text

So, I know I wrote a different version of this story before but I reread it like.. I swear 20 plus times and realized my heart wasn't in the story anymore. So I removed it only to rewrite it from the ground up. My daughter loves being in my stories so she asked me to please put her in the story instead of at the end like we normally do.. so she and I are doing this journey together. She is the absolute light of my life and of course I can not deny her.

So to explain Wren is now the new Shabina. Shabina meant eye of the storm and it didn't fit me as a name so I changed it. Wren is me so to speak I'm working through a lot of issues in my life. I know Wren means songbird but I read some where it also was for naming wolves so it stuck. I have the heart of a wolf but at the moment I've been kicked around enough where I'm a wounded wolf.

My daughter always reminds me of a fox. She's mischievous and curious while acting just like a fox (which is adorable to me) however right now she's still young so that's where Kit comes from..

So the updates might be slow on here. I've rewritten a lot already so I've been rereading this story and rewriting it. So forgive me for slow updates.

Chapter Text

Wren winced as her mother shrieked at her as her mother's hand swung at her face slapping her hard “Why couldn't you be like your siblings! They are more successful than you will ever be!”

Wren bit her lip staring at her ceiling after waking up from her latest nightmare. 'Thank you mother for that fun memory.' She dragged herself out of bed ran through a shower quickly then put on her usual outfit, leggings with layered tank tops. She grabbed a soda and shrugged at the lack of food in her pantry. “Oh well, I'll deal with it later.”

Wren whimpered as she wandered out of her kitchen and plopped onto her bed going through everything that she went through till now. A mixture of voices swarmed in her mind as she closed her eyes.

You're a not good enough for me!

I've been loyal to you for years! And yet you sat there and cheated on me the whole time!

'Thank you first husband for that self confidence destruction'

Then her second husband who destroyed her yet again.

I'm sorry but I can't accept you.

But you promised!

I know but I just can't.. It's wrong! So I'm divorcing you.

'Thank you second husband for your lies.'

Wren bit her lip as rejection after rejection went through her mind. Betrayal after betrayal. Wren rubbed her hand over her heart as she sighed 'No more.. I can't handle it.. I just can't..' Wren grabbed her phone and sighed seeing that it was time for her to head out to go to her daughter's school. Wren dashed out of her room, shoved her feet into her shoes grabbed her keys and purse then out the door. She quickly locked her door then rushed to her car. Wren dropped into her car and drove towards her daughters school to pick her up for her weekend with her.

Wren bit her lip in frustration and despair as she sat in her car at the arrangement set up with her parents for her daughter. Wren closed her eyes as she flashed back to two years ago.

Until you get a job or some kind of steady income. Kit will stay with us.

That's.. not fair but I understand.

Kit needs structure. She needs to be able focus on schoolwork. You not having the income she needs to be able to stay focused and not stressed out like you are..

Wren jumped as her backseat car door opened to reveal her daughter tossing her backpack into the back. “Hey mom!” Wren smiled “Hey kiddo. How was school today?” Wren watched as Kit shut the door then moved to open the passenger door slipping in and shutting it “It was alright. Grateful it's Friday and I get to be with you for the weekend.” Wren grinned wolfishly at her “Of course! You excited to just be lazy?” Kit laughed as she fist bumped “Yes! Grandma and Grandpa always having me doin stuff when I just want to relax.”

Wren sighed “I know, but we have to do this. Even if we don't like this.” Wren glanced over to see Kit sigh and pout “I know. I understand, I just don't like it.” Wren wrapped her arm around Kit's shoulder carefully and pulled Kit closer to her resting her forehead against her daughters for a moment then pulled away. Kit smiled at her “Now, let's go home!” Wren laughed but kept her eyes on the road “We need to pick up a few things first.” Kit nodded as she sat back smiling chatting about her day.

Wren smiled as she drove towards the store. When they parked Wren was overcome with a sense of unease to the point she looked around. Wren's gaze stopped on a large ghostly silver wolf that stepped out of the treeline 'That's..a rather large wolf is it not?'. Kit moved to stand next to her “Mom? What are you looking at?” Wren pulled her attention from the wolf to Kit “I'm.. not sure.” Wren looked at where the wolf stood but saw nothing 'Interesting..' Wren and Kit quickly walked away into the store gathering the things they needed then went back out to the car.

Wren started up the car and drove them back to her apartment. When Wren parked Kit popped out of her car shutting her door then opening the back door grabbing her backpack then shutting it “Come on mom! You're slow!” Kit tore away running towards the apartment with Wren shaking her head laughing at her daughter's antics.

Once inside then put everything away Wren and Kit collapsed on Wren's bed with Kit looking at her with a huge grin on her face “Come on mom! Let's watch something!” Wren chuckled as she handed the controller to Kit who gleefully took over “Oh!” Wren turned her gaze to the screen to see Kit looking at Star Wars on the screen. “Yes!” Wren laughed as Kit put the show on and curled up with Wren buried into Wren's side. Wren chuckled at Kit's amusement as she wrapped herself around her daughter settling in for the night. After a while they grew exhausted enough for Wren to playfully kick Kit out of her bed and into her own for sleep.

Wren woke up with a groan as she stretched slightly wincing as her old back pain hit again 'damn job screwing up my back.. ugh.. chronic pain is the worst...' Wren rolled over to see her cat Sekhmet curled up next to her purring then glanced up to the door to see Kit looking in “Mornin Mom!” Wren groaned goodnaturedly “Oh good grief... I always forget you're a morning person..” Wren buried herself under the blankets to the sound of her daughter's laughter. Wren whined from under the blankets “Caaaaaaaaffiene........” Wren heard Kit laughing again “I've got one for you.” Wren sat up quickly with a big smile on her face “Gimme!” Sekhmet meowed loudly then flicked her tail with attitude and leapt off the bed heading up to hide in her cat tree.

Kit crawled up on the bed next to her and handed her the caffiene bottle. Wren took it from her and smiled “Thanks kiddo.” Wren took a swig as Kit looked at her “Mom, what's the plan today?” Wren shrugged “I don't know. We have the whole day to ourselves.” Sekhmet meowed loudly as she leapt from her tree to go stand on a table by the window. “Met? What's wrong?” Wren got up from the bed till she meowed lightly as a wolf howled outside. Wren shivered at the sound of the howl as a shiver went down her spine 'oh to be free like you. I wish I could.. I would never regret my daughter though'.

Wren turned to Kit who looked at her with a worried look on her face “Mom?” Wren shook her head “No need to worry.” Kit shrugged worry forgotten “Hey! Can we go out to the park?” Wren twisted up her face slightly “I suppose so.. why?” Kit gave her a mischevious smile “There's a cave I heard about from my classmates and I wanted to explore it.” Sekhmet meowed loudly as she tore out of the room and ran down the stairs. Wren raised an eyebrow at Sekhmet's actions while Kit looked at the door where Sekhmet dashed out. “Mom, is that.. normal for Met?” Wren shook her head “No, come on change for being outside.” Kit walked out and into her room while Wren stood in her room sighing. 'I wonder why Sekhmet is acting this way.. no matter. We'll figure it out.'

Wren quickly dressed then grabbed vaping supplies, caffiene, and hat then ran downstairs. Kit was already downstairs staring at Sekhmet. Sekhmet who was pacing by where Wren put her purse. Wren looked at Sekhmet “Met? What's wrong sweetie?” Sekhmet leapt up from the floor and up to where Wren's purse was sitting then crawled inside sticking her head out. “Meow!” Wren tilted her head and sighed “Fine...” Kit tilted her head “Wait.. Met wants to go with us?” Wren nodded “Looks like it” as she grabbed her purse gently letting Sekhmet ride on her back.

Wren grabbed her keys then playfully shoved Kit out the door. “Come on then let's get this exploring over with kid.” Kit laughed slightly then winced slightly “Cuz of your back right?” Wren nodded as she watched Kit's face fall slightly “We don't have to if you're not up to it.” Wren shook her head as she closed and locked her door “Nope! It's alright. It's something you want to do. I just have to be careful later.” Kit nodded as they walked to Wren's car. Kit slipped into the car as Wren went to slip into the car a wolf howled again.

Wren spun her head around as her heart leapt in her chest 'Beautiful song..' Wren shook her head as she slid into the car. Then she looked at Kit “Where is this cave?” Kit grinned “It's at the park where we go in October.” Wren tilted her head slightly then smiled “Ok!” Wren drove her car towards the park with Kit holding her purse that Sekhmet was riding in. When they arrived Wren parked her car as Kit gently put Wren's purse in her seat as she all but bouncing out of the car. Wren chuckled as she took her purse slipping it on her back.

Wren followed Kit slowly as Kit ran around laughing excitedly. Wren chuckled till Kit stopped in front of a cave “Mom! I found it!” Wren started to limp slightly towards her 'Great, don't you start now back...I don't need this trouble right now. I'm spending time with my kid.' Wren limped into the cave with Kit holding her hand tightly while Sekhmet crawled out of her bag and used Wren's shoulder to leap off and walk in front. Wren sighed at her cat's antics “Met, don't wander off..” Kit snickered at Sekhmet who flicked her tail at Wren. Wren halted when they got to the middle of the cave the sound of wolves howling in front of them. She moved to stand in front of Kit who clutched the back of Wren's shirt. Wren kept ker gaze in front of them as Sekhmet meowed loudly in front of them then dashed away with Wren and Kit scrambling to catch up.

Wren limped/ran to keep up while Kit jogged beside her as they reached the back of the cave to see a ring of wolves running around in a circle. Kit gripped Wren's arm her eyes locked on the ring “Mom... is that... is that what I think it is?!” Wren swallowed slightly as she kept her eyes on the ring then slowly drifted her gaze down to Sekhmet who paced in front of the circle. Kit let go of Wren's arm to walk towards the ring. Wren took a step towards her “Wait Kit don't touch it!” Kit rested her hand on the wall just as the ring glowed causing the wolves to run faster and a blinding light to engulf them.

Wren opened her eyes to see a cave but not the one they left in with Kit exploring the cave they were in “Uh Mom? Where are we?” Wren sat up slowly “Uh... I don't know. But what did I tell you about touching stuff you shouldn't? Come on lets go find out.” Wren looked at Kit closer and leapt to her feet “Uh Kit, your eyes are.. glowing..” Kit looked at her and gasped “So are yours!” Wren looked around and saw the entrance not to far away from them “Come on, theres the entrance.” Wren walked in front of Kit her nerves on edge slightly.

When they stepped outside Kit screeched “Mom! W..what happened to you?!” Wren spun to face Kit “What do you mean?” Kit pointed at her with her hand slightly shaking “M..mom you have a tail!” Wren's eyes widened and spun in a circle realizing she did indeed have a tail. Wren gasped as she touched it “It's... it's a wolf tail!” Kit giggled as she looked at her “You have wolf ears too!” Wren lifted her hands and touched wolf ears which laid back as she looked at her daughter “Well, you should get a look at yourself kid. You have ears and a tail too!” Kit squealed and spun around “I do! Ah! It's... red though?” Wren snickered at Kit “Well, what animal is mischievious and has mostly red fur?”

Kit paused and wrapped her arms around her stomach as she started laughing “A fox!” Wren snickered “Yea, looks like your name fits you now.” Kit stuck her tongue out at Wren as she grabbed Wren's hand “Come on! We need to explore!” Wren sighed and nodded but halted after a few steps “Wait where's Sekhmet?!” Kit looked around and jumped behind her pointing towards the trees “Um... I think she's over there.. maybe?” Wren followed where Kit was pointing to see a small cat looking at them from the trees who padded towards them slowly. Wren stood in front of Kit wrapping her tail around her waist while carefully laying her ears back “Met? Is that really you?”

Sekhmet stopped right in front of her with a deep purr “Of course it is Ma.. who else would it be?” Wren felt her jaw drop as she stared at Sekhmet who chuckled in front of her headbutting againist Wren's ankle lightly. Wren closed her eyes and her hands flew up to her temples as she got a massive information of this universe downloaded into her mind. Then she felt Sekhmet's muzzle leave her ankle to press againist Kit's leg as Kit whimpered behind her. Kit gasped as her eyes flew open “So.. we're.. in Star Wars now?!” Sekhmet let out a meow of laughter while Wren looked around “Naboo to be accurate.”

Wren shook her head as Kit gripped her arm from behind “Mom, what are we doing here? What can we do?” Wren sighed “I don't know. Let's find out what the date is first.” Kit flicked her ears around and puffed up her tail “Mom, I hear something from over that way!” Wren nodded as Sekhmet jumped onto her shoulders as Wren followed her daughter who ran in the direction of the sound. Wren halted as her daughter came to a stop behind a gathering of a trees.

Kit put a finger to her lips in a shushing noise and pointed towards the noise. Wren let out a snarl as she saw Padme and Jar Jar being surrounded by droids. Wren let out a deep growl “Stay here Kit.” Kit made a noise of protest as Wren launched herself out of the treeline smashing her foot into the closest droid picking up the discarded blaster rifle and destroyed the rest.

Kit burst out of the treeline as Padme lifted her pistol and aimed it at them “Who are you!” Wren lowered the blaster to the ground as she looked at Padme “Easy, we're.. allies.. it's hard to explain right now. But at the moment stay here.” Wren shifted her look to Kit “Kit, you stay here. No arguments. Understood?” Kit whined “But mom...” Wren lifted a finger “No. You stay here.” Kit growled at her slightly “What about your back?” Wren grinned slightly as she shifted side to side “Looks like its not hurting anymore.” Kit gasped in delight as Wren walked away while Padme looked at her nervously “Um, what are you doing?” Wren gave her a wolfish grin “Stay above the lab. Keep my daughter safe.”

Wren turned back to the metal platform then knelt down “Met, stay with Kit.” Sekhmet gently leapt off her shoulders and padded over to Kit sitting at her feet as Wren walked into the middle of the platform then leapt up as high as she could go before flipping and slamming her feet onto the platform causing it to break under her feet. 'Alright... I guess I have the force now. Sweet. Hm, should look to see about making a saber.. possibly.. maybe.' Wren and the platform dropped from the surface then landed on the ground floor with a crash then stalked through the facility sending out feelings to get a bead on the Doctor 'pft some Doctor.. what an asshole.'

Wren felt her tail lashing behind her as she stalked from room to room dispatching droids left and right while dropping empty rifles as she went 'Thank you Mom and Dad for teaching me how to handle a weapon. Who woulda guessed I would be using it.' Wren snickered under her breath, as she came to room where the doctor was hiding. Wren kicked the door open with a snarl “Doctor Vindi!” The Doctor jumped “W..who are you?” Wren grinned darkly “Your worst nightmare.” Wren flipped the switch from kill to stun and shot the Doctor.

Wren dispatched the rest of the doctors droids with him even the little droid who was standing next to him. Wren snorted as she held the gun in one hand switching the gun to stun again and shot the doctor once more. 'Just in case. Good riddance.' Wren gripped the Doctors ankle and dragged him from the room whistling till she came back to the room she dropped into. Wren groaned when she looked up 'Ugh I have to drag him all the way up there... great......'

Wren gripped the back of the Doctors shirt and leapt up to land in front of the platform she destroyed. When she landed Kit dashed out to her “Mom! You're.. ok aren't you?” Kit looked her over moving Wren's arms around. Wren sighed “Yes, I'm fine Kit. Don't worry.” Kit sagged into her “Thank god.. I could feel you but not that well. I couldn't ever hear your thoughts.” Wren grinned until she looked over at Padme who standing in front of Jar Jar.

Padme looked at the Doctor on the ground beside her “Is he.. dead?” Wren shook her head “Nope. Stunned twice however. He's.. not on my list.” Padme tilted her head in confusion “You have a list?” Wren grinned heavily “Oh you have no idea... Do you have a way to communicate with your people?” Padme nodded slowly “Yes.” Wren nodded “Call them. I don't know how long this asshole will be stunned for.. we need someone here for the bombs and virus in the facility below.” Padme looked at her shakenly as she lowered her pistol to grab her communicator while Kit paced beside her. Wren felt Kit reaching out How do I do this? What can we do? Can we... fix this?

Wren chuckled as she faced Kit “Kit, it'll be alright.” Kit spun to face her “Mom did you.. hear that?” Wren nodded “Yes, think of barrier for your mind and make it as thick as possible without giving yourself a headache.” Kit screwed up her face as thought about it while Wren kept one ear flicked towards the doctor and the other towards Padme. Wren kept her eyes on Kit as spoke softly “Alright Kit, try thinking of something.” Kit looked at the Doctor as she growled at him while Wren smiled “Very good. I can't hear what you're thinking however I raised you. I know exactly how you feel about him.” Kit blushed slightly but nodded.

Wren looked up to see ships flying towards them and took a step back slightly wrapping her tail around her daughter's waist. Kit jumped laying her ears back with her tail wrapping around her leg and whispered “Mom, is that.. who I think that is?” Wren nodded as she felt the presence of two people heading towards them. Wren laid her ears back slightly as the gunships landed with a young man running out towards Padme while a older man walked calmly behind him shaking his head at the younger man's antics.

Wren moved to stand in front of Kit as the older man came closer Kit gripped the back of her shirt “Mom.. it's.. it's.” Wren nodded as she tightened her tail around her daughter's waist. Wren lifted her gaze to the man's face absolutely stunned she was face to face with Obi-Wan Kenobi while Anakin Skywalker was walking over with a huge grin on his face.

Wren pointed at the Doctor who was still stunned on the ground “So, there's the Good Doctor.. drooling on the ground.” Anakin snorted while Obi-Wan raised an eyebrow at her words as Kit giggled behind her. Anakin glanced backwards “Oi Rex shackle Doctor Vindi and drag him to the gunship.” Wren looked up to see the blonde haired clone walking over with a dark haired clone with a scar on the side of his face beside him 'Holy Crap. Rex and Cody. This just gets better and better.' Wren flicked one ear towards the body as the doctor was dragged away.

Anakin went to cross his arms until he was pounced on from behind as Kit gasped behind her. Anakin playfully staggered “Snips, you don't need to pounce on me all the time.” Ahsoka laughed “Of course I do Skyguy! It's fun.” Obi-Wan laughed slightly “Payback my former padawan from you pouncing on me all the time.” Anakin grumbled goodnaturedly as Ahsoka rested her head on the top of his before focusing her attention on Wren and Kit. “Who are they?” Obi-Wan looked Wren and Kit thoughtfully “I'm sure once we get back onto the Naboo Palace they will tell us.”

Wren sighed dropping her shoulders 'Well, I suppose we crashed in on their mission it's only fair..' Wren let go of Kit's waist slowly as they walked towards the gunship with Padme and Jar Jar following them. Obi-Wan didn't join them as he stay behind “Go on ahead Anakin. The 212th and I will join you after the bomb squad takes care of the facility.” Anakin nodded but hesitated “You sure Master? I can stay.. You know Ahsoka can handle the whole affair in Naboo.”

