Chapter Text

Tony stark is in his workshop once again fixing the avengers gear for the hundred time in the past week while also trying to work on the new stark products. He's been at it for a few days now skipping a few meals so not to run into anyone. When Friday starts speaking "boss Rogers and romanoff are trying to gain access to the workshop". "What Friday don't let them in activate shock mode and turn on the speaker". Tony waits until he hears the spider yelps in pain and Rogers start complaining to turn on the speaker. "Rogers and romanoff you know that you don't have clearance to be here what do you think you're doing trying to hack my lab". Rogers looks up with his disappointment face saying" tony what do you think you're doing hurting Natasha. we need to know what you are doing.open up." Tony gets angry at them thinking they own him. He states that he won't open the door and if they don't leave he will have Friday shoot them. Friday starts lowing the guns pointing them at the two.they quickly run while thinking about what to do.tony sighs knowing they were going to try to guilt him or Rogers favorite put him down but he's had enough."hey Friday how long have I been blind to the others attitudes to me?"Friday answer" since day one boss you ignored it because you thought we needed them"."well maybe it's time to change that fri cancel all cards revoke all access to the jets buildings anything you can think of anything that was bought with my money despose of it or sell it. If they come near the place have them arrested.," Friday responds ,"right away boss " tony sits back thinking of how pepper roedey and even happy have treated him "Friday limit access to pepper roedey and happy as well unless it's important or they wish to talk about how they've acted towards me."

" right away boss what about the kid?" Asked Friday. " Of course underoos can still come just keep an eye on him so he doesn't get hassled to get to me. In fact let him know what's going on."said tony. " Messages sent boss already got calls coming in from the rouges roedey and Mrs Potts."answered Friday." Ignore them Fri or set up a message letting them know what's going on." Said tony walking to the elevator to his floor. "If any of Rogers people show up you're allowed to fire stun guns same with fury but let his calls through if they are important." " Of course boss". Answered Friday. He got to his floor seeing happy already there talking to peter. " Hey underoos when did you get here?"asked tony. Peter turned around smiling " Mr stark I just got here my decafalon was cancelled today." Tony smiled" that's good we can work more in the lab later right now I need to talk to a few people can you wait for me." " Sure thing Mr stark I'll be in the lab with Butterfingers u and dumb e." Peter said walking to the lab. Tony smiled until he was gone then turned to happy frowning" wait until everyone is here then I'll talk."

peter just nodded while happy looked on frowning which deepened when he noticed tony was ignoring him. Tony for him was just waiting for the other two to come while ignoring happy he'd find out soon. Pepper was the first to show frowning as she looked at tony.

Tony not noticing since he was wondering if fury would be dumb enough to try to get him alone

It took a while before pepper and Rodney showed up one looking annoyed the other confused. " What is it tony I don't have time to mess around right now I have a company to run that you won't." Stated pepper rudely." Yeah man I've got to get to a meeting." Stated Rodney. " Ok first don't take that tone with me it's my company and I'm the one that creates the merchandise we sell along with going to meetings and second I know you don't have a meeting I've seen your schedule." Stated tony already fed up.their faces turned a bright red not used to tony standing up to them." Now before you start trying to demand anything happy your fired you haven't been a good bodyguard even before I was ironman and now you don't even try for the kid pepper don't say anything you can't stop it my money my rule. " Started tony. Happy just looked shocked as he couldn't believe tony actually fired him the other two quieted down finally seeing that tony wasn't taking anyones smack talk today. " Pepper you are also fired and a lawsuit has already been Started for everything you've done behind my back. Don't think I don't know about the meetings you've been having with the board.they will also be getting sued." Continued tony. Pepper went from red to pale unable to understand how she was caught but couldn't find a way to deny it.tony then turned to Rodney who fliched knowing what was going on. " You seem to know what is going on so I'll be quick Rodney along with them and the rouges are banned from any of my property my money and my life. Don't think I don't know you were planted in the dorm with me just so the military had a way to get to me. Well that door is closed now. " Tony said turning around unafraid as Friday had his back before he thought and turned to say" before I forget tell all the rouges including Bruce and Thor that they are banned as well and should they think they can threaten manipulate harm or anything else they will be killed on sight. Including should any of you go near the kid. Now you have fifteen minutes to leave goodbye." Finally done tony left the room leaving the three with shocked faces. " Fri if anyone or anything trys to enter either alert me if it's just a normal person shoot down the rouges or if anyone else stun them." " Right away boss." Chripped Friday.

