Rain has their own little tattoo studio in a quiet part of the city. They live there for 6 years now, mainly working alone. Rain is this quiet but friendly neighbor, always down for a talk, some friendly words or a drink. Being openly queer, Rain is known to be a safe space for a lot, especially young, queer Ghouls who search a way into in the diverse scene.
Then Phantom moves in into the apartment above Rains studio. He just started to study music, is a bit young and naive but always smiling and the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Phantom is a bit of a cliche with his looks, and interests. But what isn't a bit are the feelings he catches for Rain super quick. Poor guy has his first crisis regarding his sexuality.
