Chapter 1- Space Invaders Part 1
The air was warm, humid, and rich with water in the atmosphere. It was hot, as sweat poured down his body, the warmth hugging around him like he was in an oven, mercilessly cooking him for the outside within. Yet, he was undeterred.
"At long last."
Within his sights was the very thing that he had set his eyes on, the mysterious object for his whole expedition, and the reason he was there in the first place. All around him stood stone structures, ancient with overgrowth and decay as the greys and greens consumed his vision. Dirt and mud lay around him, yet all he could witness was the small object– about the size of a baby— that was made purely of gold.
As he stepped into the light his appearance was able to be seen, he was a young male, barely the age of fifthteen. He had tanned skin, and blonde hair that seemed to spike out in all directions, as if resembling a sun god who the Aztecs of this temple so worshiped. A set of strange three whisker-like markings adorned each of his cheeks. As of now, he was dressed in a strange outfit, a brown leather jacket adorned his frame, it was over a white button-up shirt, and a set of brown khaki pants and boots. He also wore a cream color satchel that wrapped around his shoulder, a brown belt, and a pair of boots that helped him traverse the harsh setting that was the jungle. A large brown fedora atop his head.
He also had blue eyes like an ocean, as they stared at the golden idol, yearning with anticipation, as he gave a light nod to the sculpture, as if waiting to claim it for himself.
Naruto Uzumaki was his name, and he was ready for action.
He needed to hurry, but that did not mean there wasn't anything to fear.
He looked around at his surroundings, finding a large piece of wood that resembled a club, as he crouched down. Eyeing the floor, he noticed it looked a little suspicious where the mud was placed. Not willing to take any chances Naruto took the piece of wood, as he lightly pressed the tip of it towards the clump of mud at the center of the floor.
THUMP.
Instantly the ground slid down where he pressed it, as an ancient wood and stone arrow launched towards him at breakneck speeds. Naruto was barely able to block, using the piece of wood in his hands as a shield to protect himself as he did so. Eyeing the arrow, he realized he needed to be even more careful now, the tip likely having enough poison on its edge to render him dead. He was in the home stretch, but that did not mean this would be any easier for him.
Putting the now impaled piece of wood to the side, a painful reminder of what might happen to him if he were to mess up. He took his next steps forward with restraint, being wary to not step on any more pressure plates that might be placed there. His legs creaking over loose stones or sticks that might have fallen there, he did have a close call, as while he took a larger step he almost lost his balance. He held his breath and adjusted his center of weight as he reached the stairs to the larger room holding the idol. Stepping over to the side of them so as to not trigger any traps on them, he jumped forward.
The idol now in a larger view, he went further, being careful about where he stepped. Now nearing the statue, which appeared to depict a smiling or grinning man with a large head and long hair, he wondered what he might do to retrieve it. Fearing that the pedestal it rested on might be trapped as well, he thought of his next course of action. Rubbing his hand along his chin, he retrieved a small bundle of sand from his sack, feeling for his weight. Deciding if this bundle of sand had the same weight as the statue of gold, he opened it up and took a handful of it out as he dumped it along the ground, the grains falling out his palm like water.
Naruto held the bag of sand and the idol in reach ready to swap their places within a moment's time. This required precision, and delicacy, for if he messed up now there was no telling what traps he might set off now. His fingers twitched with anticipation.
With one fluid motion, placing the bag of sand on the pedestal, as he held the golden idol now within his grasp.
Naruto waited a few seconds for something to happen, as he let out a breath, and he nursed the sweat upon his head under his hat. He had done it; he had claimed the golden idol he sought after. But, as Naruto turned to walk away, something stopped him, as he then heard the pedestal lower, the weight being off by just a few grams, as the room started to collapse around him.
"Ah, shit!" Naruto said as stone rubble started to rain from the ceiling as if the very temple he was standing in was about to fall apart.
So Naruto did the only thing he could do, he ran.
Running back the way he came, not as careful for the booby traps this time, as arrows flew past him, volleys of which were at his back by only a few inches. He found his second obstacle, as a large pit was in front of him, and there were no nearby vines for him to swing on. If only he had something like a fashioned whip in his sack so he could use it to swing across—but it seemed that only happened in the movies. As he could see a door was lowering on the other side, one that would surely trap him in there with his death.
"Well here goes nothing," the blonde said.
Not one to waste any time, he did the only thing he could do given the circumstances, as he threw the idol towards the other side, and prepared himself, leaping as far as he could to try and close the distance.
Unfortunately, it seemed his jump was not far enough, as he was left dangling as he tried to push himself upward, using a majority of his upper body strength to do so. If he fell now, it would spell his doom, as even though he couldn't see it he could feel the nearly 100-meter fall, likely to a floor of spikes with his luck. He tried to push himself upward and he found a small stepping stone, although even that gave way under the pressure, as he nearly lost his grip in the process.
Luckily, as if the gods were smiling at him, he saw a vine within arm's distance.
'Thank Kami!' he nearly shouted within his mind. He grabbed onto the vine, but even that started to give way.
Right, he should have expected with his luck, as it seemed the vine was old, and long dead as it was a swift movement away from snapping entirely, as he saw the door in front of his was lowered halfway, and there was no way it was stopping. So he forced himself carefully up with the decayed vine in his hands, trying not to let it slip so he plummeted down to the abyss. Pulling himself up with all his effort, he quickly retrieved the golden idol, as he rolled towards the closing door, which was inches away from closing on him.
Naruto was left a small moment of reprieve as he caught his breath, witnessing the rotted skeletons of the visitors who had previously tried obtaining the golden idol, as he was thankful he hadn't turned out like the same two unfortunate souls.
As he walked into a cavern, thinking the worst was already upon him, he let a sigh of relief escape his mouth. Before Naruto heard a loud rumble sound around him, he turned to wonder what exactly the sound was.
"The fuck is that!" He couldn't help but yell, as right behind him was a large, perfectly spherical boulder that was rolling down the sides of the cave right at him.
And so the blonde did the only thing he could do, he ran. The boulder followed right behind him as it demolished everything in its way, the cave almost a perfectly constructed pathway for the rock to slide down, as Naruto saw no other exit but forward to help him. If he slowed down for even a second he would be left a crimson smear on the cavern floor.
Just then Naruto saw the exit in his sight, a small tunnel out of the temple on the side that was just big enough for a single person, not large enough for the boulder following him. Forcing himself to run even further, Naruto pushed his legs to their limit, as he sprinted, jumping at the last second as he heard the boulder right behind him. Uncaring, Naruto jumped into an entire wall of cobwebs that covered his whole body, as he made it out of the temple, towards sweet-sweet relief.
Landing in the surrounding jungle, Naruto never felt so grateful for seeing dirt so close to his face, as he landed among the sticks and stones. His finger twitched, as he felt a wetness reach his hand. Just then Naruto looked to see a lake right in front of him, which could be useful, seeing as how he needed to wash himself from all the dirt and grime on his body.
Naruto took a moment to compose himself after his brush with death, as he stood up, happy that he had managed to find the golden idol he had searched for, now within his grasp.
"Sssssss~"
It was then the blonde heard a hissing noise from his back, he turned to find its origin. He was left face to face with a large red boa constrictor, one that was over 20 feet in length.
"Uh… Hi?" He said as it flicked its tongue at him, hissing as if trying to size him up for dinner. Naruto held his hand up in surrender, trying not to provoke the snake, he had already had enough near-death experiences that day for one more.
"Now look, you don't have to do this—" he tried to reason, but it didn't listen.
The snake shot right for him, he accidentally dropped the idol as the snake latched onto his body, knocking him straight into the lake at his back with its force. As Naruto was sent into the water, the snake coiled around his body, restricting his movement. He tried to use his hands to break himself free, trying to loosen the snake's grip, but it was to no avail, as the snake tightened around him. He was left unable to swim up with the snake upon him.
His breath was starting to leave him, as even when he tried to shout only bubbles left out of his mouth. Water seeped into his lungs, and he felt himself drowning as he was pulled under the water even further.
He felt himself falling…
He felt himself falling…
Falling…
Falling…
XXX
Naruto felt himself awaken within a startle, as he felt himself fade within his dream, his breath was ragged as he yearned for air, the sun shining brightly into his eyes. The dream had felt so lifelike, so real. Even now, he found it hard to gasp for air as he greedily took it into his lungs.
"Ahhh~" He heard a feminine moan at that moment, as Naruto realized why breathing felt so hard.
It was at that moment that Naruto paid attention to his surroundings, as besides seeing his normal bedroom ceiling, a face was visible, as they held him closely. As Naruto got a faceful of red hair, and he was left to witness a beautiful woman within his vision, with a nice heart-shaped face, and pink lips, she was close enough to where he could even kiss her. She also had a pair of yellow hair clips in her head, which up close coupled with her bangs her hairstyle resembled that of a snake.
Naruto couldn't help but sweatdrop at this sight, having not expected to see this new occupant in his bed that previous night.
"Miia…It's morning. Wake up" Naruto tried to push onto her shoulder, trying to startle her awake.
"Uhhh… Just five more minutes… I mean…" The red-haired girl pouted in her sleep, as she clutched her arms even more tightly onto his neck, as Naruto felt her warmth press onto him. "Just five more degrees, please," she said.
Well, Naruto felt as if half of his dream had come true—the bottom half, as Naruto felt Miia's tail had already wrapped around him.
Yeah, a tail. That was right. This was Miia, a lamia: an Interspecies, half-human, half-snake subspecies that left the person more reptilian than human more often than not. Giving them a completely large snake-like tail in place of their legs. As scales were around their whole lower body, a few reaching up to her head as well, covering part of her cheeks.
But alas, it seemed his pushing onto her didn't help much in the way of waking her, much less talking to her when she was like this.
Naruto looked around the room to try and see if there was anything he could use to help him out in this situation. The blonde saw his usual surroundings, a window with blue curtains, a couple of posters along the walls, a desk with a computer, a dresser and chair, and overall nothing that could really help him out.
But he also saw a small animal off to the other side of the room, it was orange in color, with large ears and black markings around his eyes, as it coiled around its large bushy tail that was quite fluffy when you touched it as he laid within his fox bed.
Naruto called out to the fox, Kurama, his most trusted companion in all his life. He knew he would help him in this situation.
"Pst. Kurama!" Naruto shouted, trying to get his pet's attention, even as Miia's tail coiled around him.
He saw the fox's red-slitted eyes open, as it looked at him, Naruto got slightly excited as he waited for his fox to help him. Only for Kurama to get up, and turn over to the other side, as he went to sleep again. Giving Naruto a 'don't bother me' expression.
"Traitor. You damn fox," he swore from under his breath. As Naruto once again tried to nuzzle Miia awake, it seemed none was working.
"Mmmmm~" the red-haired girl moaned in her sleep, as she yearned for warmth, pushing herself even further into the warm object in her bed, that being Naruto, smothering him even more.
"Miia, it's time to wake up–Mmphf!" He tried to say, but he found himself being nuzzled completely in between the 19-year-old girl's breasts in the morning. A scenario that would have been every guy's dream, of course, had they not been suffocating as he was left unable to breathe from Miia's grip.
'Stop! Miia!' he yelled within his mind, tapping onto her shoulder to get her to let go as if this were a wrestling match.
"Oh Darling, don't be so rough!" Miia said in her sleep, as a large blush adorned her cheeks as he pushed her to no avail.
This was it, he was going to die here. As if reenacting his dream–or perhaps it was a premonition, telling him it was his fate to die by a snake's suffocation. He could feel himself losing oxygen to his brain, his blood cells were screaming out as he tried to breathe, and his fight or flight instincts kicked in. Now, Naruto wasn't one to run away, and he wasn't even sure he could in this situation. So he did the only thing he could, he fought.
Naruto squirmed his body with all his might, reaching around his arms even as he was being coiled even tighter between Miia's constrictor-like tail. He needed to find an opening, he needed to find something—
Grabbing onto the first thing he could find, that being Miia's tail, he used that for leverage to pull himself out. "Ahhh~!" His bedmate shouted as Naruto felt her grip loosen slightly, enough for sweet-sweet relief to enter his lungs.
A heavy blush sported Miia's face, as she looked at him, her bust still pressing onto his forehead. "D-Darling? What're you doing to my tail?" she asked, looking at him.
Naruto gasped, realizing he had found a weak point in Miia's defenses, he would have to keep that in mind later. "That doesn't matter, what the hell are you doing in my bed?!" Naruto yelled, letting go of her. And although there wasn't exactly any malice in his words, he was just relieved he survived the whole ordeal.
As the snake girl blinked. "Huh? Oh, it was cold, and I couldn't warm myself up. So I just figured I'd use you, darling. I'm a poikilotherm after all." She smiled at him.
"Miia, if you need we can get you a space heater in your room or something…" Naruto sighed. That was right, she was mostly snake, so on the cold nights such as this last one she wasn't quite able to regulate her temperature on her own, being partially cold-blooded after all. But still, that didn't excuse the fact she had almost killed him.
"But you're so warm!" Miia whined as she pressed herself into him even more to emphasize her point.
Naruto felt her breasts push up to him, this time not while he was dying, and for the first few seconds Naruto felt his mind shut off. 'Soft,' was the only thing his mind could register, as he felt the mix of fat and skin on the girl's chest that all men desired.
That was the scene in which his sister-figure walked in on him. "Hey Ruto, breakfast is ready, so come to the dining room before you have to get ready for school–-" a young girl said, as Mikan Yuuki opened his door, witnessing the scene.
Now, Mikan was a young, petite girl who had brown hair styled in a high ponytail, and golden eyes. As of right now, she wore a pink tank top with a black skirt. Overall she had the appearance of an extremely cute girl, with a sense of independence and reliability that seemed to come off of her as well.
"Oh, sorry, I didn't realize you guys were busy," Mikan said, as she looked at the two of them. "Come on Kurama-chan, let's go get some breakfast~" the girl said happily, patting her knees to get the young fox's attention. Kurama's ears lifted, as he heard the youngest Yuuki's call, He rose from his bed as he then walked with Mikan out the door.
It was then that Naruto realized the situation he was in, as his body was being straddled by the lamia that was Miia. As he could see her in all her glory, The girl wearing what seemed to be a button-up yellow pajama shirt that was heavily unbuttoned, likely in her sleep, showing him nearly her whole cleavage, to the point he could almost see her nipples showing. Her face was red with exertion, and she nearly smothered him.
Miia let go of her hold of him, nearly loosening it completely. "Oh, I want breakfast too!" she said, as she let go of him, being happily excited at the prospect of eating eggs in the morning. Completely forgetting about the state she was in as she left Naruto's room.
"Miia-san, what are you— Wooaaahh!" "Eeeeepp!"
Slap!
Naruto sighed, as he could completely imagine what had happened outside his door. As, likely, Naruto's younger brother figure, Mikan's older blood-related sibling, had a tendency for these types of situations. What probably happened was he groggily walked out of his room, sleepily noticing the state she was in. He then tripped on nothing, and he was sent rocketing forward, landing on Miia's breasts as if it were a landing pad. To which she screamed, and slapped him, so hard that he could have gained a concussion.
At least, that was what he assumed, and it probably wasn't too far from the truth.
Naruto sighed on his now empty bed, as he lay down, wondering just how his crazy life had ended up even crazier, now having a lamia staying with him and his big family to make it even bigger and crazier.
His stomach rumbled as he smelled the aroma of the morning food enter his nostrils, and he too realized he wanted food. Rising from his bed, he decided he was thinking about everything too much. This was his life now, and there wasn't anything he could do to change it, although he would prefer to do with Miia nearly suffocating him to death a bit less.
As he got up, and walked out of the room.
XXX
A few moments later.
The aroma of eggs and bacon permeated the Uzumaki household, as Naruto walked towards the kitchen in only a pair of boxers and a sweatshirt, as he was ready to start his day. Although he couldn't quite shake the feeling that something odd was going to happen that day.
He then walked into the building's kitchen and saw Mikan handling the stove, now wearing a cute frilly pink apron over her outfit while she was cooking. She was the first one he saw that morning and as such he greeted her.
"Hey Mikan, how's the food looking?" he asked.
"Huh? Oh, hey, Ruto. Don't worry, breakfast is almost ready, just the way you like it!" the young girl answered him.
As Naruto smiled at her, "Thanks, you're the best!" he said, ruffling the smaller girl's hair as he did so, much to her ire, as she pouted at him a bit.
"Will you cut that out?" she huffed, not liking what he was doing to her one bit.
"But you look so cute when I'm doing it~!" he said to his sister figure.
She was always cute when she got like that, the two knowing each other for as long as he could remember. The girl's mother, Ringo Yuuki, has been his mother, Kushina Uzumaki's longtime friend. The two being almost inseparable, both being fashion designers in the same work, they were often overseas and very rarely spent time in this country these days. That, coupled with the fact that both of their fathers spent long hours doing their career work as mangaka for the same magazine, they had spent a large portion of their lives together. So much so that his mother decided it would be easier if the Yuuki family moved in with them so they could look out for each other. There was more than enough space in their large home, so it was alot better than getting an apartment within the city, so the decision was a no-brainer.
And so, he would say Mikan and him were pretty close, the girl almost like a sister to him— being an only child and all. She was also the most homely and capable of those in the house, being the one to wash the dishes, do the laundry, and cook the meals for those in the household, although he tried to give her a helping hand when he was able to from time to time.
Mikan swatted his hand away from her, as she gave him a flat look. Before she was reminded of something, "Oh, and by the way, you have a visitor," she told him, Naruto wondered who exactly she was referring to, as she pointed him to the dining room.
Naruto walked into the room, as he saw Miia had made her way to the dinner table after leaving his bedroom. Her on Kurama, as the fox was resting on a nearby chair as well. But his eyes were directed towards another figure, one that immediately caught his attention.
He caught sight of a pale woman off to the side of the room, she had black eyes and hair that was parted around her face. She wore a white dress shirt with a black tie, a black blazer, and a matching professional skirt, pantyhose, and heels. She also had a pair of sunglasses on her face, complementing her dark appearance. Overall she had the appearance of a standard Government worker, although the pencil skirt and pair of pantyhose that she wore did well to show off her legs, giving her a sexy look about her as well. She looked at him, sitting at one of the chairs at the dinner table, a cup of coffee in her hand.
"Good Morning, Naruto Uzumaki. Surely you haven't forgotten about me, right? After all, I am your cultural exchange coordinator!" she spoke to him, fixing her glasses as she gave him a serious expression.
