Shining Glitter is at her room. Alongside her sparkling magenta hair, she is wearing a pink hoodie with black leggings. She also wears pink sneakers. She also has her hair in a loose bun with headphones as she works on her new song. As for her room, it's predominantly black, magenta and white, with a few LED lights shining through. She has a bed with a nightstand and a desk, with a laptop, a few instruments and a MIDI keyboard. There's also a notepad with some scribbled lyrics. 

Shining Glitter: ♪ And when the stars align, we'll light up the night... ♪

Mom: Shining Glitter, can you come here for a moment?

Shining Glitter: Sure, mom. Just a sec!

She saves her work, closes FL Studio, and heads to the living room. Her mom is there with some paperwork.

Mom: Hey, sweetheart. How's your music coming along?

Shining Glitter: Really well, Mom! I think I'm onto something great with this new track.

Mom: That's my talented composer. Listen, dear, I have something important to discuss with you.

Shining Glitter: What's up?

Mom: We've been offered an opportunity that I think could be really beneficial for you. I've enrolled you in the prestigious Starlight Academy for the next grade.

Shining Glitter: Wait, what? A new school?

Mom: Yes, it's a modern academy that combines high school and college levels. I believe this change will open up new doors for you.

Shining Glitter: But Mom, I've been at my old school since 7th grade. I know everyone there.

Mom: I understand it's a big change, but sometimes trying new things can lead to amazing experiences. You have so much talent to share, and this academy will provide you with new opportunities to grow.

Shining Glitter: You're right, Mom. If you believe in it, I'll give it a shot.

Fast-forward a few days later. Shining Glitter is at the entrance of the campus, with a purple, long-sleeved school blouse and a black skirt, with black stockings and black shoes. She looks at the students, some new, some old, and looks at the campus building.

Shining Glitter: Okay, Shining Glitter, new school, new beginning. Here goes nothing.

She goes inside the campus, goes to the front desk, and recieves her dorm key. She then walks down the bustling hallways, finding other students chatting and going about their day. Taking a deep breath, she enters her first class.

Latte: Good morning, everyone! We have a new student joining us today. Shining Glitter, please introduce yourself.

Shining Glitter stands up, a bit nervous but determined.

Shining Glitter: Hi, everyone! I'm Shining Glitter, and I'm transferring here for the next grade. I'm really passionate about music, and I can't wait to get to know all of you!

The class responds with warm smiles and nods of welcome.

Latte: Thank you, Shining Glitter. We're glad to have you here. I'm sure you'll fit right in. 

Black Garlic: That's so cool! We have a musician in our midst!

Coffee Candy: What kind of music do you make, Shining Glitter? 

Shining Glitter: I compose music in various genres, from pop to electronic. I love experimenting and creating something new!

Coffee Candy: That's great! I've listened to some of your songs on Bandcamp and I've always wondered this question.

Latte: Before we begin with our first lesson, you all know that today's first day of class is on a Friday, right?

Shining Glitter: Yeah.

Latte: This means that the weekend starts tomorrow! Isn't that exciting? You get your dorm room as early as possible! This is a first for our academy. And we'd like to show you the instructional video for dorm rules. Here it is!

Narrator: Welcome to Starlight Academy, where future lives are better than you expected! Today, we'll be going over some important rules and guidelines for student dorms, dorm privacy, and roommates. So let's dive right in!

Narrator: Rule number one: Respect your roommate's privacy. Each student is entitled to their own personal space. Remember to knock before entering your roommate's bedroom or private area, and always ask for permission before borrowing any personal belongings. You wouldn't want to walk in while your roommate is doing something... yeah, let's move on!

Narrator: Rule number two: Organize your walk-in closet. Keeping your personal space tidy and well-organized is essential for harmony in the dorms. Each student will have their own designated walk-in closet inside their room. Coordinate with your roommate to ensure everything is neatly arranged and easily accessible. Let's say, that; Roommate 1 and Roommate 2 have their own bedrooms. Roommate 1 unpacks their clothing on Roommate 2's room, and Roommate 2 unpacks their clothing on Roommate 1's room. Isn't that messy? When you arrive for another day of class, your uniform has the wrong color that you used it on the first day! Then, it clicks: you unpacked your stuff on the wrong room. Wouldn't that feel awkward?

