Work Text:

Nikki and Nate were dancing in the bar together. People were crowded all around them, but they didn’t care. To them, it was like they were only two people in the room.

"I'm in love with you. Fuck, I'm so in love with you Nik." Nate murmurs against Nikki's lips.

Nikki giggles against his lips, "Babe, we've been together for the past several years."

"I never stopped falling in love with you Nik. I don’t think I ever will." 

Nikki uses her thumb to caress Nate's cheek. "I love you too Nate. I love you so much." She whispers.

Nate and Nikki lean in and kiss again, holding onto one another tightly. And it was as if the world started spinning again.
