Jaekyung loves victory moments. He would close his eyes and only focus on the cheering. They take his name in a rhythm that matches his heart beat. But today he just can't seem to concentrate or be in that moment. His mind started to get hazy and he could feel those heat flashes warming him up.

He could feel that his bottom is making that icky liquid. His body was showing signs of him undergoing heat. If he makes a sudden move, there is a chance it could wet his boxer shorts.

Jaekyung left the arena in a hurry and rushed into the house.

He looked around for the clothes used by Dan. He would have almost destroyed those vintage cabinets if he used a bit more force. The horror of finding only four white shirts, two gray sweatshirts, four jeans and two khaki shorts. He can't make the ‘n’ in the nest with this..

“Fuck his seminar! Can't he teach those dumb kids online” Jaekyung grabbed the bedsheets and pillow covers Dan used. Thankfully unwashed..

“His excessive cleanliness is going to be the death of me..”

He hugged the pillows Dan uses with one hand and held his unwashed t-shirt in another. He started soaking himself in Dan's scent. It was the most relaxing scent, it was soothing like fresh sea breeze. If you focus on it a little more there are hints of citrus it.

He tried to calm himself just by the scent but failed.. He could feel the liquid trickling down his thighs. The urge to hump on the pillow grew two fold when he imagined Dan's face. His scent was not enough. He wanted more, he needed his alpha to touch him and make love to him.

He never showed signs of being Omega until a few years ago. The first time he did he was lucky enough that it was Dan who he was with. He was a complete stranger but didn't take advantage of his situation.

“Why doesn't he mark me like other alphas?” He mumbled. “He loathes me!!”

“I am forcing myself on him..” he cried himself to sleep regretting everything he has done until now.

How it all started…

Strictly speaking Dan fell for him the very first time he saw him in a tournament. He looked confident for a rookie, his eyes sparkled when he won and his face was handsome. Dan couldn't take his eyes off him the entire time. He backed off when the media hovered around him for an interview. He realized he was attracted to someone who is so out of his league. He could be the next big thing in MMA community.. The chances of dating this person are close to zero he thought.

But that never stopped him from attending Jaekyung's matches. He was very talented and deserves every appreciation. It was that one tournament that changed their lives forever.

Dan agreed to fill in for his University friend as a Physical Therapist for the under 18 tournament. To his surprise the event holders decided to raise a charity for the retired sports persons who were in need of medical treatments.

Jaekyung was the star of the event. Dan observed that the young boxer loved philanthropy and gave away a lot to charity.

After the charity match ended, Dan's shift ended too. He went to the locker room and packed his things as it was the last day. He felt like he should at least ask for an autograph from his favorite athlete.

“You can do it” he encouraged himself and rushed out of the staff room.

He grabbed a mug and a marker from the gift shop and raced towards the athlete’s room. He could feel the thick scent of pheromones covering the area near Jaekyung's room. He was feeling arousal like any Alpha should because they were an Omega's pheromones calling for mating. He decided to quickly complete things out and walk away.

A sudden thud of something breaking caught his attention.Jaekyung was lying on the floor crying as if he was in extreme pain.

Dan rushed towards the younger man out of concern. Jaekyung's face turned beet red. Dan realised that Jaekyung was the owner of those strong omega pheromones.

Firstly, Dan was shocked out of his wits when found out that Jaekyung was an Omega. Secondly, he doesn't know any one in his team who he could reach out and finally, Jaekyung was pulling him in for a kiss as he is in complete daze. When Dan moved back Jaekyung pulled him closer with all his strength and burried his head in Dan's nape sucking on the flesh on his neck roughly, inhaling Dan's pheromones.

To be honest Dan would have mated him even if the pheromones weren't involved. But he isn't an asshole who takes advantage of someone who is not in his senses. He bit his wrist to control the urge and thought of moving him to a safer place. Thankfully everyone was busy watching the finale. So he carried the athlete out and booked a room in the hotel which was located right opposite to the stadium.

Jaekyung was completely out of control by that time. He grabbed his wrist with deathly grip and begged him to make love.. Dan knew the boxer would regret it when he came back to his senses and found out that a strange guy has taken advantage of him. So he managed to free himself and locked himself in the bathroom to avoid any mishaps.

He slowly started letting out his pheromones. After sometime he sensed that Jaekyung's pheromones subsided and he opened the door to check on him.

Dan explained things and left the room. He left a card just in case he had any complaints.

Jaekyung was astonished that someone so pure could exist. He never mated and he hates the fact that everyone assumes that he is an Alpha. His test results always showed him that he was an Omega but he never showed any symptoms until today, which is uncommon for a dominant Omega.

It was as if he was fated to meet this wonderful person. Someone he could trust and love without a worry.

He wanted to know more about this person who could resist omega's pheromones during the first heat. Alphas would lose every bit of sense if such a situation occurred. Jaekyung assumed the person was a Beta.

He did the background check and found out that Dan was an Alpha, his profession was PT. He hired him without a second thought. Since it was his first time he was going into heat very irregularly and depended so much on Dan for both emotional and physical needs.

Present Day:

Dan watched the match online during his break and he could feel it in his gut that Jaekyung looked like he was screaming for help.