Naruto knew who she was, but that wasn't why he was a little surprised to see her. "Yeah, but what the hell are you doing here?" he asked her.
"Why? For breakfast of course," she answered him with a deadpan as if it were obvious.
"No, you aren't, you can't stay with us," Naruto told her flatly, much to the woman's disappointment.
Mrs. Smith frowned, "Oh, but it's not everywhere I can get this good, especially one made by such a cute little girl who will make me this good of a coffee," she said, as she took a sip of the brew Mikan had prepared her.
"Even so, I'm not gonna just let you mooch off of us!" Naruto said resolutely.
"Well, I'm not just here to mooch off of you…" Mrs. Smith said, as she then rested her head on her knuckle, crossing her legs as if to intimidate him. "I'm also here to make sure you're not engaging in any prohibited matters," she told him. Naruto was reminded of what the government woman was referring to.
Interspecies, species that weren't quite human and weren't quite animal either, many people would table them monsters. They were beings that had largely remained in secret and mystery, only legends telling of their tales. However, a few years ago it was decided that instead of hiding their existence, their existence would be announced publicly to the world by the Japanese Government. The reason is that it was decided that we could benefit from a peaceful co-existence between these humanoid species.
Thus the 'Cultural Exchange Between Species Bill' was ratified—terrible name. Which was a bill signed to slowly integrate members of these interspecies into their society via delegates being sent into the human world within several host families. Which seemed to be a huge success as it allowed various species to be able to integrate into human society.
"Need I remind you, that even if Miia is a beautiful young woman, she is strictly forbidden from you harming or touching her!" she enphasized.
Right, that was Mrs. Smith's job, she was a member of the Cultural Exchange Security Squad, a task force specifically made to aid in stopping hostile relations between monsters and humans in their society. Kuroka Smith was particularly put on assignments that helped her monitor and find new host families for various interspecies to stay with. Unfortunately, some of these homes had the tendency to take advantage of their interspecies tenants given their more naive nature when it came to human society. In the worst cases, this would involve the host member sexually assaulting their interspecies guest during their stay with them, which is what Mrs. Smith aimed to prevent.
"Yeah, well why don't you tell Miia that," Naruto sighed. He knew what she was getting at, given Miia's more naive nature when it came to her nudity— even if she knew what she was doing when it came to matters of sexual reproduction. If he were to take into Miia's demands, taking her innocence, it would become a whole diplomatic issue, something they all hoped to avoid.
Mrs. Smith only looked at him sternly, taking off her glasses off as he saw her black eyes gaze into him. "Well, don't tell me you weren't at least tempted. Isn't it every young teen's dream to have a nice, attractive, older girl living with them? Tell me you haven't at least thought about it. Sure she's half-snake. But she's got a nice figure, ample breasts, and good looks in general. Not to mention she's completely taken by you."
Naruto was reminded of the times Miia had come onto him, which that morning wasn't the first time. And he had to admit, she was rather attractive. He was reminded of the way her boobs felt against him, and how he felt as she pressed her body near him. A small dusting formed around his cheeks as he did so. But he pushed those feelings to the side, as he realized her words were getting to him.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Naruto told her, although he wasn't really convincing either of them.
"Mhmmm…" Mrs. Smith hummed, not buying it for a second.
It was then that Miia seemed to notice him, "Oh? Darling! You're finally here!" She shouted as she used her snake-like speed to rush at him and envelope him in her embrace, pulling her into him as he felt her breasts press against him once again. "Hey, what were you two talking about?" she said, eyeing the government worker with a look of defiance as she held her most precious possession against her in jealousy. She wouldn't let anyone lay her hands on Naruto. He was hers.
Wrapping her arms around his neck, Naruto was reminded of Mrs. Smith's words to him, as a blush formed across his cheeks again.
Luckily, it seemed the government worker was able to recover for the two of them. "Oh, we were just talking about the law a bit, particularly your two's relationship with it," she expertly answered, recovering and concealing from any intimidation factor she was trying to give him. As she looked at the situation Naruto was in, 'quite the trouble he's got here,' she thought, she almost pitied him, almost.
"Well, we don't have to worry about that, darling! My love can overcome any obstacle or law we have in our way!" Miia said, nursing her cheek against his as she smiled happily.
Naruto sighed, "Need I remind you, you're three years older than me, some people won't exactly agree with that." Not to mention if he even so much as toucher her inappropriately he could end up in jail, or worse, executed.
"Oh, those are just details," Miia waved him off. "I can show you all it means to be in the adult world… if you want~," she said, circling his chest in a flirty manner.
"Moving on," Naruto said, as he said as he pushed Miia off of him to get a bit more space. "Why come to me for all this? Wasn't it my mom who signed up to become an interspecies host? She's away right now with auntie Ringo, so you'll have to talk to her if there are any problems," he told her, trying to get the woman off his back.
"But there are many problems…" She told him, denoting a very serious manner. "I've got a bunch of paperwork back at the office, and I'd rather ignore it."
Naruto sweat dropped, at her rather lackadaisical reply. So he did the only thing he could to get her to leave, as he took a deep breath, and said. "Why don't you get out…"
"But I—" "Up!"
"But my—" "Bup!"
"But you—" "Dup!"
Naruto said as he interrupted her anytime she tried to speak.
Mrs. Smith huffed. "Fine then, I've got to go anyway… And here I thought this place was a temple in the past, but it seems you don't give refuge to the lost as the monks did," she said, as she began to leave. Before she gave him one final remark in her parting. "Be sure to keep it in your pants, okay?" she said fixing her sunglasses, as she parted the room, leaving the residence entirely.
"Well then now that the two of us are alone now…" Miia said in a sexy voice, using the opportunity to get some much-needed alone time with her beloved as if she didn't have enough already.
"Hey everyone, breakfast is ready!" Mikan's voice went through the whole household, gaining Miia's attention entirely. "Rito?"
As a new person entered the room, he walked in groggily, barely paying attention to his surroundings as he entered.
They saw a young teen around his age with spiky brown hair and golden eyes, much like Mikan's if he were to add. He was dressed in casual wear, that being a pair of comfortable pants and a graphic T-shirt as well. Overall, he appeared to look rather average, as he didn't have too much going for him, in looks or height. He also noticed he had a pretty large bruise on his left cheek, that was unusually red, and the shape of Miia's tail.
This was Rito Yuuki, the sibling of Mikan Yuuki.
"Naruto! Do you mind setting the table?" Mikan asked from the other room.
"S-Sure," Naruto stated, still a little shaken about what had happened just then, as he did what the girl had asked of him.
He then saw Miia's attention had turned fully towards the sleeping fox on one of the chairs, as she had crept towards him, slowly, as if stalking him like she were a predator. She stood over him, raising her arms as she tried to catch him. As Miia swiped down, ready to pounce on her prey.
"You're mine!" she yelled.
Unfortunately, it seemed her target had caught this, as Kurama instantly heard the movement, rising from his slumber as he jumped faster than the snake-girl could swipe down.
"Grrrrr…" Kurama growled. Jumping upon the table the fox raised his hind legs into a combat stance, ready to pounce on the lamia with all its might if given the opportunity. Nearly scaring Rito in the process since he hadn't been expecting such quick movement near him.
To which Miia gave him a firm glare in return. "Don't be like that! Hssssss!" she hissed at him, to which the fox growled again.
"Grrrr…" the fox growled again.
"Kurama-chan, why don't you calm down a little," Mikan's voice told him, as she walked into the room, holding a tray of bacon in one hand, as with the other she used to nurse the angered fox from his crusade. Ruffling around his ears as she did so, the fox leaned into her touch, and he then purred. Miia looked at the scenario in slight jealousy, to which Kurama gave her a light glare amidst Mikan's messages. "Miia-san just wants to pet you, I wish you two would just get along!" She told the fox, but he didn't listen.
"Yeah, I don't think that's going to happen, foxes and snakes don't seem to like each other very much," Rito muttered to himself, looking between the two, the two glaring at one another.
Naruto merely sighed, he supposed this was the craziness of his life now. As he got the table ready, they began to eat their meal.
XXX
On the way to school.
With their breakfast now out of the way, the two high school students got ready for their classes, both now wearing their respective school uniforms. That being a yellow blazer over a white button-up shirt and teal tie with a pair of plaid pants and dress shoes. Naruto elected to wear his blazer unbuttoned, as he went without a tie, which gave him a bit of a delinquent appearance coupled with his spiked blonde hair.
Naruto had left Miia at the Uzumaki household since she couldn't go out in public without a member of their host family escorting her, something he wouldn't be able to do with his school duties, leaving her alone in the house all to herself.
As Naruto and Rito walked side by side along the sidewalk on the streets of Sainan Town, the blonde's bag slung over his shoulder as he walked, Naruto's pet fox on his opposite shoulder as he balanced himself as he traversed. The blonde noticed that his brown-haired companion was paying an unusual amount of attention to the way they were walking as if expecting something.
"Hey Rito, what are you looking for?" Naruto asked him rather lackadaisically, although he could already guess what the boy was keeping an eye out for.
Rito was then brought out of his focus at the sound of Naruto's voice lifting him from his trance. "Huh? What—? Oh… yeah, I was just looking out for— cracks! Yeah, cracks in the road, I wouldn't want to trip and fall on the sidewalk after all!" the male Yuuki answered, trying to cover up the dream-like state he was in, not willing to tell the real reason.
"Right…" Naruto said, looking at him with only one eye open as he walked, not buying his lie for a second. "And you're not looking forward to seeing Haruna before school today, are you?"
To which the brown-haired boy blushed at being called out like that, Naruto fully seeing through him at the fact he was a little excited at the prospect of seeing his crush early in the morning.
"W-What?! No! Of course I wasn't!" He tried to deny it, but even Kurama could see Naruto had caught him.
Naruto sighed. "You know, you should just go and confess to her already," he told him, already knowing his pseudo-brother's feelings on the matter. "The worst she can say is no."
"Like what happened between you and Sakura?" Rito said, his mouth moving faster than his brain could think. "Sorry," he quickly apologized.
"Ouch!" Naruto said, frowning a little being reminded of his own past rejections. Before he quickly cheered himself up, "What happened with me and Sakura is fine. And besides, she likes Sasuke and they're dating now so it all worked out, but that's beside the point. Look dude, you've liked this girl for like… forever, so why not just ask her out?" He brought them back to the main subject again.
"Yeah, but what if she does say no?" Rito said as if it were the end of the world for him.
"But what if she doesn't? Look dude, there is a high possibility that she'll say yes, so why not just go for it?" Naruto encouraged, the three had been friends for a while now, and he saw how the young boy had acted around her, Haruna was a nice girl, and even if Rito ended up in pervy situations like he did he was sure the girl would understand the circumstances. Not to mention, he could see how Haruna acted around Rito, and he was sure the girl liked him as well.
But even still the Yuuki was unsure. "I don't know man…"
"Yip!" Kurama yipped, sounding out that his nose had caught something.
As Naruto and Rito looked forward, they saw the girl they had been referring to right in front of them.
Haruna Sairenji was a girl with short, blue hair and purple eyes. She wore the standard Sainan High uniform, that being a yellow vest over a white shirt and a teal bow tie, as she added a red hairpin in her hair and black stockings. She also wore the standard green plaid skirt, something which all the girls wore in their school. Although if he had to comment, he would say the skirt was far too short to cover anything, with there being many times a gust of wind might befall them or when they would go up the stairs that it would reveal their colored panties to the whole world. Overall, Haruna had quite the cute schoolgirl look to her, with an innocent face, and a nice pair of legs that also gave her a bit of sex appeal as well.
The three had been friends for some time now, ever since middle school when Naruto had met Haruna when they were in the same class. Naruto had introduced her to Rito, and he could clearly tell his brother had a massive crush on the girl. The three had been close ever since.
Naruto nudged his companion with his elbow, telling him. "Come on, this is your chance to confess to her, don't you want to get a girlfriend?" he said, completely ignoring the fact he was without a girlfriend as well.
But even still Rito was unsure, "I don't know…"
"Hey Haruna, what's up!" Naruto called out to her, completely taking the decision away from him.
Catching the blue-haired girl's attention, she then walked up to them, waving her hand as she greeted them. "Good morning, Yuuki-kun, Naruto-kun… and of course a good morning to you Kurama-kun!" she said, trying to pet the fox on Naruto's shoulder.
"Grrrr…" the fox growled in return, as Haruna pulled her hand back, holding it close to her chest at the fox's movement. She frowned a little, disappointed at the fact the fox had pushed her away so angrily.
"Hey, Haruna, don't worry about it, Kurama does that to everyone, remember?" Naruto told her. There were very few people Kurama actually liked, with the amount being a number he could count on one hand. Mikan was one of them, being one of the people who used to help him take care of him when Kurama was a young kit. There were even times when a young Mikan would hold a bottle of milk for the baby fox, as she held him in her arms wrapped in a blanket for warmth. The other was his mother, who he was half-certain Kurama was scared of.
Rito, seeing his crush's displeasure, was eager to jump into the conversation to try and cheer her up a bit. "Yeah don't worry, the fox doesn't even like Miia, and she lives with us!"
"Oh? She's the exchange student you have, right?... I didn't know you were so close?" Haruna said, an uneasy expression on her face.
Rito nearly froze in his place, having realized he may have given her the wrong idea about them. Luckily, Naruto was able to catch onto them "Not really, but I would say she's closer to me, she doesn't quite like Rito as much," he added, trying to save the unnecessary misunderstanding.
"I see…" Haruna said as she played with her hair a bit to show she wasn't quite comfortable with that fact. She had to think on the matter.
Naruto nudged Rito, if there were a time to tell Haruna about his feelings it would be now before anything crazy happened between them. Rito knew what Naruto was trying to tell him, and so he mustered up the courage, now was the time. As Rito Yuuki stepped forward, he was going to tell Haruna Sairenji he loved her. He was going…
"Hey, Haruna-chan, I wanted to say—" He said, before he tripped, falling straight onto Haruna's breasts as he did so.
"Ahhhhhh!" Haruan screamed, slapping Rito's face as she did so.
Slap.
Naruto merely palmed his face. Right. He should have expected something like this would happen, already knowing Rito wouldn't be able to confess to her for some reason. As he tried to pay attention to why Rito had tripped just then, as he then saw the reason.
A crack. Rito Yuuki slipped on a crack.
As Naruto slapped his face in disappointment once again.
XXX
As Naruto and Rito made their way into their classroom that morning, Rito nursing a rather large hand-print on his cheek that was starting to redden. Naruto realized that was the second time he had been slapped in just a few hours by a girl, he should really try to carry around a few ice packs at this point. Rito walked to his desk, dejected, as he had once again failed to ask out his crush.
"Hey, Saru! Yo!" Naruto waved to one of their classmates, much to his slight irritation at the nickname.
"What's wrong with him," a spiky-haired boy with black eyes said from the seat next to him, Saruyama Kenichi. Rito only sighed, throwing himself into his desk seat, even more dejected at the reminder.
"He tried to ask out Haruna again," Naruto merely answered, which explained it all.
"Damn, she reject him?"
Naruto only laughed, "Yeah no, Rito didn't even get out the words before he tripped at landed on her," he said, still baffled at the fact Rito had tripped over a small crack in the pavement.
"Wow, I should have expected. You're really pathetic aren't you, Rito," Kenichi told him, as Rito merely sunk into his seat. "You're also pretty naive, too. I mean, you can't even imagine Haruna-chan in a swimsuit, much less get her to be your girlfriend."
As Rito's mind wandered, he started thinking of Haruna in a striped two-piece bikini. He could almost imagine her perfect figure, down to her moderate breasts, her perfect naval. Her long legs, her pale and smooth skin as she looked at him on the beach, and a slight blush across her cheeks gave her both a look of sexiness and cuteness.
Rito's head nearly erupted into steam as he thought of it, "Wa! Idiot! What're you saying! You haven't changed a bit, you pervert!" he yelled, probably a little too loudly for the classroom not to notice him.
Naruto and Saruyama both laughed at this, as Rito sunk into his seat before he caused any more attention on himself, though, his face was still bright red at his imagination.
Kenichi leaned back into his seat, sighing. "But still, I'm a little envious, if even half the encounters I have with women end like how Rito ends them then I'd be a happy man!" Saru complained.
"Yeah, well it's not as fun on my end as it seems," Rito said bitterly, thinking of the many times he had fallen onto a woman and she had slapped him senselessly.
"Maybe, but it can't be all bad, you get to touch quite a few sets of knockers as you fall on them," Saruyama argued.
"Yeah, and he also gets to feel the concrete on the ground right after they slap him," Naruto said, grinning a bit.
"Hey, I don't know what you're smiling about, I'm jealous of you too!" Saruyama accused.
Naruto then grew a confused expression, as he said, "Huh? Me? I don't even have a girlfriend." as he pointed at himself.
"Yeah, but you have that super hot college-age student staying at your home! I saw her once when you took her out with you, and she's all over you! Even if she's half snake she's still sexy as hell man, what I wouldn't give to be in your position."
"Yeah, still, it's not easy to be suffocated nearly every morning," Naruto said, sighing at his friend's perverseness.
"Bro, I'd take being stepped on too if it meant I could see a fine woman like her every morning!" The boy said back, as the two of them looked like him.
"Gross," they both said at the same time.
Kenichi scoffed, "Whatever, you don't know how hard it is trying to get girls when you have the school's most handsome guy in your class!" he complained.
"Thank you!" Naruto said, smiling at the compliment.
"I didn't mean you, you idiot!" Saruyama told him.
Just then, a new figure entered the classroom, this made many of the girls in the class turn to see who it was, as they all practically had hearts in his eyes.
In stepped a male with black hair and eyes, a handsome face, and pale skin that gave him the look of a traditional Japanese male beauty. He wore the standard Sainan High white button-up and pants with a tie, although he neglected to wear the yellow blazer, which gave him a bit of a rebellious "cool guy" look to many of the women in the school.
This was Sasuke Uchiha, Naruto's longtime friend, and rival that he had known since elementary school.
At his side was his girlfriend, a girl with fair skin, pink hair, and beautiful emerald green eyes that drew notice from her larger-than-average forehead—not that you could comment as such without receiving a punch to the face for your trouble. She wore the traditional uniform with the sweater vest and plaid skirt respectively. However, she did add one addition to the ensemble, that being a pair of black shorts she wore that peeked and just showed themselves under her dress. The only reason she wore them was because of the fact there were quite a few notorious perverts at the school whom she had no preference to be the object of desire of.
