The salad looked very good, just a little bit poisonous.
You gave up on trying to make a salad that won't look like Frankenstein or that it would poison you.
You hummed as you extracted a spoonful of the -hopefully good- salad.
It wasn't that bad, just salty. But good. You were chewing on your salad, when out of nowhere, your phoned rang.
You took it off the table to see who it was.

Oh! Alexis was calling you. You accepted the call, of course! You wondered if Alexis needed something? Or maybe just to gossip? Yea, may-
"HONEYYYY!!" Your phoned screamed, well… your bestie did.
"Hello there, my wife." You smirked and winked at her.
"How are you, my breath?" Alexis asked on the same tone and put a small smile herself.
"Good, just eating my salad while standing… For some reason." You explained your not-so-unusual situation.
"Wait, shouldn't you be at work?" Alexis questioned, clearly confused of why aren't you at work at this hour.
"Pfft, nah." You waved her off as you looked at the clock. "I was told to come at twelve- Oh my stars!" You yelled, dropping the spoon.
The clock innocently read 11:47 AM while you fidget with your phone in your hands.
"B-Baby, I have to go! I'm going to be late!" You quickly explained to Alexis who didn't really looked surprised, but not proud either.
"Okay, okay! Have a good day at your new job!" She wished you before she quickly ended the call.
You pushed the salad aside and hurried to your wardrobe. Poor salad.
You opened the cursed door of your wardrobe and took out the clothes that seemed more okay for work. Actually, they didn't look okay for work, but whatever! At least their comfortable.
You brushed your long, dark brown hair. You were always proud of your hair, but now you just wanted to curse it for being too damn long. You styled your hair into a high ponytail, made sure it looked at least decent enough (at least the hair should look decent, if not the clothes).
Everything looked okay and you rushed down the stairs of your apartment building… but begrudgingly climbed the stairs because you forgot your glasses.
You hopped into your car and started it, driving with -hopefully- legal speed limit. The drive itself to the Pizzaplex was a thirty minute drive, but you hoped that it took less time with the speed your going.
The worst part was that you forgot your phone at home -and you would rather climb Mount Everest than climbing up those flight of stairs again- but decided to leave it since you were this close at being late.
…Well you were going to be late anyway, but at least not that late.
You knew where you were going, you've been at the Pizzaplex before, just so you could sign some papers, so you did know where you were going. But, of course, that didn't stop you from taking some wrong turns. Damn it.
You needed to be there at 12:15 AM, but of course, you were going to be late. As. Hell.
Your choice of pants -that were black flared pants with white plain textile pattern- didn't help either. It got in the way! You cursed your choice in clothing.
You had no idea what time it was when you arrived in the parking lot. There weren't too many cars, but it wasn't really empty either. You spend no time analyzing the place because of your lateness, so you get out of your car and rush to the main entrance. God Help you locked your car.
Inside the Pizzaplex was a big golden statue of Glamrock Freddy, or at least it looked like it's made of gold. The place was huge, full of bright LED and merch of the Clamrocks.
Next to the Freddy statue, there was a woman in security uniform with blonde hair and a black cap on her head. She looked… well, not proud or excited in the least. You speed-walked to the woman, praying that she won't complain because of your late arrival.
As you walked as fast as you could, you almost tripped out of nothingness, but didn't let that stop you as you were determined to make sure you weren't fired on your fist day. Well, it wasn't your first day, yet.
"You're late." The woman noted the obvious as you silently panted. Totally not out of nervousness.
"I-I know, I'm sorry.. I promise to try and come sooner next time!" You assured, hoping to calm the beast. Wait, you shouldn't say that about her! What is she could read your mind? Or… well, what if karma will hit you ten times worse? Your nose started to sweat under the red cat-eye glasses.
You fidget with your sleeve. Your shirt was childish… it was a black sweatshirt with the Dead Bride on it. You should've taken a dress instead! At least the woman didn't seem to care as she looked you up and down. Thank God.
The blonde woman sighed. "It's fine, just… don't repeat it, or at least not often." The woman, who the name you don't remember, warned you.
"Aye, aye Captain!" You responded, hoping to lift the mood up a little. You then regretted your life then and there. Why did you say it? It seemed stupid!
She rolled her green eyes at you and made a sign with her hand to follow her. And you did.
The Pizzaplex was bigger than you originally thought. It had many small shops, decorations and neon lights. The bots, that apparently are the S.T.A.F.F. bots, cleaned and made sure everything was in the right order. The blonde woman sat down at a table in a small restaurant (you think it's a restaurant) named "El Chip's".
"Before I give you the papers to sign, I want to ask you a few questions." The blondy told you.
"Of course! You have every right to ask me anything you wish to know!" You were nervous and it was hard not to ramble or panic.
She nodded, most likely ignoring your nervousness, and went on with her first question. "Do you realize that you are about to work as a security guard in a Daycare with an animatronic attendant?" She asked.
"Well… yeah! O-Or else I wouldn't have applied to this job!" You answered. What was the deal anyway? You knew you were about to work with an animatronic… or two from what you heard. Maybe it was the fact that you were going to work in a Daycare full of bad kids and tantrums? Possible, who knows?
Pleased with your answered, she moved on to the next question. "Are you-"
As the security guard was about to ask her next question, a S.T.A.F.F bot came up to the both of you. "Miss Vanessa, the management wants to speak to you." The bot cleared the mystery of why they were there. Oh, so now these bots talk? Last time you were here, they just stared at you like you were an alien!
Vanessa, the blond woman, sighed and got up. Before she left, she looked at you. "Stay here, I'll come back soon." And with that, she left. Damn, she spoke to you like a mom.