Narrator: Rule number three: Communicate and coordinate with your roommate. Sharing a dorm room means working together to create a comfortable living environment. Discuss and establish a shared schedule for study time, rest time, and any other activities to avoid conflicts and promote a harmonious atmosphere.

Narrator: Rule number four: Be considerate of noise levels. Remember that your dorm room is a shared space, so it's important to be mindful of others. Keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours and use headphones when listening to music or watching videos.

Narrator: Rule number five: Personalize your shared living area. While it's important to respect each other's preferences, it's also encouraged to add personal touches to the shared space. Collaborate with your roommate to decorate the living area in a way that reflects both of your personalities.

Narrator: Rule number six: Resolve conflicts peacefully. Inevitably, disagreements may arise between roommates. When conflicts occur, it's crucial to address them calmly and respectfully. Practice active listening, compromise, and seek assistance from academy staff if necessary.

Narrator: Rule number seven: Foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Building strong friendships with your roommates can enhance your dorm experience. Engage in activities together, support each other academically and emotionally, and create lasting memories.

Narrator: And those are the rules for student dorms, dorm privacy, and roommates at Starlight Academy! Remember, by following these guidelines, you'll create a positive and enjoyable living environment for everyone.

Latte: Amazing, isn't it? Any questions?

Shining Glitter: I have one! For some of us music students, who do a lot of noise on our dorms, is there an alternative way to compose without disturbing anyone's privacy?

Latte: The laundry room is pretty soundproof, so that is a good alternative!

Blackberry: So, what lesson are we partaking in first?

Latte: For our first class, we have math! Open your Math Book and turn to page 5! Our first topic is algebra; I know this might be stressful for some of you, especially for those who just transferred here, but keep your confidence, because you'll make it through this!

Shining Glitter: And the teachers are way more kinder... I had nice teachers back at my old high school, but this one is very motherly... I like that!

It's currently breaktime. Shining Glitter is at the hallways, getting to know her new classmates.

Shining Glitter: No way! You were the "xX_RokRulez_Xx" who commented on my single on Bandcamp?

Rockstar: Why, yes I am! For your first foray into the rock genre, you did pretty good! Wishin' ya luck!

Shining Glitter: Wow... Thanks! I've never had a live fan meetup before...

Blackberry: I have listened to your songs before, and I must admit, I have bopped my head to them. During homework, lunchtime, etc., you put your heart and soul on your songs. However... Onion can't really say the same. Her ears are pretty delicate...

Starfruit: My first time seeing your name was when I heard "Into the Galaxy"! I think it's a nice experimental song!

Shining Glitter: Thanks! I composed it when I was bored on a Saturday, and I had free time on my hands.

While she chats with new friends, the camera pans to a lone student. Happening at the same time, Carol sits on the stairs, playing her lyre. Students pass by and enjoy her music, but didn't have the time to say anything about it. It doesn't really matter for her though. Pumpkin Pie walks in, with Pompon, her doll, clutched onto her hands.

Carol: Oh, hello there! Enjoying the music?

Pumpkin Pie: Absolutely! Your melodies are enchanting. I'm Pumpkin Pie, by the way. Mind if I join you?

Carol: Not at all! I'm Carol, the lead lyrist of the academy band. Take a seat!

Pumpkin Pie sits down beside Carol, carefully placing Pompon on her lap. 

Pumpkin Pie: Pompon here loves music too. It's my terrifyingly cute companion.

Carol: That's adorable! You know, despite our contrasting holiday styles, we could make a great team. We could be like cousins!

Pumpkin Pie: Cousins? I love that idea! We can support each other and share our holiday spirits.

Carol: Exactly! We'll be the best holiday duo this academy has ever seen.

Unfortunately, the bell rings, and everybody has to go back to class.

Carol: Oh, it's time for our last lesson before the weekend. What's the subject today?

