Welcome to the group chat we have for the Formula apartment building! There are only 18 (19 now) of us so we like to keep in contact about the building maintenance and other neighbourly orders of business. I’m George, and I liaise with the building manager on behalf of all of us when there is a building specific issue rather than an apartment issue. Welcome to the building!

@Carlos I asked after last time, they said someone would come by in a week or so, but that was two weeks ago. I think a reminder email might be of use, I'll contact them when I get home.

does the elevator really break regularly

that seems like some sort of major issue

Maybe once every few months or so? It‘s not caused any real issues as of yet, it’s never been down for more than 15 minutes as far as I’m aware.