Obi-Wan nodded and waved him on “Go ahead. I trust you.” Anakin smiled slightly as the door closed on the them. Wren felt her tail fluff up as she looked up to the handle bars gripping onto it tightly while Kit laughed beside her. “Mom.. your tail...” Wren looked at her gently flicked her in the forehead. Kit just laughed even harder as Wren felt the fur on her tail flatten. Wren used her other hand to pull Kit into her tight as Kit sighed happily.

Wren paced slightly her tail waving gently behind her in the rooms Padme had given her and Kit who was curled up on the couch holding Sekhmet watching “Mom? What's wrong?” Wren flicked one ear towards her while opening her mouth to answer only to be cut off when a knock rang out from the door. Wren dropped her tail on the ground dragging it as she went to answer the door. Wren opened it to reveal Obi-Wan, Anakin, Ahsoka, Rex and Cody. Wren sighed as she moved away “Come on in.. I suppose you want answers.” Obi-Wan nodded as he moved to sit across from Kit while Wren dropped beside Kit while the rest dropped into chairs around them. Wren sighed as she pulled Kit into her who whined playfully “Mom...” Wren chuckled as she let her go “Alright.. I won't embarrass you.. to much.” Kit snarled playfully at her as Wren sighed before looking at the group around them.

Wren looked around the room “Well, as I'm sure you can probably feel, my daughter and I are not from this universe.” Obi-Wan rubbed his beard slowly “Yes, we can sense that.” Anakin leaned forward and put his chin in the ridge between Ahsoka's montrals causing her to purr slightly “Where are you from?” Wren drooped her ears slightly “It's.. hard to explain but if you have time.. I know there's a war going on.” Anakin nodded as Obi-Wan waved his hand to her “Please do so.” Wren sighed and laid her head back gathering her thoughts.

Wren lifted her head and looked at them carefully then started to explain. At the end of the explaination the clones looked at her with blank expressions while Ahsoka's jaw was open in amazement. Anakin and Obi-Wan looked at her with concerning looks on their faces before Obi-Wan spoke quietly “I see. We can feel that the two of you do have the force however we are not sure how much.” Wren nodded as she rested her chin on her hand looking at him “I figured as much I had to explain how to make barriers in her mind for Kit before you arrived.”

Wren felt one gently prodding againist her barriers and exhaled then smacked the prodded force signature lightly causing Anakin to jump. Wren grinned wolfishly at him “That was a bit rude Anakin.” Ahsoka burst out laughing as she felt Anakin's reaction through their bond across the way from them. Obi-Wan shook his head with a small smile as the clones hid their smiles behind their hands. Anakin grinned at her “Just had to check your barriers.. They are rather strong for someone how has no training.” Wren sighed as she felt another two signatures prodding her barriers. Wren lashed her tail slightly but let them touch her barriers. Kit jumped at Wren's tail lashing beside her.

Obi-Wan tilted his head “You have a lot of emotions that you are in touch with yet.. your eyes are as blue as Anakin's.. Can you explain?” Wren sighed then closed her eyes for a moment “Kit, stay here on the couch.” Kit winced as she looked up at Wren who got up from the couch “Mom.. you.. sure?” Wren nodded as she sat on the ground cross legged looking up at the other jedi in the room. “Please.. it's easier to explain. My emotions will be easier to reveal themselves.” Obi-Wan and Anakin got up and sat across from her with one hand out stretched towards her. Wren put a hand in each other theirs dropping her barriers in her mind letting them enter her mind.

I have a lot of emotions however I've had to learn to express them correctly and healthy on my own. Even with help.. Wren sighed around them as she lead them throughout her life causing Anakin's signature to flare up in anger a lot which lead Wren to pause in the show and sooth his signature frequently Anakin, you don't need to be angry on my account. I've learned to just deal with it. Once Anakin was calmed she continued with her story till she felt Obi-Wan's signature let out a flare a few times which surprised her but she quickly soothed him as well. Obi-Wan, I'm fine.. please don't let my residual emotions affect either of you. My life is my burden, my stories, my lessons. I use them to teach my daughter how to react instead of what happened for me. This way she has a much better chance at a better life than I do. Wren eventually came to the end of her story as she felt them leave her mind slowly. Wren opened her eyes to see Anakin clenching his fists into his pants his knuckles almost white. Anakin looked up at her “Teach me how you did that. Your anger I felt it but you don't hold it.” Obi-Wan looked at him in shock but nodded at her to continue.

Wren sighed as she leaned back againist the couch putting her head on her knees “I look at how the anger could have been used. I could have hurt people. My friends, even the ones I still cared about in my family. Then let it go. I acknowledge the anger then just let it go. I feel fear but I don't let it stop me. I acknowledge my limits and stop then ask for help.” Wren tilted her head back to look up at Kit who sniffled slightly “I'm scared for my daughter but I don't hold her back. I give her as much knowledge as I have or I look for information to give her.”

Wren looked back at them “Emotions are a part of us. We can't really just ignore that. I love my daughter. But I also know at some point I will have to let her go. She knows that.” Anakin crossed his arms looking at the ground thoughtfully as Obi-Wan rubbed his beard looking at her “You're strong..” Wren sighed “I get that a lot...” Anakin leapt to his feet and started pacing “Wren is it?” Wren nodded as she looked him over “Yes, something on your mind?” Anakin nodded as his shoulders tense “How you explained what you do for your emotions would have been so much easier for me to understand back then.. Obi-Wan has tried a few times.. but..” Obi-Wan looked up at him with a pained expression “Anakin..” Anakin shook his head “No, it's alright. I get it you brought up differently than I was..” Obi-Wan nodded and sighed as Anakin continued “When my.. mother died.. I couldn't contain it so I lashed out.”

Wren stood up and walked over to Anakin standing in front of him “Anakin, I know. It's alright. You've seen what happened in my memories about what happened to those who let anger get the best of them.” Anakin's shoulders dropped as Wren looked up at him “May I?” Anakin nodded hesitantly as Wren stepped towards him. Wren wrapped her arms around his waist burying her face into his chest letting out a calming aura out of her. “It's ok Anakin. I know it's not ideal. Don't worry, I think going to see a mind healer is best for you.” Anakin stiffened but relaxed and he nodded “I will..” Wren felt Anakin wrapping his long arms around her squeezing her to him tightly then let her go. Wren made her way over to Ahsoka dropping to one knee and looked her in the eye “Ahsoka, you have nothing to prove to anyone. Just do your best to your abilities and learn everything you can from Anakin and Obi-Wan. You'll be amazing and make them both proud.”

Ahsoka flushed slightly then looked over at Anakin and Obi-Wan who nodded at her. Ahsoka bit her lip then looked down for a moment while Wren lifted her chin looking at her “It's going to be alright. I swear it.” Wren stood up and moved over to Obi-Wan and dropped to sit in front of him looking him intently in the face “Obi-Wan, I know what you're worried about. I know your pains, your fears, your hopes, everything.” Obi-Wan paled slightly as Cody moved to stand behind him tense behind Obi-Wan but Wren continued “You think the Council and how the Order is the now is the best. However we both know the Order can not continue like how it has after the war is over.” Obi-Wan tensed in front of her “What do you know?”

Wren looked up at the clones behind them then back to Anakin a soft sad understanding look in her gaze “I know this will be hard to hear for everyone in the room. To begin with, are the Jedi truly free in the Republic?” Wren locked her gaze onto Obi-Wan's face as she continued “The Council answers to the Senate. You were pulled into this war, againist who you truly were. Ahsoka's been thrust into war where she should have had the chance to grow as teenage then usual mistakes and fun. Not worrying day by day if she or her brothers would die.”

Obi-Wan went stiff in front of her as she felt Anakin's signature bristled behind her “What do you mean are the jedi truly free?” Wren looked at him “Anakin, surely you've noticed.. the Senate has all but collared the Jedi.” Anakin growled as he looked at her “But Palpatine..” Wren let out a snarl as the same time as Kit let out a screech from the couch. Kit stood on her feet on the couch her tail bristled as she stared him down slightly shaking “He's an asshole! Don't you see the connections!? The horrible information that causes massive defeats?! All the deaths of the clones and Jedi?! Then when you make plans the Separatists are able to slam your forces!?”

Anakin went white with shock at the force and emotions coming off of Kit as she spoke. Obi-Wan looked at Wren “How do you know this?” Wren blushed lightly as she curled her tail around her leg “We..we've seen it.” Anakin looked at her swallowing “How?” Wren sighed “Well, umm.. back in our universe and we've watched you and you're efforts. It's in movies.. and shows..” Kit laid her ears back covering her mouth going pale “I'm sorry, Anakin I didn't mean to yell at you.” Anakin looked at her and sighed running his hands through his hair “How does it end?”

Kit sniffled as she dropped to sit on the couch. Wren looked at the floor dread seeping out of her “The Republic falls, the Separatists dismantled and a new Empire rises..” Ahsoka looked between Wren and Kit slowly as she swallowed when she spoke up “T..the jedi?” Kit bit back a sob “Gone.” Obi-Wan hid his face into his hands as Cody rushed towards him then rested his hand on Obi-Wan's back. Cody looked at them hesitantly “And us?” Kit grabs the pillow beside her and cried openly into it while Wren looks at him as her voice cracked “You.. you and your brothers are enslaved.. personalities locked away.. weapons againist the ones you love.” Rex dropped to his knees followed by Cody as he clutched Obi-Wan to him. Anakin let out a roar of fustration as a blast of his signature lashes out from him. Wren ran up to him wrapping her arms around him tight “Anakin, we're going to fix it. But you have to trust us. Both of us..”

Anakin nodded as he let out a shaky breath as a knock was heard on the door Wren looked over at Kit “Kit, go open the door and bring who ever it is in.” Kit jumped from the couch and ran to the door as Wren stepped away from Anakin quickly. Kit opened the door to reveal Padme on the otherside. Anakin rushed over to her and gathered her in his arms shaking. Wren looked over at Obi-Wan who was shaking in his chair with Cody's head on his lap while Ahsoka walked over to Rex moving his arms to curl up in his lap as Rex crushed her to his chest tightly. Wren smirked lightly at Ahsoka's actions plus Rex's 'called it... so much.' Wren lashed her tail slightly as she crossed her arms while Anakin looked over at her “How do we do this?”

Wren gave him a wolfish grin at the same time as Kit did causing Anakin to shiver slightly “Do I dare ask?” Wren crossed her arms as Kit crackled her knuckles laughing “Oh mom, this is going to be fun.” Wren chuckled evilly “Oh yes. This is going to be fun. Let the games begin.” Obi-Wan looked at her “We need to go to the Council.. Wren shook her head “No, not yet. We need proof first. We also need datapads that are not linked to the GAR network.” Wren looked over at Cody “Cody? Do you of any squads who can get some datapads that don't need to be linked to the GAR network?” Cody nodded slowly “Yes, Clone Force 99 should be on Kamino right now.” Kit gasped and grinned at her mischieviously “Oh mom....” Wren laid her ears back “Hush up you.” Kit fell over laughing while Wren rolled her eyes using her tail to smack Kit lightly.

Anakin looked at the pair with his eyebrow raised as Kit giggled manically at the look on Wren's face. Wren paced slightly “Alright we need to get to Kamino.. As much as I'd rather not deal with those long necked bastards.. we have no choice..” Obi-Wan looked at her in surprise “You want to go to Kamino?” Wren nodded “Yes, we need to go there for part of the plan..” Kit grinned from her spot on the couch “Please oh please can we shove the Kaminoans into the cells while we're there?” Wren rolled her eyes “Not yet.. not until they helped us out.” Kit snickered “Can we persuade them mom?” Wren sighed “Only if we have to..” Kit pouted and grumbled from the couch while Wren shook her head at her daughter.

Wren let out a sigh “Well, what's next then?” Obi-Wan crossed his arms then looked up at Anakin who nodded “We could go to Kamino..” Wren smiled lightly as Kit brimmed with excitement “We get to save Her too!” Wren puffed her tail up slightly at the mention of Omega from Kit. Ahsoka tilted her head “Her?” Kit nodded “Yes! There's a young clone there thats aleast a little force sensitive.” Anakin looked at them in shock “Seriously?!” Wren nodded “Yes, Her name is Omega. She works as Nala Se's assistant. She's the same age as Boba as well.” Wren glanced over at Anakin “She belongs with the Bad Batch though. She's.. like them.” Obi-Wan sighed as he rested his head in his hand with the other still on Cody's head “Alright let's head to Kamino then.” Kit bounced on her toes in excitement as she dashed out of the room with a happy shout “Let's go!” Wren shook her head with a small smile as she flicked her ears back towards Anakin and Obi-Wan who spoke to Padme with the clones standing next to them quietly probably mulling over everything as Wren walked out of the room shaking her head.

Wren following the sound of Kit's footsteps till she was outside standing in the sun watching her daughter running around laughing forgetting the tears she shed in the other room. Wren leaned againist a pillar as she kept an eye on her daughter when she heard footsteps behind her so she flicked an ear back at the sound 'hmm that sounds.. like..' Wren was soon met with deep blue eyes looking up at her earnestly 'ah it's Ahsoka..' “Yes Ahsoka? What is it?”

Ahsoka twirled her finger around one of her lekku “You really mean it? You and your daughter are here to help us?” Wren nodded as she placed her hand in the space between her montrals lightly “Yes, we don't want to see your universe fall apart.” Ahsoka nodded her padawan beads knocking together lightly as the others joined them. “Ready Snips?” Wren removed her hand from Ahsoka's head as Kit walked up “Ok, I got my excess energy burned off.” Wren smirked at her daughter then gently tugged on her ear lightly “For now.” Kit hissed lightly and batted her hand away as the group chuckled at them.

Wren turned as Kit pounced on her back while Wren sighed “Really? You're as tall as me.. that's not fair.” Kit giggled as she nuzzled her neck Wren sighed again as she walked along with Anakin and Obi-Wan walked beside her till Kit slid off her back and walked behind her gently holding her tail. Wren flicked her ear back with a smile as they walked towards the gunships to head back to the Resolute.

Wren sat in front of a windows staring out at the stars whipping past them in hyperspace on the way to Kamino as her thoughts raced 'So.. Kamino..' Wren sighed as she rested her head on her hand till she felt a presence behind her she flicked her ear towards them “I hear you and feel you standing there.”

Anakin walked over to her and sat across from her “Do I dare ask what happened to me?” Wren drooped her ears “You.. fell..” Anakin gripped the seat under him as he choked out “H..How?” Wren twitched her tail slightly “Palpatine organized it all so you could and would only rely on him. He worked with Dooku to kidnap himself making Obi-Wan go undercover with them forcing the council and in extension Obi-Wan to not tell you or Ahsoka causing the relationship between you both to fall apart. Then He took Ahsoka from you in a plot after getting a fellow padawan to bomb the temple and frame Ahsoka. Causing further distance between you and Obi-Wan.. all the while seeding discord within you about the Council not trusting you. Anakin, you have to remember Obi-Wan does love you. He always has, he may not show it all the time but he does.”

Anakin looked pleased about Obi-Wan then grew disgusted as he looked down at the floor “It worked didn't it.. from you saw.”

Wren nodded as she looked from the window to him “Don't worry. We're here to stop that from happening. More will be told as we go either Kit or myself will help remember.”

Anakin nodded slowly as he sat there quietly “Thank you..” Wren smiled as she stared at him “Of course. What Palpatine did was wrong and I can't stand it when people do evil things for power. Not that I agree with evil deeds to begin with but you get my meaning.”

Anakin looked sick in his seat “Do you consider what I did on Tattoonie evil?” Wren crossed her arms as she sat there thinking “No.. and yes.” Anakin flinched as Wren continued “Let me explain. No because I believe it was you in your grief lashing out plus the darkside being forced on you. Yes cause well.. killing while lashing out is wrong. But like I said.. You were grieving and not in your right mind. Would you do something like that if you were in your right mind?”

Anakin shook his head heavily “No! It goes against everything I was taught..” Wren watched as Anakin's eyes widened “I don't remember much of that night except a cold darkness surrounding me..” Wren nodded “Then yes, you were compelled to do what you did..”

Anakin shivered as he sat there while Wren looked up to see Kit walking over to her “Mom? I was told to come get you. I guess we're getting closer to Kamino.”

Wren nodded as she stood up from her seat with Anakin following her as they walked to the lift to go down to the hanger. Wren shifted on her feet as her tail twitched behind her causing Anakin to chuckle slightly “So, I'm assuming that in your universe you don't have a tail or ears like this?”

Kit laughed “No, we're human. Though it is rather funny to see mom with a tail like this.” Wren snorted and smacked her daughter in the face with it “Watch it you. I may not have any training but I might ask Anakin to toss you around for my amusement.”

Kit mockingly gasped “You wouldn't!” Wren looked over her shoulder at Kit with a playful grin “Watch me.” Anakin raised his hands “Nuh uh.. keep me out of this. I was banned from the playing in the creche for doing just that.”

Wren let out a laugh as the lift opened for them to leave and they walked out meeting Ahsoka and Obi-Wan near one of the shuttles. Obi-Wan turned to face them “Rex and Cody wanted to join us. Is that alright?”

Wren nodded as they walked up the ramp together to see Rex and Cody standing in the cockpit waiting for them. Anakin brushed past them and dropped into the pilot seat with Obi-Wan dropping into the co-pilot seat. Ahsoka dropped into the seat behind Anakin as Rex and Cody stood behind them with Wren dropping into the seat in the middle of the shuttle with Kit dropping into her lap “Oaf. Kit.. You're not small anymore..”

Kit chuckled causing Ahsoka to look at them with undisguised longing as Wren sighed “Kit get off for a moment” Kit jumped off of her lap only to watch Wren drop to the ground and lean into the wall of the shuttle opening her arms up to Kit who jumped at her while Wren nodded to Ahsoka who shot out of her seat burrowing into her other side.

Rex and Cody chuckled at Ahsoka's actions as Wren leaned her head back against the wall then tilted her head to look at the clones “Don't tell me you need cuddles too?” Wren asked with so much sass Obi-Wan laughed in his seat. Cody blustered as Rex hid his smile behind his hand at Cody while Anakin laughed from his seat.

Wren smiled as she hugged both girls to her tight as she felt the shuttle come to land as Ahsoka sprang up to her feet followed by Kit. Wren sighed as she slowly stood up and walked with them to the ramp that descended. Anakin and Obi-Wan moved to walk in front of them as the rain hit them.

Wren groaned as her tail and ears got immediately soaked through 'oh force.. great.. I'm going to smell like a wet dog!' Wren lashed her tail slightly 'I'll have to wait till I'm in doors to fix that issue.' Wren followed them with Kit edging closer to her as they walked closer to the entrance.

Wren could feel the aura of the place 'so much sadness and despair..' Wren shook her head as they stepped inside with Wren let out a relieved sigh as she lashed her tail causing water to splash everywhere “Ugh..” Rex took off his bucket and looked at her “Sorry, Should have warned you that Kamino always rains.” Wren waved her hand “I should have remembered too. It's alright.”

Wren looked past them to see Master Ti walking towards them with small squad of troopers at her back “Ah Master Kenobi, Knight Skywalker and Padawan Tano. Oh! Rex and Cody you're here too?”