Tony and peter were down in the lab when Friday let them know the three had left."they tried to take what wasn't theirs and got thrown out without anything even their own stuff."" That's my girl good job Fri." Tony said smiling. Peter was working on a wire when he was thinking " hey Mr stark?" " Kid I keep telling you call me tony.", said tony. Peter of course ignored him," when are the rouges supposed to get here?" Tony shrugged having no idea. Peter grinned " we should leave a few surprises for them seeing as they'll be trespassing." Tony now looked intrigued," whatcha got in mind underoos?" While they talk the rouges where heading to them in the jet all thinking about how they could make tony bow to them and give them what they want." Steve when will we get there I want to be in my own room stark better not have done anything to it." Whined the brat I mean Wanda.. Rogers looked at her with a gentle look," don't worry Wanda when we get back I'll talk to tony and make sure everything goes back to the way it was ""yeah stark will have some begging to do not to mention giving everything back to us and finally taking all the blame for everything it's his fault for all of this." Snorted Clint. Natasha was silent for once remembering the last time tony was silent. Shield was looking for weakness to exploit and thought wrong him being silent was a moldable tony. No it was the exact opposite he was just plotting were nobody would notice. The end result was the enermys base being destroyed and no survivers. Natasha thought about getting ahold of fury but didn't know if he would help or turn them all in. Just as the thought crossed her mind a blast hit the side of the plane. Hitting the side she looked up as shouts rang out in the plane. " What was that?" Called out Rogers." Something just hit the plane." Answered sam. Everyone looked around trying to see what had hit them but couldn't see anything. " I bet this is starks doing he's just a coward not showing his face." Whines Wanda looking around. " Oh I'm the coward might want to look in the mirror." Sounded a voice.the group looks around the air confused not seeing anything until a shadow falls over them. Quickly looking up they see a flying base. Tony's voice calls out again " hey spider I found an old friend of yours that's been looking for you for a while." Natasha quickly paled knowing that was the red room.