This was Sakura Haruno. She was also the girl Naruto had previously had a crush on in middle school before she had been dating Sasuke. The three had been friends since elementary school, and Naruto had confessed to her— to which she gently turned him down. A few years later Sakura and Sasuke started dating, and he approved of them seeing as how he still wanted to keep their strong friendship. These days he couldn't be happier for the two.
The couple walked up to them, the male giving Naruto a quick fist bump as he walked up to his best friend.
"Sup losers, what were you guys talking about," Sasuke said, raising his fist.
Naruto returned the gesture, giving him a fist in return, as he said, "We were just talking about who the most handsome guy in school is, Teme."
"Well then, obviously it's me," Sasuke smirked, knowing he was the best-looking in the class.
"As if!" Naruto snorted.
To which Saruyama agreed, "No, it's not you either," he told him.
"Well then who is it then?" Naruto said, getting slightly annoyed at all this mystery.
"Well, obviously the most handsome guy in the school is… HIM!" Saruyama shouted, pointing dramatically to the schoolroom entrance.
All of them turned, only for them to be met with… nothing.
"I don't get it, there's nothing there," Naruto deadpanned.
"Yeah, I was really hoping he would show up then. Would have made it more dramatic, y'know," Saruyama shrugged, his big reveal having been entirely ruined.
"I think he means Sensei," Sakura pointed out, as if on queue, a new figure arrived on the scene.
Entering the classroom, they were met with another familiar dark-haired individual with black eyes, much like Sasuke, as the only difference between them was the tear troughs running down his face, giving him a more distinct mature look as an individual, and separating him from his younger brother. He dressed in a traditional white button-up shirt and black slacks as his teacher's uniform.
This was Itachi Uchiha, Sasuke's older brother, and despite his young age, being only 21, he was a genius when it came to academics, and as such he got his teaching license rather early. The man devoting himself to helping the younger generation. He was rather handsome, and as such the female population of the school flocked to him like a fly to honey.
"Hn," Sasuke gave the usual Uchiha response.
Sakura smirked at him, rubbing his cheek a little, "Oh don't worry, you're still the most handsome guy for me," she said, trying to cheer up her boyfriend a little.
"Hn," Sasuke said once again, this time trying to hide his embarrassment at the fact he needed to be cheered up by his girlfriend.
Their teacher reached the chalkboard, writing on the board as he did so. "Alright then, class, it's time to talk Mathematics," Itachi stated, as everyone groaned, this wasn't even a math class.
"Ow! The fuck!" Naruto shouted, being the only one to get hit by a thrown piece of chalk courtesy of their teacher.
"Naruto-kun, pay attention!" Itachi stated plainly, already knowing he had lost the blonde's focus.
"But I wasn't—Ahh!" Naruto tried to argue, but he received a piece of chalk to the forehead in return.
"Mind your language, too!" Itachi said monotonously.
XXX
At lunch, they all met up at the rooftop, Naruto nursing his bruised forehead from Itachi's marksmen-level sniper shots.
"Ah, Well this sucks!" he said, he didn't understand why Itachi always singled him out specifically, it was strange, but their sensei, Sasuke's older brother, always seemed to have it out for him. He didn't know why, although he knew that the man was a cool guy, he had even shown him and Sasuke a few moves when it came to fighting. But it seemed there wasn't a moment's time he didn't have a line of chalk to throw at him, he went threw an entire box nearly every week just for ammo.
"You know if you actually paid attention to his lectures…" Sakura reprimanded.
As Naruto huffed, "Oh, please. I know I'm not the only one who doesn't bother to pay attention to all his classes. Look at Saru over there. He's always got his sick perversions on his mind, why does sensei always pay attention to me instead!" he complained, pointing to the student as he was munching on a sandwich.
"Hey man, I've mastered the ability to look like I'm focused on the teacher as I think about my sick perversions, thank you very much," Saru said, still chewing on his lunch.
"Gross," Sakura spat, but the student just shrugged, not being bothered by Sakura's dislike for perverts.
"You know what this calls for? Some Ramen!" Naruto said excitedly, as he dug into his bag, pulling out a sealed container a few seconds later. "Man, I swear Rito, you're sister is a miracle worker when it comes to the stuff!" he said, marveling at the fact that the broth was still warm.
"Huh? Oh yeah, Mikan is a pretty good cook," Rito said, not really paying attention as he ate his own meal his sister had prepared for him.
"Kurama, come here boy!" Naruto yelled out, as the fox then appeared on the rooftop. Having been resting on a tree on the school grounds, he then climbed up on the gutter to reach them. "There you go," his owner said, as he threw Kurama a piece of meat Mikan had wrapped for him.
"Hn, you know Kotegawa's not gonna like it that you brought Kurama here," Sasuke pointed out, she had a habit of showing up at the most undesirable times when it came to Naruto. Being a person who lectured him nearly every day for his constant breaches of school conduct.
"Oh please, Yui won't be able to stop me. Plus, it's not like I brought him here, he just decided to come, nothing I can do about it," Naruto waved his friend off, so what if the head of the disciplinary committee showed up, he would be able to handle it.
"Alright, I've decided!" Rito said unceremoniously, shouting to nearly the entire school as he resolved himself. Each of the students began to look at him, to which the boy realized he had spoken out loud.
"Huh? You decided what?" Saruyama said, still eating, he was also watching the girls who were in the gym outside from the rooftop, admiring their beauty.
"Well, I... uh…" Rito said, blushing a little, as he thought of what he was going to do that day.
"I know, he decided to ask out Haruna again!" Naruto said putting a fist to his palm, as Rito blushed even more, confirming his suspicions.
"Hn, so that's what you were thinking so much about?" Sasuke said, not that he cared one way or the other for Rito's romantic life.
"Well I for one think it's sweet," Sakura stated, she always liked romance stories, it reminded her of her own romance with her boyfriend.
Rito rubbed the back of his head from the encouragement, "Oh, I… Uh, thank you!"
"Yeah, good luck man, I'm sure you'll get it!" Naruto said, giving him a thumbs up. "Already have some fireworks in my backpack to celebrate."
"Since when do you carry fireworks in your bag? Where did you even get them?" Sasuke pointed out, completely ignoring the numerous safety and health code violations Naruto would be breaking by having explosives on the school grounds.
"Duh, you know how crazy my mom is, she has connections. Do the math," Naruto said as if it were obvious. Sakura and Rito looked at the bag, wondering what kind of evil monstrosity was in there. Deciding to ignore that thought for fear of their heads hurting, luckily, their other perverted friend brought them back to their earlier conversation.
"Oh please, you know he won't be able to do it!" Saruyama said plainly.
"Hey man, why the hate?" Naruto asked.
But the boy only shook his head, "No reason, I just think he won't be able to get a girlfriend. I mean, it's not right, not until I get a girlfriend at least!"
"Bastard, I'm sure I can do it this time!" Rito responded. Already determined to give it his best. He was going to do this.
Their conversation ended as another voice made its presence known, "Uzumaki-san! How many times have I told you not to bring your fox around here?"
A girl with waist-length, dark hair, and brown eyes entered the school rooftop. She had the standard Sainan High uniform, although that did nothing to hide her amazing figure. With large breasts and wide hips, something she was severely embarrassed about yet wouldn't admit to seeing as how she was the head of the school disciplinary committee.
This was Yui Kotegawa, the infamous male-hating student that would stop at nothing to protect the chastity of all the female students in the academy. She was also the number one Naruto Uzumaki hater as she always seemed to have a bone to pick with the blonde. Getting on him for his blonde hair, the presence of his pet fox, or his constant pranks that did nothing to keep the peace.
"Here we go again…" Naruto sighed, already knowing where this was going, as Kurama nursed himself on his lap, his meal already done as he had a new problem to deal with for the rest of his lunch period. "Look Yui, I told you, Kurama is pretty civilized," he stated.
"Yeah, well I'm not buying it! And don't refer to me like we're friends!" Yui snapped, not liking the way he referred to her so casually. As the dark-haired girl walked towards the fox. "How many times have I told you, pets are not to be permitted on the premises unless you have express permission to do so!"
"Yeah, but he's my support dog," Naruto said plainly. Trying to get the black-haired girl off his back already, but it didn't seem to be working.
"I highly doubt that!" Yui argued as she reached for the fox in Naruto's lap. "It's not every day you see an orange fur and— ow!" she said, as her hand was slapped away quickly courtesy of Kurama's tail, the fox glaring at the girl.
"I thought you said he was civilized?!" Yui yelled, nursing the hand that had just been struck.
"He is!" Naruto reiterated. "If he wasn't he would have used his claws."
"Be that as it may…" Yui said, trying to regain her composure, although they could all see her eye twitching.
"This ought to be good," Sasuke said from under his breath.
"I cannot let a Fox remain on school grounds!" Yui said as Kurama growled. That did not stop her, as she lunged to grab the fox. To her credit, she was actually brave enough to tangle with the fox, even at the risk of her biting her.
"Come here you little—!" she tried to say, before Kurama jumped towards her, grabbing onto the girl's skirt with his teeth as he dodged her. This caused Yui's skirt to fall down, leaving all of the men there with heavy blushes.
Sasuke's eyes were quickly covered by his girlfriend's hands, and Rito and Saruyama's noses each rocketed quickly from a nosebleed, too shocked at the new sensation they had just witnessed.
As for Naruto? He quickly caught sight of the girl's distinct, beautiful panties.
"So yellow," was all Naruto could say.
As Yui screamed.
XXX
"Ouch!" Naruto said, as even as even as the school day was almost over he was still nursing the hand-shaped red bruise on his cheek, he could still feel the slap as if it was happening. "I don't know why Yui only slapped me," he complained, noticing that Rito didn't have a similar hand-shaped mark on his face.
"Maybe it was because you commented on the color of her underwear," Rito said, blushing at the memory of it. Even if he wasn't interested in Yui romantically, he was still a teen, and when he saw a girl in such a state, well… his ears started to leak a bit of steam at the memory.
"Man, and what a glorious sight it was…" Saruyama commented, already having burned the image into his memory. Before Saruyama pointed something out that perplexed him. "I don't know why you didn't try to dodge her as she hit you"
"Oh, no, you can't do that!" Naruto said, shaking his head in fear at even the thought of considering it.
Which only confused Saru even more. "Huh? And why not?"
As Naruto began to shake in fear of the prospect, "Because, if you dodge, they'll only hit harder the second time!"
A chill ran down Rito's spine as well from his own experience being hit by women. "It's true, if you dodge, you're screwed." Although he was happy for the distraction, for fear of his nose bleeding again.
Naruto nodded, remembering the times he had tried to dodge his mother's, Sakura's, or even Mikan's blows when they were powered with righteous female energy.
"Okay… good to know…" Saruyama noted as he saw the two males shivering. "Well, I'm going to go, let me know how big of a failure your confession will become!" he said, as he waved his goodbye, going to his home as he did so, wanting to know how Rito's confession would turn out that night.
The two males walked out of the school through the courtyard, the only way to leave the school, Naruto paused as he turned around. "Well then, there she is, good luck buddy," the blonde told him, as he forced Rito to turn around. Getting the man to become face to face with his longtime crush who was walking towards them, a book in hand as she was completely immersed in her reading. It was odd, even as she was within the crowd her good looks seemed to stand out, as Rito's heart started thumping as he stood in the way of the school exit that everyone was walking towards.
Silently Naruto gave the boy some space, deciding to gain a better viewing point by the gate of the school. Which was good, if the confession went well he could congratulate them both, or if it turned terrible he could be there to help the boy out.
As Rito looked at her all he could think of was his feelings for her as she came by, the words he was going to say. Naruto was counting on him to pull through, to confess his feelings and to not chicken out. Even as he was standing there silently he could feel his palms start to sweat. Since he first saw her she made him feel like this, it had always been this way, and he would always feel these feelings when he gazed upon her.
He was going to say it… he was going to admit his feelings.
Rito took a deep breath, stepping forward, as he spoke up. "Haruna I—" Rito was stopped as he was inexplicably hit by a piece of metal that had fallen from the sky. Knocking him into a nearby bush and completely interrupting his confession.
Haruna looked up from her book, seeing nothing.
"Huh? Was it just me… or did someone call my name just now?" she questioned, confused, but it seemed it was only her imagination. As the blue-haired girl walked away leaving to head home, Rito had failed another confession.
Naruto walked out from his hiding place as he did so, nearing the bush Rito had fallen into."Wow! Two failed confessions in a row, who would have thought!" He said in amazement, who would have thought one could screw up so badly twice in one day.
"W-what… owww… What hit me?!" Rito said as he collapsed in the bush completely, a large bump on his forehead.
The blonde looked around, seeing a strange object nearby, "Huh, not sure, looks like some sort of metal." It was a small object all things considered, about the size of a golfball that was metallic in nature. The fact that it had fallen out of the sky like that was strange, almost as if it had fallen from an alien spaceship or something. But that idea was laughable since alien's didn't exist after all.
Rito groaned again, "Why does Kami hate me!" he shouted to the world.
A strange occurrence indeed.
…and life was only going to get crazier.
End Chapter.
An: Alright, hello, and thank you for reading this fic, it would mean a lot to have all of your support as we move forward.
Moving on from that, this was an idea I and a friend of mine had a while ago, and chatting about it he was adamant it should be something I should do. TLR and Musume were stories I didn't exactly read but as soon as I did I found a bit of enjoyment in them, as well as inspiration, this chapter I typed out in under a week, something that might usually take a lot longer, and its thanks to that friends help that it was made possible.
This is just the start of course, with this chapter actually being split into two seeing as how my original Pilot was about 18k words without any author's notes, I felt this was too much and split the chapter (Sorry for those enjoying this).
With a few things already changed and they are bound to get even crazier as time goes on.
I know I already have a few different arcs in mind, some originally and some from the To-love Ru or Monster Musume mangas.
Atm I haven't finished either source material, but it was this same friend of mine that answered all my questions on details to help me gauge how to write this story.
This being more lighthearted than my other stories, with a focus on characters and their interactions rather than plot.
This story will also be a Multi-pairing, with characters not only from TLR but Musume like we see, Feel free to suggest who you want added and why and I might listen.
Next part has a certain pink-haired princess show up in the story, so look forward to that.
Next week I'll update my Bleach fic 'The Protector', so please look forward to that, then I'll give the next chapter of this as well.
Take care.
Please Leave me lots and lots of NICE reviews.

Chapter 2- Space Invaders Part 2
"W-what… owww… What hit me?!" Rito said as he collapsed in the bush completely, a large bump on his forehead.

XXX
Naruto and Rito made their way home, to the Uzumaki household which stood at the edge of the city. It was a large, traditional Japanese-style building that used to be a sacred temple before Naruto's great Aunt, Mito Uzumaki had passed away. Kushina inherited the residence, as it had been turned into a rather spacious and hospitable home with many empty rooms that gave space for several occupants to live there. Before inheriting the temple Kushina had been neighbors with Ringo Yuuki, and to fill the space since both their mothers were close Kushina had asked her and her family to move in with them. That had been several years ago, with many of the rooms, still not being filled to this day. Part of the reason Kushina had even requested to become an interspecies host was because they had more than enough space to fill. Getting such 'a cute and beautiful red-haired girl' in the deal was just a bonus, in Kushina's words.
As two returned to their home, walking through the front door, a familiar red haired lamia was there to greet the blonde as he stepped in.
"Darling! I'm so glad you returned, I've been so lonely since you left, it felt like an eternity!" Miia said solemnly, although she was extremely excited that he had returned. As once Naruto made it through he doorway she lunged at Naruto with all her speed. Naruto was barely able to keep himself upright as he was met with such force, using his arms to catch the wild lamia so as not to fall over.
"Miia, I just left this morning, I wasn't even gone for that long, not even half a day," he told her.
She didn't see it that way. "That's long enough! I hate it when you go off to your school! I don't ever want you to return there again! Why can't you and I just get married already? Then we can run away together and we never have to be apart?" Mia asked, pushing her large bust onto Naruto's chest as she did so. She could imagine it now, her and Naruto in a small apartment as newlyweds, she would cook for him, and as she was cooking she would turn around as Naruto would kiss her and then…
She was blushing at the prospect.
Miia was brought out from said delusions as Naruto pushed her to the side by her shoulders, as he told her. "As much as I don't like school I'm not going to do that, mom wouldn't like the fact that I ran away, and she would just drag me back home again," he told her plainly.
Miia scoffed at that. "Pftt, I doubt she'd do that, and besides, your mom loves me, darling. She'd be happy at the fact we would be getting married. I already have her blessing!"
Naruto sighed again, but he was interrupted by the fact that his other companion "I'm home!" He shouted as he sulked through the door as well.
Mikan stepped into the hallway, to greet them both. "Welcome home you two. Rito, Daddy said he'll be home late again today. And Naruto your dad said he's away on another business trip," she told them both.
"Whatever… "As Rito walked past her, dragging his feet as fictional tears started to pour from his eyes. The brown-haired male walked to his room, and he began to call Saruyama to tell him how everything went.
Mikan grew a confused look on her face, "Huh? What's up with him?" asking her blonde-haired older-brother figure.
"He tried to ask out his crush again and… Er— something impossible happened," he said, not mentioning the fact there was a distinct possibility he had been struck by a piece of a UFO.
Mikan's mouth formed that of an O shape. "Ah, that makes sense." She knew he brother and knew how many times unfortunate events had befallen him. "Well anyways, Naruto, the bath is ready if you want to be the first one to take one," she told him.
"You know, I think I'm willing to take you up on that," he answered her, as he moved to head toward the bath.
"Oh Darling~ I can join you if you want!" Miia said happily following after him.
Naruto put a stop to her immediately, raising his hand as she made her way. "No, I think I'm good," he told her plainly, being fully capable of taking a bath himself.
"But I can help you wash your back and everything!" Miia offered.
"No," Naruto told her once again.
"But I—"
"No!" he told her flatly.
As Miia pouted, "But newlyweds should always share a bath!"
"That's the thing though, we're not newlyweds," Naruto countered, as the snake girl frowned as he left.
Comical tears started to form in Miia's eyes, as she was on the verge of crying. Mikan, seeing this, only sighed, as she walked up to the snake girl, giving her a firm pat on the back.
"There, there."

(With Naruto)
Naruto soaked himself in the water, letting the hot liquid run through his whole body, comforting all of his aching muscles as the hot temperature warmed him up. The steam also did well to help open up his nostrils, letting him breathe in and out easier and overall helping him relax quite a bit.