Obi-Wan looked to her “Master Ti, we need to speak. In a room that is private and no bugs.” Master Ti narrowed her eyes slightly but nodded as one of the troopers leaned into her whispering then stepped back “This way.”

Obi-Wan waved their group to follow them as they walked the halls. Kit whimpered beside Wren as Kit gripped her hand tightly “Mom.. this place.. it's bleeding in sadness despair and just.. feels wrong.” Wren nodded slowly “Yes. Tighten the barrier if you have too.” Wren gently stroked her thumb against Kit's knuckles as they were swept into a room off the beaten path with Anakin and Obi-Wan using the force for any bugs while the clone commanders with Master Ti set up devices to block out any sounds for anyone listening in outside the room.

When Wren let Kit's hand go Wren kept her eyes on them as she felt Kit disappear from them Really Kit? Wren heard her daughter's reply Hehe I'm going to find Omega.

Wren shook her head as she slowly took a seat watching Ahsoka move to sit by Anakin and Rex while Obi-Wan dropped into a chair across from them with Cody standing at his side.

Master Ti sat across from Wren while the commanders stood behind her with their buckets firmly on but Wren got the feeling they were staring at her. Anakin leaned forward slowly “Master Ti, we.. have to introduce you to someone. She's not an enemy.. she wants to help us.”

Wren twitched her ear at the sounds outside while focusing on Master Ti who landed her gaze on her. Wren cleared her throat “My name is Wren and my daughter Kit, well she's um what's the word. Exploring at the moment. She's on her own mission. We are here to help.” Anakin chuckled as he relaxed in his seat “She slipped away from us?”

Wren sighed as she fidgeted in her seat “Yea.. she's finding someone.” Master Ti looked at her “Finding who?” Wren sighed “First of all, We need to talk Master Ti. I need to know do you see the clones as your children? Would you do anything to protect them?”

Wren watched as Master Ti bristled slightly in her seat her lekku puffing up slightly “Yes minus a few of them I call my children.. why?” Wren sighed as she leaned forward “What if I told you that the those so called inhibitor chips have another purpose. A darker one that causes nothing but pain and destruction?”

Master Ti got to her feet pushing her chair back her lekku on full threat display “Explain.” Wren sighed “No need to threaten me Master Ti I fully intend on telling you. Please calm down and sit.” Master Ti took a few calming breaths and sat down. Wren looked at the clones in the room with sadness “The chips when activated at the correct time will cause the clones to be locked inside their minds and forced to kill Jedi who they grew to care for and cherish. From the Masters all the way down to the younglings.”

Rex and Cody flinched slightly in the spots while the commanders behind Master Ti growled behind her. Wren continued “If you use the AZ droids that in this facility you can safely remove the chips. I would also cut communications off world except for the Jedi temple as well as all the cruisers.” Wren sighed as she looked at Master Ti “I'm not trying tell you what to do Master Ti, this is just my advice.”

Wren went to speak when she suddenly sat up straight in her chair MOM WE HAVE A PROBLEM I FOUND OMEGA BUT SHE'S ABOUT TO BE TAKEN FOR EXPERIMENTATION!

Wren snarled deeply as she got up from her chair causing it to drop to the floor Where are you? Can you get between Omega and the one who has her? Wren looked around seeing the others looking at her in a state of shock and concern Duh already on it. It's Nala Se. In the underwater lab. Mom I.. KRIFF

Wren growled as she felt her daughter's anger through their bond “Commanders, do you know the way to Nala Se's underwater lab? She has my daughter in her lab as well as another clone..” Obi-Wan and Anakin got to their feet while Ahsoka launched herself to her feet dashing to the door opening it with the Commanders right behind her.

Master Ti looked at them in shock “Another Clone?” Wren nodded “A female..” Master Ti snarled as she used the force to leap over the table “Follow me” They rushed after the Commanders and Ahsoka running through the halls to come to the lift with the Commanders standing in front of it. Ahsoka was pacing in front of it “It's down here.”

The lift opened as Wren rushed through followed by everyone else Wren felt her tail bristling Kit!? Wren felt Kit's panic as the lift opened Wren dashed out and followed Kit's signature till she came to a room to find Kit crouching slightly in front of a young blonde girl her tail bristling and ears laid back who was cowering in a corner hiding tears with a Kaminoan standing in front of them with a syringe in her hands walking towards them.

Wren snarled as she stalked into the room “Step away from the children. Or else.” Kit relaxed slightly as the group who traveled with Wren finally entered behind her as Master Ti stalked over to the Kaminoan “Nala Se!” The Kaminoan jumped slightly then moved away from the girls while Kit grabbed Omega's hand and pulled her towards Wren shoving Omega into Wren's arms then standing in front of them. Wren picked up Omega gently nuzzling her gently “It's ok Megs..”

Wren turned and looked up at Anakin who was clenching his fists staring at the Kaminoan “Here, Anakin please take her.” Wren handed Omega over to Anakin who took her slowly wrapping his arms around her even going as far as wrapping his jedi robe around her too.

Wren stalked away from the group and stood by Master Ti and let out a growl she knew her human vocal cords shouldn't be able to do. “Nala Se. I know exactly what you did to the clones. Both things actually.” Nala Se's form paled a little at her words “I have no idea what you're talking about.” Wren snorted “Troopers please leave the room and cover your ears. Obi-Wan put a barrier around the room as well.”

Wren flicked her ears back as she listened to multiple sets of feet left the room as Anakin spoke up quietly “They're outside.” Wren felt a wave of Obi-Wan's force gently wave around them while Wren stalked forward a few steps “The chips. I know their true purpose. You also have the clones anti aging formula done and hidden don't you.” Wren watched as Nala Se's entire frame shook “H..how do you know.” Wren smiled evily “Let's just say.. I know a lot of knowledge that this entire universe isn't ready for...” Nala Se shivered “So. What now.”

Wren crossed her arms barely hiding the growl in her voice “I think to start with you will hand over the formula for the anti aging. Omega leaves with us. You will NOT send anyone after her. If you do. I will blast the Holonet with the knowledge that your government willingly worked with multiple Sith Lords to kill the Jedi Order. Even their younglings. As well as overthrow the Republic.” Nala Se shifted to stand ramrod stiff in front of her “You wouldn't..” Wren lashed her tail “Oh believe me. I would. Because of your actions children would have died. Babies died. Jedi and Clone alike. Don't test me.”

Nala Se nodded slowly “Fine.” Nala Se walked over to the console downloading the information onto a data stick then handing it over to Master Ti who snarled at her. Wren lashed her tail once more “Now. Further more. Tipoca City will be under the jurisdiction of the Vod'e.” Nala Se hissed “You can't do that!” Wren narrowed her eyes “Oh? You sure you want me to again say what I know?” Nala Se flinched back as Master Ti stepped forwards “I agree. I will speak with Lama Su myself after the Vod take control of the communications.”

Obi-Wan dropped the barrier as Wren snarled at Nala Se lightly before spinning on her heel stalking to the door with Obi-Wan right behind her and Master Ti following him. Anakin was already outside holding Omega talking quietly to the Commanders as they exited. Anakin looked over to them “Master Ti, I was already explaining to your Commanders on what the next steps were.. I apologize if I stepped over your command.” Master Ti shook her head with a small smile on her face “No it's alright. Thank you Anakin.”

Anakin smiled slightly “I believe Omega here passed out from all the excitement.” Kit bounced on her toes beside them looking up at Omega's face “Yes, she's out. We need to get out of here.” The commanders walked past them and into the lift “Generals, after we get out of we'll proceed to take over the facility.” Master Ti nodded the rest of the party stepped into the lift “No bloodshed if possible. On either side.” The commanders nodded as the lift closed then started to go up. Wren dropped her shoulders as she bit her lip jumping slightly when Master Ti put her hand on Wren's shoulder “Are you alright?” Wren went to nod but dropped her head and mumbled “No..”

Master Ti looked down at her “What's wrong?” Wren sighed as her ears drooped heavily “To much responsibility on my shoulders.. I haven't slept yet..” Anakin chuckled behind them “Don't let Kix hear that..” Wren flinched as she remembered Kix “Oh great.. medic on the hunt. Fantastic.” Master Ti removed her hand from Wren's shoulder “I see, well I should hope that once the situation here on Tipoca City is handled you can get some rest.”

Wren nodded as the lift opened to reveal the Alpha class clones waiting for them. The clone commanders walked away while Wren looked up at the Alpha class 'Holy crap.. it's hard to believe that these men as so large. Wrecker is even huge but still...' Obi-Wan looked up as well “Ah Alpha and Fordo. How are you two doing?” Wren jumped when Alpha and Fordo stepped closer to Obi-Wan “Not giving Kote any trouble are you?” Obi-Wan waved his hand “Of course not, my dear. Why would you think that?”

Anakin snickered from the back as Alpha looked over at him “Skywalker, I see you still causing trouble.” Anakin twitched then looked over at Wren “For once it's not me causing trouble. It's.. Wren.” Alpha looked at Wren “I see, your name is Wren?” Wren nodded as she looked up at him as Alpha growled “Kenobi.. why is she allowed by you when you know nothing about her.”

Wren barely held back a flinch but let her tail droop as well as her ears then walked away “I'll go see how the clone commanders are doing with their tasks.” Wren turned the corner just as the voices in the group spoke up ranging from calm to angry but Wren kept walking then spied 99 limping down the hall “Ah 99! How are you doing?”

Wren smiled softly when 99 turned and looked up at her “I'm sorry I don't recognize you.” Wren smiled warmly at him “I'm Wren. I'm the one that's causing trouble here on Tipoca City.” 99 chuckled “So you're the one who set the ripples of change in our home.” Wren nodded “Yes, I came to help the Vod'e. You all have been through to much alone.” Wren laid a hand on 99's shoulder and pulled him in gently for a hug “I'm just sorry I didn't come sooner.” Wren felt her strength leave her legs as she slowly dropped to the floor the enormity of her task she took upon herself hitting her as she dropped to the floor.

Wren buried her face into 99's chest fighting tears as her whole body shook. Wren broke as she clutched on him “I'm so sorry..” Wren felt 99 pat her head and rub her ears “It's alright.. We're used to how Tipoca City is.. It's not the easiest or happiest place for us.” Wren shook her head “I know that.. but..” 99 rubbed her ears gently “It's alright Wren. If you're the one changing everything around here that's enough for me.”

Wren hugged 99 tighter as she broke down hiding her tears from everyone into 99's chest while 99 comforted her till all her tears were gone. Wren laid against 99 exhausted her ear flicked once as she heard voices speaking in quiet tones around her then she felt herself being picked up “N..no 99..” Wren mumbled then dropped off.

Wren woke up with a start and looked around to see they were still on Tipoca City. Wren got out of pod seeing Kit sleeping in a pod not far from her as Wren got up from the pod. Wren then tip toed from the room to find Anakin sitting at a table with Obi-Wan across from him.

Wren was relieved to see Anakin looking lighter then he was yesterday and Obi-Wan was looking lighter as well. Obi-Wan looked over at her “I see you're awake” Wren nodded slowly sparing a glance at him then down at the table “Yes, I'm.. sorry for yesterday.” Anakin looked up at her “It's alright. You haven't had a chance to catch your breath.” Wren nodded as she dropped next to Obi-Wan with her head on her arms with a groan “I do feel bad you got in trouble with your former commander and captain Obi-Wan.”

Obi-Wan waved his hand “Don't worry about it, after we explained everything Alpha did apologize. He is just overprotective of me after our fun experience with Ventress.” Wren flinched remembering “I can see that.. Did you ever get healed mentally from that by the way?” Obi-Wan nodded “Yes, but the war doesn't help the Jedi..” Anakin grunted “No kidding. Every time we go back the temple it seems to get heavier and heavier.”

Wren ran her hand through her hair groaning “That's not the only reason why it seems heavier and heavier at the temple. Wren nodded “Yes, it's why when you're away from the temple the force while still a bit dark because of the destruction and war you can feel the light hidden within it.” Anakin swallowed as he swayed in his seat “So.. what happens if we leave the temple?” Wren stared at the table slowly braiding her hair “I don't know. The only thing I do know is you need to find a better home. For the Order and the Vod'e in all. I'm only going to assume you will not be abandoning them?”

Anakin shook his head “Never! We bled with them. They are our family.” Obi-Wan nodded as he commented “I agree with you, Anakin.” Wren jumped as the door opened to reveal Kit stumbling in “Mom? You ok?” Wren turned to her and smiled “Yes, I'm alright. Sorry for worrying you kiddo.” Kit stumbled over to her and dropped next to her yawning nuzzling into her shoulder. “It's ok mom. Even though you always hide stuff from me..”

Wren wrapped her arm around Kit's shoulders tugging Kit into her “I know but a lot of it you don't need to have on your shoulders. You're too young to worry about me.” Obi-Wan snickered from her side “Ah an overprotective youngling?” Wren snorted as she nuzzled the top of her daughter's head “Yes, though I keep telling her to not worry.” Obi-Wan chuckled then shot a glance at Anakin “Sounds like someone else I know.” Anakin pointed his finger at Obi-Wan “Hey! I'll have you know I hear enough from Rex about all the times Cody has commed him complaining everytime you get yourself in trouble! It's a fair cause for concern!”

Wren laughed at the pair while Kit yawned “Hey Anakin.. what happened with Omega? Last I knew you had her?” Anakin halted in picking on Obi-Wan to look at her “Alpha took her to the medics to make sure she was physically ok.”

Kit stretched “That's good.” Kit pulled herself out of Wren's arms and dropped her head onto the table “Ugh..” Wren scratched Kit's back gently “More sleep?” Kit groaned “We did jump through a portal.. ran through the woods and swamps of Naboo.. then You jumped into the lab clearing it all by yourself which by the way I'm still upset with you about.. then had the whole emotionally draining session on Naboo.. afterwards rushed onto the Resolute.. then came here to surprise surprise a takeover..” Wren scratched behind Kit's ear “I know. You're doing well considering though.”

Kit groaned but leaned into Wren's touch “If it's alright. I want to walk around.” Wren removed her hand “It should be alright..” Wren glanced over the jedi “Are the Vod'e in charge of the facility?” Obi-Wan nodded “Yea, it was a swift take over. No losses on the Vod'e side. I'm not sure on the Kaminoans however.” Wren yawned “Then yes Kit you may go explore. Just don't get anyone's way..” Kit nodded “You got it..” Kit got up and left the door closing behind her.

Wren sighed as she rested her head into her hands staring at the table as Anakin looked over at her “Wren? What's next?” Wren put her hands on the table “We need to put the clones here and on the ships through med bay for surgery on the chips. We should us the AZ droids, easier and quicker that way. Easier on your medics that is.” Obi-Wan looked at her “I'm sure Rex and Cody have already started..” Anakin added on “I'm sure they got Tech I believe his name was I only met him for a split second was working on the chips that get implanted when they were embryos.” Wren let out a sigh of relief then the door opened to reveal Master Ti joining them “Ah Wren. Good to see you awake. The sadness in your force signature I felt when we found you curled into 99.. I couldn't believe it. Though after Anakin and Obi-Wan explained I understand why.”

Wren grimaced as Master Ti looked around “Where is Kit?” Wren smiled “She wanted to explore.. after she found out the Vod'e have control of the facility I figured she was safe enough.” Master Ti chuckled “If not she knows the safe troopers to go to.” Wren nodded “Or she can just hide in the shadows. She did when she went to find Omega..”

Obi-Wan chuckled as he watched her “Oh dear, don't let Quin around her. He'll have way to much fun with her. He might snatch her away to be his apprentice.” Wren snickered “Oh I'm sure she won't mind. She is just as mischievous as he is..” Obi-Wan groaned before laying his head in his hand looking at her “Oh?”

Wren nodded then paled “Yes, though I'm now regretting letting her walk alone now..” Anakin looked at her his frame tense with worry “Why?” Wren rubbed her temples letting out a whine “She's going to do something that I'm going to toss her into the pool in the temple.... I just know my daughter.” Anakin relaxed letting out chuckle “What do you mean?”

Wren let out another whine before dropping her forehead onto the table “She's going after my... crush ..or crushes plural..” The other three laughed at her as Wren groaned before Master Ti put her hand on Wren's shoulder “May we know the name of your crush or as you have implied crushes?” Wren flicked her ear backwards grumbling into the table “Nope. Nuh uh. I know what you three are going to do. Not going to happen. I'm not going to come between them I refuse to be the one who comes between brothers. Did that once not going to allow it to happen again.”

Master Ti sat gently next to Wren as Anakin reached over with his hand lifting Wren's head “What do you mean?” Wren drooped her ears letting out a whimper “I.. I came between two friends once.. they were like brothers.. and I separated them. Only after they were both with me.. that they got to be friends again. Then being dumped twice over afterwards.. So.. I.. I more or less locked up my heart for relationships.. I refuse to be broken that far again. My heart only has my daughter in it.”

Obi-Wan tilted his head his face dropped “I see.. and is there no way for someone to be able to heal your heart?” Wren shrugged “Honestly? I'm not sure.. As much as I would love to chase another romantic interest.. I.. I can't go through another heartbreak.”

Master Ti tugged Wren into her gently “Wren...” Wren relaxed into Master Ti as Master Ti played with her ears. “You might be surprised.. I think that in this universe you might actually heal. From everything in your old universe.” Wren sank into Master Ti further letting out a huff as her tail wagged slightly causing Obi-Wan to chuckle “Wren your tail is wagging..”

Wren let out a half hearted growl at him before Master Ti to him to hush playfully. Anakin sat at the table watching Wren with a smile on his face. Wren relaxed listening to Master Ti talking to the others but felt amusement and joy from the bond with her daughter.

Wren sighed as she sat up “Oh dear.. I believe my daughter just started the game.. fantastic..” Anakin laughed as he stood up from the table “Oh joy let the games begin!” Wren stood up as well and walked towards the door dragging her tail behind her as laughter followed her out the door.

Wren walked through the halls her mood lifting as she watched the men relaxed enough to be joking with each other. A few cadets running through the halls free to be just children instead of soldiers. Wren came to a training room to find Kit, Ahsoka and Omega watching the Bad Batch along what was left of Domino squad was hanging out with them.

Wren smiled softly as she leaned against the door frame moving her eyes from trooper to trooper before landing on her daughter who was leaning against the other girls laughing while watching Wrecker toss Echo then Fives around the room. Wren took one step into the room only for Hunter to snap his attention to her direction. Wren hesitated on her second step before moving her gaze to Kit who smiled “Mom! You're here!”

Kit bounced to her feet and ran over to her wrapping her arms around her. Wren relaxed as she laid her head against Kit's smiling “Having fun are we? As well as causing trouble?” Kit puffed up her tail “Me cause trouble? I would never!” Wren let out a laugh “Pft, you don't have a halo above your head..” Kit pulled back with a mocking gasp “How rude!” Wren rolled her eyes at Kit's dramatics before flicking her ear back at the movement behind her.