You waited patiently and watched as Vanessa left with the S.T.A.F.F bot to who-knows-where. Not long after they disappeared, your stomach started growling. Great, you were hungry. You did expect to get hungry, because that poor salad wasn't even halfway finished, but you were still annoyed. Maybe you could buy something from El Chip's? The Mexican food does smell nice from your position. But, maybe you should wait until Vanessa comes back? What if she will be mad at you? But for what though? Being human and having needs?
You got to your feet, convinced by your other side of the brain to buy something to eat and then wait for the security guard to come back. You looked at the menu and decided a taco will be good for now. Taking out your wallet, you made sure you had enough to pay. It would be really be embarrassing if you didn't have enough money. Luckily, you did… you at least think so.
Walking up to the S.T.A.F.F bot that was ready to take your order, you spoke. "U-Um, good day! I would like a taco, please."
Nodding to you, he went to take your order. Phew, you had enough money…. hopefully. The menu that was displayed on a big screen showed that you did have enough money. The taco was cheap and you brought more money than necessary.
After a few minutes later, your order was brought by a bot that had a Mexican hat on. Cute!
Happily taking the taco, you went to sit down and savor your delicious meal. It was… oddly quiet. Well, not really. The music from the atrium was pretty loud and there was another song… what was it? You were curious, but you knew better than to do the opposite you were told not to do. You sat at the table innocently, munching on your taco. Ugh, your whole mouth was dirty, you actually did eat like a pig.
Looking around, there were no tissues around, so the best thing would be to ask the S.T.A.F.F bot. Orrrrr, you could use your sleeve to clean your mouth, but you quickly dismissed the horrible idea. Maybe there were some tissues around here somewhere?
As you rambled about finding tissues and started to look for them, you realized that you subconsciously cleaned yourself with your sleeve. Damn it! Now what? It was visible too! Quick, you need to wash your sleeve! Wait, wash it?? It would look disgusting after! Maybe you should take a tissue to wipe it? But there are no tissues!! Then, you could just hide it? But it still feels disgusting!!!
You were stressing probably for nothing, but you still panicked. You looked over to see if Vanessa was coming any time soon. Nope. Guess you can make a run for it. Where? Good question! You had no idea. There needed to be a restroom around here somewhere!
You got up and sprinted in the left direction. You sprinted, going down some stairs, you think you even used the elevator, you didn't know, you were too panicked for a stupid little thing. All of this panic because you had a dirty sleeve? Yes, yes all of this.
"Stupid tissues…" you mumbled under your breath as you stopped, the cause being tiredness.
You looked around and… oh! Was that the daycare? You saw a red double door that had written on top of it: "Superstar Daycare Pick-up". It had one star on top at the start of "Superstar" and another at the end of "Daycare", with a big rainbow between the two stars. It was cute! You wished your dark brown eyes could turn into stars honestly. It would've been cool.
You decided to enter the soon-to-be the place you were going to work at, because after all, you were going to work here no matter what, since you did need the money and you were good with patience and kids! And so, you opened the doors and went inside, only to find- Oh? Oh…!
The place looked so cool! It was filled with posters of "Sundrop" and "Moondrop", was that their name or was it the candy's name? They were showing candy in the poster, after all. And it was the same song you heard in El Chip's too! You think that this is the daycare theme song. And what were these? Golden statues? With the Daycare Attendant? … Or the Daycare Attendants??
They looked interesting! Who was this… Moon, you think, sat in a foot, sitting in an uncomfortable position, at least for you. And this one was…. Sun, probably, sitting with his hands high and having a more healthy posture than Moon.
It would be funny if the statue you thought was Moon was actually Sun and vice versa. But you think it's Moon… he had one of those sleepy hats on and Sun had rays of sunshine -heh- in his head… That sounded painful.
Well, the statues were awesome to say the least. Next to the Sun and Moon statues, that were staying behind each other, was a slide. Why was it there? You went up to it to inspect it and have a closer look. On top of the slide there was a sign that read: "Slide". Wow. You would have never guessed it. Seriously, you thought it was a hole or something. You rolled your eyes at the small text, if they hadn't put it there, you would have died dumb. But… you had to admit, it was funny. So, no hard feeling. For what? You don't know.
You wanted to explore more, to see more. You wanted to meet Sun and Moon! After all, you were going to work with them, right? Well, mostly they would work, you just needed to make sure everything was okay and fill some paperwork. Just as you were about to take a left turn, you heard someone clear their throat behind you.
You flinched and turn to see who it was…
Uh oh…
"I thought I told you to wait for me at El Chip's?" Vanessa spoke.
Shit.
"W-Well, yes, you did, but… I needed to use the restroom, but I couldn't find it so I got lost and ended up here… haha…" you apologized and hoped you weren't going to upset the security guard even more.
She sighed, but said nothing about you being here. That's good, right? "Listen," Vanessa, once again, caught your attention and made you feel nervous. "I need you to come with me to the management's office to make your Staff ID." She told you and then she exited where you came in.
You followed, of course, right behind her. She turned her head to her left shoulder and stopped. You froze. "I hope that you won't cause any trouble here…right?" Vanessa asked, it wasn't really a question, mostly an expectation, a command. Rude. Why was she so disrespectful? Did you upset her? Hope not. Or else you both wouldn't be in good... circumstances…
"Of course not, Miss Vanessa!" You quickly replied, holding your hopes high, hoping to not make her feel like she can't trust you and that you are mean or impolite.
"Good." The corners of Vanessa's mouth lifted a little bit. Phew, at least she trusted you, even if little. She then proceeded to get out of the Superstar Daycare with you following her.
Well, you didn't meet Sun or Moon, but it was fine. You will meet them soon when you start your shift.

