Chapter Text
Having workers who saved people was important to society.
Firefighters. Police officers. Paramedics.
However, personally, at least right now, Jungkook loved emergency dispatchers the most, because they were calm and collected and knew how to clean up their muddy boots, their paperwork, their duffel bags—
“Get your shit off the kitchen table! Alphas, move your shit! How many times do I have to tell you?”
There were a handful of thumps upstairs. Jungkook hissed under his breath as he bent down to collect Namjoon's muddy boots and throw them towards the front door where the mud mat in front had been kicked to the side. He groaned.
Before he could even stand up again, Jungkook felt a warm arm wrap around his waist and gently tug him to stand.
“Baby,” Seokjin whispered, smiling as he kissed Jungkook's jaw and rubbed his stomach, “Don't bend down, you might hurt the baby.”
Jungkook snorted, but he leaned into the kisses, “Alpha. We don't even know that I'm pregnant. You're being dramatic.”
Seokjin hummed. He kissed Jungkook's cheek, then at his temple, “Don't pick up their things. I'll chew them out as soon as they come downstairs,”
“Have I ever told you how sexy your voice is?” Jungkook smiled. He turned around to wrap arms around Seokjin's neck, “When you use that tone on me… so sexy. I'm surprised callers don't fall in love as soon as they hear it.”
“They do. Do you know how many people ask for my number everytime I answer their calls?”
“Is that before or after they stop crying about dropping rings down the drain?”
Seokjin tilted his head in mock-thought, petting hands down Jungkook's spine before replying, tugging him closer, “Usually after they realize it's sitting on the counter and they're wasting my time.”
“Because your time is precious.”
“And all of my time is yours, baby.”
Jungkook was laughing when Seokjin leaned in to muffle it with a kiss. He turned his head to the side playfully, which earned a handful of growls and kisses on his cheek, then he shoved a hand in the alpha's face to push him away and chided, “Flirt with me after you chew their ears off, please and thank you.”
Seokjin tugged a dining room chair out and motioned towards it, he dramatically brushed away imaginary dust and said, “Your throne, duckling. The best view for the show.”
Biting his lip, Jungkook blushed as he took a seat. Not necessarily because of the flirting - he lived with six gorgeous, sweet alphas, he was used to it - but because of the rarely heard nickname.
Jungkook only really heard it when he was distressed or angry. Seokjin didn't use it as often as he would like. Although he'd never give the alpha the satisfaction of saying he loved hearing it. He loved hearing all of the special endearments they'd use.
And he certainly did find it amusing to hear the numerous new, sometimes weird, ones that Hoseok tried out every once in a while, although when he'd tried out scrumptious last week Jungkook told him he wanted to throw up.
Considering they'd been together for over three years, Jungkook thought he'd run out years ago, or get bored of it, but he hadn't. Hoseok really was unstoppable. He'd always been, Jungkook knew that well.
Jungkook met them by accident. Well, meeting a bunch of firefighters and police officers was rarely not an accident.
Jungkook taught at a preschool. As stereotypical of a job it was for an omega, it had been his dream ever since he was ten years old. When an earthquake struck the school he worked at and took down the ceilings roofs, everyone was up in chaos.
He'd been trapped in the storage closet in his classroom with a handful of two-year-olds and a cracked cell phone.
Even though it had been three years, Jungkook can still remember how calm Seokjin had been through the phone; how Jimin had sat beside the barricaded door as the team removed the gravel; the way that Namjoon had refused to give up even when the roof started to cave in more.
Jungkook felt like he'd learned so much about them through the door, with the four hours it took them to get through to him, that he could have been convinced it was love at first voice.
In a world where most found their mate through scent and sight, Jungkook was pretty sure he'd known they were his pack the moment Seokjin had answered the phone. Or perhaps it was when he heard Yoongi’s yells through the gravel. Maybe when Hoseok had shoved a flashlight under and assured, “We're going to get you out, cupcake. Just hold on.”
The rest was history, really.
As soon as he was out of the closet, Namjoon was scooping him up like he was a prince -- and they'd treated Jungkook like he was one ever since.
Taehyung trudged down the stairs first. Jungkook didn't really need to look to know it was him, because he could tell it was him by the way he drug his hand along the stair railing.
It made Jungkook snicker, though, when Taehyung stopped in the middle of the stairs and froze. Eyes going huge, like a deer caught in headlights.