Wren turned to find herself looking up at Hunter who was staring at her with an intense yet soft look in his eyes. Wren took one step back but was stopped when Kit held her firm “Mom..” Wren let out a sigh “Kit, what did you do..” Kit shifted on her feet “I talked to them..” Wren stiffened and looked at her sharply “Kit.. you know what happened last time.” Kit looked down “I know but.. maybe this time will be different.” Wren laid her ears down “Kit, I'll be fine.” Kit sighed “Mom..” Wren put her hand on Kit's shoulder “Kit, I can't do that again.”

Wren jumped at Wrecker's playful shout when Omega pounced on him. Wren turned and found herself staring up at Hunter “Um hello.” Hunter stared her down till Wren looked away “I'm sorry for.. bumping into you.” Wren pulled away just as Hunter spoke “Is what she told us true?” Wren stiffened slightly then relaxed whispering “Yes, how I feel is true. However, I refuse to come between brothers again. No matter how much my heart wishes it..” Wren pulled herself away then over to where Kit was sitting near Ahsoka.

Wren felt Hunter's gaze on her then it was increased as the rest of his brothers joined him. Wren fought to keep her attention on Kit and Ahsoka until Omega joined them. Wren laid down on the training mats while listening around her before the door opened to reveal Anakin, Obi-Wan, Master Ti and the commanders plus to her surprise the Alpha class troopers.

Wren sat up quickly to see them coming in as Ahsoka jumped up and ran over to Anakin who caught her as she leapt at him. Wren smiled softly watching them as Kit bounced up to her feet then ran over to them just as Obi-Wan walked over to her. Wren nodded as he sat down beside her “Wren, are you alright?” Wren nodded slightly “I am for the most part I suppose. Kit decided to try and play matchmaker.. but I can't do that do them. I refuse to be the reason brothers fall apart again.” Obi-Wan looked at her in understanding but patiently waited for her to continue.

Wren hugged her knees “No matter how I feel, I just can't for my own heart as well as for my daughter. I can't just keep bringing men into her life just to see them leave. It isn't fair to her or.. to me. I don't deserve them anyways..” Wren looked at the floor before looking up at Obi-Wan “I'm sorry for my depressive thoughts..” Obi-Wan waved his hand before moving his gaze away from hers to the group as Alpha walked over to them stopping in front of Wren. Alpha looked down at her “I.. apologize for my harsh words yesterday.” Wren waved her hand “It's alright. You were looking after someone you cared about and served with as well. I understand.” Alpha nodded as he dropped to sit on the other side of Obi-Wan grunting as he did so.

Wren tilted her head as she watched Anakin and Ahsoka spar in hand to hand combat on the mats while Rex and Cody are with the Domino Twins a little ways away. Wren chuckled as Rex tossed Fives around at the same time as Cody tossed Echo around. Anakin was coaching Ahsoka slowly as well. Wren watched Omega was inch her way to Wrecker while the alpha clones leaned against the wall near by. Wren felt the hair on the back of her neck stand up as her tail twitched she made careful care to not make it obvious of trying to find who was staring at her but when she did she looked away 'Kriff Kriff! It's the Bad Batch! Why though?! I refuse to let them be separated because of me.' Wren shook her head and got up murmuring “I'm going to find something to eat..” Obi-Wan nodded “Alright, just take it easy alright?” Wren nodded as she quickly left the training room feeling their gazes on her back.

Wren quickly wandered the halls stopping to speak with one or two troopers asking for directions to the mess. Wren stepped inside laying her ears back slightly as she walked towards the line smiling at the cook behind “Thank you.” The trooper behind smiled “No, thank you for saving us.” Wren shook her head “It's what should have happened to start with..” Wren took her tray and moved to sit down alone at a table near the corner. Wren dropped into her seat and slowly started eating as everything around faded into the background.

Wren jumped in her seat as five people dropped around her looking at her. Wren grimaced 'Kriff.. Here we go again.' Wren looked up to see Hunter sitting across from her as well as Crosshair with Omega crawling under the table and up into her lap while Tech and Wrecker sat on either side of her. Wren bit back a whine as she looked down at the table but holding Omega close to her. Tech moved the tray aside as Hunter dropped a com device in front of her while Crosshair drawled “Keep this on you at all times.”

Wren laid her ears back fighting to not let out a snarl out in frustration. Omega put her hands on either side of her face making Wren snap out of her frustration to look at her with a warm smile as Omega wiggled her head under Wren's chin. Wren sighed as she weaved her fingers through Omega's hair before speaking in a quiet voice “Why..”

Hunter spoke quietly “Omega likes you. You saved her when we didn't know she even existed..” Wren nuzzled the top of Omega's head “Well, she becomes important to you all.” Tech looked at her in surprise but dropped his attention back down to his data pad. Wrecker laughed beside her “So, you're the one who caused all the trouble!” Wren whined and covered her ears with her hands as Crosshair flicked a toothpick at Wrecker hitting him in the forehead “Quiet down a little Wrecker. Her ears are sensitive like how Kit's ears are.” Wrecker's eyes widened and quieted down “I'm sorry.”

Wren removed her hands from her ears “It's alright.” Wren put her arms around Omega again still not looking the men in the eye. Hunter let out a sigh “Kit.. told us” Wren bit her lip and laid her ears back before handing off Omega to Wrecker “I know.. Honestly I understand why however.. I can't do that to brothers again. I refuse to ruin any relationship you four have because of me..” Wren stood up from the table and left hugging herself as she quickly left the mess ignoring the calls of Wrecker and Omega behind her.

Wren wandered the halls till she found herself standing outside of a training room Wren hit the button to open the door and stepped inside. When the door closed Wren looked closer to realize she was in a heavily reinforced room. Wren screamed loudly till her voice cracked then she dropped to the floor on her knees hugging herself tightly crying harder then she did on 99.

Wren shakenly removed her arms from around her middle to place them on the floor as she cried her mind spiraling. Wren flicked her ears back hearing the door open as two pairs of feet running towards her a set of hands gently tugging her into them as another gripping her hands gently. Wren looked up to see Anakin and Obi-Wan looking at her worriedly “Wren? What's wrong?” Wren looked up at them and whispered “Why?.. I don't want it to happen again.. I..” Anakin hugged her tightly as Obi-Wan soothed her with his force signature. Anakin whispered “Show us?” Wren swallowed as she pulled them into her mind showing them all the collective memories of her pain plus the insults.

Wren cried silent tears after showing them while Anakin held her hands fuming. Obi-Wan sat there quietly “We should get you to a mind healer.. You obviously need it.” Wren swallowed keeping her gaze locked on the floor “I've been called so many derogatory words.. it's become ingrained into my mind. The nightmares of memories.. I hide most of the pain behind walls.” Anakin moved closer to her using his hand to lift her face to have her face him.

Wren swallowed as she looked at him seeing her dull redden eyes in his eye reflection while Obi-Wan spoke again “Wren. You are not what those people say you are. From the little time you came here and been with us. You are an amazing compassionate caring woman who looks out for others rather than yourself. Your daughter wants you happy and loved.” Anakin added “Obi-Wan's right. Those men who did this to you.. were not men. They were cowards. They took only what they wanted from you then dropped you when things got tough.”

Wren looked down as Obi-Wan continued “From what Cody has told me about Hunter and his brothers they are a loyal group. Had a rough time here on Tipoca City because of the trainers and the Kaminoans but they care for each other deeply.” Wren let out a ragged sigh “I don't want to come between them...I don't want to see them fall apart..”

Anakin stood up and held out his hand “I've never seen our boys fight with each other to the point they don't talk to each other. Sure they quarrel sometimes but never fall out in their bonds of brothers.” Wren put her hand in Anakin's as he carefully pulled her to her feet. Wren stumbled on her feet so Anakin gently picked her up cradling her to his chest as she dropped her head against him “I'm.. sorry for falling apart so much right now. We have so much to do and yet..”

Obi-Wan cut her off “It's alright. You've been holding onto this for so long even with you going to what did you call them? Talking to a therapist?” Wren nodded as Obi-Wan walked away towards the door opening it while Anakin carried her.

They walked through the halls with men and cadets stopping them along the way checking up on her to make sure she was ok. Wren smiled as the cadets pet her tail she even wagged it causing the kids to laugh. The cadets left after the older men laughingly shooed them away. Obi-Wan chuckled at the kids while Anakin kept carrying Wren through the halls. Eventually they stopped outside a set of doors but Wren wasn't paying attention she was falling asleep from emotional exhaustion. Wren felt Anakin shifting her in his arms handing her off to someone else then leaving as Wren was carried and then placed on a mattress only to be surrounded by other bodies as she drifted off curling into one of them.

Wren snapped open her eyes to a dark room but in between two bodies she sat up and looked around surprise leaking out of her as she focused on the bodies around her seeing Wrecker's large body in the center of the pile. Wren winced looking around seeing Tech laying on the outside then Crosshair resting his head on Wrecker's leg his hand near her leg then froze feeling an arm wrap around her waist pulling her back down 'oh kriff Hunter's behind me..' Hunter pulled her back down and into his chest “Calm down. We've heard everything already. We don't care about what happened then.. You're here now. We can help you if you'll allow it. You're not broken or anything like that.”

Wren let out a whimper as she heard the others moving then a sharp voice broke the silence “He's right you know. You've just had to be strong alone for to long. Let us carry the weight instead.” Wren lifted her head a little “Cross?” Crosshair grunted as he moved his hand closer to her leg gently gripping it “The fact you've had to hide this pain alone is maddening.” Wren flicked her ear as Tech's face came into view “Crosshair is correct. Your strength in raising Kit alone even with your parents assistance even though you don't trust them is astonishing.”

Wren turned and hid her face into Hunter's chest as his hand moved to the back of her head holding her tight to him Wrecker spoke up softly “We'll protect you..” gently tugging on Wren's tail then holding it in his hand. Wren buried her face into Hunter's chest feeling him rub her ears lightly “Kit and Omega are with Ahsoka at Master Ti. They are safe.” Wren nuzzled into his chest but as she relaxed the door opened to reveal Anakin at the door “Sorry boys the Resolute is looking to leave. If you want to join us move your ship to ours.”

Crosshair let go of her leg quickly and jumped up “As if we'd leave our kovid cyare alone.” Anakin smirked as the others got to their feet with Wren standing nearby till Hunter waved her to go ahead “We'll find ya on the Resolute.” Wren nodded as she walked out with Anakin who nudged her “See, nothing to worry about.” Wren laid her ears back walking beside him “I.. I see that.” Anakin chuckled as they walked through the halls towards the entrance as Wren looked up to find Master Ti standing there with the girls standing beside her along with Obi-Wan. Wren smiled when Kit turned to look at her “Mom!” Wren halted in the middle of the hallway opening her arms as Kit ran into her wrapping her arms around Wren. Wren laughed “Did you have a fun time?”

Kit laughed as she nodded while her tail wagged heavily behind her. Wren laughed at her as she buried her face into her daughter's hair before letting her go so they can walk out the door. They walked out in the rain to the shuttle that brought them here so when they closed the door Wren turned to see the Marauder's door opening as the men ran up and into the ship. Wren sighed as she turned around to see Kit smiling up at her. Wren rolled her eyes at her then lunged forward getting Kit into a headlock messing with her hair causing Kit to squawk in indignation to the amusement of everyone in the gunship.

The gunship landed on Resolute when the door opened as Anakin and Obi-Wan walked away towards the bridge. Kit looked up at Wren sighed as she stepped away from the shuttle with Kit bouncing at her side till Ahsoka pulled Kit away. Wren walked through the hanger then stopped when she heard a name being called out “Sketch! Need you for a tattoo!” Wren halted in her tracks as her mind raced 'wait.. I can get my dream tattoos here!' Wren looked around to find the vod who was named Sketch talking to another vod. Wren walked over to Sketch hope building up in her chest while her tail was swaying nervously behind her. When the vod walked away with Sketch looking down at the datapad as Wren gently put her hand on his shoulder. Sketch jumped slightly and spun to face her while Wren chuckled slightly “I'm sorry for startling you Sketch. I was hoping you would help me with a few tattoo pieces. I have the plans in my head.”

Sketch nodded his head with a huge smile “Of course! When do you want to get started on them?” Wren tilted her head “As soon as possible. The one piece is well lack of a better term.. huge.” Sketch looked at her with concern “Like how huge are we talking about.” Wren fiddled with the tip of her tail “Well, upper part of my back and possibly down my shoulders.” Sketch flinched “Colors?” Wren shook her head “No, black was only what I had in mind at first.” Sketch looked relieved then waved his hand “Follow me.” Wren followed Sketch through the hanger to the vod barracks as he stepped into his bunks. “I'm sorry for the mess.” Sketch said as he moved datapads, flimis, and other tattooing equipment around then handed her a datapad “Here, can you pull up what you wanted?” Wren nodded as she took it from him then looked through the holonet pulling up the same images she had looked at once before. Wren stepped towards him then handed it back to him “Here, can you put these all together?”

Wren watched as Sketch's jar dropped “This.. is rather complicated piece. You sure?” Wren nodded as she sat on the box at the end of the bunk when she hoped the rest of what Sketch needed hiding inside. Wren's ear flicked to the side as she looked up to see Rex and Cody standing at the entrance of the bunks. “Sorry Wren, the generals are looking for you.” Wren stood up slowly but turned to face Sketch who nodded and waved her off “It's alright. I need to plan this one out for you.” Wren smiled slightly at Sketch before following Rex and Cody through the halls of the Resolute towards the bridge. Wren swayed her tail slightly as she followed them hearing the men talking about her and Kit who was already ahead of them.

When Wren stepped onto the bridge she saw Kit snap her attention onto her then ran over to her slamming into her almost causing Wren to fall over but was caught by Rex who was standing behind her. Wren laughed as she looked at Kit “whoa easy Kit!” Kit laughed as she squeezed her tight then let her go as she stepped away “Sorry mom!” Wren shook her head as she walked towards the holoprojector in the middle of the room with Kit at her side. Obi-Wan glanced at her “Ah Wren nice to have you join us.” Wren nodded as Anakin spun to face her with a grin on his face “Looks like we're almost to Coruscant, hopefully we'll have at least a day of rest before going to a council meeting.” Wren drooped her ears and nodded “Great.. Council meeting..” Anakin and Ahsoka chuckled off to the side while Obi-Wan smirked at her “Oh yes, you'll have to suffer with us at the council meeting.” Wren rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms across her chest “Well, then I won't play nice.” Obi-Wan pinched the bridge of his nose with a sigh “You can try you know...” Wren snorted at Obi-Wan playfully “They don't play nice with their own members so why should I?”

Wren turned to see Coruscant coming into view as the Resolute broke through the atmo to dock with the hanger. Wren sighed as she turned and followed the group off the bridge and into the lift to go down into the hanger. Wren smiled as Kit talked with Ahsoka quietly her tail wagging happily behind her while Wren leaned up against the wall of the lift thinking about how the meeting tomorrow with the council. When the lift door opened they stepped out to reveal that the Marauder was parked inside of it with the bad batch around the ship with a few of the other troopers milling around them talking. Wren flicked her ear back as Anakin put his hand on her shoulder “Go on.. they have an invitation to the temple as well.” Wren bit her lip as she tip toed closer only to watch Hunter snap his head up and look at her.

Wren halted then tilted her head to indicate for him and his brothers to follow with them. Hunter nodded as he nudged the rest and walked towards her. Wren shifted on her feet lightly as she waited while the rest of the group walked up behind her. When they joined them Wren followed Obi-Wan and Anakin out of the Resolute and onto a transport that was headed to the Temple. Wren looked out of the transport window as the Temple came into view. She took a step back unconsciously only to run into an armored chest Wren jumped and looked up to see Hunter's face with a small smile on his face. Wren looked away as her face burned causing Kit to giggle from her spot on the transport. Wren shot her a playful glare as the door opened they all piled out of it and headed up the stairs of the temple. Wren swallowed nervously as they stepped past the doors of the temple with the guardians standing vigilant beside the doors.

They walked past the doors only for Wren to halt at the sight of three men while Kit gasped behind her and break through the crowd to hold Wren's hand tightly while whispering “Mom.. what are they doing here?!” Wren shook her head slightly “I don't know Kit..” The taller man with bear ears stepped away from the other two as he growled at her “What the hell am I doing here Wren!” Wren stiffened her back “How am I supposed to know Kodiak?” Kodiak growled at her then shifted his glance to Kit “Cmere Kit, I'll figure out how to get us home and you can come with me.” Kit shook her head and ducked behind Wren hiding from view. Kodiak bristled at Kit's obvious dismissal of her attention on him then slid his gaze to Wren anger in his eyes.

Wren moved her gaze to the other two men beside him and narrowed her eyes “Rune. Mordecai. I see you've been pulled here as well.” Rune flatted his ears back while Mordecai snarled at her his ears laid back as his long black tail lashed once “Send us back.” Wren rolled her eyes at him her tail lashing “Really Mordecai? You really think I sat there and said hm let's bring my exes along with me to this universe? You must be joking. You were happier without me in your life so the only times I ever contacted you were for vaping supplies.. so back off.” Wren looked at Rune went to say something but kept her mouth shut as she looked at the floor for a moment as she kept walking past them. Wren felt Kodiak grip her arm tightly Wren bit back a whimper as she tore her arm out of his grasp “I refuse to let you blame me for your predicament in this world too. You're not my responsibility. Kit is.. she is here because she wants to be.. so piss off.” Kodiak snarled at her as he let go. While Wren kept Kit on her other side away from Kodiak as they walked past the three men with Obi-Wan opening the doors to his and Anakin's quarters ushering them all inside with Anakin last inside.

Wren dropped onto the couch as sadness and pain poured of her while Kit sat next to her leaning against her shoulder her mood also down. Wren wrapped her arm around Kit's shoulder pulling her in tighter while watching the rest of the group milling about the quarters as the Bad Batch sat in the chairs across from them while Obi-Wan went to the kitchen as Anakin paced behind them while Wren pulled Kit into her. Wren looked down at Kit as she drooped in exhaustion. Wren sighed nudging Kit to stand up before sparing a glance at the jedi behind them “Hey Anakin? Is there somewhere Kit can rest?” Anakin jumped and nodded “Yea, I'm sure Ahsoka wouldn't mind sharing her room with her.” Ahsoka bounced over then took Kit's hand and all but dragged her out of the room. Wren leaned forward with a groan hiding her face into her hands as her elbows dug into her knees her ears flopped forward.

Wren jumped slightly as a hand rested on her back when she looked up to see Obi-Wan handing her a cup of tea “Oh uh thanks Obi-Wan..” Wren took it gently and held it in her hands closing her eyes inhaling the scent of the tea before taking a hesitant sip. Wren put the cup down on the table slowly as she curled up on the couch resting her head on the arm rest hugging herself lightly staring at the floor. The men moved away slightly as they talked quietly among themselves until Wren felt someone sit next to her then tugged her close to him “Cmere..” Wren looked up to see Wrecker gently tugging her into his arms surrounding her with his body as Wren slowly dropped off to sleep with him chuckling around her.

Wren snapped her eyes open to see that she was alone on the couch and the men were all crashed on mattresses on the floor around her. Wren rolled her eyes then looked closer to see Cody and Rex were on the outside curled up against Crosshair's back Wren snickered watching them for a moment before slowly easing up off the couch she walked towards the door and opened it then slipped out not noticing that Hunter was already awake and moving to follow. Once in the hall Wren stretched then walked away looking around at the artwork on the walls of the temple them came to the gardens.

