Kara’s POV

When I woke up, I see Alex laying over my body crying, “Alex?” Brown eyes snapped up and Alex let out a sob, “Kara!” My auburn haired sister brought me into her arms, and I smiled cuddling into my older sister. “Wait Kara? You remember?” I looked up at my sister with hopeful eyes.

“Yes, next time try not dying so my memory will come back,” Alex kissed my head and I slowly got up. “Where’s Red Daughter?” I asked and Alex shook her head, “she’s gone I don’t know where.” I nod and Alex helped me up, “there is so much I want to talk to you about Alex. First being I’m so sorry I really am but this last couple of months with you away well not away but you know not being able to talk I’ve been seeing someone… to talk.”

“Are you and Lena dating then?” Alex asked and I blushed, “no not Lena she doesn’t know about Supergirl or my feelings, but I’ve been talking to someone who knows both and you and I just please don’t be mad at me Alex.”

“Kara I almost lost you I can’t be mad at you right now I love you and god I was so awful to you,” Alex cupped my face and I leant into her hands. “I’ve been talking to Maggie… she came back from leave and I have been talking to her since you got your memory wiped,” I told my sister. “We need to get back home now who knows what Red Daughter is going to do,” Alex said, and I nod. “Yes we can take your bike back,” I said and then I hugged Eliza goodbye. “Kara honey be careful,” I smiled and she kissed my head then turned to Alex, “you too.” Alex and I run to Alex’s bike and we both jump on and ride off as fast as we can.

We were halfway there when the heated feeling came back and I tried to push it away but this time it didn’t go away and I frowned. I tried to think of what’s causing it but all I can think about is Lena. Last time I saw Lena she was in that suit she looks drop dead gorgeous in. I wonder if she looks even better with it off. Alex laughed and I frowned, “Alex get on the bike this second and take me back to the city it’s getting worse and I’ve never had a stress heat before.”

I got in the elevator and took it up to Lena’s apartment, “please be there please be there.” When the elevator dinged, I ran out the heat slowly getting worse but there it was Lena’s apartment door.

I quickly knocked, “Lena please be home please be home.” Suddenly the door opened, “Kara?” As if a ship hit me I crashed to my knees the intoxicating scent washed over me. Lena’s POV

I just got home from work when I saw on the new Supergirl dying by Lex’s hands and I was beyond scared that my mate is dead. I didn’t even get to kiss her. Died by the hands of a Mad Man.