Seokjin crossed his arms and stood right at the bottom, merely pointing a finger at the youngest alpha and Taehyung was dropping down to sit on the step.
“Baby,” Taehyung began, groaning as he rubbed his face, “I just got off a long ass shift and I just forgot to put my bag up.”
Taehyung was very easy. He hated being scolded and he wasn't really the type to argue. He was rather sensitive. Thus, when Seokjin turned to look at Jungkook for approval, the omega nodded.
“Pick up your duffel,” Seokjin ordered, “That's why we have the office, throw it in there, don't leave it where someone could trip.”
Taehyung jumped up and ran for his bag. He grabbed all his gear and grimaced when he noticed the mud on the ground and said, defensively, “At least I leave my dirty boots on the porch…”
“True,” Jungkook agreed, dropping his firm look in favor of a softer smile when the alpha approached him. He tilted his head back and accepted a kiss, fingers fixing Taehyung's sleep-mussed hair. “Sleep more after putting it away, babe.”
Taehyung rumbled an agreement and kissed his cheek for good measure before turning down the hallway. Chances were he wouldn't go back to sleep now, not when everyone was already up and running around. Especially not when Seokjin was working on lunch.
They always had huge lunches together on Sundays. It was one of the few days a week where they'd have all day together with everyone.
Sure, they ate dinner together every night, but usually they grabbed takeout or went out. Jungkook liked to cook for them when he had time, but Yoongi got a little pissed off when he did it too often because, according to the police sergeant, Jungkook needed to rest when he had the chance to rest.
Yoongi really was too much of an angel at times which was why Jungkook did feel a little bad for him when he came walking down the stairs with Jimin using him as a shield.
Seokjin rolled his eyes. “I can still see you, Park Jimin.”
“Shit.” Jimin said, peeking over Yoongi’s arm, “He's using the voice.”
“Get off me you little shit,” Yoongi hissed, and before Seokjin could cut in he quickly found Jungkook's eyes and said, “The paperwork is Hobi’s, not mine.”
“You're off the hook, then.” The omega crooned, kicking his legs back and forth, “I tried to clean up.”
“Oh, bunny…”
Jimin began to yell protests when Yoongi shoved him into the wall, off of him, and came venturing down the stairs immediately. His shield now gone, he had to face Seokjin by himself as Yoongi knelt down in front of Jungkook and rubbed his thighs.
“You can't keep that up.” Yoongi worried, silky black hair blocking his eyes as he leaned down to kiss Jungkook's knee. “If you get pregnant, you're not allowed to bend or carry things. You know what the doctor said.”
Jungkook nibbled on his lip and curled fingers into Yoongi's hair, massaging his scalp. He felt a little guilty even though he knew Yoongi never meant to make him feel that way.
There was another reason why Jungkook taught babies, too. It was hard for male omegas to get pregnant. And even harder for them to keep the pregnancies. He had heats like everyone else, but in male omegas their fallopian tubes were very small and it made it hard for eggs to pass through.
They'd only recently begun trying for a baby, but they were all being crazy protective already. Which said a lot, because they were already absolute worrywarts to begin with.
Sometimes Jungkook was annoyed just how educated they were about medical and other emergency things, because he couldn't lie and tell them to stop fussing, nor say they were overreacting; oftentimes they knew even more than he did anyway. (Like that one time he'd accidentally mixed vinegar and bleach -- yikes.)
As Jungkook loved on Yoongi, he could hear Seokjin rattling on to Jimin and he wasn't surprised at all when he looked up to find that the rant had brought down everyone else.
Hoseok didn't even try to hide, he always looked relatively amused when Seokjin was annoyed. Which was why Jungkook could only snort when he said, “Can you speak slower, because all I'm hearing right now is woof woof woof.”
Hoseok beamed upon hearing Jungkook's snort, that stupidly adorable grin that looked way too happy for someone who was meant to be scolded. The alpha leaned on the railing beside a petrified Jimin, “Hey, tootsie, can you call off your guard dog?”
“Only if you agree to never call me that again.”
“Deal.”
Jungkook gently brushed Yoongi off as he stood, sparing a glance towards the kitchen upon Taehyung moving to grab water. He grabbed the stack of papers off of the table before approaching Hoseok.