The minute she stepped into the gardens Wren gasped and walked through the gardens with a smile growing on her face she felt the peace and comfort that the gardens gave off in the area around her. Wren came to a stop as she sat down against a tree in the middle of the gardens resting her head against the trunk of the tree closing her eyes as the past few days drained away until she heard footsteps coming towards her. Wren opened one eye to see it was Rune, Kodiak and Mordecai walking towards her Wren let out a groan as they stopped a few feet from her. Wren opened her eyes further then narrowed her gaze on Kodiak who growled at her “Wren.” Wren snapped at him “Oh don't even start Kodiak. I already know I screwed up in our relationship. I claimed my faults and accepted it but you never did. You used me. Face it. You used me to get out of your first marriage then after that was done you used my daughter as a weapon against me to keep me in line. Meanwhile You cheated on me the whole time we were ever together.” Wren watched as Kodiak bristled at her words knowing she hit the nail on the head but she continued “Yes, I knew. I even knew you were sleeping with your ex-wife while you were with me.” Wren let out a bitter laugh “Even then I never once she said I was going to take Kit away from you. You left her! You moved away and never contacted her till you did. That was on you. She grew up without you in her life and now you came back just to screw with her head.”

Kodiak looked like he wanted to say something but Wren lifted her hand “No, you never loved me if you did you wouldn't have done anything that you did and you know it. You wanted us to be friends then when I felt like I could trust you.. you let me vent and what did you do you went and backstabbed me in the back but telling Mordecai but I bet you twisted everything. So thanks for being the man I always knew you were..” Then she turned her gaze to Mordecai and she narrowed her eyes “Mordecai you knew everything and all about me. I apologized for what I did but what did you do? You spat in my face and ran to your family. I owned what I did and I apologized for it. You gave me your promises of once I came into myself you'd stand there beside me and you lied. You broke every single one of them, and you never apologized for it. You took my already broken heart that was barely healed and broke it all over again. So thanks for that.. Your parents have you on a leash and you'll never be the man I saw in you until you get them to back off and let you grow.” Mordecai just stared at her then looked at the ground his tail lashing behind him in anger but Wren already moved onto Rune then she sighed.

Wren stood up and face him “Rune, you helped me heal more then you think you did.. but then when I was going through a rough time I just needed reassurance but what you did.. hurts. You told me that all I was doing was complaining about it every time. Yes, I was and I get that but I just needed someone to tell me I was going to be fine. Someone in my corner but that didn't happen. So I backed off from telling anyone anything so I didn't piss anyone off. I also get that you were dealing with your drama and issues but I was right there even if I had no advice to give you I was a listening ear, but you never trusted me enough. You told something about yourself I know but you never let me in any further. I'm not perfect I couldn't help if you didn't let me in.. but you didn't.” Rune opened his mouth as if to say something but Wren lifted her hand again to stop him “I get it, you don't trust easily but I hoped you would trust me..” Wren wrapped her tail around her leg as her ears lay flat as she crossed her arms then looked at the ground took a deep breath and looked up at them “I apologize for everything I ever did to each of you.. but I can't deal with this anymore. Go home. Get the Council to send you home and live your lives how ever you want. I won't reach out to you.. I'll answer you but that's all you get from me.” Wren walked away from them as her eyes started to fill with tears once she was away from them she leaned against the wall and bit her lip fighting her tears.

Wren felt her shoulders sag as she slid down the wall hugging herself as she battled her tears 'confronting them took a lot more out of me then I thought..' She jumped as a pair of hands rested on her back with a soft drawl 'it's Hunter.. oh no.. I wonder how much he saw and heard..' “Come on Mesh'la let's go..” Wren laid her head against Hunter's shoulder as he picked her up and carried her back to the room. Wren dug her hand into the backs at his neck to hold on as they walked “Mesh'la you don't have to worry about a thing of us judging you. You did well on confronting them.” Wren whimpered as she buried her face into his neck hiding her face from the world then heard the door opened as Hunter stepped inside as voices went quiet. Wren felt herself being being exchanged from one person to another as the voices talked quietly around her as she was tucked under someone's chin. Wren spared a glance around the room to realize she was being held by Crosshair 'prickly sniper does have a heart...' Wren let out a giggle as she buried her face into his chest that was only in his blacks. A hand ran down her back as Crosshair looked down at her “What's so funny?” Wren bit back the urge to laugh again as she answered him “I always called you Prickly..” Crosshair snorted as the others laughed at them “Yes, well besides my brothers and few others I guess I am.. prickly.” Wren smiled as she curled into him further “You're a softy aren't you.” Crosshair raised an eyebrow at her then drawled at her “Don't need to ruin my reputation.” Wren laughed “I wouldn't dare..”

Crosshair groaned then put his hand on the back of her neck squeezing gently making Wren go limp in his arms. Crosshair laughed silently as he rested her against him fully as he looked up at the others. Wrecker sat down on the ground beside them while Omega came out of Ahsoka's room rubbing her eyes slightly. “Everyone ok?” Wren smiled looking at Omega as Hunter looked at her “Yea kid, everyone is ok.” Omega beamed slightly as she leaned into Hunter with a smile on her face as Tech stepped up “Hunter, I have been working on the task Anakin and Obi-Wan gave me. So far it's been slow going but I was able to sent encrypted transmissions to all the Marshall commanders.” Hunter nodded as he let out a sigh of relief. “Good that's good Tech.” Wren looked up to see Anakin watching her with a small smile.

Anakin nodded at her and smirked but his face fell as Obi-Wan stepped up to him “Anakin, the council is ready.” Anakin let out a groan as he looked at her “Come on Wren time to chat with the Council.” Wren felt Crosshair hug her lightly then let her go. Wren stood up as the rest nodded at her as she followed Anakin and Obi-Wan out of their quarters to see Ahsoka and Kit waiting outside with Kit brushing tears away. Wren walked over to Kit hugged her tightly then let her go slowly as they turned and followed Anakin and Obi-Wan through the halls. Wren took Kit's hand but felt Kit's hand tighter on hers as they came to stop outside of the council chambers. Wren squeezed Kit's hand once in comfort before the doors opened giving Wren a first look at the leaders of the Jedi and the ones she needed to speak to about everything. Obi-Wan looked at her for a minute then sighed "Wren, please stay here for a moment then we'll have Anakin pull you into the meeting." Wren straightened her back and took a deep breath nodded and watched Obi-Wan and Anakin step inside leaving her and Kit waiting outside of the Chamber.

Wren stepped inside of the Council Chambers and looked around to see the members who were present on Coruscant as well as their Commanders beside them. Wren walked into the middle of the room but stopped when the door opened again to reveal five figures stepping inside with the door closing behind them. She laid her ears back at the sight of Rune, Kodiak and Mordecai all of whom glanced at her once but smiled to see Quinlan and Fox with them before stepping into the middle of the room. Wren bit back a snarl that threatened to escape her mouth as she inched away from them with Kit stuck to her side.

Kit let go of Wren's hand as she skirted around the other five people in the room then bolted to Ahsoka's side at the edge of the circle while Wren straightened her back looking around the room not looking at the three men she didn't want to see again. Wren felt Obi-Wan walk past them to go sit in his seat as Anakin stood in front of the group then gave a small bow in respect to the council “Masters of the Council I know this is sudden but I have with us Wren and Kit who is over by my padawan Primal Users.” Wren stepped forward and bowed slightly to the council. “Hello. Would it be alright for Anakin to sit with his Master?” Master Windu nodded so Anakin walked over to Obi-Wan's chair and dropped to the floor leaning againist Obi-Wan's leg to watch the meeting. Wren smiled as she watched him the looked to see Fox and Quinlan had moved to stand on the outside of the meeting.

Wren glanced at the three men before moving her gaze to Master Windu “Master Windu, before the meeting can commence I would request you send these men back to my universe. They are not with me. Also if possible remove the memories of their time here.” The men beside her shouted their displeasure at her request till she glared at them “So you want memories of me tearing you all a new one? Knowing I hit your behaviour on the head while having you sit there thinking you're wrong when you like being right all the time.” The men all quieted down as the council looked between them as Master Windu spoke up “Who are they to you?” Wren sighed as she locked her gaze on him “My past.”

Kit whined from her spot near Ahsoka as she stood up and looked at them “I know what mom did was wrong againist all of you but you continually hold it againist her and make her suffer. Let it go or it will hurt you as well in the long run.” Then she sat down and hid her face into her knees while Ahsoka rested her hand on Kit's back whispering to her. Wren looked at the men with her ears laid back with a snarl forming on her face “The meeting can't commence with them here.” Master Windu nodded as the doors opened to show temple guards escorting them out of the room. Wren let out a sigh of relief as the doors shut behind her while she looked at Kit who also let out a sigh of relief. Wren then looked up at council members

Wren looked around slowly as she thought through her words carefully “Masters of the Council. Permission to speak freely?” Yoda nodded to her “Ahead you may go.” Wren took a deep breath and exhaled hearing Kit giggle off to the side as amusment was rolling off her in waves. Wren looked around the room “Masters, As you can tell my daughter and I are not from your universe. We went through a portal from our universe to yours. We were given these forms though I'm not sure as to why. I won't complain about it though.” Anakin snickered from behind his hand to which Wren shot him a playful glare. Wren squared her shoulders slightly and narrowed her eyes at the Council Members “We are to help you. All of you.” Wren flicked her ear as a man moved in his seat “How can you help us?” Wren looked at him “Master Windu, I have seen how this war ends. It is not in favor of the Republic.” Wren watched as Master Windu flinched and clutched his head while the clone at his side handed him something as Master Windu winced “Thank you..Ponds.” Wren smiled slightly as she watched them for a moment then frowned “However, that is not all that happens.” Wren flicked her ear as she heard Kit whimper behind her as Ahsoka pulled Kit into her tightly.

Wren sighed heavily “The Republic falls, The Separatists don't win, and an Empire rises in the ashes.” Wren looks over to Yoda whose ears droop heavily while Master Windu pulls himself out of his seat “How do you know this?!” Wren glares at him “I told you. I've seen it. My daughter has seen it.” Wren flicked her ear towards where Anakin was sitting as he gripped Obi-Wan's leg. Wren glanced in his direction to see Obi-Wan resting his hand on Anakin's head hunched over as Cody had his hand resting on Obi-Wan's shoulder. Wren nodded at them before feeling waves of disapproval flooding the room which caused Wren's tail to bristle. Wren snarled while Kit growled in her spot. Wren let out a growl as she looked around the room “Forgive me for my harsh words Masters but what the kriff is wrong with you?!” Kit chuckled slightly from her spot. Wren could feel the Master's force signatures bristling slightly as she continued “We're mortal beings who feel.. you all have learned how deal with emotions wrong, or teaching your padawans wrong.”

Wren lashed her tail as she moved around the room “Masters, do you know the Vod say remembrances for their fallen brothers? They grieve, cry, break, lean on their fellow brothers then pick themselves back up and carry the memories moving forward. You all shove your emotions to the force not even allowing yourselves to grieve!” Wren snarled as she glanced around the room landing on Obi-Wan for a moment with a saddened face “Forgive me Obi-Wan..” Obi-Wan tilted his head slightly before realization hit his face paling “Wren..” Wren shook her head “Masters, you failed some of your apprentices. Obi-Wan is a prime example..” Wren flicked her ear as she heard Obi-Wan try to stand up “Obi-Wan, please I respect you for all you've been through but sit down and shut up. They need this to hear this..” Obi-Wan sat there with his head in his hands, as he sighed. Wren glanced at Yoda “You knew Qui-Gon was traumatized because of what happened with Xanatos but pushed Qui-Gon to take Obi-Wan as his apprentice! Qui-Gon should have be assigned a mind healer! Then not long after that Melidaan happened, which caused Obi-Wan to become even more reckless! Half of the troubles that Cody and 212th especially Ghost Company. Then Mandalore and that whole fiasco. Obi-Wan has had enough pain and sadness in his life. The only bright lights in his life right now are in this room right now minus a few extra lights.”

Wren took a deep breath as she closed her eyes for a moment opening them “Then we get to how you all reacted to Anakin even coming to the temple. Yes Anakin was late coming to the temple, however the fault lies with you all. He was in the outer rim.. You should have had Seekers based in the outer rim! Even worse did you at any point think of making him go to a healer? I didn't think so! Of course a child who was raised in slavery is going to have issues to work through. Who wouldn't?!” Wren snarled as she lashed her tail “Then we get to the attachments osik!” Wren glanced at Kit and softened immediately as Kit waved at her with a smile “Attachments should have been defined as possession. Which can lead to Falling as you call it. However real genuine love and compassion.. is pure. Like how I feel for my daughter. I know she won't be my side forever no matter how much I wish it. But I know she needs to grow and have her own life which I'm more than happy to see her succeed and be free.” Wren opened her arms to Kit who disentangled herself from Ahsoka quickly then leapt at Wren burying herself in Wren's arms purring slightly as Wren hugged her tight to her then kissed the top of her head gesturing her to go back to Ahsoka's side.

Wren smiled as she watched her daughter walk away then plop onto the ground beside Ahsoka. Wren looked around the room “Don't you love your fellow jedi? Even as a family? I know theres Jedi Lineages which count as family, but outside of lineages. Pure love is amazing.” Wren sniffled slightly as she looked at her daughter again “I had to make a hard choice for my daughter's sake. I fell on hard times where we're from and I had to let her live with my parents. I sacrificed my wants and needs for her sake. Even though she didn't want to.. I didn't either but.. yea.” Wren looked up at Master Yoda “Didn't you feel anything for your mate? Grieve for her? You could have told stories about who she was and how she taught to the younglings. Instead you just avoid talking about her.” Wren moved her gaze to Master Mundi “Master Mundi, I know you had to marry for the sake of your species. I understand that however have you ever thought about your family? Wouldn't you want to leave the galaxy a better place? I mean look at the state of the Galaxy now. Would you say this is what's best for them?” Master Mundi looked away from her gaze as Wren moved her gaze around the room “Your younglings are suffering from this conflict. They are thrust into a war and going up in battle.” Wren shot a glance at Ahsoka “Ahsoka here should be having fun being a normal teen. Being kidnapped by Anakin's friends for missions. Pranking fellow padawans.. heck pranking masters with her fellow padawans. But when I walked into the Temple you knew what I felt?” Wren let out a whimper “The temple.. it's crying. It's people are dieing. The temple.. is sick..”

Wren jumped slightly as Master Windu jumped from his seat “What do you mean the temple is sick?” Wren glared at him then moved to Master Yoda “The temple here on Coruscant is built over an abandoned Sith Temple. The old masters did that to purify the abandoned temple when in reality.. you're poisoning your own members. As well as giving your enemies one hell of a target. Imagine this, all your enemy has to do is surround the temple and boom your order is gone.” Kit let out a whimper from her seat on the floor. Wren watched Master Windu dropped back onto his seat while Wren walked over to him slowly knowing that the man's right hand man Ponds was watching her every move. When Wren stopped in front of Master Windu she put a hand on his shoulder “I know, I'm a complete unknown. However, I have the advantage from looking outside the box. You all have been put into a box.. I will help you get out of the box.”

Master Windu nodded slowly as he clutched his head while Wren moved away from the man. Wren sighed heavily as she moved to stand in the middle of the room looking around at them “I'm not saying these things to seem cruel or mean. I do care about the Order, I care about the people in it. I'm using tough love to force you guys to look at what could happen if you continue to stay.” Wren lashed her tail a few times “I know you're worried about Falling but isn't the role of the mind healers? They help with people who are struggling. You shame those who are struggling which causes them to think they are alone in their struggles. Which in turn makes them Fall faster.” Wren gestured to Anakin who was still sitting on the floor “When he arrived what did you do? You allowed your fear to color your thoughts on him almost letting him go. He is home. You are his family, but you have continuely made him feel like he didn't belong. Minus the few who accepted him.”

Wren sighed as she crossed her shoulders “But that's enough ranting for now. On to the main topic of discussion.” Wren glanced around to find Master Ti and the commanders from Kamino complete with Colt standing just to the side as a smile graced Master Ti's face. “Master Ti, it's wonderful to see you again. How is the progress going on Kamino since we left?” Master Ti smiled “Good, we rotate the adult clones through the med bays as much as we can with the medics having shifts.” Wren let her shoulders relax as she looked back towards Master Windu who was clutching his head even more “I apologize Master Windu and masters of the Council but you all have been deceived. The clones and Jedi are pawns in a war that should have never happened only to end up as victims of a sith plot years even decades in the making.” Master Windu looked up at her with a wary glance “What do you mean?” Wren narrowed her eyes and laid her ears back bracing her shoulders to drop the bomb on the councils shoulders.

Wren stood stiffly in the middle of the room “You have all been planned to be victims.. Jedi and Clones alike. The Sith Lord set you all up to be destroyed.” Master Yoda spoke up for the second time “Explain would you?” Wren nodded as she crossed her arms “The Sith had chips implanted into the clones that would override their unique personalities trapping them behind a wall that forces them to watch what their bodies would be forced to do unable to fight back.”

Wren felt the clones in the room minus Cody and Rex stiffen before Fox growled from his spot by beside Quinlan “You mean.. these chips.. are responsible for my men disappearing on black out missions?!” Wren turned to face him as she dropped her ears “Yes, you need a level 5 cranial scan to find the chip to remove it.” Fox spun and punched his fist into the chamber wall as Quinlan jumped beside him putting a hand on Fox's shoulder “Foxy..” Before Quinlan could finish what was on his mind everyone could hear Master Ti growling listening even though she had known about them in advance with the clones with her placing their hands on her shoulders to calm her down.

Wren turned to face Fox who was resting his head against wall “Fox, I think you should see a mind healer as well as your men after this is over.” Fox turned his head to look at her “How much longer?” Wren gave him a wolfish grin “Not long. If possible a few days.” Wren let out a deep sigh as she felt Master Windu's gaze on her “The Sith Lord?” Wren growled deeply as her tail lashed behind her "Palpatine" then she looked at Quinlan “Master Vos, your shadow skills will be needed here as well as someone you trust to watch your back. You both need to gather evidence of all his wrong doings then we need to have it saved to present it to the Senate.” Quinlan nodded as he wrapped his arm around Fox's shoulders causing the man to groan “Seriously Quin.. trying me into trouble again?” Wren snickered then moved her attention to Master Yoda “Master Yoda I believe after we get this mess cleaned up we should move out of the temple here on Coruscant. The poison from the Sith Temple under the Jedi Temple will continue to taint the younglings as well as the continuation of tainting your knights and masters. The Sith Lord is using it's influence to cloud the force that's why it seems so difficult to see. You should get a team to corner Jedi Master Krell as well. He Falls if not caught and prevented from doing so and causes many clone deaths. His betrayal should be prevented.” Master Yoda drooped his ears and nodded “Agree with you I do. Strayed from our path we have.”

