Ok. Everything’s too bright, too sharp, but maybe he can focus on getting up first before jumping to any conclusions.
Carefully, he moves to turn, to sit up, but his limbs don’t respond to him, at least not in a way he recognizes. Unfamiliar limbs move to comply with his commands, but they’re too awkward to control, and he flops over with an indignant squawk.