“Don't make me clean up your crime scene shit,” Jungkook ordered, gently smacking Hoseok's chest with the papers, “But thank you for not leaving your uniform out again.”
“Not a crime scene this time,” Hoseok kissed his cheek, accepting the papers. He paused, looked in thought, then looked at Yoongi as he tilted his head, “Oh wait. Shit. Yeah these…”
Yoongi narrowed eyes at him. “Is it the meat grinder case? Hoseok…”
“What's the meat grinder case?” Taehyung ate a grape. “Sounds interesting.”
Hoseok scrunched his nose up. He avoided Yoongi’s eyes and quickly slipped around the stairs with rapid steps. Yoongi yelled after him and took off with a string of curses that only made Taehyung frown and add, “Now I definitely need to know.”
Jungkook was a little more than curious now, too, but he was finding way too much entertainment in watching Jimin pretend to fix all of the frames on the wall.
Namjoon was sitting at the very top of the stairs right where it curved. Jungkook only noticed him when he wrapped arms around Seokjin's waist.
“What do you have to say?” Seokjin growled, petting fingers through Jungkook's hair, “Jimin. You left your duffel and your medical kit on the fucking floor. And Namjoon - don't think I can't see your big head hiding - your boots are filthy. Fucking filthy. What if he slipped and fell?”
“Yeah.” Jungkook huffed, pouting as he pressed his cheek into Seokjin's side, “What if I fell?”
That earned a handful of displeased noises which wasn't a shock to him at all. It was instinctual. However, Jungkook was more surprised at how quickly Jimin was arguing. Usually it took a little more to burst his bubble, although he was a real hothead.
“I brought the kit to check his blood sugar,” Jimin argued immediately, “Kookie’s had low levels every morning, I'm worried. I was thinking of him.”
“And the duffel full of dirty uniforms?”
Jimin groaned and bumped his head against the railing dramatically. Seokjin kissed Jungkook's hair, then added, much softer, “Although you should definitely check his blood sugar.”
Jungkook rolled his eyes. They were being dramatic. Sitting up too fast was no big deal, but he knew they'd fuss.
Surprising Jungkook, Seokjin then turned to walk back into the kitchen to begin scolding Taehyung for picking at the food. Normally he loved arguing with Namjoon.
Jungkook realized perhaps today wasn't the day the second Jimin stormed down to clean up and allowed him to walk up the steps a little.
Namjoon just looked exhausted. He had bags under his eyes and was rubbing his face like he was struggling to even stay awake as is.
As the fire station captain, Namjoon had it rough. They all knew that. Just like Yoongi, who was a police sergeant, they had a lot more on their plate than anyone else in their stations. It was always far more noticeable when Namjoon was like this than Yoongi, because Yoongi took sleeping seriously, like it was a hobby, even when he wasn't absolutely exhausted.
“Morning, handsome.” Jungkook whispered, releasing a soft sigh as he shifted to gently move Namjoon's arm off his knee to take a seat on his lap. He curled fingers into his hair and brushed it back, “Or should I say afternoon. Is it a bad afternoon?”
Namjoon grunted somewhat of a confirmation and despite seeming tired, his grip grew strong around Jungkook and made the omega smile and kiss his forehead.
“That's okay,” Jungkook wrapped back arms around his neck and nuzzled into his cheek, “You can't be perfect all of the time. It's relieving, really, when you have a bad day it reminds me that nobody is perfect.”
“I'm never perfect, Jungkook.”
“You are. My perfect hero.”
“If that's true then your perfect hero left muddy boots for you to fall on by the door.”
Jungkook clicked his tongue, “And your dirty gear.”
Namjoon snickered and kissed his shoulder, then neck, before finally kissing his jaw and looking at him in the eyes. “I'm sorry I left a mess last night when we got back late.” The alpha paused, eyes half lidded when Jungkook snuck a kiss onto the corner of his mouth, “I was wrong to do that and I'll clean it up.”
“I'll make someone else do it,” Jungkook whispered, leaning closer to his lips, eyes sparkly, “You can just lay down, Captain. Nobody's going to hold it against you.”
“... except Jimin.”
Jimin. The hothead. A whiny brat at times. He's going to have a field day complaining about getting scolded and Namjoon not even having to clean up.