Wren sighed as she drooped her tail on the floor “Lastly.” Wren moved to look at Anakin then walked over to him and knelt in front of him “Anakin is the Chosen One yes. However that's not all he is, he's a young man still learning, growing, capable of mistakes but still young. It's not fair to put all the pressure of him being the Chosen One on his shoulders alone. He felt isolated because of what he was told he would become instead of being able to rely on the his fellow jedi.” Wren reached out and put her hand on his shoulder “Anakin, you're not alone. You never have been. Whatever that sleemo told you.. it's wrong. Can't you see that?” Wren looked at him softly as Anakin swallowed while his face contorted with pain and devastation. “H..he lied to me! He told me.. they wouldn't understand..” Wren squeezed his shoulder lightly “Now you know he was lying. Think back how you felt before and going to see Him.”

Anakin paled and stood up running to the edge of the room throwing up as Rex rubbed his back softly “Easy sir..” Anakin chuckled darkly as he rubbed the back of his hand against his mouth before answering “Please Rex, we've been through hell together. Call me Anakin for force's sake.” Rex sighed as he patted Anakin's back in a comforting manner “Alright Anakin..” Anakin turned away from the pile he left and winced “My apologizes Masters. I'll have a droid clean that up..” Obi-Wan opened his arms to him “Come here Ani..” Anakin smiled slightly and staggered over to Obi-Wan's side then dropped to the ground.

Mace groaned from his chair as he stood up “Before we finish.. If you could please drop your shields. I wish to feel your signature.” Wren sighed as she dropped her barriers to let her signature slowly sweep the room. Mace staggered slightly back “How is your signature so cracked but yet your eyes are still so blue?” Wren looked over to Kit softening “She's my reason.” Wren put her barriers back up as she looked around then bowed once more “I apologize for my harsh words during this meeting. I only wish to help please do not think badly of me because of my words.” Mace sighed as he waved his hand “Meeting is dismissed..”

Chapter Text

Wren bowed deeply then spun and fled the Council Chambers running through the halls till she ended up in the Room of a Thousand Fountains. She dropped to her knees in front of the fountains staring at her reflection hugging herself around her waist as an attempt to stop her trembling her tail puffing up behind her 'Force, I hate confrontations..'

Wren flicked her ear to the sound of footsteps came towards her when she turned her head she saw Tech stepping towards her slowly “Meeting is over I presume?” Wren nodded slowly then looked back towards her reflection as Tech came to a halt beside her “Are you alright?” Wren shook her head slightly “I don't like confrontations. I have bad anxiety that tends to paralyze me over it.”

Tech sat down beside her “I see. Have you spoken to anyone about this?” Wren tilted her head slightly “Yes, I see a therapist about my anxiety as well as depression but the mental scars are deep.” She felt Tech's gaze on her deepen “The therapist helps you confront your mental scarring by speaking about them.”

Her ears laid back “I know that Tech but talking about it.. is hard” Wren twisted her fingers around the grass with a sigh “It's not easy bareing my soul about the pains within for the fear of being judged then betrayed. Going through them all over again it's almost the same as reliving them.. it hurts Tech..” Wren felt Tech sit down next to her “But if it helps you then why..” Wren snapped at him “Tech! I know it's medically and mentally wise for me to talk to someone about it! I know that I just..” Tech placed one hand on her shoulder “I apologize for pushing you.” Wren drooped her ears with a sigh “I'm sorry Tech for yelling at you.”

Tech slowly gripped his hand on her shoulder “I apologize for not seeing it from your point of view.” Wren leaned into Tech's hand slightly “It's alright Tech. I know you weren't trying to hurt me in anyway.” Wren leaned into Tech slowly as if unsure he'd recipercate or even want her to lean into him but he surprised her by pulling her into his side slowly with a soft sigh. “I do not know what you have been through but you are no longer alone. It sounds like you have been alone for awhile with no one by your side.” Wren shuddered a sigh as she nodded slightly “I know I'm not alone now. It just still feels like it's me and Kit againist everyone. Even my..” Wren bit her lip as she curled into herself slightly noticing her tail twitching beside her.

Tech shifted a little bit and gently tugged her to lay her head down on his lap then proceeded to run his fingers through her hair and rub her ears as gently as he could causing a purr like noise to rip from Wren's throat. Wren felt her eyes close as she dozed slightly causing Tech to give a small chuckle while he scrolled on his datapad. Wren continued to doze till she heard Kit's voice talking to someone quietly before a few others spoke up as well then she was lifted up off the ground and carried from the room. She opened her eyes to see they were back inside the Jedi's quarters with her laying on the couch leaning up againist Crosshair, again, to which she let out a soft chuckle. She felt him look down at her and teased her “Don't go thinking you can ruin my reputation Wren..” Wren smirked up at him as she sassed him “Oh no.. I wouldn't dare to do that..” Crosshair rolled his eyes at her and tucked her under his chin after she said that.

Wren felt him move her to rest againist his chest but facing outwards as the others spoke quietly around them. Wren watched Kit who was talking with Ahsoka and Omega in the corner her fox tail wagging like mad as the girls talked while Wrecker snuck his way over to them and dropped onto the ground next to them nudging the girls to dog pile on him. Wren snickered as Kit glanced at him then launched herself at him knocking him over with Omega and Ahsoka right behind her. Wren felt Crosshair's chest rumble underneath her head at their actions while Wren moved her gaze to Obi-Wan and Anakin who were talking near the kitchen with the other clones. Wren let out a sigh only to feel Crosshair wrapping his arms around her murmering “Relax, let them strategize you gave us a huge advantage in the war. More than you realized. Let us carry it for now. You just need to let us work this out now.” Wren felt Crosshair put his head on hers as his arms tighten around her as she lets go of her burden confident that the men in the room will take care of everything.

Chapter Text

When Wren opened her eyes her heart raced seeing the old house and not the quarters of the jedi temple she feel asleep in.

No! no! no! I was on Coruscant!

She felt her skin grow cold and clammy as figures made their way towards her. She stumbled backwards as her parents and her siblings came towards her. Wren swallowed as the disappointed faces of her family came into focus. Her sister came first..

You shouldn't have been born! All you have ever been is a shame in our family! Die and spare us from your failure!

Wren recoiled from the sibling she looked up to and wanted to be like with tears streaming down her face as her brother walked up to her next. Wren reached out tentatively to her brother, who she loved and appreciated so much, but saw nothing but disappointment and disgust in his gaze. He sneered at her and spoke.

You're stupid you should have taken better care of your back and your marriage.

Then he turned and left her reeling. She was left with her parents looking at her.

You only seem to disappoint us, not even worth our family name. Your daughter is much better off with us. Just leave her to us, and just disappear.

Wren broke down in sobs as they faded away as a storm rolled in with a large thunderclap shaking the house as she flinched then bolted out of the house.

Wren snapped her eyes awake as a thunderclap shook the temple she bolted out of the quarters fleeing through the darkened temple as lightning and thunder echoed through out the temple. She fled to the top of the temple the words from her dream echoing in her mind till she was standing in the pouring rain standing on the edge.

Kit woke up to the thunderclap with a groan but froze remembering her mothers fear she untangled herself from her blankets quickly causing Omega and Ahsoka to wake up from her struggles. “Kit? What's wrong?” Kit on finally getting herself free from the blankets “Mom's fear is storms.. and I feel nothing but fear and distress in my bond from her.” Ahsoka and Omega tore the blankets off of them while Kit ran into the living room seeing the place where her mother was empty. Kit felt her tail fluff up as her ears laid back in worry. Ahsoka ran to Anakin and Obi-Wan's rooms while Omega ran to Hunter and shook him awake which triggered everyone else snap awake. Ahsoka dragged a sleepy Anakin and Obi-Wan from their rooms. Anakin froze as he tilted his head “Obi-Wan she's on the roof!” Obi-Wan paled as they shook off their drooziness as they ran from the room with the Bad Batch plus the girls on their heels.

Wren stood on the edge looking out on Coruscant her mind a mess as a particular thunderclap caused her to let out a shriek of fear. Then her shoulders dropped as despair flooded her being.

I helped saved a galaxy.. I did something good.. my daughter is free to make her choices here..

Wren lifted one foot off the edge but was stopped when she felt something get ahold of her then pulled her back from the edge. She turned her head to see Anakin and Obi-Wan both having their hands outstretched towards her their hands shaking with their eyes wide in their haste to reach her. They pulled her towards them and dropped her into Hunter's open arms.

Obi-Wan looked at her shakenly “Everyone inside.. now. I'll see if one of the mind healers can be available.” Hunter gripped her in his arms tightly as she buried her face into his neck with the others closing ranks around her. Kit was in the middle of the girls her shoulders shaking slightly at seeing how far her mother had slipped. Faintly she felt Omega and Ahsoka wrapping their arms around her as they walked through the temple leaving a wet trail in their wake.

Anakin opened the door with a shaking hand while Obi-Wan split off from them heading off to the healers. Hunter stepped towards the couch and sat down on it not letting Wren go once. Wren let out a shuddering gasp while Crosshair threw a blanket towards him. Hunter caught it then wrapped it around her as Tech leaned over from the back making sure she was covered completely. Wrecker sat on the ground his back against the wall as the girls dropped into him. He wrapped his arms around them his giant form shaking at seeing their brave cyare almost ready to jump off the temple. Wrecker shook his head his worst fear almost came true right before his eyes, and his massive strength wasn't a help. It was a feeling he didn't want to have come true ever again. Anakin was pacing with Crosshair moving to sit in front of Hunter pressing against his legs. Tech was sitting at the kitchen bar his fingers furiously tapping on the data pad in front of him looking for ways that he and his brothers can try and help just in case there will be a relapse in her mental state.

Anakin halted in pacing when the door slid open with Obi-Wan walking in with a mind healer in tow. Wren looked over at Obi-Wan who was whispering to the healer. She nodded with soft understanding smile before turning to face her as she walked over to her slowly then knelt in front of her. “Hello Wren. I will be helping you heal your mind. If you are alright with me helping you.” Wren looked up to Anakin who nodded. Wren swallowed but nodded as she felt Hunter slowly let her go then she stumbled her way over to the healer who helped her lay down on the ground in front of her. The healer looked at her with compassion in her eyes resting her hands on either side of her face “Please can you lower your mental shields so I am to heal you.” Wren swallowed but did so as she felt a soft presence enter her mind soothing out the pain and healing the past while flinching at some of her experiences. Wren's face kept switching between passive and the hurt showing on her face. The healer's face echoing what Wren was feeling when finally the healer stopped and pulling her hands away slowly.

Wren opened her eyes to feel that darkness that had been in her mind for years fading away. The healer pulled away with a saddened expression on her face she shakeningly stood up while walking out the door “This is only small fix for now, I recommend her coming in once a week for the foreseeable future. Knight Skywalker your session starts tomorrow.” Anakin winced but nodded as she stepped out. Wren felt Obi-Wan picked her up again then put her in Hunter's arms again. “Rest now. I think the worst is over.” Anakin nodded slowly as he stumbled towards their rooms again with Obi-Wan following his shoulders slightly stiff as he rested his hand on Anakin's back.

Hunter let out a sigh as his brothers looked between them and gathered up the pillows and blankets from the living room to make a pile on the floor while Wrecker looked at the girls and shooed them back to bed. They nodded and yawned but retreated to Ahsoka's room. Hunter laid Wren down in the middle of the clone pile after seeing Crosshair and Tech already laying down Wrecker laid on the outside while Hunter felt Tech pull him into the middle and onto his back so Wren and him could use Hunter as a pillow. Wren curled up slightly as Crosshair wrapped his tall frame around her all but trapping her in the middle of the pile as she drifted off to sleep.

Chapter Text

Wren groaned as she shifted on the pillows cracking her eyes open to see she was tucked into Crosshair's chest with the others awake and talking softly in the kitchen. Wren tried to move but stopped as she felt Crosshair's arms tighten around her his voice rumbling “Last time you left one of our arms we found you on the roof.”

Wren stiffened thinking back trying to remember anything from last night her voice cracked “I.. I did what?!” Crosshair buried his face into her ear grumbling “Mhm.. Kit woke us up after she felt you in your bond.”

Wren whimpered hiding her face into the crook of his neck while he tangled his hand into her hair gently running through it as he laid there. Eventually Crosshair finally let her sit up as they looked at the kitchen to see the guys all looking at them with the girls sitting at the table smirking. Kit was particulary smug hiding her fear from last night in her eyes. Wren stood up after glancing down at Crosshair who reluctantly let her go towards Kit.

Wren pulled Kit into her whispering “I'm so sorry Kit.”

Kit sighed into her stomach “It's ok mom. I know you didn't mean to scare me. I just..” Wren played with Kit's hair slightly as she stood next to Kit.

Kit pulled back “I helped make breakfast this morning!”

Wren raised her eyebrow slightly at Kit's declaration then looked over at Anakin who looked at her sheepishly who nodded “Yea, she did. She also spoke to both Obi-Wan and I about what happened fom her prespective in the other world.”

Wren flattened her ears back as Obi-Wan stepped her his face unsure which put Wren slightly on edge. “If you'd like.. we can give you our names.”

Wren looked at him in shock while Kit let out a squeak in surprise. Wren looked over at Kit her eyes widened in surprise while Anakin snorted “We did that too when I was about Kit's age.”

Obi-Wan groaned goodnaturedly before sparing a glance over at Anakin who smirked at Obi-Wan before looking back at Wren “He only calls me by my full name when I'm in huge trouble... or through our bond when out on the field.”

Wren struggled to not laugh as she quipped “And how many times a day do you hear it?”

Obi-Wan sighed rubbing his hand down his face while Anakin snickered “A few..”

Obi-Wan growled lightly “A few?! More like 20 times a day!”

Wren burst out laughing while Anakin snorted “So? I get to say it a few times back! Or I just sick Cody on you..”
Obi-Wan's face flushed slightly while Cody sputtered on the otherside of Rex who slapped his hand on Cody's back.

Kit and the girls started laughing at the table while the rest of the guys laughed between them. Wren looked at Anakin mischeviously “So.. I'm going to guess that your full name is Anakin Kenobi Skywalker?”

Anakin nodded then Wren glanced at Obi-Wan who groaned “Yes, alright we swapped last names as middle names.”

Wren tried to hide her smirk but couldn't as Anakin pointed his finger towards her “Hey! Don't laugh you realize when you accept it. It'll be yours too!”

Wren raised her eyebrow taunting him “But which is first? Is it going to be Kenobi Skywalker or Skywalker Kenobi?”

Obi-Wan and Anakin's eyes widened then glanced at each other playful tension building between them. Cody and Rex sighed in unison at the pair while Wren slipped past them into the kitchen snagging her plate.

Wren looked at Rex who rolled his eyes at her “You realize you started this right?”

Wren grinned evilly at them “Of course! That's what makes it fun.”

Rex sighed but gave her a grin “Sketch has your design done.”

Wren flicked her ears forward with her tail swaying in anticipation “Really?”

Rex nodded “Yea, got a com from him this morning. He's got all the stuff ready for you.”

Wren bounced on her toes “Ok! Let's go!”

Rex chuckled as Hunter looked up “Can we go with?”

Wren nodded “Of course! It'll be my first tattoo need distraction anyways.” They sped through breakfast with Ahsoka dragging Kit to classes who groaned but Wren shook her head “Nuh uh. Please for me? You might bring a new prespective to the kids here.”

Kit tilted her head but nodded as she agreed. Wren followed the troopers to a transport waiting for them outside temple so when they piled onto the transport Wren found herself sitting on Hunter's lap much to the others amusement. Anakin and Obi-Wan were playfully bickering the whole way with Omega holding Wrecker's huge hand.

Once they arrived to the 501st barracks the door opened to see the 501st troopers miling about the place. Rex waved them to follow him as Anakin and Obi-Wan still bickered from behind taking up the rear. Rex opened a door to reveal Sketch sitting then finishing a tattoo on a shiny but smiled as he caught sight of her. “Wren! I'm glad you're here.”

Wren smiled as she looked at him “Thanks for doing this Sketch.”

Sketch shook his head slightly before wiping down the finished tattoo then placing a small bacta patch on him. The shiny smiled then walked out with wave “Thanks Sketch!”

Wren walked closer as Sketch waved her to sit down “Now, if it's ok with you I have a few rather large bacta patches for your.. chest if you'd like to close our eyes so you can apply them while you hold a pillow to your chest for privacy we can do that.” Wren nodded fighting to not blush as the guys covered their eyes with their hands Sketch included. Wren quickly stripped her top off then placed the patches on sitting in front of Sketch while holding a pillow to her chest. “Ok.”

Sketch opened his eyes one and at time then grinned at her back. “Alright, Let me put the template on your back then we can get started.” Wren nodded as she watched the boys from Bad Batch playfully start needling each other with Tech sighing as he moved to sit next to her.

Wren laughed as an imprompt to wrestling match started between Wrecker and Crosshair while Hunter jumped in at various points.

Tech leaned closer to her “Are you alright?”

Wren flicked one ear towards him “I'm getting there. I'm sorry about last night. Normally I don't react that way.”

Tech tilted his head slightly “What do you mean? How do you normally react to nightmares or even storms?”

Wren laid her ears down “Normally with nightmares, I stay awake for a little to read taking my mind of it. Then I'm able to get back to sleep. Storms? I stay awake till it's over then pass back out.”

Tech hummed “When did your Astraphobia start?”

Wren twitched slightly as Sketch started on her tattoo “Hm.. maybe when I was about eight or nine standard? I woke up to a rather large thunderclap then looked outside to see that it was the color green outside.”

Tech looked at her in alarm “Normally that is an indication of a funnel cloud!”

Wren let out a sigh “Yes, and since I was so frightened my first instinct was to go to my parents for comfort. However when I went to open my door.. I found it was jammed shut. I pounded on the door screaming for about an hour before the door was finally opened.. but by then my voice was sore from screaming and crying that the damage was already done. Even now as an adult... I still get nervous during storms. Rain yes large storms no thank you.”

Tech hummed “You seemed alright on Kamino. True when you visited it wasn't during the worst season.”

Wren went to lean forward slightly but stopped when Hunter brought over a chair “Here.” Wren smiled up at him “Thank you.” Wren rested her head and arms on the back of the chair as Sketch continued on her tattoo.

After the wrestling match had ended with Crosshair groaning from the floor and Wrecker laughing next to him Tech leaned back slightly with a small smile looking at her back while Hunter regaling her with some of their missions. Wren tired to not laugh as Wrecker and Crosshair got into it again. Tech tilted his head to her back as Hunter stood up, with Wren distracted by Wrecker and Crosshair telling her more of missions. Hunter snuck around to the back as Sketch glanced up at him gave him a wink then pointed down at the colors at his side. Hunter let out a playfully snort then patted Sketch gently on the back as he moved away. Wren was so focused on the stories she didn't realize when Anakin and Obi-Wan snuck in to look over Sketch's shoulder as he almost completed her tattoo.

They sat down across the way from her Anakin looking smug while Obi-Wan was resigned and almost pouting. Wren raised her eyebrows looking over them and their deshelved appearances. Anakin beamed “I won.” Obi-Wan crossed his arms looking slightly put out at that fact “You cheated!”