Leaning his head back, his arms rested on the edge of the bath as he lay down, lost in thought.
He was reminded of Rito's confession, or lack there of in that department. It was pathetic, but in some ways he admired the boy for constantly being able to muster up the courage to admit his feelings— even if it didn't end up turning out well in the end. It seemed like the boy knew exactly who he was and what he wanted.
But Naruto? Well, he was unsure. He was good at athletics, and fighting, but not so much in anything school-related. And had no idea what he wanted to do with his life.
Rito wasn't the only one sure of his emotions and what he wanted.
You know, if he were to ask his resident Lamia what she wanted to do with her life she would probably say something like: 'I want to become your bride and have lots of children.' As she brought her hands to her face in a blush, he could see it now.
But things weren't that simple.
Although don't get him wrong; he liked Miia; really liked her, even if she was a bit forward at times. He just wasn't sure that was really what he wanted at the moment.
Rito's father was a manga artist, working day and night to complete his drawings and update his pieces so as to create the best volumes possible. His father, Minato Namikaze worked with him, being his promoter as he worked with various artists as he spread their works all around the country. He also worked with manga on the side, being a skilled ink artist. As he kept himself very busy with all his work more often than not these days.
Whereas his mother was a fashion designer, the same as Rito's mother, as such they worked overseas a lot. Particularly in America; where the trends were always ahead of their time there.
Overall he didn't see them very much, and he wasn't sure he wanted that life for himself.
He wasn't interested in making manga, and he didn't have any interest in fashion whatsoever. And sure, he wanted to get married someday. But he wasn't sure he actually loved anybody like that currently, not like Rito. Sure he had asked his friend Sakura out one day, but even he didn't know if he had truly been in love with her at the time.
Life was just so complicated.
He also remembered the loose piece of metal that had struck Rito that day, and how he found it so peculiar. He wondered where the object came from, as it seemed to come from the sky itself.
That was a thought, space; and if anything was out there. The galaxy was so big, so giant, yet his problems seemed so small in comparison.
He wondered if there were aliens out there, and if they also had their own problems. Surely they would, and surely they were out there.
Interspecies monsters were a thing on this planet, there was no telling what was out there, and what craziness might occur…
Naruto was so engrossed in his thoughts, that he only barely noticed the slight amount of bubbles begin to form in front of him.
"Huh?" Flicking one eye open.
Poof.
He was left in wonder as a large explosion began to go off in front of him "Woah!"
As Naruto was left completely drenched in water it boiled over, "What the hell just happened!" Was all he could say as he looked in front of him.
"Mmm! Escape successful!" A voice cheered, Naruto witnessing a completely new individual suddenly appearing in the bathtub with him.
As his eyes widened, Naruto saw a beautiful girl right in front of him. She had long hair the color of pink as it went down to her thighs, curling down, as an ahoge was seen at the top of her head. Her eyes were an emerald green; like precious gems that would be worth more than the most priceless riches could afford. Honestly, if it weren't for the fact she had pretty long bangs he would have assumed this was Sakura at first, being reminded of the girl.
Only there was one clear difference that remained obvious to him, as this girl right in front of him was naked, as the day she was born.
Having fair skin, he could see her rather curvaceous figure, with shapely legs, a slim waist, and a perfect navel. Although at the moment what he was paying attention to were her breasts; as they were completely visible to him. Boobs that seemed both perky and large—not like Sakura's all! As he had a perfect view of her nipples, the same shade of her hair that seemed desirable to any man.
Instantly Naruto's eyes widened, as no small blush appeared on his cheeks at the sight. In his panic, he stood up, exposing his own nakedness as he did so.
"Hmm," the stranger hummed, looking at him fully.
"Uhhhh… Hi?" Was all Naruto could say, still shocked by this development.
"Hello!" She said happily, as she perked her head to the side.
Naruto nodded at her; before he spoke calmly. "Yeah, I'm going to scream now… Ahhhhhhh!" He screamed, not being able to comprehend what happened just now.
"What is it darling? Is there an intruder?!" Suddenly Miia came charging in through the bathroom door.
Naruto reacted purely on instinct, as he pushed the girl down into the water. Holding her nose and mouth closed so she didn't accidentally take any liquid within her lungs as he did so. Trying to save himself the trouble of explaining the situation of how a completely naked girl ended up in his bathtub with him.
"What's wrong, Naruto?" Similarly, Mikan rushed into the bathroom as well, wondering what the scream was about.
"Huh? What! Nothing wrong, I just— I slipped! That's right; I almost slipped and hurt myself kind of bad!" Naruto said, still holding the girl down under the water, as he tried to come up with something:
"Right…" Mikan blinked, not sure if she should but such an excuse.
Miia nodded as if it were the simplest explanation ever. "You know darling, if you want I could help you make sure you have someone to lean on so you don't fall again! I could even join you—!" She tried to say, but Naruto shot her down immediately.
"No!" He shouted, too loud for how calmly he tried to present himself. "I mean, I should be fine, you should go now; preferably to your rooms and away from here!" He encouraged.
"Well okay then…" Mikan shrugged, seeing that there was no real danger. Although she wasn't sure if she believed Naruto or not.
"I don't know darling, I could really help!" Miia tried to offer.
"No!…" Naruto shouted before he calmed himself. "I mean, I appreciate the concern, I do. But what I think would help right now is a nice quiet bath in peace. Can you do that for me?" He pleaded, he just wanted them to leave already.
Miia hummed, "Well… okay," if it would help her love, she would do anything.
As Mikan and the snake lamia left, closing the door behind them, Naruto finally unleashed his hold on the mysterious pink-haired girl.
The girl gasped for air, "hey, what did you do that for?" She inquired, not exactly liking the sensation.
Naruto looked her in the eyes seriously, "hey, I don't know who you are, but can we please have this conversation when we have more clothes on?" He pleaded.
"Okay!" The girl beamed.
XXX
It was then that Naruto led the mysterious girl through the halls of his home, him leading the way and scouting ahead to make sure nobody spotted them. As he was dressed in the clothes Mikan had laid out for him, a standard T-shirt and shorts to sleep in. The girl had only a towel around her, the only thing keeping her from exposing herself to Naruto again.
Eventually, they reached Naruto's room, and Lala sat on Naruto's bed. Kurama, the orange fox rested on her lap, another mystery about the girl considering there were very few people the fox would give such a luxury. Although it seemed the fox was shivering in fear while he was being petted, again, not an effect many people could inflict— the only one he knew being capable was his mother. As if Kurama was afraid of her.
It seemed the girl noticed his expression, as she asked him about it. "Huh? Is something wrong?"
"Its nothing, its just that Kurama doesn't like most people, much less let them hold him," the blonde said simply.
The pink-haired girl seemed confused by that, "What? But he seems so cute! I just had to hold him!" Kurama shook even more at her touch, fearing the girl who was holding him as if she were the devil himself—or his mother.
He decided to free himself from such musings, getting down to the heart of the matter. "First off, who are you, and what were you doing in my bathtub? Are you some kind of pervert or something?" Naruto asked, eyeing the girl.
"I'm not a pervert, I'm Lala!" The girl chirped, introducing herself. "I came from the planet Deviluke!"
"Huh, Planet Deviluke? What are you? Some kind of alien?" he questioned suspiciously.
The now-named 'lala' smiled, "Well, for you earthlings, I guess I am," she said, since from her perspective, Naruto was some kind of alien. But still, she could see Naruto didn't believe her, as the pink-haired girl stood up to show him. "Then here, look at this."
"W-what?" Naruto stepped back, a blush forming across his face at the fact that the girl wearing only a towel leaned towards him, showing him a generous amount of her cleavage as she did so. He looked away, although he still kept his gave on her slightly from the temptation.
As the girl turned around, giving Naruto a rather nice view of her perfectly toned ass. Twin cheeks were shown to him followed by heavenly thighs precisely in his view. But the thing that caught his attention the most was the pure black tail coming out from her behind, a peculiar heart shaped spade on its end.
"See? Earthlings don't have tails, do they?" she said, as if she wasn't giving him a full flash of her bare nakedness.
"I see…" Naruto said calmly, but inside he was screaming, not understanding how this girl could be so forward with herself, wasn't she exposing her all to him? Although he had seen such a sight just moments before—not to mention the times he would wake up with Miia in his bed, or the few times he had bathed with Mikan as a kid— Naruto couldn't help but flush even more. All of the gentlemanly chivalry that had been taught to him by his mother beating him was brought out, as he turned, trying his all to not look at the near-naked woman in front of him.
Lala seemed to notice this as she giggled, "Why are you turning bright red, that's so cute!" she squealed.
"Okay then, if you really are an alien… how did you teleport right in my bathtub?" Naruto tried to rationalize, he had seen weirder. After all, interspieces were real, half-human half-animal hybrids, why wouldn't aliens exist as well?
Did she have some sort of super teleportation ability? The idea seemed ludicrous, after all, it was only in manga where a single man could take on an army of a thousand ninjas with nothing but teleportation, or something wild like that.
"Ah, well that's because I used this!" Lala said, happily showing him the object on her wrist, a cute little bracelet that resembled that of a bunny. "This is my invention: Pyon-Pyon Warp-kun! A teleportation device, although I can't specify the destination. But this makes it possible for a living unit to warp a short distance! I used this in the spaceship's bathroom I was in, and happened to warp into the bathtub in this house."
"Warp huh?" he said, before he realized something else. "But wait? You were in a spaceship, why did you want to escape from there?" he asked, why would she need to teleport herself so randomly unless she needed to escape.
Lala paused, gaining a serious expression for a moment, "Well, I'm being chased," she revealed. "I thought I would be safe if I came to the Earth, but my pursuers have followed me here… I was about to be taken away on their ship. If I hadn't used this bracelet, I probably would have been taken."
'Pursuers?' Naruto repeated in his mind, he had to wonder who would want to capture this girl and hold her hostage. Before he looked at the girl, realizing how beautiful she was. Right, who wouldn't want to kidnap such a beautiful girl for themselves.
But still, the thought bothered him, as he couldn't help but want to beat the person who would try to inflict harm on any female.
Naruto was brought out of those thoughts as a new voice entered around him, and a strange bat-like object flew into the room. A spherical object with a small body and hands, like that of a robot.
"Are you alright, Lala-sama?!" it spoke.
As the aforementioned girl grew excited at the individual finding her."Peke!" as the robot flew up to the girl giving her a warm hug, happy that his master was able to escape safely with her teleportation device.
Before the robot noticed his presence, pointing towards him. "Lala-sama, who is this dangerous-looking earthling?" he sounded, referring to Naruto's blonde hair and rugged-looking appearance, Naruto wasn't sure if he should have felt offended by its words.
"Oh. He is the one who lives here. Ummm…. I'm sorry, I haven't asked for your name yet," Lala said, Naruto not having introduced himself earlier.
"Oh yeah," Naruto realized. "I'm Naruto, Naruto Uzumaki," he introduced himself, having not named himself before due to all the craziness that had occurred that evening.
"Alright, and this here is Peke. He's an All-purpose costume robot that I made," she explained, as the robot within her arms greeted him.
Naruto wondered what she meant by 'costume robot.' Although he was surprised—albiet pleasantly—as the girl removed her towel, completely showing her backside to him again. As Peke began to glow a bring light, blinding him almost completely.
Within a flash, Lala was transformed, revealing a strange alien outfit consisting of mostly white, gold, red, and purples that were form-fitting, leaving none to the imagination. She also had a strange hat with serval swirls that resembled eyes, and bat-like wings, this likely being the body of Peke. Overall it wasn't quite an erotic outfit, but it left much to be desired in the modesty department. The outfit was skin tight, and left nothing to the imagination. But it was a much better change to the little she had been wearing just moments before, as he was sure he could hold a conversation with her now.
"Tada! It's perfect! I'm so glad you came Peke, without you I would have no clothes to wear!" Lala sounded, happy to be reunited with her precious robot once again. As she turned to face the blonde in the room, one who had lost all semblance of cohesion with what was and wasn't possible with the world. "How does it look, doesn't it look nice Naruto?"
"It looks… strange," what else could he say about the fact she had transformed into an alien outfit from nothing? What more could he say? Although he had to admit, the outfit looked quite good on her, and she was quite beautiful.
"By the way Lala, what do you plan to do now?" Peke sounded, wondering what was their next course of action.
As Lala crosses her arms, "Well about that I have a few ideas…" she answered him.
When suddenly, before the two occupants could stop them, two more figures entered the room. Each was menacing in appearance as they were dressed in a pair of black tuxedos and they wore sunglasses. The men resembling that of the characters from a certain Keanu Reeves movie. As they dove in through the open window, Naruto couldn't help but notice the familiar devil-like tails they had, resembling Lala's own.
"Goodness, what a troublesome lady," the taller, brown-haired figure sounded. "I should have restricted your movements even if it meant tying your hands and feet until we left Earth."
Lala looked surprised to see them before she calmed herself.
"Peke…" she said in a monotone.
"Yes?" The small robot answered her.
"Didn't I tell you to be careful about people following you?"
"Yes."
Lala raised her arms above her head as if throwing a childish tantrum. "Geez you stupid robot! Now everything is down the drain!" She complained as the robot apologized.
As Naruto eyes the two men, realizing they look strong. He wasn't quite sure he could take the two of them.
"Well… are you prepared now?" The smaller, but still quite large, black-haired one inquired.
Peke wondered why lala couldn't use her teleportation bracelet again, but it seemed that would take a whole day to recharge again unfortunately.
"Come on, let's go!" The brown-haired one sounded, as he grabbed Lala by the arm, refusing to let go.
"H-Hey, let go of me!" Lala yellled. "I said let go!" She shouted as the man's vice-like grip dug into her. Even as much as she struggled it seemed to lead to no avail— even when she ended up biting him he wouldn't release her.
Unfortunately, Naruto did not have the time to wonder at the fact his room had turned out to be the setting for such a moment of action. And he did not have the time to worry at the fact that his rug was getting trampled.
No, Naruto was a man of action, as such he could only yell, "Hey, ya bastards! What the hell do you two think you're doing?!"
As he then grabbed his backpack from nearby, using it to slam straight into the face of the black-haired man who was standing over her. At the same moment, he used his momentum to launch a powerful kick right toward the brown-haired one's face, knocking them both back in the process.
A interesting testament to his strength considering devilukian's above average physiology, which were usually much stronger than humans. As such they were caught of guard as they forgot about his presence.
Naruto uses this opportunity, as in his action they had lost their hold of Lala. Not wasting any time, he grabbed hold of Lala in a bridal carry, jumping out the window as his bag was strapped to his back,
"Come on, let's get out of here while they are distracted!" Naruto sounded, as he landed on a nearby rooftop, Lala still in his arms as if she was a princess— which she was a princess.
"Naruto? But why?" She had to question, utterly surprised that the blonde had helped her.
But he stayed silent as he carried her as he ran across the various rooftops of the nearby houses. Naruto's mind was in overdrive: who was Lala? Who were those people? Were the aliens as well? They must be considering their similar tails. Why were they after the girl in his arms? And various other questions he had in his mind. But he knew one thing and one thing only…
That was that Lala was about to be kidnapped, right before his very eyes.
Naruto wasn't the type that could just sit there and lay quiet as someone was in danger in front of him. No, he needed to act. Call it a bit of a hero complex but he didn't care, he just needed to do something in that moment.
As he was holding Lala in the darkness a figure spotted them down below, it was Haruna. The girl having been walking her dog that evening. At first, seeing the two people traversing the rooftops so late at night she had suspected a theif to be in their play. However in the light of the moon she recognized them, realizing it was Naruto, as he seemed to be holding a strange pink-haired figure in his arms.
"N-Naruto-kun," she couldn't help but say as she watched Naruto go by, not knowing what was happening with her blonde friend at such a late hour.
XXX
"Alright, this seems like a good spot to slow down for a second," Naruto led the two of them to a nearby park, Naruto figured that he had lost their potential pursuers. As such he felt he had a moment of peace.
"Is everything okay?" he asked her, leading them both towards the swing set as he set her down.
Lala was looking at him was a surprised expression, still wondered at the fact at what Naruto had done. But she did have the mind to answer him, "Uhuh…" she nodded, they were both fine for the moment, as she neared the swing set, and sat down on one of the swings for comfort.
"That's good!" Naruto sighed, happy she had made it out okay. "But I don't get it, why were they trying to kidnap you?" He inquired, she had to know, maybe then it would give them some idea on how to stop them.
"Well, I—" Lala tried to say before she was interrupted.
As the two men entered the park as well, "Princess Lala," one of them called out to her, completely revealing her royal heritage to him. "Please stop trying to run away from your home!" The other called out.
"Huh?" Naruto said, realizing he may have misread the situatio, "Wait, I don't understand, I thought these guys were chasing you. Are you really just trying to run away from your home?" he asked the pink haired girl.
Lala nodded solemnly, "I did run away from home. But…" she paused, before turning towards the suited men. "It's because I'm tired of going to all of these stupid marriage interviews! I don't care if I'm a Daddy's successor or whatever, I've had enough!"
"Even so… It is your father's will that you listen to his demands," the men spoke.
"Lala… I see… so that's how it is…" Naruto realized that he may have misread the situation. This wasn't some sort of intergalactic kidnapping, it wasn't a kidnapping at all. It seemed as though Lala was royalty, and that the reason she was being chased was because she was running away from her home instead of performing whatever duties that were required of her.
"Don't you see now that this has nothing to do with you!" one of the men said, noticing his hesitation. "This matter is only a dispute because our princess refuses to listen to her father!" they told him.
That was right, this did have nothing to do with him. After all, Lala was a girl he had met only an hour again—if that. She was just a girl who had been randomly teleported into his home, she could have gone anywhere and he wouldn't have known. It was a work of pure chance that they met, and even now he didn't know the full scope of the situation.
"You're right, this is none of my business…" Naruto said, his head held low.
"Naruto…" Lala sounded, unsure if her unlikely companion was going to abandon her or not.
But still…
The blonde stepped forward, blocking the way in between the two of them. "I can't just let a person be taken away right in front of me against their will, that's just not how I roll!" Naruto stated, his head full of determination.
"Go! Lala, I might not be able to take them both down but I can certainly buy enough time for you to escape and go someplace else!" Naruto shouted to her, much to Lala's surprise, as her eyes widened.
Bump. Bump.
It was in that moment that the devilukian princess's heart skipped in its rhythm, if only a little.