Jungkook chuckled when he agreed, kissing Namjoon a few more times before leaning back to pet his thumbs over the soft indents of his dimples. Like a secret, he whispered, “Jimin's a puppy. We can just muzzle him. No problem.”
“We should really do that,” Namjoon said, “He's making me want to transfer him to station 122, surely they can take an annoying, hyperactive paramedic with an apt for running into burning buildings.”
“He has hero syndrome.”
“The annoying part? I don't exactly see what is heroic about making people want to cut their ears off,” Namjoon teased, then said, shaking his head, “Running into burning buildings does not mean we're heroes.”
“All of my alphas are heroes,” Jungkook argued, “Whether it's by running into burning buildings, staying calm under pressure, or arresting a killer -- I don't care. Everyday I'm reminded that you're my heroes.”
Namjoon stared at him for a good minute whilst rubbing his sides. Jungkook pet his cheeks and kissed a line down his nose just to get a reaction.
He did, just not one he expected.
The alpha was grabbing his waist and gently turning to place him onto the step beside him, earning a confused noise as Jungkook looked up at him. “Aren't you going back to bed, alpha?”
“I will,” Namjoon said, the alpha took a step back, this goofy smile tugging at his lips as he bowed his head and motioned towards downstairs. “As soon as I clean up this mess that threatens your health, your majesty.”
Jungkook rolled his eyes and reached over to try and smack his ankle, but fell short and instead wrapped an arm around one of the banisters as he watched Namjoon walk down the stairs.
“You guys are so annoying when you do that when we're talking!” Jungkook complained, squishing his cheek on the wood, “I'm not a prince! Stop it.”
“As you wish, your highness.”
Jungkook's face turned red and he released a heatless growl as he peered down onto the first floor. Namjoon was picking up his things. Yoongi was setting the table now. Jimin was arguing in the kitchen, probably with Seokjin.
Taehyung was already picking at food. Hoseok looked up at Jungkook holding his coffee, eyebrows raised as he said, “You know what… we should definitely get you a crown. I can see it now. King Jun-”
“I can spit on you from up here,” Jungkook hissed, “Don't you even give them ideas.”
Hoseok merely wet his lips, took a drink of his coffee, then replied, “Wait. Was that a threat? If I have your spit all over, then I know we had a good fucking time.” There was a pause. “Actually, that sounds like last Friday night. That was kinky.”
Jungkook's face was blazing when laughter bounced around the house. He didn't dare open his mouth again and instead just slumped back against the stairs to wait for their laughter to die down.
Once it was done one of them would come up here and he'd fake a pout and they'd carry him down and beg for forgiveness even though he wasn't upset at all.
Their laughter was his favorite sound, even if it was at his own expense. That's what true love was.

“I said back the fuck up! There's a fire -- are you blind? By all means run into the fucking fire—”
“Hyung.”
Yoongi hissed as Hoseok pulled him back. The yellow caution tape did little to the citizens that lined up to take pictures of the mall on fire.
It was really annoying, ridiculous, that people were always so interested in fires. Interested, meaning they didn't know when to back the hell off and get out of it fucking way.
“Sergeant,” Hoseok said, tossing an arm around Yoongi and leading him away, “Your temper is going to make it on the news if you don't calm down. Remember what happened on Main last year? The station doesn't need that publicity again.”
It wasn't as though Sergeant Min Yoongi cared about that anyway. Last year, when he'd been particularly on edge, he'd tackled a verbally abusive citizen and arrested them. He'd been suspended for a week, but it was good for him.
The entire reason why he'd been on edgewas because Jungkook had been sick and nobody had been home with him -- the suspension let him stay home.
Today, all of their moods were up and down, but not because Jungkook was sick or anything like that. Today, he had a doctor's appointment to see if he was pregnant.
They'd wanted to go with him. Everyone wanted to call in. At least one of them should go with their mate to the hospital for something so important.
Only Jungkook said they were dramatic and clingy and he'd made them swear not to come and promised he'd let them know after. The thing was, they knew Jungkook. And knew the omega purposely had not called them after. It could be good or bad.
The pessimist he was, Yoongi assumed bad. He wasn't like Jimin who'd gone around bragging about the possibility of a baby to everyone.
As usual, Hoseok was right and Yoongi couldn't chew everyone out right now. They were here to control the crowd.
“How many people are still missing?”
“Tae and Joon are getting the last one.”