Wren shook her head slightly as a smile went across her face. She flinched as Sketch hit a particular spot for the tattoo and she heard Sketch apologize from behind her she waved her hand as if to reassure him. He pulled his hands away putting his tools away gently spreading bacta over her back then he handed her a oversized shirt “There we go. All done. You'll need to have someone spread bacta over it for a few days.”

Wren nodded as she stretched slightly “Thanks Sketch. I do feel bad about taking most of your leave.”

Sketch beamed “No! It's alright for me this is relaxing and fun. I'm not the type of trooper who likes to go to 79's anyways. Though I have gone before.”

The Bad Batch let out a groan in unison while the others looked at them with questions on their faces. Hunter winced “We've been banned for a lifetime from 79's.. to many fights. Fox told us to just avoid going to 79's.”

Wren pouted but nodded “I'm not much of a bar scene. If I drink it's at home but even then I don't drink that much.”

Wrecker looked up at her in shock “What do you mean?”

Wren chuckled “Well, I was raising Kit. Never really wanted or needed to go drinking.”

Wren turned to face Sketch and patted his shoulder “Thank you again Sketch. When the war is done. We will make sure you and your brothers get to pursue their dreams and passions.”

Sketch lit up happily. “I'm so glad. My brothers and I are getting tired of fighting and watching our brothers marching away.” Sketch looked down as he stared at his hands. Wren gently tugged Sketch into her rubbing his shoulder “It's going to be ok Sketch. Just remember don't answer any coms unless they are from the Jedi council.” Sketch nodded slowly relaxing into Wren further.

Anakin and Obi-Wan glanced at Wren “We should head back and check on Ahsoka and Kit.” Wren nodded as she let go of Sketch walking away then the rest of the men following. They jumped into a transport heading towards the temple then walked inside. Once inside the temple they walked towards their rooms and found Kit and Ahsoka waiting inside and Ahsoka guiding Kit through some force related abilities. Wren smiled widely watching Kit learn how to harness and control her abilities with one of her favorite people in this universe. Wren walked past Kit and ruffled her hair causing Kit to squawk in surprise. Obi-Wan and Anakin laughed but looked at Wren “We'll be right back.” Then they left Wren sighed as she sat down on the couch near the girls.

Ahsoka glanced at her “You were gone for awhile. How big was the tattoo you got?”

Wren went to answer but Kit grinned “Knowing my mom? She got her back piece done.”

Kit snuck a glance at Wren “Right?”

Wren nodded “That's right. Though it did take longer than I was expecting so something tells me that Sketch snuck in colors onto it.”

Kit laughed “So much for wanting it to be just in black huh?” Wren nodded encouraging Ahsoka to inch closer eyeing Wren's back in interest.

Wren let out a soft laugh “You want to see huh?” Ahsoka nodded heavily her Padawan beads clinking together while Kit walked up to her as well. Wren let out a exasperated sigh but allowed the girls to pull up the back of her shirt slowly causing them to gasp in surprise and amazement.

Kit pulled back and looked at Wren “Mom.. Sketch.. he.. did so amazing! There's blue, orange, red and yellow the black outlines everything!” Wren let out a puff of air muttering “Figures.. marked me up as claimed not only by the Bad Batch but also the 501st and the 212th..seesh..”

Wren let out a snicker making Ahsoka look at her tilting her head “What was that sound for?” Wren looked over at her with a smirk “501st and the 212th put it together you get 713th. Lucky 7 and unlucky 13. Balances it out!” Ahsoka burst into laughter dropping the shirt to cover the tattoo as she took a few steps back holding her sides. Kit shook her head just as the door opened to reveal the men and Obi-Wan and Anakin striding in. Anakin looked at Ahsoka who was still laughing then turned to Wren with his eyebrow raised as if in question.

Ahsoka finally got her laughter fit under control and looked at them “Wren here brought up a good point. You put 501st and the 212th together you get 713th. Lucky 7 and unlucky 13 so it's balanced.” Obi-Wan pinched his nose while Anakin started laughing as he walked over to Ahsoka “She's right Snips.” Obi-Wan groaned while Rex and Cody bit their lips from laughing. The Bad Batch were all torn between laughing or sighing at the horrible joke. Omega didn't hold back and giggled hiding her amusement behind her hand.

Wren smiles while Tech inches closer then looks down at her “May I?” Wren nodded as Tech gently lifted up the back of her shirt gazing at the tattoo for the first time. “Fascinating. You chose these symbols correct?” Wren nodded as the others all moved to gaze at her back complete with soft gentle touches on some of the lines. Wren waited till Tech had lowered her shirt back to cover it then they all sat down together around her Kit lowering her head to rest on her lap. Omega dropped herself into Wrecker's lap and he all but made her disappear in his arms. Wren played with Kit's ears while explaining “The wings are a symbol of me taking flight for myself, the lotus symbolizes a lot but for me it means rebirth, the ankh is everlasting life, and the eye of Horus is protection from evil.”

Tech tilted his head “Where do those come from?” Wren gently tugged on her daughter's ear “From our universe's Egyptian culture.”

Obi-Wan spoke up after she explained “Well, if you'll have us tomorrow morning we'll set up a time to sign paperwork officially registering you and Kit in our family.” Wren smiled and nodded “Sounds good. What time?” Anakin glanced over at her from where he was sitting with Ahsoka tucked into him “It might be right away in the morning. So hopefully we sleep well tonight.” Wren flushed as she tugged on Kit's ear again “Alrighty. Kit you know what that means.” Kit nodded then stood up resting her forehead against Wren's for moment causing the Vod's signatures to burst out in shock along with feeling Obi-Wan's signature to spike in surprise. Kit walked away towards Ahsoka's room after Ahsoka scrambled to her feet chasing after her Omega a few steps behind her.

Anakin let out a yawn “Come on then Master, we should head to bed.” Anakin grabbed Obi-Wan's shoulder then dragged him away from the room amid his protests. Wren chuckled watching them as the vod looked at her with Cody bursting out “You know that?” Wren nodded as she stood up and stretched “Yes, I do. I told my daughter about it too. Once in a while we'll do that especially if she's feeling overwhelmed. Grounds her.” Cody stood up and shakeningly walked away all but stumbling into Obi-Wan's room. Wren smirked 'called it!' as the others slowly removed their armor and plopped onto the mattresses on the floor. Wren stretched out on the couch but felt someone grab her ankle she lifted her head and found herself staring at Tech who blushed slightly “Come pile with us?” Wren smiled as she let herself get playfully dragged off the couch and into his chest. Wren smiled as she nuzzled into him wrapping her arm around him and burying herself into him further.

Chapter Text

Wren woke up surprisingly not being tucked under Tech's chin so she carefully wiggled her way out of the pile heading towards the kitchen finding no one in the room. She paused feeling that Kit and Ahsoka were in classes while Omega was still sleeping. Anakin and Obi-Wan were gone as well possibly to a council meeting. Wren shrugged but snuck out to walk through the temple. She stepped inside one of the rooms she could feel echoes of younglings practicing with the force. Wren smiled as she reached out closing her eyes feeling the laughter and joy from the younglings.

Then she felt a bit mischevious and started swaying like one of the characters from a certain anime feeling the force laughing around her encouraging her further as she changed her movements to be sterner and a little harsh but still flowing. Wren smiled to herself as she relaxed her movements closing her hands to fists feeling the force rush to her as she went through the motions. She was half way through the third form when she heard clapping behind her. Startled, Wren opened her eyes to see the room around her disheveled yet the force was singing. Wren spun around and put her hands behind her back breathing slightly heavy face to face with Master Windu himself.

Wren bit her lip a little as she bowed “Master Windu. I apologize for the state of the room. I'll.. um fix it.”

Master Windu let out a slight chuckle at her as he crossed the room to stand before her “It's alright. This room has seen worse I promise you. Though I am curious about what you were doing. I don't believe I have ever heard the force sing this much since before the war.” Wren dropped her arms from behind her to in front of her. Her ears laying back plus her tail curling tight around her leg. “Um, well its hard to explain. I know you have your meditations for connecting to the force. Though for some its hard to do. Me? I can't sit still, even my daughter has trouble sitting still. She plays meditative music while drawing.”

Master Windu nodding “Yes, I believe Skywalker calls it moving meditation. He does that when he works on droids or anything needed around the temple.” Wren nodded as he continued “However that is not what you were doing. I could feel the force flowing in your movements. As evident with the state of the room.”

Wren bit her lip nervously as she thought how to explain it but figured it would be best to just show Master Windu. “Master Windu, I believe it would be best if you copy me instead. It's hard to explain instead of just experiencing it.”

Master Windu nodded as he moved away then glanced her with a small smirk “Though I believe it would be best if you did not wield that much of the force with both of us in here. I would not like to be flying around the room.” Wren blushed heavily as she nodded. Soon though they were facing eachother as he waited for her to begin. Wren composed herself “Now if you please Master follow my movements.” Master Windu nodded as he watched while Wren dropped back into the first movement watching Master Windu following her movements. Wren smiled then sped up with the second one movement with Master Windu's eyes widened as he felt the force singing around them. Wren grinned mischeviously at Master Windu when she decided to get into the third one as she stomped the ground causing a slight ripple through the floor catching Master Windu off guard sending him stumbling but he caught on. Master Windu sent her a grin as he did it back at her but she was ready and leapt backwards away laughing as she did so punching the ground making his ripple to be canceled out. They went back and forth till the door to the room opened revealing the entire council poking their heads in. Anakin's eyes wide at seeing Master Windu playing with the force like a youngling.

Master Yoda moved through everyone and stood in front of them amusement rolling off of him in waves “Hmm late you were to meeting Master Windu?”

Master Windu flushed slightly as he stood up “Apologizes Master Yoda I felt the force singing from the room and couldn't help but investigate.”

Wren dropped to sit on the ground breathing heavily “I'm sorry Master Yoda. I guess I was a bit of a distraction.”

Master Yoda grinned at her “On purpose did you?”

Wren shook her head “No, just was umm...”

Obi-Wan walked around them to kneel beside her with a smile on his face “We know it's just not very often we get to tease Mace for behaving like a youngling.”

Wren laughed “Yes, he is rather... hmmm how to say it without being offensive.”

Mace sat on the floor near her looking at her curiously trying to catch his breath. Wren laid her ears back with fidgeting with her tail in her lap as Mace looked at her “Oh please, I've heard it all before. From crechemates to my padawan as she was growing.”

Wren grinned as she looked at him “You're such a square!”

Anakin bursts out laughing from behind a few of the other members while Mace looked at her with his eyebrow raised “Oh really?”

Wren burst out into a fit of giggles “I can't call you a fossil cuz theres someone here who beat you to that.” Obi-Wan moved to sit down as the rest of the members walked in and sat down watching her but Wren didn't care. Wren looked over at Obi-Wan after she got her giggles to calm down “You Master Kenobi are a trouble magnet. Where as Anakin is a chaos magnet!”

The members all started chuckling relaxing around them while Obi-Wan looked at her “I am not!”

Wren snickered “Oh really? Shall I fill them all in?! Or should I com Commander Cody? I'm pretty sure he'll vouch for me?” Wren looked over at Anakin who raised his com device while Obi-Wan lunged at Anakin “Don't you dare!”

Anakin started laughing as they fought over the device while Yoda leaned over with his com device in his hand whispering “Quick, you must be. Distract Obi-Wan, Anakin can.”

Wren grinned evilly as she went through Yoda's com device and commed Cody when it connected he answered “Yes General Yoda? Is there something I can help you with?”

Wren bit back laughter “Oh its just Wren Cody, there is something we need to clear up for us.”

Cody replied relaxed “Oh hey Wren. What can I clear up for you?” Wren grinned as she looked up to see Obi-Wan pinned by Anakin who looked at her shaking his head pleading clear on his face. “So Cody, am I correct in calling General Kenobi a trouble magnet?”

Cody sighed long and hard “If I had it my way he'd be locked on the ship in a padded room with his lightsaber attached onto a wire to keep it from dropping out of his hand.” The council members all burst out laughing while Obi-Wan laid his head on the floor of the room groaning “Thank you dear Cody for getting me in trouble.”

Cody paused for a moment “Oh there are others with you Wren?”

Wren chuckled “Yes, the council is sitting around me at the moment.” Cody laughed “Oh by the way members of the council has Obi-Wan told you...” Obi-Wan grabbed the com device from Wren's hand and turned it off glaring at Wren playfully “Oh.. that's it.”

The members quickly moved to the side while Wren jumped to her feet smiling as Obi-Wan stalked towards her. Wren paused then stomped the ground causing a ripple through the floor making Obi-Wan's feet stumble but he leapt towards her Wren sidestepped him as he tried to grab her with a smile “Come on ori'vod.. You wanna spar your way or my way.”

Obi-Wan glanced at her “Yours.”

Wren grinned at him as she dropped into her stance while Obi-Wan copied her. Wren didn't wait so she stomped the ground then clapped her hands together towards him sending two blasts of the force in his direction causing the members around them to flinch as the force shivered around them. Obi-Wan leapt up to the ceiling the dove down at her but Wren spun gripping the force and flipped him up side down facing her.

Obi-Wan sniffed as he hung there grumbling “I believe I should have watched from the beginning on how you spar.” Wren grinned up carefully laid him back on the ground as the members surrounded them, she all but jumped when Master Yoda leapt and landed on her shoulder.

Master Plo walked up to her “I believe we need to set up a class for you to teach the older padawans how to wield the force like you do.”

Wren bit her lip and messed with her tunic “Maybe I'd like to teach the knights and masters first. This way we can work out what to teach and what not to teach first.”

Master Plo agreed “Wise choice indeed.”

Master Windu looked at her “Darkside could make those moves even harder to fight againist couldn't it?”

Wren nodded slowly “Yes, it's like your vaapad in motion form Master Windu.” Mace looked at her curiously when they looked up to see Quinlan standing in the doorframe panting and pale “Masters of the Council. We have to move... now.” The council flinched as they rushed out Wren right on their heels. Wren linked to Kit Work with Ahsoka and the crechemasters. The council and I are going after the Chancellor. Then she slammed the connection down to protect her from the incoming battle.

She felt Anakin beside her panicking slightly so she reached out to him “Breath Anakin. It's going to be ok.” Anakin nodded as they rushed towards the shuttle with Wren next to him. Anakin brushed passed them piloting the shuttle towards the Senate once they arrived Anakin landed the shuttle. They rushed out and up towards the Chancellor's office. Wren felt the Chancellor's presence the minute they got to the door so when they burst through the door Palpatine grinned at them in his fake way “Did you come here for a reason Jedi?”

Master Yoda looked at him “Sith we you know you are. Come to take care of you we did.”

Wren felt him jump off her shoulder as she looked around the room and towards his desk using the force to crush it remembering that was how he used it to start order 66 attacking the Jedi with their beloved clones. Palpatine narrowed his eyes on her as the Council members spread out around the room. Wren snarled at the man who would have ruined the galaxy in his bid to control everyone. Palpatine dropped his façade then leapt towards her but Wren was ready for him and clapped her hands hard in his direction slamming him back into the wall behind him. Wren grinned viciously “Not ready for someone like me were you?” Palpatine coughed then drew out his lightsabers igniting them then launching himself at her Wren dodged him as she felt the council member behind her defend her back. Wren used the force to grab the sith lord away from the member with a growl. “No I don't think so sleemo.” Palpatine snarled at her “You're a thorn in my side you abomination.” Wren grinned as she punched the ground forcing him to the ground using the force “Oh I'm an abomination? You're abomination to my face and my morals. Using everyone around you.” Wren threw him around the room while using the force to protect the council as Anakin and Mace stood near her. “Hurting others for no reasons other then you own greed and suffering. You influenced tusken raiders to kidnap and kill Anakin's mother just in a bid to tip him to the darkside. You also met with him from the age of nine till now all while turning him against his family.” Wren slipped into a mix of the third and fourth movements with a snarl. “You are nothing but a Depur!” She yelled as she flung him around the room making the others dodge her movements then held him in suspense in the middle of the room her whole body shaking from the exhaustion. “And now those you would force to become your slaves.. we will be free. You would have made us slaves in your version of a galaxy! Never again!” Wren nodded towards Mace and Anakin with a fierce determination. “FREE US ANAKIN AND MACE!” Wren couldn't fight the exhaustion anymore as she watched Mace and Anakin strike down Palpatine. Then she dropped to the ground as voices ran towards her.

Chapter Text

Days after Palpatines defeat and overthrow were hectic as evidence came out about Palpatine's deceit playing both sides of the war. The separatists surrendered after Dooku handed over all his evidence than handed himself over to the Jedi. Obi-Wan and Anakin spent time between staying with Wren in the Halls of Healing then going out and hunting down Grevious. Once Grevious was taken care of they rushed back only to see that Wren still had not come out of her force coma. Kit when not found in classes or with the 501st or the 212th or even in the Halls of Healing curled up around her mother. She was found with the Bad Batch or in the Skywalker Kenobi quarters. Kit was happy to find that Padme had been taking care of Sekhmet after being forgotten on Naboo though she secretly was glad Sekhmet was safe from Coruscant during the whole fight and sudden ending of the war. As the days stretched to weeks Kit noticed her ears and tail as well her mothers were fading from their bodies.

Wren laid in her bed looking around with a groan Ugh... I should not have over done it.

She slowly stood up from the bed but when she turned back she saw herself on the bed attached to an IV and oxygen mask to help her with breathing as the force chuckled around her You are close to death. Do you wish to leave?

Wren touched her own hand No but I'm so tired. And we saved them. The force replied to her gently Yes, though don't you think you deserve to enjoy this peace with them? Then she looked up at her own face stepping back just as the door opened behind her to reveal Kit, Anakin, Obi-Wan and Ahsoka. Behind them were the Bad Batch as they sat around her Omega curled up in Wrecker's lap. Kit climbed up on the bed her tears starting flow down “Mom, we did it. Everyone is ok.”

Kit wiped her eyes with one hand “The jedi who weren't here are looking throughout the galaxy for a safe space for us. The clones free from both chips and ageing then are being removed from Tipoca City all the way down to the babies.”

Kit sniffled as grabbed Wren's hand bringing it to her chest “I miss you mom. I can't do all of this by myself anymore. I need you. Please come back.”

Anakin stepped forward resting his hand on Wren's forehead “Come on Wren. You're stronger than this. We already did the paperwork for you to be adopted. I think we've had to fight off Plo, Quin and Kit Fisto for teaching Kit here. Even Mace has gotten himself involved. Which is a surprise.”

Kit let out a wet laugh as Ahsoka wrapped her arms around Kit making Kit hide her face into Ahsoka's neck.

Obi-Wan touched her shoulder softly “Wren, we can't change the Order without you. Please come back to us. I think the 501st and the 212th plan on helping the Bad Batch to break you out of here.”

Wren focused on her hand in Kit's hold making her fingers move slowly tightening on her daughter's hand. Kit gasped and burst out a sob “S..she heard us! Her fingers moved!” Omega jumped up from Wrecker's lap and climbed up on the bed across from Kit “Wren! Don't go!” The rest gathered around her resting their hands on her body in various places.