"Why you little!" The larger of the men shouted as he rushed for Naruto, swinging his heavy arm towards him.
"Bring it on!" Naruto shouted back, his arms raised as well, ready for the fight that would ensue.
"Wait!"
A shout came into the playground, ceasing their actions, as they were right about to come to blows. As the three of them turned to see Lala holding a phone in hand, "I've got just the thing to get these two away from us!" she shouted, as she hit her transmitter. Instantly a large spherical object appeared easily the size of any car or greater, one that resembled a octopus with a large hole for its mouth and a swirl on its forehead.
"Go Vacumm-Kun!" Lala shouted, the strange object appearing in front of them.
"Crap!" It's one of Lala-sama's inventions!" The men in black sounded.
"Go! Suck them Up!" Lala ordered as the vacuum-like machine opened its large mouth, producing a large suction force as it tore into the air and devoured everything. Suddenly Lala's pursuers were taken off the ground, being sucked and captured into the machine amidst their screams.
"Woah!" Naruto said, not expecting Lala to pull out such an invention to come to their rescue., as he backed off towards his pink haired companion, not wanting to being swept up in the machine's powerful vacuum.
"Hmmm…" Lala hummed, as Peke asked her what was the matter. "How do I stop it?" she sounded.
As Naruto nearly face faulted, "Wait! You mean to tell me you built this monstrous machine and you don't know how to stop it?!" the blonde asked, as the Vacuum continued to suck up all things in its way. Tearing all apart as it started to eat into the local foliage around the playground.
Lala scratched her head, "Yup! Seems like it!" She hadn't thought this plan through too much, even if she was a genius.
"Ah, I see…" Naruto said, as soon they would be sucked into the same machine as well, ending up in the same situation as their persuers. There was some irony to the situation, so much so that Naruto could laugh.
And it wasn't just any laugh, it wasn't just a chuckle, it was an act of joy from the soul. A belly-aching laugh sprouted from the bottom of your throat as you felt it through your entire being.
"Hahahaha!"
Naruto laughed like that, so much so that Lala had to laugh as well.
"Hahaha!" she giggled, even as her machine was ripping into the entire play ground they laughed, not bothering to care in the slightest.
Amidst the howling of the wind, Naruto reached Lala, pulling her into another princess carry. "Come on, let's get out of here!" Naruto told her, even amongst his laughter, as he backed off even further amongst the carnage.
"But I don't understand," Lala sounded, as he carried her in his arms.
"You don't understand what?" Naruto retorted, putting them both a safe distance away.
"Why did you decide to help me back there?" The pink-haired girl asked. She just had to know.
As Naruto smiled brighter than the sun, "Well that's an easy one, I don't think anybody should be forced to end up with someone they don't love, that just doesn't seem right to me!" he answered, Lala realized that she liked the look of Naruto's smile.
Naruto saw the girl in his arms smile as well, as he had similar thoughts in his mind. Before he took a look at the rampaging machine, "I don't get it, is there any way to stop this thing?" he asked.
"Well Go-Go Vacuum-kun should shut off eventually as it runs out of power," she told him.
"That's good!"
"... In about an hour."
"Not so good," Naruto said plainly.
Obviously they couldn't let this thing run loose for an entire hour, there was no amount of telling how much property destruction this thing could produce in that time. If only they could somehow plug the machine, or get it to suck up something that wouldn't sit right with it. As an idea struck Naruto, "You know, I might have an idea…" he led on.
As Lala looked at him, "Really, what is it?" she asked.
"This!" Naruto said as he set her down. Pulling something out of his backpack, both Lala and Peke realized what it was.
"Naruto, why do you have a bomb in your backpack?" the robot asked him.
"It's not a bomb, it's just a really big firework for a celebration for one of my friends," he answered back. But it seemed that their little celebration would have to wait, as now they had more pressing matters.
The object within Naruto's hands was a large spherical black object that was about the size of a pumpkin, resembling a rocket. On the side was a piece of writing that read 'Komodo 3000' on it, denoting what kind of monster it was. He also pulled out a lighter as well,
"Ready?" Naruto asked her, amidst a few laughs, as Lala nodded.
There was something Naruto decided during this whole ordeal, as he realized just how much his life had changed that night, and in the days to come. Things were starting to go beyond normal, as the easy days where one could sit back and relax were no longer upon him. He wouldn't have a life where he could find a stable job with a fixed income or have any peaceful days in school. That was no longer a life he could have, he realized.
But even so, if you're life was only going to become crazier and crazier…
You might as well just embrace the craziness to follow.
Things were just starting to get interesting.
Naruto lit the fuse, and he threw the large object straight towards the wild machine's way."Let's see your vacuum eat this!" the blonde shouted, the Komodo 3000 was sucked into the vacuum's airway, as the current did the rest, the timer slowly ticking down as the machine devoured the rocket unceremoniously.
"Get down!" Naruto prepared himself, as he grabbed Lala and pulled him into his body. Both of them turned, shielding their eyes as Naruto held her close to him to protect her.
Boooooom!
What came next was said to be the largest explosion Sainan had ever seen. As the machine exploded, a bright light formed, the entire park was bathed in a white light, resembling day time. Naruto and Lala struggled to hold under the pressure, he gripped the girl even tighter into his embrace.
But as soon as the explosion died down nothing was left in its wake, the rampaging machine utterly destroyed.
"Are you alright?" Naruto asked, as Lala nodded, them both observing the damage to their surrounding. "Man, that was worth every penny!" the blonde said excitedly, as the pink-haired girl smiled at how much fun she was having.
"Ummm, Naruto, the machine managed to contain part of the explosion or else the damge would have been much greater. Why did you have such a dangerous object in your possesion?" Peke sounded.
Naruto laughed, "Yeah, that's probably why the rocket was banned in the US. Man, Yui probably would have killed me if I let that thing off near the school," he remarked.
Naruto realized that he still held Lala within his arms, not that he minded. It didn't seem like his companion minded either, as they stood there and sat in silence, both riding through the emotional high of having blown up the monstrous machine.
Only Naruto realized something…
"You don't have anywhere to go, do you?" he asked her. If she really was an alien, and she was running away from home then she wouldn't then she wouldn't have any other place to go.
"No, I don't," Lala shook her head.
"You can stay with me tonight, we have plenty of room in my home, I'm sure we could make some space for you," Naruto offered.
But Lala only shook her head, "I'm sorry, but I won't be able to take you up on your offer." she told him, much to his disappointment.
"Alright," Naruto stated, not wanting to force her to do something she didn't want to do, that would just make him just like the men who were pursuing them. "Then I guess this is goodbye for now."
"I guess it is…" she said solemnly. Before a smile overtook the girl, "But I want to say: thank you, Naruto. I'm happy you saved me," as a small blush overtook her cheeks a little, Naruto thought she looked beautiful.
But it was then that she took off, flying into the distance with the help of Peke, where she first came from.
Outer space.

Naruto woke up feeling as if everything had been a dream, feeling that everything was not real to him and all that had happened.
Sure, he had woken in the constriction of a Lamia girl, Miia waking him up just as unpleasantly pleasant as the morning before. But he couldn't help but think of the extraordinary girl he had met in his bathtub. The fact that she was running away from her home, the fact that she was able to amaze him with her inventions— even if they didn't always work the way the intended.
Honestly, he thought that she was really awesome.
But she was gone now, and he supposed it would be best to carry on without her. So, after they had eaten breakfast, Naruto and Rito had gone on their way to go to school, traversing the streets. Naruto looked to the younger boy at his side, seeing his still depressed expression, as he had to wonder what Rito was on about.
"Hey, Rito, what's up with you?" Naruto asked him, as the boy only sighed, mumbling something about how he was still disappointed himself for yesterday.
That's right, with all that had happened, Naruto had forgotten that nobody had been there for any of it. To them, it was just any other day, as if something extraordinary hadn't happened and they hadn't just been visited by aliens. He supposed that everyone had just moved on.
"Are you still sulking about Haruna?" Naruto asked.
Rito sighed, "Of course I am, I keep blowing it with her," he told him.
"Look, dude, I think you're thinking about this too seriously, after all, its not too difficult to find the time to confess to her. After all, I think you got it all wrong, there is no real perfect time you can admit your feelings, so why not just do it when you see her next? It'll be easy!" he told his friend.
But the brown-haired boy scoffed, "It's not as easy as you say."
"Sure it is," Naruto confirmed, he had done his own confession with Sakura, and even though she didn't return his feelings he would feel that it was an invaluable experience, one that he could use to help Rito manage his own.
The blonde leaned his head back and closed his eyes. "All you got to say is this… 'Hey, since the moment I met you I couldn't get you out of my head, I like you, please go out with me.' See, eas–"
"Naruto!" A voice answered him, as Naruto opened his eyes, seeing a familiar pink-haired girl right in front of him, as he gained a look of shock. "You were thinking the same thing~ That's perfect! Alright then, let's get married!" Lala said in excitement, as she wrapped his neck in a warm hug, pushing her bust into him.
Suddenly, Haruna walked onto the scene, scene the blonde with the same girl she had seen him with the night prior."Um… who's the girl hugging Naruto?" the blue-haired girl asked.
As Rito grew equally shocked, "You know, I have no idea… And did she just say they were getting married?!"
The blonde's mind was frozen, as such his response was a single word.
"Huh?" Naruto could only ask.
He supposed he was right in saying his life would only get crazier.
… and this was only the beginning.
End Chapter.
AN: Alright, this was supposed to be a part of the last chapter, but I split them up because I felt that this would have been too long otherwise.
But, thanks for the people who left favorites and follows, this story did alot better than I expected, and it makes me happy.
This chapter of course, focuses more on Lala and her arrival, with a bit of Miia, as well as giving some insight as to Naruto's family and his whole situation. There was some development for Naruto as well.
Next chapter should have our favorite silver-haired devilukian idiot, as well as some other hijinx that will ensue.
This story will also be a Multi-pairing, with characters not only from TLR but Musume like we see, Feel free to suggest who you want added and why and I might listen.
Next week I might update a new story, so look forward to that.
Idk, I was gonna post this Tommorow, but tonight was kind of terrible for me. So if you all could do what you doit would be much appreciated.
Please Leave me lots and lots of NICE reviews.

Chapter 3- Run, Naruto, Run

After that, what was soon to follow was Haruna taking her leave, giving a short congratulations, and leaving Rito without any time to confess his feelings of love to her. Naruto, on the other hand, was completely flabbergasted at what had transpired as he walked to school again.
Lala, who was hanging on his arm, sang a merry tune as she walked with the two of them linked together. Rito was surprised as well, wondering who this pink-haired girl was that his brother figure seemed to be familiar with.
That seemed to be the question on everyone's minds as they entered the school grounds.
"What is that?" "What a crazy outfit…" "Is she wearing a cosplay?" "Isn't she really pretty?"
Those were the chants that the students gave as they walked into the school and through the halls. The males were completely awed by her beauty, as hearts were in their eyes, while a few of the females looked slightly envious as they noticed her beautiful appearance. All of them wondered who exactly she was.
Of course, that was, until they noticed Naruto's presence next to her as well:
"Wait? Isn't that Uzumaki-san in her arms?" "Do you think they are dating?" "Obviously not, I bet Uzumaki is blackmailing her to show up with him!" "Yeah, that must be it! Uzumaki can't have such a beautiful girl after him otherwise!"
Naruto ignored all of these, as a single thought was running through his mind: what the fuck was happening! He screamed in his head.
First, he had met this girl, and she had told him she was an alien and she was being chased by a couple of men who were after her. Those men turned out to be her bodyguards, people employed by her father to look after her. As it turned out, the only reason they had been chasing her was because she was trying to run away from her home. He helped her get away from them, and she flew away.
He thought he would never see her again. Only for her to show up, right when he was teaching Rito how to confess, and she said she wanted to marry him.
Now, he had heard of love at first sight, but never marriage. That was just insane.
Yet here she was, holding onto his arm, as he could do nothing to stop it, just trying to comprehend the situation he was in amidst the numerous onlookers as he tried to get to class, Rito walking steadily behind him.
"Yo! Naruto, what's going on?!" Saruyama yelled, ever the loud one when it came to matters of pretty girls, walked up to them.
"That's something we also would like to know too," Sakura and Sasuke were soon to follow.
As Sasuke gave his standard catchphrase, "Hn."
Lala looked at them, "Oh? Are you three Naruto's friends? How wonderful!" She said happily, still riding the high of Naruto 'confessing' his feelings for her.
"Uhhh… Yeah, we are, my name is Sakura Haruno, and this right here is my boyfriend, that's Sasuke Uchiha, and that right there is Saruyama Kenichi," Sakura introduced hesitantly, not expecting such cheerfulness from the mysterious girl.
"Isn't that great, and might I say, you are absolutely beautiful!" Lala stated, referring to Sakura.
"Umm, thank you. I think you look pretty beautiful as well," Sakura blinked, not expecting the compliment, as she was happy to give one of her own.
Naruto and Sasuke sweatdropped a little at the two, noticing the fact that they both had similar color schemes. Honestly, the two could be sisters with how they both had pink hair and green eyes. The only difference was Lala's devilukian tail, but if you could ignore that fact, it wouldn't be a stretch to say they were related.
"Yeah, never mind that! Naruto, who the hell is this girl beside you!" Saruyama yelled, getting straight to the point.
As Naruto rubbed his head, obviously he couldn't tell them that she was an alien; as such, he could only say: "It's… complicated."
Lala laughed, getting even closer to him as she pressed her bust into Naruto's arm, "That's easy… I'm Naruto's bride!" she chirped happily, stunning everyone.
"WHAAAAAAAAAT!?" Was the collective outcry, as many of the people there could only stand in shock at the beautiful girl's statement.
Sakura was the first to speak, "Alright, well, I suppose we should say congratulations, Naruto, be sure to invite us to the wedding," the pink-haired girl said, happy her friend had moved on and found someone good for him.
"Hn, good job, loser," Sasuke said with a smirk, playfully punching Naruto's shoulder, as the blonde gawked at their reaction.
"No way! How did Naruto of all people manage to bag you of all people? Where did you even meet?" Saruyama accused with a pointed finger.
Lala put a hand to her heart, as she blushed a little at the thought, "Well, Naruto and I met in the bath—"
"I think we'll keep that a secret for now!" Naruto shouted, putting a hand over Lala's mouth as she tried to explain their situation to everybody. He couldn't have her revealing she was an alien to everyone. Not to mention if Sakura ever found out how they met—well, she'd probably beat him so hard his kids would feel it.
"Lala, will you quit trying to tell everyone we're getting married?" the blonde whispered, trying to defuse the situation and not make even trouble for himself in the future.
But it seemed Lala wasn't in on what he was trying to do, "Oh? Are you having second thoughts, Naruto? You told me you loved me… are you having second thoughts about that as well?" the pink-haired girl sounded, depressed, as she held her hand over her mouth. If one were to pay attention they could also see the trace amount of tears forming in her eyes, as if she were ready to cry.
"Naruto! Did you promise this girl something you don't hope to deliver, are you taking advantage of her?!" Sakura sounded, getting angry at what her friend might be doing, as she shook her fist towards him. Several other people around them started to get angry as well.
A chill ran down Naruto's spine, "Huh? What! No!-I mean, its all just one misunderstanding! Lala, don't you think we should talk this out a bit more before anything is official? Alone." the blonde said, trying to dig himself out of the hole he had gotten into.
"Okay!" Lala chirped happily, not knowing why everyone was getting angry on her behalf, but if it meant more alone time with Naruto, she was all for it.
"Hmmm, well alright then, I suppose I'll let you off the hook this time, but if I find out you're taking advantage of women…" Sakura stated, calming down. But not before she cracked her knuckles fiercely, the message was clear: if he took advantage of any woman. Well—he wasn't sure what might happen to him, it would probably be pretty bad
The ingrained fear built in by his mother's own rage robotically compelled him to listen to her. "R-Right," he stuttered out, not wanting to get on Sakura's bad side.
He needed some sort of distraction, looking around the hallway, as he looked at a clock on one of the nearby walls. "Hey, would you look at that? Class is about to start, we should all get going now," he said with a nervous laugh, trying to change the conversation so as not to be the center of attention.
"Hn. Naruto is right, I suppose we should head to class now," Sasuke stated, seeing what his friend was doing as he went to help him out a little.
"Yeah, I suppose you're right. We wouldn't want to be late for your brother's class, would we?" Sakura stated as they all began to go towards their classroom.
"Class? That sounds like fun!" Lala said happily, as she tried to follow as well.
Only for Naruto to grab onto her hand, "Lala, what do you think you're doing?" he asked her.
"Why? I'm going to class, of course!" Lala sounded.
"You can't exactly come, you're not a student here, and since you're not enrolled, they'll just kick you out… also, can you please stop talking about the whole marriage thing around everyone," he whispered the last part so that not everyone could hear him speak.
Sakura, hearing the first part of their conversation, perked up, turning back to them, as Sasuke and Rito went off to class without them. "Huh? Naruto, are you saying she isn't a student here?"
"Yeah, she isn't, she's not even enrolled," Naruto told her, hoping the other pink-haired girl would take his side in this.
"I see, well, that is a problem. Well then, why don't you…" Sakura said as she leaned close to Lala, whispering in her ear, as a look of recognition formed across her face.
The Haruno leaned back, "Alright, do you understand what I said?"
"Alright!" She said as Lala gave Sakura a mock salute, as she went off, attracting another crowd as she walked, those who didn't care about the fact they would be late to class as they went to admire the attractive girl in the hallway.
"Wow, Sakura, thanks for the help!" He gave her a thumbs-up. "You're the best!" Happy that his little problem had been fixed temporarily. With luck, Lala would realize the time it would take to enroll, and she would wait for him outside the school so he could have his 'talk' with her.
"I try," Sakura smiled, happy to have helped in the situation.

After that, the two students went to their classroom, seeing that, luckily, they were still on time as class was about to start soon. Rito and Sasuke were already in their seats as they walked in.
Naruto spotted the familiar face of Haruna, as he gave her a wave, only for her to hesitantly give him a small wave as well.
'Right,' she was still under the impression that he was getting married, which he wasn't— he would have to break the news to her, and the rest of the school as well.
It seemed he had a lot of work to do, which was what he thought of when he reached his seat, a chair next to the window, as he looked out of it to pass the time, seeing the trees outside go with the wind as several birds flew through the air as well.
