Chapter Text

Lou was doing his normal things, training the new dolls, singing i guess, and lots of things.

Until he met Nolan, he was an ugly doll to Lou, and he doesnt like Ugly dolls.

But this one is... quite different?
Whenever Lou sees Nolan, his day just gets better..?
But he still mocks him though, he gives him a daily reminder that he's ugly, even put a sign around his neck that says "ugly"

Lou doesn't know what this feeling is, all he knows is that he's perfect, and that he needs to mock others to remind them that he's better than all of them.

But Nolan is just too innocent and pure, he doesn't really take Lou's insults to heart and just thinks that Lou is doing this to make him a Perfect doll to go to the real world. He even thinks that they're friends.

(Lou is walking around, glancing at the new dolls, and just pretty much chilling on his free time.)

(Then Nolan sees Lou and decides to greet him)

Nolan: Hey Lou! How have you been? Aren't i doing great?

(Lou seems happy to see Nolan but hides it)

Lou: I'm still perfect, ofcourse.

(Nolan giggles and smiles at Lou)

Lou: What are you laughing at?

(Lou says as he stares at Nolan with a raised eyebrow)

(Nolan stops giggling and looks at Lou with a warm gaze)

Nolan: Nothing really, im just happy that you've finally talked to me, hehe.

Lou: Oh? Is that so? Good for you then, continue working hard and goodluck.
(Lou says with a small grin, seemingly satisfied)

Nolan: Thanks! I will continue working hard to become a perfect doll for the kid that will hopefully pick me!
(Nolan says cheerfully while Lou is caught 'staring' at Nolan's face)

(Why is he so cute?)
(WHAT?! How could i possibly think that Nolan, an imperfect doll cute?! There must be something wrong with me! I must be tired from all the work i've been doing, maybe i should take a break.)

Nolan: Lou? Are you okay? I've been calling your name multiple times and you wouldn't answer!
(Nolan stares at Lou worriedly, his eyes full of pure worry and care)

(Lou looks at Nolan embarassed and a hint of blushing, also suddenly gets butterflies lol)
Lou: Y-yes i'm fine, i just need to take a rest. Goodbye.
(Lou walks away hurriedly, but still tries to remain calm while also trying to fix his elegant and perfect posture)

Nolan: Okay then..Rest well!
(Nolan sighs in relief as he hears Lou say that he's fine)

Both of them go on with their daily activities, But Lou is still trying to find out what this odd feeling is. He gets butterflies whenever Nolan calls out his name, and he just doesn't know what to do and becomes anxious.

「 ✦ 𝙲𝚘𝚗𝚏𝚞𝚜𝚒𝚘𝚗 ✦ 」

Lou begins the day by going about his regular business. Observing the new dolls, teaching them manners, training them, and making notes about how to make the training better.
Lou was living a perfectly tranquil existence and couldn't be happier. Lou had all he needed, and he was happy with it.

Up until the day he met "Nolan," a doll. Other than being one of the "Ugly Dolls," Nolan doesn't have any unique qualities that would be of interest.
Lou hated "Ugly Dolls"—well, he certainly did. Since he represents perfection, it is common sense that he would hate everything that isn't flawless. Since the day he was created, he has been flawless every day of his existence, and up to now.

However, ever since he laid his eyes on Nolan. He's had tingling and butterflies whenever he sees him. And he's not sure why.
He still handles Nolan, nevertheless, in the same manner that he typically handles "Ugly Dolls".

Lou was taking in his surroundings while strolling when he heard someone approaching him. Glancing back, he notices a boy with brown hair and a green streak of hair...It's Nolan.
Lou sighs, clearly irritated at the sight of Nolan's face.

"Oh, it's you again." Lou says to Nolan. -- Nolan's eyes grew wide with happiness. "You remembered me!"
"Of course I would, I have seen your face so much I could see you whenever I closed my eyes. So irritating."--Lou's thoughts are entirely distinct from what he is speaking. He is genuinely delighted when he thinks about Nolan in his head. (Oh my goodness, why can't I stop thinking about this doll?... He actually seems kind of cute right now...How in the heck can this be? I think all the work I've been doing has worn me out, This is ridiculous! Lou, what type of behavior is this?!)--

"-ou?, are you there?",, Lou gasps in shock and realizes he's been zoned out for a while now. "Sorry, I was..uhh, thinking of work.." Lou says, looking away, flustered.
Nolan asks, "Oh really? Are you alright?" with concern.

Lou quickly replies, "Yeah, I am quite alright. But, I have to go now... I have some things to do." and hurriedly walks away.
"Oh, I see.., Good luck then." Nolan waves good-bye with a smile.

Lou kept wondering why he always feels tingly whenever he sees Nolan as he was walking back to his house. "hmm..."

After the sudden encounter, they both go on with their daily activities. Though one of them has become quite...troubled.
