Summary
Eighteen men find themselves on different ships on the wide ocean. Some are simply hunting for riches while others are drawn to the sea for a mission that concerns life or death. In the end, all of them seem to be pulled by the same thread of destiny. And when they meet, fate will be decided.

Book finds himself in a peculiar state, when his parents suddenly die and leave the once rich boy without money or friends to fend for himself.