Pumpkin Pie: Looks like it's Art class! Shall we head to the classroom together?

Carol: Absolutely! We'll make magic in Art class, just like i do with my music.

Shining Glitter: I'll try to make an initial concept for the cover of my next song!

Cotton: I'll try to make a gift for my friend! If he ever comes back, he'll love it.

Carol: Hey, Pumpkin Pie, I'll help you with the paints. We'll ace this together!

Pumpkin Pie: Thanks, Carol! With your guidance, I'm sure we'll create the most ambitious combination between Halloween and Christmas.

A few minutes pass by. The lesson ends, and the students gather their belongings.

Back at the dorm building, everybody is ready to go to their rooms and wait for their roommate.

Carol and Pumpkin Pie reach their dorm room, both reaching for the door handle at the same time. Their hands collide, and they share a surprised look.

Carol: Woah, looks like we're roommates, Pumpkin Pie! What a coincidence. 

Pumpkin Pie: It's fate, Carol. We're meant to be together as cousins and roommates.

They enter the room, filled with holiday decorations and personal touches from both Carol and Pumpkin Pie.

Carol: Now that we're officially roommates, we can spend even more time together on weekends!

Pumpkin Pie: Absolutely, cousin! Our weekends will be filled with music, magic, spookiness, and holiday cheer.

Meanwhile, Shining Glitter, dressed up in a nice pink hoodie with black leggings, with some fluffy magenta socks and loose hair, begins texting her mom.

Mom

Today, 4:00 PM

Shining Glitter then hears the door creaking.

Mom

Today, 4:00 PM

To her surprise, her roommate is none other than BLACK LEMONADE, her old girlfriend. She wears a band t-shirt and ripped jeans. The two of them are mutually surprised.

Shining Glitter: Black Lemonade?!

Black Lemonade: Shining Glitter?!

Shining Glitter: I... I can't believe you're my new roommate!

As she tries to compose herself, her phone falls onto her face.

Shining Glitter: Ow! (Laughs) Okay, universe, not cool.

Black Lemonade: Always the graceful one, aren't you?

They both chuckle, and the tension eases between them.

Shining Glitter: So, how have you been?

Black Lemonade: Surviving. You?

Shining Glitter: Same. Life's been hectic, but I guess that's the price of fame.

Black Lemonade: Yeah, I heard about your success. Congrats.

Shining Glitter: Thanks. But honestly, I miss the simpler times.

Black Lemonade: Yeah, me too. We had something special back then.

Shining Glitter: Look, Black Lemonade, I know we haven't been on the best terms, but maybe this academy is a chance for us to mend things.

Black Lemonade: You know what? I think you're right. We've both grown, and maybe we can find our way back to each other.

They share a genuine smile, and the atmosphere lightens further.

Shining Glitter: So, what do you say we make the most of this weekend and catch up on some good old TV?

Black Lemonade: Sounds like a plan. What are we watching?

Shining Glitter: Adventure Time, of course! Let's check if it's on...

Shining Glitter turns on the TV, and as expected, it's on TV.

Black Lemonade: "I Remember You"! The one with Marceline and the Ice King. Classic.

Shining Glitter: My favorite's "Card Wars", but i'll cry for you.

Later...

Shining Glitter: "Your constant harrassment of the female gender makes me sick!" Love that line.

Black Lemonade: Jake and Finn never fail to crack me up. Remember when we used to reenact these scenes on stage?

Shining Glitter: Yeah, and you would always nail the guitar solos. You still impress me with your music, Black Lemonade.

Black Lemonade: Thanks, Shining Glitter. Your voice and stage presence were always incredible too.

They continue watching some episodes, occasionally sharing nostalgic memories and laughing together.

Shining Glitter: You know, it feels good to reconnect with you like this. I missed having you around.

Black Lemonade: Me too. Let's make new memories together and create something even better than before.

As the day passes on, the students spend their times together. They watch TV, play games, and some even study. Overrall, they are all having a fun time.

By the end of the day, they are all tired... for a while, that is. They stay up late until they are ready to go to sleep.