Everyone looked to Natasha for answers to what was flying above them and why she was pale.wanda frowned realizing that she couldn't read anyone's mind not knowing there was a dampener on the ship having been warned by tony of the abilities of the group. " My Natasha I've been looking everywhere for you my dear and I see you have friends that can be indoctrinated into my red room or sold to the highest bidder if not used for stock.", Murmmered a voice she hoped to never hear again. Looking to the side she sees Clint beginning to realize who the voice belongs to. Unaware of what was passing between the two Rogers decided to puff himself up thinking he had the upper hand with being captain America," sir I don't know who you are or what Tony paid you to put on this act but I won't allow you to bully my team " he stood there thinking that would put a stop to the whole thing not paying attention to how the others were now giving him disbelieving looks.the voice laughed," ah you must be captain America. I heard how you helped hydra. You speak of bullies when you bullied everyone who didn't agree with you " Steve suputtered " I would never help hydra and never bullied anyone they just needed a form hand in the right direction." He puffed up his chest trying to look important and falling. Nobody notices black widows slipping into the room as Wanda scoffed,"who cares about that murderer." The voice laughed, " you speak of murderer but look at how many you killed and stark wasn't the one to harm your family or country." Wanda scoffed," of course it was him it was his missile who killed our parents." Everyone agrees nodding their heads. " Of course it was" " it was his weapon." " His ego killed thousands." " He needs to be controlled." " Oh and how many have you killed. Stark at least tried to make amends with what happened with his weapons and it wasn't even his fault ah", he stopped them opening their mouths," those weapons were sold under the table without his knowledge by stane stark had nothing to do with it " the group bristles not noticing they're being surrounded by guns and other black widows. The groups are just waiting for the order to be given. Sam and Scott slowly realize that they are surrounded. The others don't even Natasha is to busy trying to get Rogers attention." Hey cap maybe we should think about this." Said Sam." I agree." Answered Scott. Rogers turned with an angry look on his face still ignoring Natasha," we're the good guys we don't give up." A collar was quickly shot to Wanda's neck when it was seen her hands were starting to have a red glow which locked her powers down. Wanda shreeched clawing at her neck sobbing," Steve Steve they put that awful collar on me help!" Rogers looked furious heafting his shield in front of him," avengers assemble." Scott and Sam nearly shook their heads and sat with their hands in the air. " My wings won't work in here cap either will Scott's stuff we're not risking our lives." Stated Sam." Find stay there then we'll be the heroes then.",claimed Rogers. He hefted the shield Barton his bow Natasha her bites her had left as Wanda stayed back as she was helpless without her powers. Rogers started charging without a plan widow following while Barton stayed back with Wanda shooting an explosive arrow. Shots fired from the men up top while the widows ran up to them starting to fight. Some widows went to Sam and Scott telling them not to move while they tied them up and moved them out of the way. Clint backed up to Wanda while trying to keep the enemy away from them thou soon he ran out of arrows. He yelled trying to use his bow to fight but got knocked out with a punch to the face. Wanda just slumped to the ground giving up with no fight since she couldn't use her powers. She was quickly wrapped up in a straight jacket and pulled were the others were. Rogers and Natasha were fighting side by side not noticing the others weren't there. The other black widows kept Natasha busy while a couple of them shocked her with the widow bites. They quickly put some special gloves that were attached to each other so she couldn't use her hands while using clamps on her legs so she couldn't move. While they were dragging her away the rest of their forces were focused on Rogers. He kept running forward keeping his shield held above his head to keep the bullets from hitting him. That left his legs unprotected which the enemy took advantage of. Rogers kneeled on the ground grunting as bullets hit his legs and the group was closing on him.he snarled," you can't do this I'm captain America I'm the pentacle of good you can't beat me." " Oh shut up test subject!", snarled a goon as they shot him multiple times to knock him out. " Quickly get them all in their designated cells and get ready to leave then we'll start.", ordered the boss

After the ordeal with Rogers and his group tony was thinking about Bruce and Thor wondering if they were even worth it.

after all Thor had chocked him even though he gave permission to study the Spector and Bruce didn't say anything just let him take the blame for everything.

sure they were powerhouses but what good was that when they weren't even here most of the time let alone use it for the right reasons.he was trying to decide if he should give them to Ross or just make them disappear. Sure he felt bad for hulk but he had no way to separate them. He didn't realize that he wouldn't have to lift a finger. Ross had finally caught up to Bruce. Not even Betty his old girlfriend cared for him anymore after seeing what he did to tony. Knowing that Bruce tried to get to tony to see if he could get him to fix everything for him like usual not knowing that he had washed his hands of them all. He was in New York slinking towards the tower trying to think of what to say to tony to get the outcome he wanted. He was so heavy in thought he didn't register the team in swat gear following him. The first shot hit the neck hulk roaring in Bruce's head even louder than how he was brating him for his treatment of tinman. Changing quickly hulk roared at the bad men trying to wack them away. More shots fired at the hulk hitting the mark while others shot ropes made of vibraninum which Ross stoled. Tied up hulk could do nothing more than roar and struggle before falling on the ground. Ross smiled as his men dragged hulk away," now let's see what makes you tick." Bruce would not make it out of the hole Ross puts him in either will anyone go looking for him. It's the last anyone will think about him Thor on the other hand went to see his lady jane. Not knowing he was going to get the dressing down of his long life. " Fair lady jane I've returned.",he yelled. Thor stapled seeing the look on Jane's face.

It's been five years now not a peep from the rouges, rodey pepper and happy have been gone from the tower. After the talk it was decided that pepper was unfit to lead the company and was demoted but she threw a fit saying tony had no right to do this and tried to sue. It didn't work the judge took one look at the evidence and stated that as the main shareholder it was his right to fire who he wanted. Pepper just stood there with her mouth opened then blew up. She started yelling what tony had paid him