He wondered how he would solve his situation with Lala, how she said she was getting married to him. Why did she even want to get married to her in the first place? Don't get him wrong, he liked the girl all well and good, but even he would say they were moving pretty fast, all things considered. He had met the girl just the night before, and now she said she wanted to get married to him. He had never thought a girl would be so pushy about spending the rest of her life with him so much in the first place.
Idly, Naruto was reminded that she was, in fact, not the first person who said she wanted to marry him, as he was reminded of a certain red-haired lamia staying at his house. Right, he supposed the thought wasn't so out of this world after all. He made the mental note not to let Miia come across Lala, as he knew how protective of him she could be.
Aside from that horrific realization of what might happen, he needed to figure out what was happening with his mysterious alien friend. Friend? Could he even call her that? They barely knew each other… well, he supposed they skipped a few steps, seeing as how Lala wanted to get married, supposedly.
A thought crossed his mind: Lala was being chased by those guys who wanted her to go to a bunch of marriage interviews. That must be it, she wanted a scapegoat, someone who could pretend to be her fiancée while she didn't have to go to see any more candidates for her to marry.
There was obviously no way she could actually want to marry him.
He hoped that after school he could meet up with her, as he would get the full grasp of the situation. Hopefully, and with luck, he could convince her that they didn't need to get married for real. Maybe he could even convince the guys going after her to lay off her for a while. Although that was probably just wishful thinking.
Naruto was brought back to reality as the familiar bell to signal the start of class was sounded. Itachi Uchiha, their teacher, stepped into the room, leaving the door open as he did so.
"Alright then, good morning, class," he greeted, stepping towards his desk. "Hn, this may be rather sudden, but it seems we will be having a new transfer student joining us," their sensei announced.
All of the students went into separate chatter about the prospect of a new student in their class. The boys wondered if it was a cute girl; the girls wanted to know if it was a good-looking guy. Some wanted it to be an interspecies, others wanted a student from overseas. But all had no idea who would step in through that door.
'Oh no' was Naruto's only thought. He knew he had a bad feeling about the supposed 'new transfer student,' but he didn't think it would be her. She just arrived at this school. She didn't even have any ID. How was that even possible?
"Alright then, come inside," Itachi said.
"Okay~" a familiar voice rang into the classroom.
As Lala stepped into the room, not wearing the strange alien outfit that he had seen her in just moments before. Now she was wearing the standard Sanin yellow vest with a green bow and a plaid skirt. She also wore a set of black thigh-high socks, showing off her legs nicely. Her long black tail was also visible, many of those not giving it much thought as they saw it as a foreign way of fashion, somehow.
"She looks really pretty!" "Is she a foreigner?" "Do you think she has a boyfriend?" The students chatted about.
It was at that moment their eyes locked, as she saw him instantly. "Yo ho, Naruto! I'm a transfer student at this school now, too!" She said, flashing him a smile and a two-fingered salute.
"Her name is Lala Satalin Deviluke, you may now proceed with questions," Itachi introduced, as he went to his desk, taking a sip of his coffee as he watched the chaos unfold.
Immediately, everyone started to raise their hands, as loud chatter started to ensue.
Lala pointed to a dirty blonde girl with short hair and brown eyes. She wore the standard uniform, although she neglected to wear the tie that came with it. This was Risa Momioka, who sat next to her best friend Haruna, and her other friend Mio Sawada. Mio was a dark-haired girl with pigtails, glasses, and brown eyes.
Risa spoke for all of them when she asked, "What's your relationship with Uzumaki? Are you two dating or something?!" She asked.
"Well…" Lala grew a small blush as she looked at Naruto, who was trying his best to discourage her from saying anything about her desire for marriage or the fact that she was an alien.
As the blonde made the appropriate hand gestures, mouthing the words 'No' to her as he formed an X with his arms.
Lala got the message, as she remembered Naruto had told her to keep their marriage a secret for a bit.
So she gave the only response she thought would fit, "Umm, well… I suppose we'll be living together!" She announced.
Everyone went into an uproar.
"WHAAAAAAAAAATTT!" They all shouted.
"Uzumaki! How scandalous of you!" Yui stood from her seat and accused.
All Naruto could do was smack his hand to his forehead. What should he have expected?
XXX
As the chaos unfolded, nobody could stop it, Naruto had to deal with ceaseless questions, most of which he didn't answer, and to top it all off, he had Yui to deal with, who had constantly lectured him about the nature of chastity and how he shouldn't take advantage of women. Luckily, the bell had rung for lunch eventually, which gave him enough of a distraction to sneak from the disciplinarian's grasp as he took Lala to the school rooftop to question her.
"Naruto, you're being a little pushy, don't you think?" Lala stated as Naruto dragged her through the school so that they could meet privately like this. "Although I don't mind, after all, it reminds me of how we met!" the pink-haired girl stated, remembering how Naruto had carried her in a bridal carry as her father's men were chasing them, him valiantly trying to protect her, just like the fairy tales.
"Never mind that, I think we need to talk!"As Naruto let go of her arm, realizing what he was doing.
"Oh, and what did you want to talk about?" Lala inquired, tilting her head to the side in curiosity,
Naruto nearly face-faulted at that."Ack! What do you mean you don't know? Why are you here?" he asked, reigning in his composure as he tried to question the girl.
"Well…" Lala started, before a slight blush formed across her cheeks. As she covered them with her hands, "I just wanted to see you again…" she said as if she were a girl in love.
It was then that all of Naruto's frustration died in that second. How could he be mad at a girl with such pure intentions? Even still, he needed to know a few things, as he coughed into his hand, getting to the heart of the matter.
"Okay, but still, why are you here— in this school? How did you even get accepted into the school in the first place?" he questioned. Wasn't she an alien? She didn't exactly have the right identification to register for admission, not to mention the amount of time it took for her to join the school was just insane.
"Ah, that was easy! Sakura told me to go talk to someone called 'the principal', and he said I could join!" Lala explained.
'Sakuraaaa!' Naruto mentally winned, he thought she would have his back on this, not give her instructions on how she could join the school. Of couse she would be allowed to, why would he think otherwise?
Their principal was rather a gremlin of a man, one who was a pervert of notorious renown. Of course, he would allow Lala—arguably one of the prettiest girls he had ever seen— to join the school as soon as he caught a glance at her.
"Okay? And why did you say we would be living together?" Naruto said, trying to get his mind back on topic.
"Oh? But didn't you say we would be living together when you invited me to stay with you last night?" Lala reminded.
Naruto recoiled slightly, remembering he did, in fact, say that. "Yeah, I did say that…"
"Besides, isn't it normal for two people who are getting married to live together?" Lala mentioned.
Right, he almost forgot about that. "Ah, about that, don't you think we should talk about that more, I mean it isn't like we are actually getting married—"
"That's something we both can agree on!" A new voice sounded, and suddenly a new person appeared from the sky.
The figure landed in a superhero pose on the school rooftop, appearing from the sky. He was a strange-looking figure, one with long greyish spiked hair that reminded Naruto of a certain kabuki-dressed hermit he knew of. He had blue eyes and a rather handsome face. In addition, he wore strange armor that resembled a knight or a leader, although it looked much like the alien gear he had seen Lala wearing. He also took notice of the man's long black tail with a pointed heart, similar to Lala's.
This man was likely another member of Lala's father's men. And if the order of succession was true like how it was in video games: then this guy was likely the leader of the men who had chased Lala the previous night. And judging from his entrance, he seemed powerful.
This could be trouble.
"Zastin!" Lala shouted, shouting the name of the man in front of them.
"Lala-sama!" the man heaved, as at that moment he was left gasping for air, heaving from the exertion of his dramatic entrance. "Sorry… give… give me a minute…" he said through pants, as he held his hand up to give pause.
'Just who the heck is this guy?' Naruto thought in his mind. If this guy was the superior of those two other guys who had attacked them before, then he felt he had nothing to worry about.
"Alright, I'm good now…" Zatin said as he finally stood up. "Lala-sama, I went through alot of trouble to get here, especially after I heard about such a big explosion you caused. That's why I really dislike underdeveloped worlds. But… " he paused.
As the silver-haired man developed a serious expression, "This is it! Lala-sama, come back to Planet Deviluke with me this instant!" he ordered, trying to get his charge to see reason.
Only for Lala to stick her tongue out at him, pulling one eyelid down childishly to meet his gaze. "Nyeeeh! I won't go back. I have a reason not to!"
"Oh really? And what is your reason?" Zastin inquired solemnly.
"Because I fell in love with him, Naruto Uzamaki, right here!" Lala announced, pointing towards Naruto, whose eyes widened at her words. "So I'll be marrying Naruto and living with him here on Earth!"
As Zastin turned his eyes towards the blonde.
"Huh? Me?" He asked, pointing to himself.
Right, Naruto also forgot about that. Lala was using him as a scapegoat so she wouldn't have to deal with marriage interviews anymore. That was what she really wanted: freedom from her father. In reality, Naruto didn't blame her for trying to get out of it. Although he did have to admit that she was a pretty good actor, all things considered, he almost believed she actually had those feelings for him.
Zastin, to her credit, wasn't able to see through the ploy. "I see, so that's how it is," the man said in thought, actually considering her statement. "I was wondering about why I heard you were associating with an Earthling when I read it in the report from my men," he said. Thankfully, they had survived the ordeal, suffering severe injuries, but they did make the explosion out alive. They said an earthling had rescued Lala-sama when they were trying to capture her, but otherwise, there wasn't much information to go on.
"Yeah, so now that you know, go back and tell Daddy I'll never go back, nor will I meet any more of his future husband candidates!" Lala told him. She wasn't going to be stuck every day for the rest of her life waiting for some pointless marriage. She didn't care that she was the heir of Deviluke, and she didn't care that it was her dad's desire. She was just done.
"No, I don't think I will," Zastin said. "I, Zastin of the Devilukian army, have received an order from the kind of Deviluke himself to take you back to your home… I won't be able to face the king if I go home and tell him that his precious daughter is in favor of marrying some suspicious earthling. It would go against my duty as your head bodyguard."
"Then what can we do?" Lala said, giving the male a serious expression.
"That is for me to decide… Stay back, Lala-sama. I shall test this human worth through a trial by combat," Zastin announced, getting into a combat stance, as he was ready to pull his sword from his sheath at his hip.
"Eh?" Naruto gawked, realizing that the man was referring to him as he pointed at himself. "What? But I—"
"Prepare yourself!" The commander of Planet Deviluke's royal family guard stated as he slashed his sword in his direction. To Naruto's credit, he had the right mind to dodge at that moment, just in time, as in the wake of Zastin's attack was a large blast of destruction, one that hit a large water tower on the rooftop, utterly leaving it in shattered pieces.
Naruto felt his whole life flash before his eyes in that blast, he didn't like the feeling. Seriously, who the hell would destroy a perfectly good water tower?!
"Woah! Maybe we can talk about this?" Naruto tried to converse and find a peaceful solution.
"The time for negotiations is over, it is time to prove yourself worthy of the Deviluke princess!" Zastin told him, as he charged for Naruto with his sword, ready to cut him in two.
"Oh Hell nah!" Naruto said, throwing down what seemed to be a smoke bomb to the ground, as he ran near the edge of the rooftop and jumped down.
Now, to any other person, it would look like he had jumped off of the rather tall, 5-story building, likely leading to serious injury or, in the worst case scenarios, it would lead to certain death given the right impact. That would be what most people would incur if they jumped from the roof. Naruto was not like most people, as with skilled precision, he was able to align himself with the roof's gutter system. Sliding down the metal line as if it were a rope, shimmying himself to reach the ground floor faster like that of a fire fighter.
As he yelled, "Kurama! Get your ass over here, I need your help!" He reached the outside of the school as he did so. The orange fox, who was resting on a nearby tree, startled awake, ready for action as his master called for him.
As Naruto ran through the courtyard towards the school exit, Kurama hopped on top of his shoulder as he checked his bag for supplies, anything that would help him in this scenario.
Zastin saw this act, the smoke fading away, and a small part of him admired the boy's bravery. But then again, that wouldn't get him very far, as he went to chase after him. Reaching the edge of the building, seeing the downward drop that Naruto had just taken.
"I'll… go take the stairs!" he said unceremoniously, realizing that he would rather not jump off the building the same way Naruto did, as he ran towards the nearby staircase, ready to go after his blonde target.
Lala's sweat dropped, "Yeah, you do that…" she said, as when her bodyguard left, she went into action. Shouting, "Peke!"
Her clothing robot responded to her, the small button hairpin on top of her head with two swirls on it that she used to transform her clothes with. "Yes, Lala-sama?" Peke asked, ready for action.
"Let's go help Naruto wherever we can!" Lala sounded, as the robot transformed her into her alien gear, her manifesting bat-like wings atop her head as she took off to follow Naruto.

Yui Kotegawa was not having a good day.
No, she wasn't. At first, her morning had been fine, pleasant even, as she had risen from her bed and gotten dressed for school, being ever so careful to make sure she was presentable for the day ahead. Although she did have a run in with her older brother— who then attempted to tease her into getting a boyfriend— though she only ignored him.
As she got to school, her day hadn't gotten better, particularly when a certain blonde-haired male entered the school, pink-haired girl on his arm.
The whole school had been in an uproar, and as the head of the disciplinary committee, she was the one to try and solve it. But she was to no avail, as her efforts had been for naught in the chaos that surrounded the strange newcomer. She should have known Naruto would have caused such an uproar.
How scandalous.
It had taken all her effort to try and disperse the crowds of people. She then returned to her classroom, the same classroom with said blonde that had caused her so much trouble.
She thought his actions would have ceased for the moment, his vicious fox was nowhere to be seen, and although he still wore his uniform improperly, she didn't have the effort to lecture him. That was, of course… until the pink-haired girl had shown up—one that was not Sakura Haruno, a girl she was familiar with.
Lala, as she had been introduced, as with her introduction was the subsequent information that Naruto and she would, in fact, be living together. This new information sent the class into even more of a frenzy, something that, unfortunately, their teacher did nothing to quell. It took all her effort to try and get everyone to settle.
After that, she took Naruto aside to give him a firm lecture on proper etiquette. She didn't know who this Lala person was, and honestly, she didn't care; all she knew was that Naruto was a male, and he would be taking advantage of whatever opportunity he could to get with a female. That was something she couldn't allow seeing as there was a decorum for the school, even if it was constantly tarnished by students such as Naruto. A man and a woman ought not to live with each other until marriage. That would be when they could do all sorts of… uncouth and lewd acts. Actions that should be held behind closed doors in favor of righteousness and sanctity.
It was those actions that Naruto Uzumaki's existence tarnished. It also didn't help that he was an associate of Rito Yuuki, a male who was notorious for ending up in perverted situations around campus.
So it was safe to say she didn't exactly like Naruto very much, although it wasn't personal—- it was a little personal— she just wanted to protect the image of the school and the chastity of her fellow women. Naruto, on the other hand, was the antithesis of all she stood for, having no care for the school rules, and although he wasn't exactly a pervert on the same level as Rito—whose perverted situations were more of an accident than anything. She had half a mind to think that Naruto had trained his fox to do his perverted bidding for him; that must be it, it was his doing that caused her to reveal herself that morning on the rooftop accidentally. But she would take appropriate measures to ensure that the event would never happen again.
Sadly, the target of her lecture had gone off on her when she tried to re-educate him. Taking the moment is a passing crowd to slip past her notice. She found it not worth the effort to go after him, given all the chaos.
As such, she ate her lunch alone and within the courtyard of the school building.
That was when she caught sight of the blonde figure that had troubled her so. As he climbed down the school building like a wild ape, his fox appeared from nowhere to reach his side—that damned perverted beast.
It seemed the blonde was attempting to leave the school early.
That would not do.
As the head of the disciplinary committee, she had a duty to perform, and any student caught trying to ditch school would be punished severely. And she would relish the thought of Naruto finally being punished for his misdeeds; it was high time that someone punished his delinquent behavior for a change, and she would be just the one to do it.
Jumping in front of the perverted blonde, she blocked the exit through the school gate. If he wanted to get out of the school, then he would have to go through her. She saw him running towards her with no attempt at stopping.
As the dark-haired girl raised her hand, "Halt! Uzumaki-san, cease this action at once or you will face the consequences—"
"Hey, watch out!" Naruto shouted, but it was too late.
Crash.
As the blonde crashed into the black-haired girl, he did not notice her presence until the very last moment, his body colliding with her in that instant. Having tackled her with nearly all of his momentum, he did the only thing he could to react in time. He clutched onto her body in an embrace, rotating them both mid-fall as his back landed on the ground for both of them, taking the brunt of the damage. They were both left skidding along the floor, although the blonde had luckily mitigated the force the girl withstood as much as he could.
"Ouch… Hey, Yui… are you alright?..." Naruto groaned out on the floor, Kurama having jumped off his body at the last minute, so it was only the two of them who took the fall.
"H-H…" He could only hear, as Naruto was left to register their position, particularly the sensation he was feeling along his face.
Yui lay on top of him in a heap, her body left intact and not overly damaged. However, the position they were in left much to be desired.
'Soft' was the sensation he felt as the girl's breasts had landed on his face when he had fallen, but that wasn't the worst part of the ordeal that had happened. To put it simply, when Naruto fell, he grabbed the first part of her he could to try and get a grip on her body, which was where his hands still lay. Naruto reflexively twitched his fingers, which were sitting right along Yui's ass as both hands clutched at her twin cheeks, as a small moan escaped the girl's lips as he clutched her.
"Ah~!" This caused Yui's face to brighten red, as her mind was left to comprehend their situation.
Naruto didn't give her any time to process what had happened, as immediately he pulled them both up, the girl resting on her feet as well, as he sorely took his hands off of her.
"P-P…"
"Yeah, sorry about that, but I'm gonna have to postpone my beating, I've kind of got a guy chasing after me, and… you understand," Naruto said, as he quickly ran from the girl and out the school gate, Kurama following after him with a smirk on his mouth.
Yui could only be left standing in the courtyard, her clothing disheveled and slightly dirty as her mind rebooted.
Naruto left, hearing the scariest words he had ever heard, probably even scarier than anything his mother could produce—scratch that, he knew his mother was still probably scarier.
"P-Pervert! Uzumaki-san! Get back here!" As Yui's voice was heard throughout the entire town. Many of the men in the city could only shake in fear at the noise, as no small amount of fear entered their bodies as a shiver ran down each of their spines. They also felt pity, as well as gratitude, seeing as they were not the ones named Naruto Uzumaki.
No male could imagine what sort of horrors the girl with that much rage could inflict.