You look at your new Staff ID.
It looked nice, actually. And knowing that you will come back is even more nicer!
Vanessa said that you will enter the Daycare frequently, so instead of getting a pass and probably losing it (since it's small and forgetful at times), you get an ID. Every employee has their own ID when they work somewhere around in the Pizzaplex. Plus, the passes were mostly for the parents that come to pick up their child, the passes let them get in the daycare or let Sun and Moon hand over their kid. Or else they can't because they don't have a pass and it doesn't matter if they forgot it or something. A kidnapper could say that they 'lost it' and steal a kid. You couldn't help but wonder… what did happen to the parents that forgot or lost their pass??
Eh, you would ask Sun or Moon sometime.
But really? You just can't wait to start tomorrow! You were accepted! The budget is very good and you won't have to do anything extravagant, just make sure that everything is okay and probably fill up some paperwork, no biggie. You needed to call Alexis and tell her the big news!

Huh. He was sure someone was there.
And they looked familiar too!
He titled his head a little, trying to see if someone is, indeed, there.
But he saw no one.
☪︎: Sun, is everything okay?
"Yeah…. Thought I saw someone… must be nothing then!" He shrugs and continues to put the noisemaker back to it's place.

It will be sad to watch another employee run away crying after all.

"Congrats, my love!" Alexis congratulated you.
"Thanks, baby!" You smiled wide. "I could have done it because of you." Wink. Wink.
Alexis rolled her eyes. "Anything happened while you were signing papers?"
"Hmmmmm…. Let me think…."
Yep. You had to tell Alexis of your "small" problem, after all. You prepared yourself emotionally and mentally to be made fun of because of your "small problem" with the dirty sleeve.
And, honestly? You enjoyed today. Yes, you were very excited to meet Sun and Moon, and for some reason, you still are. Their name just sings into your brain and heart, you can see an upcoming friendship with so many opportunities and changes! Your heart flutter, very much, when you thought about your new job. You just know that you won't get fired from this job as well. You will try to be the best employee ever, even if it means smiling all day and working all night! You just had to make it work.
And you will.
Wait… did you pay the Mexican S.T.A.F.F bot???
