Alone. That’s what J was now. Completely alone. She messed up everything, betrayed her team, lied to them, even tried to kill them. She is alone. Haunted by her past.
She suffers the pain of loss. N, V, even Uzi. But above everyone else, she mourns Tessa the most.
She suffers the pain of slowly dying as she loses oil resources to fill her reserves. In the worst of it, she cries for help, even though she knows no one will come. She cries and cries until she can’t anymore.
J cries out to the stars, begging for whatever higher being to bring back her Tessa. All she wants in her final days is her beloved. She cries out for Tessa, “Please come back! I need you back! Without you here, I feel weak and angry! Please come home, Tessa…”
All J wants is Tessa by her side, even if just for a moment. “All I want is to see you again, to hear your voice.” she cries. “Please…” Her voice grows more hoarse as she cries more.
Eventually, J’s systems start failing, and she cannot move. The last words she speaks are this, “I’ll see you soon, Tessa.” A few more warnings pop up on her visor as she slowly loses consciousness, fading away from the world forever, finally reunited with her love.