"How Scandalous!" was all he heard
XXX
As far as Naruto was concerned, this only caused him to run even faster, not wanting to be the subject of Yui's onslaught if she were to catch him. Although he knew that the problem would only come back to bite him in the ass later, but he was already too deep now. He ran on autopilot, using the gracious opportunity he had been given to escape, only to find himself in the face of certain death once again.
Naruto dodged in the way just in time as his instinct screamed out at him, which seemed to be the right call, as right as he jumped out of the way, the car right next to him was completely bisected.
"At last, I've finally caught up to you!" Zastin said from behind him, ready to test the young warrior.
"Nope!" Naruto shouted back, throwing another smoke bomb on the ground to hide his presence. He immediately pivoted on his feet, running into a nearby alley as Zastin chased after him. The blonde ran through several more alleyways as if they were a maze, he tried anything he could to get away from the man.
Once it seemed like he had a moment's notice, he went to see what he had within his bag, as he opened it, revealing what was inside to the world. Inside were a few objects, although unfortunately, he hadn't been able to restock his supply of fireworks since his introduction to Lala the previous night. As such, there were only a few things that could prove some use. Two spools of steel wire, a few more smoke bombs, an assortment of pens and pencils, a few marbles, and a few sheets of paper (useless). There was also a moderately sized metal pipe he kept in his bag, about double the size of his forearm, that could be useful.
He needed to think of some use for these objects that could hopefully get him out of this situation and not lead to his imminent demise. As he racked his brain, he knew this city like the back of his hand, having been raised in this town all his life, he had the home-field advantage. Of course, that didn't really help at all when considering his opponent, who was a bona fide super alien with enhanced physical strength. Not to mention, he also seemed to be skilled with a sword, and currently, he was unarmed, which was a bad turn of events overall. At the moment, he could do nothing but run; engaging in an all-out fight would mean a world of pain for him, and that wasn't something he desired.
Before he thought of something he could do in this situation.
He checked the time on a clock the through the window of a nearby building as he walked the streets, not a person in sight.
"Kurama, you know what to do?" Naruto asked, relaying his plan.
"Yip!" The fox yipped as he ran off.
Just in time, Naruto dodged again, just in the way of another sword slash. This time, the slash broke through the wall he was standing next to… it was made of concrete. Naruto realized he never wanted to be on the receiving end of that swing.
"At last, I've found you!" Zastin spoke, his form sweating from the exertion of running in a full suit of armor on such a hot afternoon.
"Yeah, well, can you stop 'finding' me!" The blonde shouted back, not wanting to be chased again.
"I'm afraid that is a request I cannot follow," Zastin stated, walking along the streets of Sainin." Now, you… Naruto. Show me your true skills in a real fight!"
"No way I'm doing that!" Naruto shouted, he didn't have a death wish, as he ducked behind a nearby truck… a truck which the devilukian slashed in two. "Hey man, people have to pay for that!"
"Be that as it may, I doubt mere property damage is the greatest of your concerns," Zastain said as he neared the blonde.
"You're right, but… look, what's that over there!" Naruto said in surprise, pointing behind the armored figure.
"Oh? And what is it that has caught your attention?" Zastin spoke, as he looked away, seeing nothing.
As he turned back, Naruto had already thrown another smoke bomb onto the ground, a plume of grey smoke covering his body as he ran. Naruto didn't run very far, though, as Zastin took to the rooftops and caught sight of the blonde.
"I have you now!" He slashed, as Naruto dodged narrowly.
This became a cat-and-mouse game between them that occurred around the whole city. As Zastin used his immense strength to maneuver around and find Naruto. Only for the blonde to use his tricks and better endurance to run around the map he knew. Although that didn't go without any close calls, Zastin slashed through several objects like vending machines, electrical poles, and even a few sets of clothes on the bodies of men to try and get at the man who was said to be his princess's fiancé.
"Will you stop running!" The soldier yelled.
"Will you stop chasing me?!"
They both were getting annoyed with how this little game of theirs was going. Naruto had led them to an alleyway on the edge of two buildings. Although it seemed they introduced a new gate in this shortcut, one that the blonde had not been aware of, he soon realized that the amount of space he had to run was severely limited.
"Ah, shit!" Naruto said, realizing he had nowhere to run.
The bodyguard of Deviluke realized this too, approaching him as he pointed out. "Seems you have nowhere left to run, although I'll admit you were a swift opponent if nothing else…"
Naruto felt his back hit the metal gate blocking his path. "Hey, now hold on, I still got a few tricks up my sleeve, like this!"
Naruto threw the first thing he could come up with from his bag, an assortment of pens and pencils that he threw with expert precision at the man. Unfortunately for him, they were mere school utensils, and the man was wearing armor, it wasn't something that could harm the super soldier.
Zastin gave him a flat look. "Really?"
"Hey man, I thought it would work," Naruto shrugged. "Plus, it was really a distraction… for this!" as he pulled on a nearby cord next to him, one that was seemingly invisible to the naked eye.
That unleashed a trap Naruto had planned, as where Zastin was standing, a line of steel wires came shooting towards him, wrapping around his body as it contained the devilkian.
"Alright! I've finally caught you!" Naruto said in his victory.
To which Zastin congratulated him, "You did a good job… setting a trap while pretending to run around, it was a worthy effort," the man nodded. Before he flexed his muscles, the wires around him flowed off of him in the exertion. "But I'm afraid a trap on this level won't harm me in the slightest. The real battle starts now!"
Right, Naruto should have expected as such, if this man could slash apart cars, then of course he would be able to tear apart his ninja wire like it was nothing.
"Damn, and to think I wasted an entire spool of wire on him," the blonde muttered to himself before he realized the impending danger he was in. As he ran again, looking around, he saw a door to the building he was next to in the alleyway.
Not caring what lay on the other side, he quickly went in, only to be met with a room of steam and smoke. Immediately, he was met with a blush on his cheeks at what he saw. Several women who were without their clothing were in front of him as they bathed themselves in the indoor bathhouse. Naruto hadn't been expecting such a sight, as he could only freeze.
It seemed his presence was spotted almost immediately, "Pervert!" "There's a pervert over there!" "He's watching us!" they all shouted, as many of them pulled out various weapons from seemingly nowhere, running at him.
A scene he was all too familiar with was brought to him—although usually, he was only a spectator in watching the mobs of women chase after his godfather, not usually being the victim of such. As such, he could only run, although not without taking a bit of damage as he ran out of the building.
His hair and clothing were torn and disheveled, although it seemed that he had lost the angry woman behind him. Who even visited the bath house in the mid-afternoon? That didn't make sense at all.
Not being one to pay attention to those things, his mind having been bleached of the memories after how many times the angry women had hit him with their weapons, he was lucky he didn't drop his bag in the commotion.
Before he looked ahead of him…
"Ah, right, almost forgot about you," he said, looking at Zastin.
His earlier means of escape hadn't amounted to much, as the Devilukian stood right in front of him.
"It is as I've said, our battle begins now," Zastin said, readying his sword. At that moment, Naruto felt an emotion he hadn't felt in a while.
He realized he was unbelievably tired.
From being chased from school during his lunch period, he never did get around to eating something, did he? To be chased throughout nearly the entire town. To Yui's constant lectures to being beaten by clothless women like an old perverted hermit. He was starting to question why he was running in the first place.
Sure, the man in front of him was likely stronger, but he had never let that stop him before.
He was Naruto Uzumaki, and he never backed down.
Naruto ran a hand through his hair as he thought of how exactly he ended up in this situation, particularly a certain pink-haired girl who had started the entire mess.
"Troublesome," as a certain spiky-haired male might say, was an accurate description of what he was facing. The odds were against him, yet there was a faint sense of anticipation when he walked up to the bodyguard of the family of the rulers of the galaxy.
…even if he was outmatched.
"I see, so you've finally decided to stop running away," Zastin commented, standing along the other edge of the road, with no other people nearby. As he was laid to witness, Naruto reached into his bag, likely to pull out a weapon. "A courageous action to be sure," the guard spoke, a hint of respect or pity in his voice.
"Well, I only realized that running was getting me nowhere," the blonde said, as he retrieved what he wanted, only for Zastin to be surprised.
"What the hell is that?!" Zastin said, pointing at his weapon.
"What? It's a pipe, haven't you seen one before?" He referred to the object in his hand, as he threw his bag to the side, he would retrieve it later… if he survived, that is.
"Well, of course I've seen one, but how do you wish to fight with it!"
Naruto rolled his eyes, "Well, excuse me… It's not like I had the time to get a weapon when you SHOWED UP AT MY SCHOOL!"
Zastin coughed into his hand, "Yes, well, perhaps it was a bit presumptuous of me," he admitted, having thought long about his actions in the time he had chased Naruto around the two.
Naruto brandished his pipe into some form of a fighting stance, preparing it as if it were a club, "Alright then, let's get on with it." As they were only a few meters apart.
"Very well, let's see how you hold up," Zastin said as he readied himself as well.
The guard was the first to engage, as he charged at Naruto at speeds he couldn't even hope to match. All Naruto could do was try and track his movement, and predict where he might be later. Lucky for him, he had grown accustomed to Zastin's fighting style, if only a little, when he had been chased around throughout the town as the man slashed at things. You learned well how to counter a person, as you had to dodge a vicious strike that would possibly kill you.
That was what Naruto did, as he watched Zastin swing at him from up high with a diagonal downward slash. He jumped back a bit, not enough to get out of the fight, but enough to where he wasn't in the middle of Zastin's slash.
This followed by another downward slash, then upward, then downward again. Naruto watched the man's movement, although there had been a few times when Zastin's blade had almost struck him. As he waited for his opportunity, Zastin slashed downward, and…
Naruto parried the slash.
Much to Zastin's surprise. "Huh? He blocked it!" he realized, eyes widened.
This happened again and again. Zastin's blows were parried by a meager pipe that Naruto held in his hands.
The pang of metal hitting metal, as Naruto's pipe echoed with each blow.
"H-how are you doing this?" Zastin spoke as he became increasingly frustrated.
"You know, I'm not really sure," Naruto said between breaths, and he thought he was a stamina freak. Zastin was strong, unbelievably so, and catching the flat of the man's blade with a metal pipe was hard enough already. He also had to deal with the impact of the blade as he redirected the force, the devilukian's strength being enough to send ripples throughout his arms.
"Alright, then try this!" Zastin said, as he slashed high, Naruto tried to parry, only for this to be a feint. Unfortunately, Naruto realized this only just in time, as he wasn't able to dodge, and he was forced to do one thing… block. Blocking with his metal pipe, he regretted the fact that he didn't have any reinforcement magecraft at that moment.
"Huh?" Naruto said, as Zastin slashed through his weapon, as he looked at it, perplexed, as it was in his hand.
Zastin slashed three more times, each cutting the pipe shorter and shorter.
Right, Zastin had an actual sword made to withstand his increased strength; this was a metal pipe, and of course, it wouldn't take the blow. It was an even greater surprise that it hadn't shattered at all under the pressure.
As Naruto realized he was without a weapon, he could only say one thing…
"Ah, shit!" as he raised his head, seeing his opponent before him.
"Earthling, prepare yourself!" Zastin said as he struck again. Hitting the blonde with the flat of his blade.
Naruto was sending him flying.
XXX
Elsewhere.
Naruto continued to fly for some time, only for him to suddenly stop.
A cry was heard.
"Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!"
…Crash!
Naruto crashed somewhere a few blocks away, having hit the ground rather harshly as he landed on a pile of dirt, creating a crater as he hit the ground. Wiping the dirt off of his frame, as he got up.
"Oww… that's going to hurt like hell in the morning—" Before he paled, feeling his bones creak in place. "Scratch that, it's still gonna hurt now."
He hoped he didn't break anything, that would suck.
Then again, most people couldn't survive being thrown across town. He could only thank the fact that he had been blessed with such a durable body that he had, it helped protect him from all his mother's feminine beatings— he shivered. Despite having faced the head bodyguard of the supposed leader of the universe, he still wouldn't want to fight his mother when she was angry. The last time he did so was when he had tried to hide his report card from his parents, but that didn't pan out very well.
He stretched his back, arching it to the point he could hear the pops of relief form. He still felt like shit, but he was lucky, the man was able to cut through solid steel. The man had used the flat of his blade, and it still hurt like hell.
Opening his shirt a little, just enough to remove the large stack of paper—now shreded— he had shoved into it. "Damn, I'm so glad I decided to pad my shirt a little, would've hurt even worse if I hadn't done that."
Before he looked around, "Now where the heck am I?" he asked himself, scratching his head. He recognized this place, it seemed he had landed right in the middle of a pair of train tracks. "Huh…" This could be interesting.
He needed to catch his breath, there was no telling when and if that man would show up again. If only he had some sort of power like that—the man was a super soldier for crying out loud, he launched him across the city… what he wouldn't give to be able to do something like that.
Nevertheless, this wasn't a time when he could wish on things that wouldn't be true. Checking his pockets for anything useful, he found himself severely lacking in materials— with barely anything to speak of short of a few marbles that hadn't spilled out of his pocket during his launch.
Things weren't looking good, and he only hoped Kurama had gone off somewhere actually useful.
Because if he didn't, well, he might actually…
No, he couldn't think like that; he would make it through this, he still had people to get home to Mikan, Rito, Miia, his mother, and father. They would all be devastated that he didn't return, all because of a single pink-haired girl who had drawn trouble into his life.
Well, he couldn't blame her; nobody should be forced to do something they don't want to do. Especially if that decision affects something as important as who they'll spend the rest of their life with. He could respect that, even if she unintentionally—or perhaps even intentionally— roped him into her business. Maybe he could outlast Zastin, it would probably take him a few more minutes to find him, if he could restock on some supplies…
Unfortunately, it seemed Kami had decided his few seconds of relaxation had been enough, as a new figure approached from above.
"So this is where you landed? What an interesting individual you are to have survived my blow!"
"Ah, crap baskets," Naruto should have realized something like this would've happened with his luck. As just then, the silver-haired bodyguard arrived from the sky, landing in another one of his superhero landings as he came on top of the train tracks.
"Look, man, are you sure we can't negotiate a little?" Naruto asked, putting his hands up, it wasn't like he had a weapon to fight back with, as he reached into his pockets.
Zastin only pointed his blade at him, "The time for talk has passed, you still have not proved yourself as worthy of Princess Lala-sama!"
"No, the time for talk is now! Really! We haven't had the time for talk in a while, we should try it now!" the blonde panicked, but even then he could see his pleas weren't working. As he snuck his hand into his pocket.
"Alright then… take this!" Naruto said, throwing a bunch of marbles down at Zastin's feet.
All of which rolled helplessly to the floor as Zastin stood completely still, "Oh please, is that seriously all you have—Ack!" As Naruto threw another marble right into his esophagus.
Zastin heaved as he choked, trying to free his airway from its obstruction as he clutched at his neck. "I… ca…can't…" he tried to say, but was unable to.
Naruto looked at him with a sweatdrop for what felt like nearly a minute as Zastin writhed for breath. 'Maybe I went a little too far…' he couldn't help but think, then again, the man had tried to kill him.
"Alright!" Zastin cheered, having finally been able to push the marble out of his throat. "Now that I—"
"Hey, look out!"
"Oh please, I won't be fooled by the same trick twice…"
Crash.
Naruto tried to point out as a train his Zastin, right then and there, neither of them expecting such an event to occur, as neither heard the silent train came by. Right, the train usually came around here around 4:30, he supposed he had been chased for that long.
Zastin was knocked back so far that he hit a nearby wall painfully, as he collapsed to the ground, unmoving.
"Is he dead?" Naruto couldn't help but question. The train really did a number on the guy.
"GUOOOOOOOH!" Zastin said unintelligibly, as blood ran down his forehead, his armor having been broken by the large machine.
Naruto jumped back as Zastin chased him with his sword. The zombie shouting,"You can't beat me so easily! I—"
Before Zastin tripped.
Falling straight onto his face, Naruto looked over to see what had messed up his steps, realizing that a long silver wire was strung onto the ground. This triggered a trap that caught the Devilukian but his legs and housed him up, catching his tail in the process, as he also dropped his sword.
Naruto instantly realised what had happened, "Kurama?" he said in recognition.
"Yip! Yip!" The orange fox suddenly came out of his hiding place.
The blonde smiled, "I knew giving you that spool of ninja wire was a good idea!" He said, thankful, as the fox beamed with pride. His pet fox having set up the trap at the last possible minute.
"Naruto! Are you okay?" And no sooner did the pink-haired princess come to his side as she flew from the sky, arriving near him. She looked over at what Kurama had done, as Zastin hung there. She had watched the fight from a distance, intent on helping if and at all possible, although now she could see that her help wasn't needed.
Before she stuck her tongue out at him, opening her eye and closing her other childishly, "Bleeeehh!"
"W-what? But Lala-sama, what are you doing?" Zastin said as he hung.
"The better question is what were you doing, Zastin, the one said to be the number one swordsman on planet Deviluke?" She said angrily, mocking him as he hung within the air.
"But Lala-sama!" Zastin winned. "Marrying you means he'll rule over countless planets that are under King Deviluke's care! I was just making sure this man you chose was capable of handling it. A spineless man won't be of any use, that's why the king gathered as many possible candidates for you from all over the galaxy!" He said, still hanging upside down.
Lala only crossed her arms, getting face to face with the man. "Yeah, well, it serves you right. It's exactly what I don't like!… I'm sure daddy cares more about the succession than me!"
"That's not true!" Zastin disagreed.
"Is too!"
"It is not!"
"Is too!"
"It is not!"
"Is too!"
"It is no—"
"Will you two give it a rest already!" A new voice broke through the two, as each was looking at the other with a fierce glare, both turned to see Naruto, who had a frustrated but tired look on his face. "I'm tired of all this talk about marriage already!"
He pointed at the pink-haired girl, "Lala, I get that you're frustrated, but you shouldn't try and rope people into your problems by trying to use them as a scapegoat for your arranged marriage. That's just putting them in the situation you've been avoiding, and besides, that way you'll just be in a loveless marriage even sooner, which is what you were trying to avoid in the first place!" Naruto lectured.
As the girl looked at him with a remorseful expression, her tail went low as if she were a puppy he had just kicked. "I'm sorry," she apologized.