“Oh no! He doesn't even take suppressants..” he sighed closed his sleep deprived eyes in disbelief.

“Stupid! Fool!” He muttered under his breath as he grabbed his coat. He informed the authorities and made his way out. He was working a few extra hours just enough to buy Jaekyung a present which he will not accept.

“Which weird idiot told him that an Omega can't be a successful boxer!” He thought to himself, "Is that stupid winning streak more important than his health?!" Dan slammed the file he was writing on the table.

“Not taking suppressants and not respecting his body.. He is a total maniac!!” The anger that has bottled up until then has reached a threshold.

He didn't know he was letting out those rage pheromones in the bus. He got an eye or two from the people around him. He quickly opened the windows and let out a sigh.

“Fuck on one hand we have this MMA associationthat doesn't postpone the match..” he muttered, “and on the other hand we have this extremely stubborn Omega who wouldn't take suppressants because it shows in the tests”.

He chewed his bottom lip waiting anxiously for his stop. He was fidgeting a lot and he broke the fastener on his bag.

"You can take this.." a beautiful Omega approached him with a binder clip to adjust the strap.

"Thank you for your concern but I don't really need it." Dan forced a smile. The Omega got his clue and sat so far from Dan giving him the look.

Dan smiled to himself, this has happened a lot lately but he was oblivious to the usual flirting. Jaekyung didn't speak to him for a week when he brought a keychain gifted by a junior at the previous work place.

Even two days prior to match they had huge fight.. Dan could not understand why Jaekyung is so angry all the time.

“His temper.. I was just asking how Yoon-Gu is keeping a check on his pheromones!” He thought to himself.

Dan was curious to know how the youngest of Team Black sorted his problems. When asked, Yoon-Gu smiled and whispered, “ Hyung I have been marked by my alpha..”

The number of scenarios Dan thought.. might have put Dr.Strange to shame. He will be exhilarated if he proposes something of that sort to Jaekyung. Dan always thought Jaekyung sees this entire thing as an advantage but not an actual relationship.

There is a good reason for it though. He wasn't a dominant Alpha but Jaekyung is dominant Omega. Jaekyung is filthy rich while he is running his life from pay check to pay check. Any little savings he has are spent on Grandma’s medical bills.

“Who am I kidding? I am nobody.. he could leave me anytime like a wet towel. It's me who is clinging on to this thin line of hope..” Dan felt he was being selfish for wanting to mark him. "I hate it when he is with all those dominant alphas during the tournament." He let out a sigh and leaned on to the window frame.

Dan entered the building, he was just standing infront of the apartment to unlock it but he was already aroused. Jaekyung’s pheromones were so intense that it filled the hallway. His musky scent with hints of that earthy woody scent was fogging up his mind.

"For God's sake!! It's just you who does it for me Jaekyung" Dan stood up and slammed the door shut, blocking Jaekyung's way. "I don't care what is running in that mind of yours."

"Wow! So I must also explain simple things to you!" Jaekyung huffed, "Do you have no idea how I feel about you?"

"How would I know that? You never discuss about your feelings and for love of God, do you know how I feel?"

"I am fucking jealous whenever you are around those perfectly muscular alphas during the tournaments!"

"I don't know if I ever be able to scale myself up to reach your level. I think I should make some ground breaking discovery in my field or become a dominant Alpha overnight..." He clicked his tongue in frustration.. "tsk.. it irks me that I can't do both."

"Why don't you mark me?" Jaekyung's voice was low yet steady.

"I feel the same way about you.." Jaekyung started confessing, "For a long time now.." He shaked his head, " No, since the very beginning. I hate to admit this but I did everything in my might to lock you up in with me. I never considered your choice.."

He completely avoided looking at Dan's face.

"I liked you so much that it scared me. I am not a regular Omega who looks beautiful with a waist that fits in your hand. My pheromones aren't sweet and delicate.. that can sedu.."

Dan shut Jaekyung's mouth with a kiss. It wasn't a gentle sweet kiss which is how Dan makes love to him. Dan's rut was never intense atleast that's what Jaekyung thought until today. 

Jaekyung assumed that the amount of pheromones Dan gave out was naturally less even during the rut. But this unannounced rut proved him one thing, Dan's pheromones are just as intense as any alpha, either he was taking pills to suppress it or some kind of pheromone diffusing spray which are both equally dangerous to alpha's health if used regularly.

At this point Jaekyung was out of breath, his chest rose and fell as he gasped for air after breaking the kiss. What he didn't observe was how Dan wasn't happy about it. Dan was always composed and he liked to take things slowly but today he was behaving exactly like an Alpha in rut.

“I want to make an announcement.. Dan & I are dating. I am an Omega and he is my alpha..” Dan squeezed Jaekyung's hand as he spoke.

He could hear the gasps and the surprised faces made him anxious but soon they gathered around and congratulated them. 

Soon they made it to the headline when Jaekyung sported a bump after a few months. The entire MMA community was in shock to know that their reigning champion was an Omega not an Alpha. They made revolutionary changes in their rules to accommodate basic needs of an Omega.

Dan & Jaekyung were blessed with twins, a boy who looks like Dan and a girl who looks like Jaekyung.

Jaekyung after brief gap resumed his boxing career and still winning like an Emperor that he is.