“Alright,” Yoongi sighed and lightly nudged Hoseok, eyes scanning the array of police cars and fire trucks. He found the ambulance and spotted Jimin leaning over a gurney. “Let's hurry up and get home to our lying mate.”
“Did you really expect him to keep his word?” Hoseok snorted.
Yoongi supposed that was fair. Jungkook loved to find ways to not tell them important things until he was ready. He was very good at distracting them from important topics.
With a small huff, Yoongi approached the ambulance and watched for a full minute as Jimin hung up the IV lines while smiling huge, rambling, “Yeah. We're all really excited. I mean, it's not confirmed yet, but I have a good feeling. Our mate is just gorgeous. I can't wait to see how cute our baby will be.”
The lady on the gurney was elderly and other than being covered with dust, she was fine. They'd already rushed off with the most urgent of victims.
“Your children will be lovely should they look like you, dear.”
Jimin's face went pink and he awkwardly laughed as he glanced at Yoongi. The officer snorted and moved to grab the side of the gurney, “Yeah, he's a real cupid, isn't he?”
The old lady began to awe and Jimin went even more red when he glared at Yoongi. Yoongi turned to walk off before he made himself too known to the lady, too.
By then, the firefighters were all safe and out of the building. Paramedics were rushing to grab the last citizen from Taehyung's arms and he and Namjoon were moving to their fire engine and removing masks.
Yoongi had no idea how they got used to carrying around all of those heavy uniforms, but that explained why Taehyung and Namjoon were built like walls.
Namjoon noticed him approach as he was removing his jacket, “Hey. You heard from Kookie?”
“Was getting ready to go home. Thought I'd wait for you guys at the police station.”
Namjoon snorted, “Hyung. The fire station is closer. Just ride back with us and send one of your minions to take the car back.”
Yoongi hated to do that. Despite being the Sergeant, Yoongi didn't really enjoy ordering people around, so he grumbled a bit under his breath, but must have agreed to some degree, because he spun around to approach other officers nearby.
Namjoon rolled his eyes, fondly, at how antisocial a response that was. He turned to toss his gloves into the truck, glancing up at Taehyung and shaking his head.
“For the last time,” Namjoon clicked his tongue and reached over to roughly wipe ash off of Taehyung's chin. “Remove your gloves before the helmet so you can avoid the mess.”
Taehyung didn't even react, he eyed the smoke billowing off of the building and then said, “Jungkook must be home by now.”
“Mhm.”
“He hasn't called.”
“He's probably eating all of those cookies we got,” Namjoon laughed, “You know how crazy he went over them.”
Taehyung agreed, but almost immediately was asking, “Should we pick up hyung and hurry home?”
“Sounds like a good idea.”
***
Jungkook's car was in the driveway and the lights were all off when they arrived home.
That was a strange thing. Jungkook hated the dark to the point where they had small solar lights lining the hallway floorboards. He would never voluntarily leave all of the lights off.
Needless to say, as soon as they pulled up, Hoseok was opening the car door before Jimin had even fully parked, yanking at the collar of his uniform, the alpha was shoving the front door open and calling, cautiously, “Jungkook? Baby, are you home?”
There wasn't an immediate response, so he turned to find the dining room light to the left. By then, others were tumbling in with various degrees of worry.
The oven light was on and there was chicken on the dining table, Jungkook's wallet and keys were beside it.
“Here.”
Immediately, everyone looked towards the stairs.
Jungkook stood there, arms crossed, he was chewing on his lip. His eyes were rimmed were red and teary. Shoulders fell. Faces dropped a bit.
“Oh, gorgeous,” Jimin began, “It's alright. It's okay. We can just keep trying.”
The omega stared at him as he approached. He allowed Jimin to take his fingers and tug him off of the stairs, but Jungkook shook his head, “No. It's not that. It's just,” He wet his lips, “You're home early. Why?”
“Baby. Babe,” Taehyung laughed a little, in disbelief, “You're crying. Why are you asking that?”
Jungkook wiped his nose and eyed them. A small smile began to tug at his lips and he said, “You're over an hour early.”
“Kookie.” Seokjin sounded scolding. “You're killing us here. Why're you crying?”
“I was making a cake,” Jungkook bypassed them to enter the kitchen, he ran fingers through his hair and grabbed the timer, “It still has ten minutes left. You ruined the surprise.”
