Summary
To Butch DeLoria, there was no shadow greater to be in than that of the Lone Wanderer's. Drifting through the Wasteland as freely as the wind and as far as the road would take her -- the Wanderer was as a fabled hero to the Wastes as she was an enigma to the few remaining in her life. There was never any telling when the last time the Wasteland would see or hear of the Lone Wanderer… until that day had finally come.
It would be the last night Butch saw her again, for real this time. She knew this all along. Though had he’d known, then maybe he would have been more honest with her about their relationship from the start.
