Work Text:
Sun had reached his damn limit. On his face you could clearly see an expression of annoyance and Inconvenience covered with happiness and false emotion, his hand was waved strongly as he said goodbye to the last child in the daycare for today, he held his breath as he closed the large wooden doors and collapsed. on the padded floor.
Its systems are completely hot and I could feel smoke coming out of its cables, I could hear the loud noise of its internal fans trying to cool it down at least a little, its battery was at a dangerous level so it was now moving more slowly to be able to save what little battery was left.
It wasn't his fault. He didn't expect to receive more than 72 children today. He thought he could take care of the daycare himself like in the old days. But he had never reached such a high number. Moon had decided to leave for a different dimension, Earth and Lunar had gone on vacation to take a break from everything that had happened to them in recent days. And he doesn't even know where the hell Solar and Ruin are.
With all that he had to take the situation into his own hands and take care of all the children himself, it was so exhausting. His processor worked at 100% for more than 8 hours straight, taking care of the children in the play structures, devising crafts, punishing the bad children and giving them a short nap that barely managed to reach the minimum of 10 minutes.
He was completely artful. He sighed in frustration as he stood up, there was a lot to clean up and he couldn't afford to take a nap and leave the entire nursery dirty. In frustration he grabbed a bucket that he had previously filled with soap and water as well as a mop.
He began by cleaning the larger areas in the nursery, stretching his body to clean more difficult areas, he hummed a lullaby while he did one of his daily activities. He didn't realize that someone had entered the nursery except for the sound of a wrench falling.
Sun's head moved abruptly towards the loud noise, noticing an animatronic a couple of inches taller than him, in addition to looking almost the same as his own design, only with a more orange and black shade of colors, as well as glasses. above his head.
-Where the hell were you? -Sun lightly squeezed the handle of the mop, looking directly at Solar's face.
-In the theater. With Ruin... Watching movies -The tone in Solar's voice slowly faded as he spoke, his awkward smile becoming smaller as time went by.
Sun looked at him for a few seconds until he finally nodded and continued mopping. There was no reason to get angry. Not with Solar He already did a lot.
Solar let out the breath he didn't know he had held, picked up the small wrench and left it on the desk. She felt sorry enough to just leave.
He decided to stay.
-So... How did it go? -Solar began the conversation, climbing onto the security desk counter instead of the chairs.
Sun ignored the last part. -Fine -It was a short and bitter response, it didn't fit Sun's energetic and nervous personality. This worried Solar, he knew Sun very well even if he is from another universe. Something's wrong.
Solar played with the small wrench - Did many children come today? -Her tone of voice became a little more subdued as if she wanted not to disturb.
Sun took his time answering that question. -yeah...
Solar made a small noise of approval as he looked at the nursery, noticing that it was dirtier than normal - Do you... Do you want me to help you?
Sun squeezed the mop stick a little tighter. He would have liked to hear those words a couple of hours earlier. Not now.
calm.
Sun ignored Solar's request, humming the same lullaby again but now the tone was even slower, he cleaned everything he could reach before abandoning the mop in the corner. He began to organize the antibacterial gels, ignoring Solar's gaze on him - You don't have to be here.
-You're stressed -Solar got down from the desk, slowly approaching Sun.
-I'm fine... I'm just... a little tired, that's all.
Solar raised an eyebrow. He is not convinced by Sun's words. He placed one of his hands on Sun's shoulder. "Go rest, I'll finish everything." He smiled at him..
Sun sighed. He turned around to look at Solar directly. He placed his hand on Solar's and gently pulled him away from his shoulder, surprisingly not letting go of his hand completely. -I'm fine. I'll take care of the rest, I just need to be alone...
His request was easy to fulfill. he wanted to be alone now. Sadly Solar is someone who is very stubborn to follow easy directions.
-Sun, you need to rest and-
His tone went completely off when Sun had pushed him on the desk, it wasn't that hard but it was enough to push him away, Sun placed his hands on each end of Solar, enclosing him in his arms. He could see Solar's surprised face.
He wanted to take that damn face off.
Let him cry so that he will leave him alone.
He wanted to break it.
He wanted ...
Sun flexed his arms to get even closer to Solar, he could hear the system fans trying to cool him down. he could notice how Solar tried to move his face away from Sun. Pathetic
-Uh, Sun... You're kind of close -Solar pressed him hand against each other on his own chest, trying to ignore the strong eye contact between Sun and him, a slightly pink tone appearing on his face.
-Oh really? I hadn't noticed - His eyes studied Solar's movement and his expressions combined with surprise and discomfort. Without stopping the blush on his face, that had completely caught his attention.
His hands guided themselves to Solar's metallic waist, touching the tips of his fingers to the cold metal. He could see Solar shudder hard beneath him.
-S-Sun? -His tone sounded alarmed. He did not feel well. He wanted to get out of there immediately but he just didn't have the guts to push Sun away.
-Shh -Sun moved one of his hands to Solar's rays making gentle circles on it to calm him counterpart, it didn't work as well as he expected but it managed to calm Solar's trembling quite well.
This is bad.
Sun returned his hand to its initial position on Solar's waist. He didn't mean to hurt him, but he didn't want to walk away either. he was so close to just watching him cry, begging him to leave him alone
He sighed as his hands fit perfectly on Solar's waist, he could hear a soft moan of panic come from his counterpart's mouth as his body shuddered beneath him.
Sun smiled.
He wasn't to blame. Solar didn't even have to have opened his mouth, if he had listened to him in the first second none of this would have happened. Solar would be at the theater right now enjoying a movie and Sun would be cleaning the nursery.
But Solar is very stubborn.
-S-Sun.
It's the first time Sun heard such a worried tone from Solar, he wanted to move his hands away from him, but he didn't have enough control over his body to move away, not now. He was never in control in this situation.
-Solar -Sun's tone was so monotonous that he managed to shake Solar. He managed to catch Solar's attention quite well. he took a few long seconds before finishing his sentence.
-I'm going to fuck you.