Jungkook tended to do this. When he was upset sometimes he changed the subject and ignored the issue at hand. They merely stared at him warily.
The omega turned around, leaning back against the counter and biting his smile back as he said, “Was making a surprise cake, but now I can't decorate it with you here… how else can I tell you guys that I'm pregnant. You guys ruined everything.”
And he smiled. It was huge and tearful.
“What?”
“What?”
Jungkook burst into laughter and tears at the same time they rushed him. The omega shrieked when arms wrapped around him, and didn't even care who it was when he was being scooped up.
“My god. Oh my god,” Taehyung buried his face in Jungkook's hair, hugging him tightly and kissing his head.
“You're pregnant. You're pregnant. Really?” Seokjin asked, excitedly, eyes wet. He pet Jungkook's back, “Seriously? Please say you're serious, I'm going to pass out, baby.”
Of course they knew Jungkook was serious. He'd never joke about something so sensitive. Something he knew meant so much to them.
Jungkook sniffled as he turned his head out of Taehyung's chest, releasing a handful of giggles when Yoongi immediately leaned down to kiss him. He reached out blindly, finding the thick material of his uniform as he said, “Really. They gave me the prescriptions and everything. It's on the table. I need to take them to the pharmacy tomorrow.”
Hoseok was instantly rushing to Jungkook's backpack and looking inside, “I'll take them now. Let me go get them. You should start them right away-”
“Baby.” Jungkook couldn't stop smiling or crying, “The pharmacy is closed. I can get them tomorrow.”
“We can get them tomorrow,” Taehyung argued, gathering Jungkook's face and leaning down to collect a soft kiss. Murmuring against his lips, “We'll do everything for you and the baby.”
Jungkook didn't doubt that for a second. They'd be more annoyingly overprotective now which was a fear considering when he even came down with so much as a cold, they would threaten to tie him to the bed if he got up.
Truthfully, even if they were annoying, overprotective alphas, Jungkook was so grateful to have them. To have a pack so sweet. So loving. He knew he got lucky with them. With alphas who'd never so much as raised a voice at him, rarely even each other; with a pack so close that they hardly ever grew jealous, although at the beginning there'd been a few incidents.
Jungkook was lucky, because they spoiled the hell out of him like it was in their nature to do so. He never had to worry about them cheating, or getting too angry, or mistreating him. They told him they loved him so often that Jungkook truly believed it, they made sure he felt it.
(It hadn't always been that way. Jungkook had his fair share of horrible relationships before. And yet, he knew they'd never harm him. He'd known ever since their 1st date when Jungkook had accidentally dropped an expensive wine glass and frantically apologized. Hoseok had grabbed his wrist to keep him from picking up the glass and getting hurt, but Jungkook had flinched, and the alpha flinched twice as hard and looked like he could've passed out on the spot; purely because of how scared Jungkook had looked.)
Thus, Jungkook wasn't at all worried about bringing a baby into all of this.
Sure, it was going to be hard. The pregnancy would be hard. Jungkook would be more on edge. He'd probably worry a lot more due to their dangerous jobs. But he wasn't worried about the baby.
The baby was going to be more than loved.
“Alright let me through before I start throwing elbows,” Jimin yelled, “Let me check him. Come on, let me in.”
“You act like you're a doctor,” Yoongi rolled his eyes, “You're a firefighter and a paramedic. You're not a doctor.”
Jimin used the let me check excuse way too many times when the truth was exactly as Yoongi said. He wasn't a doctor, but trained with emergency medical knowledge and the basics. Still, though, everyone let him have his way.
If anything, they thought Jimin was pretty cute when he used that excuse. Even more so seeing as when everyone moved, he did no such thing as check Jungkook and instead stood between his knees and placed hands on Jungkook's hips.
“There's my baby.” Jimin grinned, he was all teary, they all were. “Well. I guess we can say babies now, right?”
Jungkook laughed and grabbed his chin, “Too soon for that, alpha, but do what you will. You don't listen to anyone anyway.”
“I listen to you.”
“Sometimes.”
Jimin didn't reply immediately. He stared at Jungkook's lips for a moment before blinking and looking him in the eyes with a teasing, “What was that? I wasn't listening.”
Jungkook wanted to roll his eyes, but he instead leaned into kiss him. That was a really good way to shut Jimin up, and one the alpha never complained about.