The pull brought herself back to her body she laid back down onto of her body then sank back into it with a soft sigh. Wren cracked open her eyes slowly as she turned her head to look at Kit. Kit burst into loud sobs just as Obi-Wan let go of Wren's shoulder dashing out of the room calling for a healer. The tension of Wren not being able to come back disappeared with Kit tucking her head under Wren's chin completely drenching Wren's chest and shirt. Wren let out a sigh as she looked over to the side seeing everyone else fighting tears of joy at finally seeing her awake weakened but awake.

Obi-Wan and the healer ran back in with the healer rushing towards her “Wren. I have to say thank you for saving us. Please for all of our sakes. Do not and Do not ever go past your abilities again.”

Wren nodded exhaustedly then went to speak up but the healer cut her off “Nope. You're still healing. IV and Oxygen mask stay on till I'm comfortable in removing them.”

Wren let out a soft groan as Kit chuckled in her chest. Wren felt the bed being sat up to a tilt as she looked around Hunter sat down beside her on a chair that Crosshair dragged from the other side of the room “We thought we were reckless. What you did was insane. You didn't know your limits and yet..”

Wren twitched her nose at him then rolled her eyes. Kit sat back her eyes reddened looking at her with a half smile on her face. Crosshair snarled halfheartedly from his spot near the foot of the bed his hands slightly shaking “You realize you are not going to be going anywhere alone for the next year. Right?” Wren scowled in frustration before Tech spoke up “I agree with Crosshair. Though we understand your actions however that does not give you a pass.”

Kit giggled watching the whole interaction “Mom... you're grounded.”

Wren twitched her nose inside the mask at Kit making Kit laugh before the door opened letting the rest of the council in. Wren widened her eyes in shock seeing Quinlan with them too. Master Yoda was sitting on Master Windu's shoulder as they looked at her “Good to see you awake it is. Recover you must. Empty room near Kenobi & Skywalker's quarters mysteriously filled it was. First night you were here filled it was.” Wren raised her eyebrow in a question but Kit looked at her “Mom, the force teleported all our belongings from our universe here. When we finalized our choice to stay. Everything came here. Some of it was changed but it's all here.” Wren opened her mouth but the healer all but growled “No. No talking yet.” Wren pouted as Kit smiled “It's ok. We just have the beds on the floor. Everything else is packed up for the move when the temple is going to a safe planet.”

Anakin looked at her with a grin before Wren looked at Kit her eyes wide. Kit tilted her head “Mom? What's wrong?” Wren made a motion with her hand as she was writing something. Tech noticed her movements then handed over his datapad to the shock of his brothers but Wren winked up at him then tapped slowly on his datapad her fingers shaking.

[What about Maul? We need to figure out if he's still alive. He'll come after Obi-Wan. I just thought of a place for the jedi and clones to move to.. it's away from Coruscant plus it's going back to your roots.]

Then she handed it to Anakin who read it then handed it to Obi-Wan as they scowled at the mention of Maul, but looked at her questioningly about the place she thought of for their new home. Kit tilted her head again looking at her mom on the bed “You remembered something didn't you?” Wren nodded her head as Obi-Wan tilted the datapad to show Kit but then narrowed her eyes at the last part. “I can't remember where he might be as of right now. I don't know where mom is pointing us to.” Wren made grabby hands towards the datapad as Obi-Wan handed it over to her.

[If my memory is right Maul is hiding on Lotho Minor but he's nothing but a feral creature his mind is warped into a twisted creature. Maul is half man and half machine. The planet we could get to for our new home though. I thought of Tython or even one of the old temples and bases from the Old Republic on the planet of Odessen.]

Wren handed the datapad back over to Obi-Wan her hand shaking from holding the datapad plus typing on it as her hand dropped to the bed once Obi-Wan took the datapad from her. Obi-Wan inhaled sharply as he read then gave it to Anakin as he moved away from the bed. Anakin snarled down at the datapad then up at Obi-Wan calmly “What will we do Master?” Obi-Wan looked at him in shock “What do you mean we?” Anakin smirked at him holding the datapad up in the air “I'm not letting you alone after him. Cody sure as kriff won't. I'll have Ahsoka stay here and help Madame Nu scour the library archives for Tython and Odessen.” Obi-Wan sighed pinching the bridge of his nose “Give me some time to think. I'll get back to you about Maul, alright.” Anakin nodded as he handed the datapad over to Tech who went back to tapping on it his eyes narrowed slightly sneaking looks at the rest of his brothers.

A few minutes later Wren felt her eyes begin to droop she let out a whine making Anakin look at her “It's alright. Rest, you've given us somethings to work with for now. Thank you.” Wren nodded as she drifted off to sleep listening to the murmers of her family around her.

Chapter Text

Wren was awakened by Wrecker gently picking her up from the bed “Easy Wren, Doc said we can move you around but you have to be carried.” Wren groaned as Wrecker gently carried her out of the Halls of Healing still wrapped up in a blanket. They walked down the halls passing a few jedi as they stopped to thank her for saving them as well as a few clones. Wrecker then carried her to the room of a thousand fountains to reveal the others sitting around the tree with Crosshair up in the tree leaning against the trunk of the tree a few branches up of the ground.

She let out a small wave up at him as he gazed down at her his eyes softening slightly “Good to see you out of there mesh'la. We had to have Wrecker spring you out. The rest of us have been busy working with the others on where to move.” Wren nodded slowly as she laid her head against Wrecker's shoulder while he slowly sat down on a chair provided by Hunter.

Wren looked around tiredly “Where's Kit?”

Tech cut in from his spot looking down at his datapad “She was with Rex and Cody last we knew, but they did say there were going to meet up with the 104th.”

Wren bit her lip her brain still a bit slow with exhaustion as she tried to remember “104th thats... Plo Koon and Wolffe's battalion isn't it?”

Hunter nodded “Yes, that's right. She's safe.” Wren snorted “That's not the issue. It's not her I'm worried about.”

Wrecker looked down at her “What do ya mean?” Wren gave a tired smile “It's more of the 104th isn't safe from her. Depending on who Rex took with him aka the Domino Twins she'll be helping them prank the 104th.”

Wrecker let out a laugh making Wren shake in his arms as Omega appeared next to her “Are you sure you'll be ok?”

Wren took Omega's hand squeezing it slightly “I will be. I'll just take awhile to recover. I did use the force before finding out my limits.”

Hunter looked over at Omega “That's a good example of not pushing your limits.”

Wren stuck her tongue out a Hunter as a scream echoed from the entrance of the temple. Wren groaned as she put her face in her hands “That would be Kit..”

Wrecker helped her turn in his seat to catch Kit running into the room being chased by Wolffe, Sinker, Boost and Comet who were all completely covered in neon green paint with sparkles.

Kit saw her in Wrecker's arms as she let out a scream “MOM HELP ME!! ECHO AND FIVES LEFT ME BEHIND WHEN WE PRANKED THE 104TH!”

Wren let out a exhausted laugh “Oh no.. you decided to join in the prank. You have to deal with the consequences...” Kit looked at her with a faux betrayed expression on her face as Wolffe caught her in his arms growling playfully “C'mere you little womprat!” with Boost Sinker and Comet surrounding her in their arms they covered her in the paint right back as Kit squealed in laughter. When Wolffe removed his helmet Wren was expecting Wolffe to be angry but he was smiling! He looked so much lighter then he usually did, and his brothers were all laughing too.

Wolffe looked over at her then walked over slowly “If you excuse me, We are kidnapping your kid.” Then they were gone Kit was thrown over Wolffe's shoulder in a shocked expression as Wolffe lifted his arm to com someone. Wren looked at the others as they all burst out laughing, Wren finally got her breathing under control as she looked at them “Well, I think I just lost my kid to the Wolfpack. The other jedi who were vying for her training are going to be pissed.”

Wrecker let out a laugh while Omega watched with her eyes wide. Hunter and Crosshair smirked at the same time as Tech let out an amused huff. Wren leaned back into Wrecker yawning slightly as she did so Wrecker looked up to see Anakin and Obi-Wan walking towards them. When they were standing in front of her they sat down on the ground with the rest as Anakin started “Was that Kit we just heard?”

Wren hummed “Mhm. Decided it was a fantastic idea to help Fives and Echo prank Plo's battalion. Got caught and Wolffe just informed me that Kit was kidnapped.”

Obi-Wan looked at her startled “Come again?”

Tech leaned over with the datapad outstretched “Here you go. I managed to snag a holo.” Obi-Wan took the datapad carefully with Anakin leaning into his shoulder looking at the holo of Kit indeed being kidnapped by Wolffe and his vod.

Anakin looked up at her Wren “What did they do?”

Wren chuckled tiredly “Decided to cover Wolffe, Boost, Sinker and Comet in neon green paint with sparkles.” Anakin burst out laughing with Obi-Wan chuckling beside him handing back the datapad to Tech who took it back gratefully. Wren felt nothing but joy and laughter from her daughter's end of their bond as she sat in Wrecker's arms so she focused on Obi-Wan who glared at Anakin playfully “Well lets see who had bets on Kit going to the wolfpack?” Anakin pulled up his com and scrolled through it “I didn't.” Obi-Wan groaned as he lifted his com scrolling through it till it blasted with coms “Well, Quinlan found out. He's throwing a fit. Kit Fisto isn't happy either. Oh look there's Mace now too.”

Anakin snickered as he looked up from his com “No one bet on the Wolfpack snagging her. Drat.”

Anakin flopped down backwards till his com went off so he lifted his arm and answered Ahsoka's voice greeted him excitedly “Master! Madame Nu and I found something about Odessen!”

Anakin shot up at Ahsoka's words because everyone knew about the temples on Dantoonie it was part of the temples history lessons but Odessen was a ghost in Jedi Order's history.

Ahsoka spoke up again “It looks like its a force nexus planet. It was part of the Old Republic as a base during the inter-sith war.”

Anakin looked puzzled “Does it have a population on the planet?”

Ahsoka paused “No, looks like it's been used since then. Ever since people moved back to the Core worlds. Sorry Master, that's all I have.”

Obi-Wan rubbed his beard with his hand looking at Anakin “Seems like we need to investigate this Odessen as well as taking care of Maul. How should we split up the missions?”

Tech piped up “I believe it would be best for my squad to possibly help investigate Odessen with Hunter's enhancements he can get a feel of the planet in a way scanners can not. General Kenobi, I believe it would be best for you and General Skywalker to go after Maul.”

Wren looked over at Tech worriedly at the thought of them leaving her alone. Her mind already doing a downward spiral at the thought of them abandoning her before Wrecker hugged her looking down at her with a worried expression “We'll be back. Don't you worry.”

She leaned up againist him all but curling up into him before the healer walked into the entrance of the gardens “Wren? It's time to come back to the halls of healing.” Wrecker pouted as Anakin stood up with his arms outstretched “I'll take her Wrecker.”

Wrecker handed Wren over slowly almost hesitant as Anakin picked up Wren from his arms slowly. Wren looked at the bad batch slowly looking at their faces “I want to see you all before you head out.”

They nodded together as Hunter spoke up “Don't worry we will. Could you watch over Omega for us?” Wren smiled and nodded then Anakin walked away slowly heading to the healer following her to the halls of healing. Wren laid her head back againist Anakin's shoulder as they walked along. When they entered the halls of healing he gently placed her down on the bed she was in before.

Anakin then sighed as he moved to sit on the bed beside her his back facing her “We did it right? We changed however you saw was going to happen?”

Wren lifted her hand and touched the back of his arm softly “Yes, the worst of the danger is passed. Palpatine's plans will not work anymore.”

Anakin let out a sigh of relief while turning to face her “I never got to thank you for helping and showing us what was going on behind the scenes.”

Wren waved her hand “No need to thank me. I just opened the box you, the order and the clones were stuck in then helped you succeed in breaking free.”

Anakin smiled at her “Yes, you did. I heard the clones are working over time at removing all the chips and the only ones left are just a few squads.”

Wren let out a sigh of relief “That's good.” She closed her eyes for a moment then snapped them open sitting up quickly “I need a datapad.”

Anakin looked at her worriedly “What's wrong?”

Wren looked up at him in pain “I just remembered some places we need to look at but we have to be careful. As well as a bunch of people to look into..” Wren's eyes widened in fear as she snatched his hand clutching it tightly “Project StarDust! You need to look for that as well.”

Anakin gripped her hand tightly taking note of her fear in the force laced with desperation “Hang on, Let me call the council. Just breath ok. I'm right here.”

Wren nodded as he spoke into his com “Master Windu, I don't suppose we could set up an emergency meeting with the council? Wren has remembered some more details we need to look into, and she's not calming down.”

Mace answered immediately “Bring her to conference room we'll bring all the members there. Have her sit in a hover chair for the meeting, don't need Master Eerin or Knight Che chasing us down.”

Anakin ended the com then gently peeled off Wren's hand from his “Don't worry, I'm getting a chair for you then we'll head to the meeting.” Wren nodded slowly as she dropped her hand to the bed figeting her hands as he pushed a chair towards her. Then he picked her up carefully putting her into it then wrapped a blanket around her legs. He grinned at her then pushed her out of the Halls of Healing heading towards the lift but stopped when familiar voices rang out behind them. They turned to see the Bad Batch walking towards them quickly.

Crosshair's long strides beat them as he looked down at her “Are you alright? Hunter mentioned to us he felt your heartbeat change.”

Wren looked up at him “I will be I remembered more places to look at for them to weed out more PreEmpire facilities.”

Tech looked up from his datapad “Are you certain they have been developed?”

Wren bit her lip and shook her head “No, but it's better to check it out then leave it alone.”

Hunter nodded looking down at her while Wrecker boomed “Heck yea!”

Wren looked up at them “You guys promise to becareful? I don't know what you're going to run into on Odessen. There wasn't much knowledge from universe and even here.”

Hunter nodded slowly “Don't worry mesh'la we will be.”

Crosshair leaned closer to whispering in her ear “Don't worry, I'll make sure these di'kuts don't leave my sight.” Then he dropped a vambrace with a com built in onto her lap “Wear this so we can keep in contact with you alright?”

Wren blushed and nodded looking up to see Hunter's smirk as they walked away.

Anakin let out a chuckle as he watched them “Forward aren't they? They'd fit in with my battalion.”

Then he continued to push the chair towards the room. Wren giggled as she snapped the vambrace onto her arm she shook her head noticing it was a perfect fit that had the bad batch's colors all over it. Wren looked up at Anakin “Tech's handiwork. It fits.”

Anakin let out a laugh as they arrived to the doors to the conference room at the same time as Obi-Wan who held the door open for them. “Are you alright my dear?” Obi-Wan said looking down at her “I will be after this meeting is done. I just remembered a few things I need to drop on the Council. Hopefully they will still like me afterwards..”

Obi-Wan shook his head “I highly doubt they won't you've helped us divert a disaster.”

Wren nodded “I hope so.” They swept into the room seeing most of the council as well as their commanders or captains with them. The ones who weren't on Coruscant appeared before them in holo.

Wren felt her throat close up slightly as her anxiety rose Wren jumped when Anakin's hand rested on her shoulder “It's alright. You're with family here.”

Wren swallowed as she nodded looking around the room while Anakin pushed the chair towards the projector in the middle. The room fell silent as Master Windu looked at her “Ah Wren. Anakin set up the meeting I didn't realize you set it up.”

Wren bit her lip again looking up at him “Well, you see.. Master Windu, I remembered more for us to look into just in case of Darth Sidious having plans already set up for his empire.”

Master Windu looked at her “Please, Call me Mace. You've more than earned calling us our names as equals.”

Wren nodded slowly as Anakin pushed her to be in front of the projector. She rested her hands on the projector gathering her strength to speak in front of so many people once again that Anakin rested his hand on her shoulder gently squeezing it that she looked up at Mace again “Mace, how are the battlefields right now?”

Mace looked at her carefully “Battles have stopped and the forces are in a stalemate. Chancellor Organa and Dooku are in peace talks.”

Wren nodded slowly as she looked at the projector biting her lip then looking around freezing on a besalisk master Obi-Wan noticed her gaze and nodded to Anakin who locked his gaze on the master. Wren shook her head then looked at the projector again “Are there any battalions and their stationed near Weyland?”

Anakin looked around and noticed Aayla and her commander raise their hands “We are.” Wren fidgeted her hands “I know I'm asking a lot of you and your battalion, plus that you don't know me. I was hoping you'd take your battalion and investigate Weyland. I'm desperating hoping the facility isn't set up but if it is I'm sorry for you're going to find. Please be careful, you're looking for a secret medical facility called Mount Tantiss.”

Aayla looked at her commander then back at her “What are you hoping we don't find yet at the same time you do?”

Wren bit her lip then glanced at them “The former Chancellor had secret facilities set up around the galaxy for his empire. Mount Tantiss was the place for Dr Hemlock to experiment on clones.” Aayla's commander walked out of frame Aayla watched him then looked back at her “That's not all is it.”

Wren shook her head “No, that facility was created specifically for the purpose of Project Necromancer.” She gripped her hands tightly in her lap “It was a means for Darth Sidious to be able to clone himself then transfer his force essence into his clone.”

Anakin stiffened behind her as he looked over at Obi-Wan. Aayla nodded then looked away from her “We'll get going right away. Thank you.”

Wren nodded and just before Aayla and her commander left Wren spoke up again “I really want to be wrong. I didn't want to send anyone there in case..”

Aayla looked at her “It's alright. We're happy to help.”
Then Aayla and her commander disappeared from the holo. Wren swallowed looking around finding Quinlan hiding in the shadows “Master Vos, can you come here please.” Master Vos walked up to her quickly as Wren looked up at him “Master Vos in your investigation at the former Chancellor's office did you come across anything called Project StarDust?”

Quinlan nodded “Call me Quin please, and yes I did.” Wren looked up at him horrified “We need to do a deep dive on Coruscant. Please see if any of the Corries are willing to work with you.” Quinlan looked down at her in worry “Why? What is Project StarDust?”

Wren looked up at him pained “Project StarDust is the other name for the DeathStar. A massive planet killer. One shot from it will destroy a planet and everyone on it.” Quinlan ran out of the room pulling up his com calling Fox.

Wren watched him go then looked at the others all their faces pale but she continued whispering “I'm sorry.” She then hugged herself tightly looking down and away from their faces she flinched when she heard movement in front of her as a figure dropped their knees in front of her making her look at them. She focused on the face of Mace who took one of her hands and squeezed it comfortingly “It's alright. We're not upset with you. Just at how far Darth Sidious was willing to go.”

Mace looked up past her to Anakin “Take her back to the halls of healing. We'll go over Darth's Sidious's notes ourselves and see what else we missed.”

Wren felt Mace's hand slipped from hers as Anakin gently moved her out of the room and back towards the halls of healing. The walk was quiet as Wren went back to hugging herself tightly with Anakin walking behind her. Wren felt overwhelmed as they stepped inside the halls of healing so when Anakin put her down on the bed she clung to him to the point she felt him rearrange himself to laying down with her against him. Wren felt him gently wrap his force signature around her then felt him encourage her to sleep using the force.
