    Summary

    Jayce Talis is called back to Piltover by Cassandra Kiramman, who has hired him to hunt down the monster stalking the woods around their sleepy town. The monster has claimed its first human victim, and the locals are terrified it may soon strike again.

    Viktor is an odd man with odd habits, arriving in town not long after the monster appeared, claiming his purpose is to research the creature. He offers a partnership to Jayce, on the condition that they only work during the day, when it’s safe to walk the streets.

    In a town crawling with dark secrets, and not exactly how Jayce remembers it, he has to work against both time and the townsfolk to hunt down the monster before it kills again.