"And you!" Naruto yelled, pointing at the still upside-down Zastin. "Aren't you supposed to be Lala's bodyguard or something? Can't you see that constantly pushing her into marriages she doesn't want is only making her less happy, which is threatening her safety seeing as how she'll just run away again. Isn't it your job to protect her first and foremost? Well, it seems you're doing pretty badly at it! After all, a girl should be allowed to choose her own destiny, no matter if their father is the ruler of the galaxy!" Naruto stated, as Zastin recoiled from his words.
Bump. Bump.
"Naruto…" Lala couldn't help but say, as her heart skipped a beat again. This was just like last night, when he saved her, as she clutched at her chest, unable to stop these butterflies from forming in her stomach. "It's true, I used our marriage as an excuse so I wouldn't have to go back. There are a lot of things that I want to do, and I want to decide on my future husband on my own. I think you understand how I feel on the matter…" She admitted, as Naruto looked at her, surprised.
A flush appearing on Lala's cheeks. "Maybe you don't like me, and I know you said I shouldn't talk about it anymore, but… I think I really can… Marry you, Naruto," she said, as the blonde's eyes widened.
"Lala, I…" What more could he say, what could he say? When a girl expressed her feelings to him so passionately, it was more than he could have ever imagined.
"I mean, I want to marry you!" she confessed, having never felt like this with anyone before.
"I see…" Zastin spoke, as he looked down—which was really up. "It seems it's my loss… It is my duty to follow King Deviluke's orders, thus, I was oblivious to how Lala-sama felt on the matter, or rather, I tried not to think about it. But now that you pointed it out… it is something I can no longer ignore," the knight said in conviction, admitting to losing this duel to Naruto.
"I don't know if the countless husband candidates from places all over the universe will agree, but I will report this to King Deviluke myself… I can only hope to entrust Lala-sama to a man like you—who can truly understand how Lala-sama feels."
"I, um…." Naruto scratched his cheek, and even more, he was at a loss for words. Of course, he didn't exactly want to get married to this strange alien that had shown up in his bathtub one night. But, with how the two people felt on the matter, even he couldn't help but feel a little motivated to do so.
Even so, he wasn't going to just marry anyone out of the blue; that just wasn't his style.
"Naruto~!" Nevertheless, Lala didn't seem to mind his hesitation, as she jumped into his arms, a happy expression on her face as she pressed into him.
Yes, truly, Naruto didn't know what to say.
…This just got alot more complicated.
XXX
Some time later.
Lala only continued to hang onto his arm from there after, even as they walked the streets, many onlookers commenting on both of their strange appearances—him still covered in dirt as his clothes were torn, and Lala, who was in her space get-up.
They continued to walk like that for some time, Naruto realized that school had long since been over and that he was tired and starving. He decided to just head to his home, the pink-haired girl singing a merry tune.
Eventually, they reached the Uzumaki estate, Naruto hoped that Mikan had started to prepare dinner early, he had left his bento box at school. And didn't have any money on him to stop at any convenience stores seeing as how he left his bag in the middle of a street— which he sent Kurama to collect not too long ago.
As Naruto reached the door, he opened it, only to find a strange scene in front of him.
"Alright, listen here, you little pervert— I need to know where my darling is and you're going to tell me or so help me I'll choke you out even harder!"
"Please, don't do that… I don't know… he just… fell off the school building! Please believe me!"
"Denied!"
The scene they came across was Miia holding Rito by her tail at his neck, as she glared fiercely at him, as she also grabbed onto his shirt collar. Rito's face was turning purple, and he soon started foaming at the mouth. Off to the side Mikan was looking at the scene with a worried expression, wondering if she should step in to do something, yet standing in place as she watched everything unfold.
Immediately, Naruto sweat-dropped. Honestly, he should have expected such a thing to happen. What likely happened was that Rito returned from school alone, and after reporting he hadn't shown up to any of his later classes, Miia likely got worried. As the lamia girl tried 'interrogating' Rito for anything he knew.
He wondered if any of them realized that Miia was actually breaking the law in doing this, since she was harming a human. But then again, he knew that none of them would report her for doing so, it wasn't like they didn't want her to stay at their home—so Rito would likely end up forgiving her later on.
Finally deciding Rito had suffered enough, Naruto coughed into his hand, trying to get everyone's attention. "Ahem. Guys—"
"Darling, you're back! I was so worried about you!" Miia yelled as she jumped towards him, letting Rito go in the process, who then fell to the floor. In that moment, she pushed Lala to the side as she glomped him.
Before she moved towards his back, a fierce glare at their unknown patron, "Oh, and who's this tramp?" Seeing Naruto come in with her, she had already decided she didn't like this girl.
Naruto was too tired to do anything against her, as he felt her bust against him with a blank expression. Mikan was also wondering the same thing.
At this, Lala lit up, oblivious to Miia's aggression as she looked at her. "Oh, Naruto's wife! I'm Lala~!" she said with a smile. Shocking them all—sans Rito, who already knew who she was, and he was still on the floor unconscious because of what Miia did to him.
Mikan raised an eyebrow, "Oh? Ruto, I didn't know you got married?"
Naruto sighed; he had already tried explaining this enough. "No, I'm not married. Miia, I just—"
Before he noticed the lamia was gone from behind him, as she had teleported across the hallway towards the home phone, as she held it up to her face. Naruto was actually surprised by the speed she possessed, able to traverse the entire hallway before he could even notice. "Yes, I'd like to report a suspicious-looking interspecies trying to use her powers to seduce my darling…" she whispered to the phone.
As Miia then turned, pointing a finger at the pink-haired girl as she yelled, "OF COURSE SHE ISN'T MARRIED TO MY DARLING! I WON'T ALLOW IT!"
As Lala blinked, not understanding that she was the subject of the girl's ire.
Naruto merely sighed. This was going to be a long day. "Lala, what did I say? We aren't married," he tried to explain.
The pink-haired girl put a finger to her chin, "Hmmm, I suppose you're right…"
"OF COURSE HE IS!" Miia interjected, satisfied this hussy had learned her place.
The blonde felt relieved, hoping to have finally broken through to her.
"We haven't gotten married yet, so I suppose we're only each other's fiancée," Lala finished, as Naruto felt like falling over.
"That's—" he tried to say, before he was interrupted.
"AS IF!" Miia shouted once again. "I say we just kick her to the curb and tell her to go back to where she came from!" Lala actually looked down at that, not wanting to go back to planet Deviluke, but she supposed if the people who lived with Naruto disapproved of her…
"No, I'm not going to do that either." Naruto shook his head, he couldn't just abandon her and leave her nowhere to go.
Miia recoiled at his statement, "But why…?"
"Well, it's because…" the blonde thought about it. "I suppose I'm kind of responsible for her now," he answered.
"I see…" A bitter expression appeared on Miia's face as she recoiled.
Naruto clapped his hands, "Alright, now that that's gone away, Mikan, I was really hoping that we had something to eat right now—"
"Cheater!"
He blinked, "W-what?"
Miia repeated her words, her arms at her sides. "You heard me, I said you're a cheater, a no-good-dirty-cheater and, I…" before she stopped, tears forming in her eyes. "I can't believe you, darling, after all we've been through."
"M-Miia, I-I…" Naruto actually felt a pang in his heart as he neared the red-haired girl before him. A comforting hand on her shoulder, "I don't think I can be labeled a cheater, considering we aren't even dating," he tried to explain.
"O-Ohhh…" His words only seemed to make Miia cry even more, as she held her hands up to her cheeks. Instantly, she pushed herself off of him, as she rushed towards Mikan for comfort, as she hugged the smaller girl.
"There, there…" Mikan said as she patted her back as Miia cried. Before the Yuuki looked at her blonde brother-figure, "Naruto, how could you?"
The boy actually recoiled at Mikan's lack of use of the nickname she had for him. Lala looked at the scene as well, feeling a little sad that this girl was crying.
Naruto could only wonder what he did to deserve such action.
Knock. Knock.
That was the scene that Mrs. Smith came to as she knocked open the door, as a group of M.O.N. squad members came rushing in.
"Alright, we came as soon as we heard the message! Any and all hostile interspecies stand down!" the dark haired woman yelled, before she caught what was going on.
"Boss, is that the target?" A one-eyed squad member pointed at Lala.
"That must be her," sighed, "Squad, stand down and return to HQ," she ordered, as the squad did so.
Naruto looked at the new bout of chaos that entered the building, as he could only be confused. "Kuroko? What are you doing here?"
"Well, darling, we got a call from a good samaritan that there was a suspicious looking interspecies in this home, one that was violently trying to terrorize the peace. You wouldn't happen to know anything about that, would you?" Mrs. Smith explained.
Miia stood off to the side, whistling.
Naruto shook his head, "Ummm. No, I don't know anything about that," he sighed, he should have expected something like this to happen.
Kuroko nodded as well. "I thought so, upon arriving at this home it was determined there are no rogue interspecies at this residence, which is why I sent my squad back to their posts."
"WHAT? BUT CAN'T YOU SEE THAT GIRL RIGHT THERE IS CLEARLY A SUCCUBUS!" Miia sounded out, clearly giving away her role in the matter, as she neared the government worker.
As Miia pointed to Lala, who was standing off to the side, "Hello~!" Lala waved at the woman, although she had no idea who she was, she seemed close to Naruto.
"Actually, that's where you're wrong," Mrs. Smith pointed out. "There are no interspecies succubus in the building… but there is in fact a alien among you."
"WHAT?!" Miia and Mikan sounded out, being the only two who did not know awthis information already—sans Rito, who was still on the floor foaming at the mouth.
"Yup~ It's true!" Lala confirmed happily. "Although I would have never expected someone to recognise me so easily."
"Oh please, the government has known about aliens for a while. Of course I would be able to spot a devilukian at first glance, you even have their tail," Smith pointed out. Devilukian's had more heart shaped tails, which at first glance would resemble a succubus given their similar points on their tails as well, but it one were to pay attention they would be able to notice the difference. Not to mention, succubus were usually darker skinned, and had more of a tan.
Naruto raised an eyebrow, "Really? Does that mean there won't be any trouble for her staying here on earth?" he questioned.
"Oh there will be alot of trouble, the paperwork for her will be immense. Although fortunately there is a procedure when dealing with aliens mingling with civilians…" Smith spoke. As she then reached into her bag, pulling out a strange metallic cylindrical object with a red lens on its end, as she pointed it towards them.
Immediately, Naruto got to action, as he tried to rush for the object.
But he was too slow, as when he tried to stop the government worker he accidentally managed to trip over Miia's tail—who was standing next to Mrs. Smith— as he then collide with her as well.
Thud!
"Oh my my~" Mrs Smith sounded.
As right now both Naruto and Miia ended up colliding with one another, with Miia lying on the floor with Naruto on top of her stadling her waist. Additionally Naruto's head was planted firmly on Miia's chest, right in between her twin mountains.
"D-darling, if you wanted to do something like this… you should have just asked," Miia told him, as a blush was clearly across her face.
"To think I asked you to keep it in your pants and you still do something like this right in front of me. Teenage hormones I suppose, to not even consider the laws you're breaking when doing something so scandalous. Naruto you wild beast," Mrs smith commented on their predicament.
Naruto's cheeks had a light blush on them as well, "No, that's not it…" he sighed, as he then got up from his erotic predicament. "I saw what you were going to do, and I just didn't want you to erase our memories or something," he told her.
"Oh? And what ever would give you that idea?" she asked.
"Maybe the high tech device in your hand maybe!" Naruto commented.
"Oh this?... Daring, it's a pencil holder." She said, twisting the top open to reveal a set of three pencils that laid within, as she took one of them.
"Huh?" he blinked.
"Honestly, what ever would give you the idea I was trying to erase your memories?" Mrs Smith questioned.
Naruto scratched the back of his head, "I don't know… movies I guess," he told her, being reminded of another set of movies with a government worker who went by the name 'Smith'.
"Young people and their imaginations these days…" Kuroko sighed. "If the government had that kind of technology my job would be a whole lot easier."
"Sorry," he appologized embarrassed.
Before the government worker took out a set of papers from her bag, as she used her pencil to beginning writing on them.
"Ummm…Smith-san, if you don't mind me asking: what are you doing?" Mikan sounded, although the government worker only continued to write on her papers.
As she then neared the pink-haired girl, "These, my dear, are forum requests for asslym on earth, its just proper procedure after all. Sign here, here, here… and initial here," she instructed.
"Ok~!" as Lala did so.
"Alright then," Mrs. Smith said as she straightened her papers.
"But wait, aren't you supposed to keep this whole alien thing a secret?" Mikan asked, aliens were supposed to be one of those things that were only in conspiracy theories, for a government worker to confirm their existence so blatantly…
"Why would I? The American Government confirmed their existence years ago and nobody cared," She answered.
"But wait! If she has those forms then she has to go and get another host family as well, right?!" Miia questioned, hoping this pink-haired girl would finally be out of her hair—it wasn't nice knowing her.
"Actually she doesn't, if it's okay with Kushina she can live right here," Mrs. Smith informed, as she then pulled out her phone and angled it at the alien. "Now pose for me…" she requested.
As Lala went through a myriad of poses, one a standard school photo, one where she held up a couple of peace signs, one with a silly face. She even took a photo with Naruto, where she pulled his arm in between her bust as she had a megawatt smile across her face.
Mrs. Smith nodded, "Alright, all we have to do now is get your mother's permission and things will be ready to go," she said to Naruto.
"Pfft, as if mother would let someone she doesn't even know into her home—" Miia commented.
Before Kuroko's phone lit up, "...And she already approved."
"W-what?!" Miia gawked. "How could she approved someone so recklessly?!"
"Well, actually it's pretty simple," Mrs. Smith said, as she cleared her throat. "She said 'As long as she's pretty, she's fine'" as the government worker imitated Kushina's voice.
"Right, should have expected mom to say something like that," the blonde sighed.
As Naruto walked up to look at Kuroko's phone, "Oh? She also left a voice message," he pointed out, as he tapped the button to let it play through.
"As long as she's pretty, she's fine!" the voiceline played in Kushina's voice, which was nearly identical to the voice Mrs. Smith used not a moment prior.
"Alright then, I'll send over the actual documents to get everything finalized, but with luck we'll be able to register Lala-san to this house in just a few days," Mrs smith stated, referring to the girl by the name she had seen her sign on the document.
"Isn't this great Naruto! We're going to be living together!" Lala sounded, once again grabbing Naruto by the arm as she pulled him into her bust, the biggest smile across her face.
"Ah, young love~" Mrs. Smith commented on the two's affection. "Well then, Mikan-san, what's for dinner?" she asked.
As Naruto saw Miia seething, sending a firm glare Lala's way.
Right, he could only expect that things would end poorly between the two of them.
But at the moment he didn't care— that was for future Naruto to deal with
'Grrrrr.' The blonde's stomach sounded, alearting everyone that he still hadn't eaten all day.
"Hooooo~!" Rito groaned, still lying on the floor, nobody payed attention to him at all.
As dinner was about to be ready soon.
End Chapter.
An: And that's a wrap.
This chapter mainly has to deal with the follow up of last chapter, with it incorporating some of the material from a few of the chapters.
Here we have Lala entering the school as a student with the help of Sakura, Naruto trying and failing to get Lala to see the light on their impending "Marriage". With him battling the galaxy's greatest swordsman, Zastin, who's really just a big goof. The argument that follows only for Lala to fall in love with Naruto for real. And the last scene with Naruto taking responsibility for it all, leading to Lala living at the Uzumaki residence, much to Miia's displeasure.
That about summarizes it all, this chapter. The plot largely was made by a friend of mine, the same person to suggest the fic, so you can thank him for that.
This fic recently hit 200 follows, thank you all. Let's shoot for 300!
Special thanks to all those that left a review.
Samuel Santillian : LaLa and Naruto are definitely a dangerous combo, especially with their forces combined as there's no telling what kind of pranks might ensue. I'll have to do something with that.
Some of you noticed the Malcom in the middle reference last chapter.
Next chapter I hope to focus on Naruto and Mika's relationship. As well as the adjustments made given Lala's inclusion in their home.
This story will also be a Multi-pairing, with characters not only from TLR but Musume like we see, Feel free to suggest who you want added and why and I might listen.
Next week I hope to post another chapter of Phantom of the Underworld . A DxD/Naruto fic with Naruto shaking up the Underworld with the sharingan.
Please Leave me lots and lots of NICE reviews.
I also got a nice little Omake ending scene at the end, if and If any of you have any suggestions for any omakes please let me know.
Omake: Zastin's misery
"Hello~! Hello! Is anyone there?!"
A voice was heard throughout the streets of Sainin, night having already fallen, but nobody heard it.
"You guys wouldn't have left me! Right?" Zastin spoke, still hanging from the lamp post Kurama had tied him to, not a person in sight. He was tired, he was injured, and he was hungry.
He had expected Naruto or Lala to free him hours ago, but they hadn't come back.
They couldn't have forgotten him… could they?
Even so, he was the captain of the bodyguards of deviluke, he would be able to free himself in due time… if he could only… reach… his sword…
"Come on, come to papa!" he sounded, trying to reach for his blade, although he found his fingers were just too short, as he tried to shake himself towards it, swinging himself on the wire as he rocked back and forth.
He was already starting to feel dizzy from being upside down and all his injuries.
This day couldn't get any worse.
… oh but it could.
"Ruff!" A small dog neared him, one hostile with evil and killing intent.
Immediately Zastin's eyes widened, as he raised his arms to placate the situation, "Woah! Easy boy…"
"Ruff!" that did not seem to calm the dog, as it only continued to bark, charging at him.
"Easy— OW! OW! HE'S BITTING ME! HE'S BITTING ME!"
Zastin's cries were heard all throughout the town.
XXX
Elsewhere. (Uzumaki residence)
Naruto sat on the couch, watching the television. Lala was at his side a little too close for comfort as she hugged his arm on his left side, on his right was Kurama, who was resting on his leg as he pet the fox. Him having fed the fox a myriad of treats that night—the fox deserving it after today's performance.
As Naruto then looked off to the distance confused. "Huh? Did you hear that, Lala?" he questioned.
The princess shook her head, "Nope~! Didn't hear anything," as she continued to nestle herself even closer to Naruto.
"Ok…" the blonde sounded, "Miia?" he asked the girl who was currently hiding behind the couch.
"Hssssss!" Miia hissed back.
Right, she was still angry Lala was staying with them.
"But still, I can't help but feel we are forgetting something…" before Naruto shrugged.
If it was really important he wouldn't have forgot about it.
"HE'S BITING MY BALLS!"
Zastin's cries were heard all throughout the town that night, nobody came for his rescue.
