FLOWEY : he doesn’t care much at first and makes fun of you but eventually he realizes its not you just being lazy or clumsy and he softens. He’ll keep a close eye on you and occasionally vines will show up when you need something to hold onto but aren't near a surface.
TORIEL : she is immediately aware. She’s had sick children and lost them to sickness so she is very worried. Once you explain everything she’s more calm and reads up on how to make her home more comfortably for you. She’s especially interested in finding activities you can do comfortably.
NABSTABLOOK : he is too shy to ask about it but he notices. He hopes him laying down makes you feel safe enough to do the same if you need rest. He likes playing music for you while you rest.
SANS : if youre anything like me, the cold can make your tiredness grow so when you get into snowdin you’re a bit worried. It’s a lot of walking in snow which is always hard. Sans will watch from afar until either he finds a good time to pop up or when you take a break and he decides it’s a good time. He’ll offer to teleport you or just walk with you. He wants to help but also knows it should be up to you if he does or not.
PAPYRUS : sans doesn’t actually tell him. He thinks its not his place. Its your buisness yknow? Pap will put puzzles on hold if you’re tired or just arent in the mood to use your brain. He’s happy when you come to him and sanses house, wanting to make you some food and get to know you because of course he wants that- he’s always happy to meet new people.
UNDYNE : she notices you don’t really look like you could outrun her or fight and she kinda pauses. By this point youre probably just happy to sit in waterfall and chill because that place is sensory heaven oh my god. She’ll kinda pull you aside and be like “hey do you need to rest before I capture you?” because she doesn’t like fighting someone whos not up for it.
ALPHYS : hotland sucks. It sucks. Its too hot and theres a lot of stuff and you don’t wanna be there. Once you make it to alphys she has some ramen and anime ready. She’s perfectly happy to just chill with you until you can keep going.
METTATON : anything to do with metta is exhausting and he knows that. It ends with you unintentionally drafting papyrus to do the physical challenges which he handles pretty well. You go all out for the quiz section which metta loves.
MUFFET : she would probably dislikes hotlands temperture too- I have no evidence I just feel it. If you get some of her baked goods you can just sit with her, have tea and donuts while chatting. She’ll point out where notable locations are in hotland.
